2In-situ lunar dust deposition amount induced by lander landing in Chang’E-3 mission显示文摘China first in-situ lunar dust experiment is performed by a lunar dust detector in Chang’E-3 mission. The existed dust(less than 20 μm in diameter) properties, such as levitation, transportation and adhesion, are critical constraints for future lunar exploration program and even manned lunar exploration. Based on the problems discussed above, the in-situ lunar dust detector is originally designed to characterize dust deposition properties induced by lander landing as a function of environmental temperature, solar incident angle and orbit short circuit current on the northern Mare Imbrium, aiming to study lunar dust deposition properties induced by lander landing in depth. This paper begins with a brief of introduction of Chang’E-3 lunar dust detector design,followed by a series of experimental analysis of this instrument under different influencing factors, and concludes with lunar dust mass density deposition amount observed on the first lunar day is about 0.83 mg/cm^2, which is less than that observed in Apollo 11 mission because the landing site of Chang’E-3 has the youngest mare basalts comparing with previous Apollo and lunar landing sites. 4Heat Aggregation Mechanisms of Hot Dry Rocks Resources in the Gonghe Basin, Northeastern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Hot dry rock(HDR) is an important geothermal resource and clean energy source that may play an increasingly important role in future energy management. High-temperature HDR resources were recently detected in deep regions of the Gonghe Basin on the northeastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau, which led to a significant breakthrough in HDR resource exploration in China. This research analyzes the deep temperature distribution, radiogenic heat production, heat flow, and crustal thermal structure in the Qiaboqia Valley, Guide Plain, and Zhacanggou area of the Gonghe Basin based on geothermal exploration borehole logging data, rock thermophysical properties, and regional geophysical exploration data. The results are applied to discuss the heat accumulation mechanism of the HDR resources in the Gonghe Basin. The findings suggest that a low-velocity layer in the thickened crust of the Tibetan Plateau provides the most important source of constant intracrustal heat for the formation of HDR resources in the Gonghe Basin, whereas crustal thickening redistributes the concentrated layer of radioactive elements, which compensates for the relatively low heat production of the basal granite and serves as an important supplement to the heat of the HDR resources. The negative effect is that the downward curvature of the lithospheric upper mantle caused by crustal thickening leads to a small mantle heat flow component. As a result, the heat flows in the Qiaboqia Valley and Guide Plain of the Gonghe Basin are 106.2 and 77.6 m W/m2, respectively, in which the crust-mantle heat flow ratio of the former is 3.12:1, indicating a notably anomalous intracrustal thermal structure. In contrast, the crust-mantle heat flow ratio in the Guide Plain is 1.84:1, which reflects a typical hot crust-cold mantle thermal structure. The Guide Plain and Zhacanggou area show the same increasing temperature trend with depth, which reflects that their geothermal backgrounds and deep high-temperature environments are similar. 5Efficacy of Shenlingbaizhu formula on irritable bowel syndrome:a systematic review显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a Shenlingbaizhu(SLBZ)formula in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).The effectiveness of SLBZ with or without conventional treatment was compared to that of conventional treatment alone.METHODS:A comprehensive literature search of four Chinese electronic databases,three English language databases,and two English language trial registries from inception to June 2019 was performed.Two authors independently screened the citations and retrieved full publications of randomized trials on the use of SLBZ with or without conventional treatment for IBS.The methodological quality of the trials was assessed with the Cochrane Collaboration’s tool for assessing the risk of bias.Data were extracted and subjected to Meta-analysis to compare the efficacy of the SLBZ formula with or without conventional treatment to conventional treatment alone.RESULTS:Thirteen trials(comprising a total of 868 patients with IBS)were included in this review.The risk of bias of all 13 included trials was assessed as moderate.The SLBZ formula was associated with significant improvements in cure rate[relative risk(RR)score of 2.38,95%confidence interval(CI)1.43 to 3.95,I2=0%;8 trials,n=487,fixed-effects model(FEM)],diarrhea severity score[mean difference(MD)score of-0.62,95%CI-1.05 to-0.20,I2=88%;4 trials,n=286,random effects model(REM)],abdominal pain severity score(MD score of-0.61,95%CI-0.70 to-0.52,I2=63%;4 trials,n=286,FEM),and abdominal distention severity score(MD score of-0.88,95%CI-1.54 to-0.21,I2=91%;3 trials,n=226,REM)compared to the conventional treatment alone.Adverse events were reported in five trials but only one of these indicated any adverse events associated with SLBZ.CONCLUSION:Based on the 13 trials reviewed here,the SLBZ formula with or without conventional treatment appeared to be safe and more effective in improving the cure rate and reducing the severity of diarrhea,abdominal pain,and abdominal distention compared to conventional treatment alone.However,these trials only generated a moderate quality of evidence,and well-designed and high-quality random controlled trials of the SLBZ formula for the treatment of IBS are required to confirm the efficacy of this treatment option.Wang Yuxian Zhang Shengsheng Zhou Qiang Meng Meng Chen Wenwen 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6:3
6SPHLU:An Efficient Algorithm for Processing PRkNN Queries on Uncertain Data显示文摘Query on uncertain data has received much attention in recent years, especially with the development of Location-based services(LBS). Little research is focused on reverse k nearest neighbor queries on uncertain data. We study the Probabilistic reverse k nearest neighbor(PRkN N) queries on uncertain data. It is succinctly shown that, PRkN N query retrieves all the points that have higher probabilities than a given threshold value to be the Reverse k-nearest neighbor(RkN N) of query data Q.The previous works on this topic mostly process with k > 1.Some algorithms allow the cases for k > 1, but the efficiency is inefficient especially for large k. We propose an efficient pruning algorithm — Spatial pruning heuristic with louer and upper bound(SPHLU) for solving the PRkN N queries for k > 1. 7Passivity breakdown on 436 ferritic stainless steel in solutions containing chloride显示文摘Passivity breakdown on 436 ferritic stainless steel(FSS) has been investigated in solutions containing different concentrations of chloride at 25?C and interpreted in terms of the point defect model(PDM). The measured near-normal distributions of passivity breakdown potentials for 436 FSS under experimental conditions are in good agreement with the calculated results according to the PDM. The linear dependence of breakdown potential on the square root of potential scanning rate, which was described by the PDM,provides the estimation of the critical concentration of condensed vacancies at the metal/film interface,which leads to the passivity breakdown. This value is in good agreement with that calculated from the microstructure properties of the alloy substrate and the barrier layer of the passive film. 11An Artificial Light-Harvesting System with Tunable Fluorescence Color in Aqueous Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate Micellar Systems for Photochemical Catalysis显示文摘Main observation and conclusion In the present work,an artificial light-harvesting system with fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)is successfully fabricated in aqueous sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)micellar systems.Since the tight and orderly arrangement of dodecyl in the SDS micelles is hydrophobic,tetra-(4-pyridylphenyl)ethylene(4PyTPE)can be easily encapsulated into the hydrophobic layer of SDS micelles through noncovalent interaction,which exhibits aggregation-induced emission(AIE)phenomenon and can be used as energy donor.By using amphoteric sulforhodamine 101(SR101)fluorescent dye attached to the negatively charged surface of SDS micelles through electrostatic interaction as energy acceptor,the light-harvesting FRET process can be efficiently simulated.Through the steady-state emission spectra analysis in the micelle-mediated energy transfer from 4PyTPE to SR101,the fluorescence emission can be tuned and white light emission with CIE coordinates of(0.31,0.29)can be successfully achieved by tuning the donor/acceptor ratio.More importantly,to better mimic natural photosynthesis,the SDS micelles with 4PyTPE and SR101 FRET system showed enhanced catalytic activity in photochemical catalysis for dehalogenation ofα-bromoacetophenone in aqueous solution and the photocatalytic reaction could be extended to gram levels.Xinglong Li Ying Wang Ao Song Minghui Zhang Mengning Chen Man Jiang Shengsheng Yu Rongzhou Wang Lingbao Xing 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,10:1
12Mutations in the miRNA165/166 binding site of the HB2 gene result in pleiotropic effects on morphological traits in wheat显示文摘Leaf,spike,stem,and root morphologies are key factors that determine crop growth,development,and productivity.Multiple genes that control these morphological traits have been identified in Arabidopsis,rice,maize,and other plant species.However,little is known about the genomic regions and genes associated with morphological traits in wheat.Here,we identified the ethyl methanesulfonate-derived mutant wheat line M133 that displays multiple morphological changes that include upward-curled leaves,paired spikelets,dwarfism,and delayed heading.Using bulked segregant RNA sequencing(BSR-seq)and a high-resolution genetic map,we identified TraesCS1D02G155200(HBD2)as a potential candidate gene.HB-D2 encodes a class III homeodomain-leucine zipper(HD-ZIP III)transcription factor,and the mutation was located in the miRNA165/166 complementary site,resulting in a resistant allele designated rHb-D2.The relative expression of rHb2 in the mutant plants was significantly higher(P<0.01)than in plants homozygous for the WT allele.Independent resistant mutations that disrupt the miRNA165/166 complementary sites in the A-(rHb-A2)and B-genome(rHb-B2)homoeologs showed similar phenotypic alterations,but the relative intensity of the effects was different.Transgenic plants expressing rHb-D2 gene driven by the maize UBIQUITIN(UBI)promoter showed similar phenotypes to the rHb-D2 mutant.These results confirmed that HB-D2 is the causal gene responsible for the mutant phenotypes.Finally,a survey of 1397 wheat accessions showed that the complementary sites for miRNA165/166 in all three HB2 homoeologs are highly conserved.Our results suggest that HB2 plays an important role in regulating growth and development in wheat.Dengji Jiang Lei Hua Chaozhong Zhang Hongna Li Zheng Wang Jian Li Guiping Wang Rui Song Tao Shen Hongyu Li Shengsheng Bai Yanna Liu Jian Wang Hao Li Jorge Dubcovsky Shisheng Chen 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,1:1

14Design and development of expert system for controlling sintering process显示文摘The general structure of expert system for controlling sintering process has been proposed. It includes knowledge base, inference engine, data acquisition system, learning system, knowledge base management system, explanation system and so on. The control functions consist of sintering chemical composition control centered on basicity and sintering process state control centered on permeability. The adaptive prediction of sintering chemical composition, the control strategy centered on basicity, the control strategy centered on permeability, the judgement of permeability and the prediction of burn through point were studied. 19Interactive Activity Learning from Trajectories with Qualitative Spatio-Temporal Relation显示文摘Automatically analyzing interactions from video has gained much attention in recent years. Here a novel method has been proposed for analyzing interactions between two agents based on the tra jectories. Previous works related to this topic are methods based on features, since they only extract features from objects. A method based on qualitative spatio-temporal relations is adopted which utilizes knowledge of the model(qualitative spatio-temporal relation calculi) instead of the original tra jectory information. Based on the previous qualitative spatio-temporal relation works, such as Qualitative tra jectory calculus(QTC), some new calculi are now proposed for long term and complex interactions.
