3Cardiac fibroblast heat shock protein 47 aggravates cardiac fibrosis post myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by encouraging ubiquitin specific peptidase 10 dependent Smad4 deubiquitination显示文摘Despite complications were significantly reduced due to the popularity of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in clinical trials, reperfusion injury and chronic cardiac remodeling significantly contribute to poor prognosis and rehabilitation in AMI patients. We revealed the effects of HSP47 on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI) and shed light on the underlying molecular mechanism.We generated adult mice with lentivirus-mediated or miRNA(mi1/133TS)-aided cardiac fibroblastselective HSP47 overexpression. Myocardial IRI was induced by 45-min occlusion of the left anterior descending(LAD) artery followed by 24 h reperfusion in mice, while ischemia-mediated cardiac remodeling was induced by four weeks of reperfusion. Also, the role of HSP47 in fibrogenesis was evaluated in cardiac fibroblasts following hypoxia-reoxygenation(HR). Extensive HSP47 was observed in murine infarcted hearts, human ischemic hearts, and cardiac fibroblasts and accelerated oxidative stress and apoptosis after myocardial IRI. Cardiac fibroblast-selective HSP47 overexpression exacerbated cardiac dysfunction caused by chronic myocardial IRI and presented deteriorative fibrosis and cell proliferation.HSP47 upregulation in cardiac fibroblasts promoted TGFβ1-Smad4 pathway activation and Smad4 deubiquitination by recruiting ubiquitin-specific peptidase 10(USP10) in fibroblasts. However, cardiac fibroblast specific USP10 deficiency abolished HSP47-mediated fibrogenesis in hearts. Moreover, blockage of HSP47 with Col003 disturbed fibrogenesis in fibroblasts following HR. 6Influence of Spatial-Temporal and Environmental Factors on Larimichthys polyactis, Octopus variabilis, and Species Aggregated Set-Net CPUEs in Haizhou Bay, China显示文摘Set-nets are common alongshore fishing gear used in Haizhou Bay, which rely on flow to catch fish. The catch per unit effort(CPUE) of set-net is affected by spatial-temporal and environmental factors but no research has been conducted on this subject. In this study, we used generalized additive models(GAMs) to explore the influence of spatial-temporal and environmental factors on CPUEs of species aggregated, small yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis), and octopus(Octopus variabilis) based on logbooks investigations conducted at 4 stations in an alongshore area of Haizhou Bay from 2011 to 2012. The results showed that all CPUEs exhibited significant spatial-temporal differences at various scales. Aggregated CPUE was high when the sea surface temperature(SST) was 15-18℃ and 20-23℃, which was mainly determined by life history traits of the octopus and small yellow croaker(optimal SSTs 14-17℃ and 19-24℃, respectively). Chlorophyll-a concentration had significant influences on the aggregated, small yellow croaker and octopus CPUEs at optimal ranges of 3.8-6.2 mg m^(-3), 4.2-4.8 mg m^(-3) and 4.5-5.5 mg m^(-3), respectively. Flow through the net had positive relationships with CPUEs. The approximate logarithmic trends in regression curves had a critical point of 2.5 Mm^3 d^(-1), which was the dividing point that differentiated whether the major factor affecting CPUEs was the flow velocity or the fishery resource. 7A comparative study on the pollen viability and storage conditions of the nuclear and non - nuclear varieties显示文摘The fresh dried pollen of grape and seedless grape varieties were used as the research material. Each cultivar was stored at room temperature, 5 C, 0 C,-18 C and -40 C respectively. Sucrose 200g / L + boric acid 50mg / L + agar 8g / L as the nutrient substrate, and the comparative study on the germination and culture of the nuclear breed and the seedless cultivar. The results showed that the pollen viability decreased with the increase of storage time at diff erent temperatures. 8Transplantation of neural progenitor cells differentiated from adipose tissue-derived stem cells for treatment of sciatic nerve injury显示文摘Objectives: Currently, the clinical repair of sciatic nerve injury remains difficult.Previous studies have confirmed that transplantation of adipose tissue-derived stem cells promotes nerve regeneration and restoration at peripheral nerve injury sites. Methods: In this study, adipose tissue-derived stem cells were induced to differentiate into neural progenitor cells, transfected with a green fluorescent protein-containing lentivirus, and then transplanted into the lesions of rats with sciatic nerve compression injury. Results: Fluorescence microscopy revealed that the transplanted cells survived,migrated, and differentiated in rats. At two weeks post-operation, a large number of transplanted cells had migrated to the injured lesions; at six weeks post-operation, transplanted cells were visible around the injured nerve and several cells were observed to express a Schwann cell marker. Sciatic function index and electrophysiological outcomes of the transplantation group were better than those of the control group. Cell transplantation promoted the recovery of motor nerve conduction velocity and compound muscle action potential amplitude, and reduced gastrocnemius muscle atrophy.Conclusions: Our experimental findings indicate that neural progenitor cells,differentiated from adipose tissue-derived stem cells, are potential seed stem cells that can be transplanted into lesions to treat sciatic nerve injury. 11Enhancing the cycling stability of Na-ion batteries by bonding MoS2 on assembled carbon-based materials显示文摘Room temperature Na-ion batteries(SIBs) show great potential for use as renewable energy storage systems.However, the large-scale application of SIBs has been hindered by the lack of an ideal SIBs anode material. We synthesized MoS2 on carbonized graphene-chitosan(G-C) using the hydrothermal method. The strong interaction between the MoS2 and the G-C greatly improved the electron transport rate and maintained the structural stability of the electrode, which lead to both an excellent rate capability and long cycle stability. 12Crystal structures of catalytic and regulatory subunits of rat protein kinase CK2显示文摘Protein kinase CK2 consists of two catalytic subunits (CK2α) and two regulatory subunits (CK2β). Here, we report the crystal structures of rat CK2α mutant (rCK2α-△C, 1—335) and CK2β (rCK2β). The overall topology of rCK2α-△C and rCK2β are very similar to the human enzyme, although large structural differences could be observed in the N-terminal domain of rCK2α-△C. Our reported structure of rCK2α-△C is in the close conformation state while the counterpart hCK2α is in the open conformation state, indi- cating the conformation of CK2α molecule has high plasticity. The structure of rCK2β represents the conformation of free CK2β. Upon CK2α binding, the C-terminal region undergoes a drastic conformational change. 13Risk factors of major intraoperative bleeding and postoperative bleeding associated with endoscopic submucosal dissection for gastric neoplasms显示文摘Background:Endoscopic resection bleeding(ERB)classification was proposed by the authors’team to evaluate the severity of intraoperative bleeding(IB)during endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).This study aimed to evaluate the application of ERB classification and to analyze the risk factors of major IB(MIB)and postoperative bleeding(PB)associated with ESD for gastric neoplastic lesions.Methods:We retrospectively enrolled a total of 1334 patients who underwent ESD between November 2006 and September 2019 at The First Medical Center of Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital.All patients were divided into the non-MIB group(including ERB-0,ERB-controlled 1[ERB-c1],and ERB-c2)and the MIB group(including ERB-c3 and ERB-uncontrolled[ERB-unc])according to the ERB classification.Risk factors of major MIB and risk factors of PB were analyzed using a logistic regression model.Results:Among the 1334 patients,773(57.95%)had ERB-0,477(35.76%)had ERB-c1,77(5.77%)had ERB-c2,7(0.52%)had ERB-c3,and no patients had ERB-unc.The rate of PB in patients with IB classifications of ERB-0,ERB-c1,ERB-c2,and ERB-c3 were 2.20%(17/773),3.35%(16/477),9.09%(7/77),and 2/7,respectively.In multivariate analysis,proximal location(odds ratio[OR]:1.488;95%confidence interval[CI]:1.045-3.645;P=0.047)was the only significant risk factor of MIB.Chronic kidney disease(CKD)(OR:7.844;95%CI:1.637-37.583;P=0.010)and MIB(ERB-c3)(OR:13.932;95%CI:2.585-74.794;P=0.002)were independent risk factors of PB.Conclusions:Proximal location of lesions was a significant risk factor of MIB.Additionally,CKD and MIB(ERB-c3)were independent risk factors of PB.More attention should be paid to these high-risk patients for MIB and PB.Shanshan Xu Ningli Chai Xiaowei Tang Enqiang Linghu Shasha Wang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3:0

16Energy band engineering of Bi_(2)O_(2.33)–CdS direct Z-scheme heterojunction for enhanced photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2)显示文摘In this work,a Bi_(2)O_(2.33)–CdS direct Z-scheme heterojunction was fabricated based on energy band engineering.The Bi_(2)O_(2.33)core nanoflakes were first synthesized by electrodeposition which was followed by an annealing process to fabricate this heterojunction.Then the Cd S shell was deposited on Bi_(2)O_(2.33)nanoflakes utilizing the solution method,during which a suitable concentration of Cd Clsolution was used for forming a homogeneous and continuous integrated CdS shell.A space charge region and an internal electric field from CdS(+)to Bi_(2)O_(2.33)(-),which drove a direct Z-scheme charge transfer process,were formed at the interface.The Bi_(2)O_(2.33)–CdS exhibited excellent photocatalytic performance for CO_(2)reduction mainly attributed to the satisfactory photoinduced charge separation and transport efficiency in the direct Z-scheme heterojunction.The photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction ability of Bi_(2)O_(2.33)–CdS was significantly enhanced compared with single Bi_(2)O_(2.33)or Cd S,with a CO_(2)yield rate of ca.2.9μmol/(cm^(2)h)under a 300 W Xe lamp.The reduction of CO_(2)to CO_(2)demonstrated 94.0%selectivity.Guojing Wang Zhiwei Tang Jing Wang Shasha Lv Yunjie Xiang Feng Li Chong Liu 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,16:0
