Hydroisomerization performance of platinum supported on ZSM-22/ZSM-23 intergrowth zeolite catalyst显示文摘Hydroisomerization catalysts Pt/ZSM-22,Pt/ZSM-23,and Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 were prepared by supporting Pt on ZSM-22,ZSM-23,and intergrowth zeolite ZSM-22/ZSM-23,respectively.The typical physicochemical properties of these catalysts were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),N2 absorption-desorption,Pyridine-Fourier Transform Infrared(Py-FTIR),Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM),X-Ray Fluorescence(XRF),Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and NH3-Temperature Programmed Desorption(NH3-TPD),and the performance of these catalysts in n-dodecane hydroisomerization was evaluated in a continuous down-flow fixed bed with a stainless steel tubular reactor. The characterization results indicated that the intergrowth zeolite ZSM-22/ZSM-23 possessed the dual structure of ZSM-22 and ZSM-23,and the catalyst Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 had similar pores and weak acidity to Pt/ZSM-22 and Pt/ZSM-23 catalysts.Moreover,Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst showed a high selectivity in hydroisomerization of long chain n-alkanes to mono-branched isomers. The evaluation results for n-dodecane hydroisomerization indicated that the activity of Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 was the lowest, while the hydroisomerization selectivity was the highest among the three catalysts. The maximum yield of i-dodecane product was 68.3% over Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 at 320 oC. | Chi Kebin Zhao Zhen Tian Zhijian Hu Sheng Yan Lijun Li Tianshu Wang Bingchun Meng Xiangbin Gao Shanbin Tan Mingwei Liu Yanfeng | 2013 | Petroleum Science2013,10,2: | 8
Observation and optimization of 2 μm mode‐locked pulses in all‐fiber net anomalous dispersion laser cavity显示文摘We integrally demonstrate 2μm mode-locked pulses performances in all-fiber net anomalous dispersion cavity.Stable mode-locking operations with the center wavelength around 1950–1980 nm can be achieved by using the nonlinear polarization rotation structure and properly designing the dispersion management component.Conventional soliton is firstly obtained with a total anomalous dispersion cavity.Due to the contribution of commercial ultra-high numerical aperture fibers, net dispersion is reduced to-0.077 ps2.So that stretched pulse with 19.4 nm optical bandwidth is obtained and the de-chirped pulse-width can reach 312 fs using extra-cavity compression.Under pump power greater than 890 mW,stretched pulse can evolve into noise-like pulse with 41.3 nm bandwidth. The envelope and peak of such broadband pulse can be compressed with up to 2.2 ps and 145 fs,respectively. The single pulse energy of largely chirped stretched and noise-like pulse can reach 1.785 nJ and 1.53 nJ,respectively.Furthermore,extra-cavity compression can also contribute to a significant increase of peak power. | Wanzhuo Ma Desheng Zhao Runmin Liu Tianshu Wang Quan Yuan Hao Xiong Haiying Ji Huilin Jiang | 2020 | Opto-Electronic Advances2020,3,11: | 2
The novel ER stress inducer Sec C triggers apoptosis by sulfating ER cysteine residues and degrading YAP via ER stress in pancreatic cancer cells显示文摘Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD) is one of the most lethal malignancies. Although gemcitabine(GEM) is a standard treatment for PAAD, resistance limits its application and therapy. Secoemestrin C(Sec C) is a natural compound from the endophytic fungus Emericella, and its anticancer activity has not been investigated since it was isolated. Our research is the first to indicate that Sec C is a broad-spectrum anticancer agent and could exhibit potently similar anticancer activity both in GEM-resistant and GEM-sensitive PAAD cells. Interestingly, Sec C exerted a rapid growth-inhibiting effect(80% death at 6 h), which might be beneficial for patients who need rapid tumor shrinkage before surgery. Liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry and N-acetyl-L-cysteine(NAC) reverse assays show that Sec C sulfates cysteines to disrupt disulfide-bonds formation in endoplasmic reticulum(ER) proteins to cause protein misfolding, leading to ER stress and disorder of lipid biosynthesis. Microarray data and subsequent assays show that ER stress-mediated ER-associated degradation(ERAD) ubiquitinates anddownregulates YAP to enhance ER stress via destruction complex(YAP-Axin-GSK-βTr CP), which also elucidates a unique degrading style for YAP. Potent anticancer activity in GEM-resistant cells and low toxicity make Sec C a promising anti-PAAD candidate. | Junxia Wang Minghua Chen Mengyan Wang Wenxia Zhao Conghui Zhang Xiujun Liu Meilian Cai Yuhan Qiu Tianshu Zhang Huimin Zhou Wuli Zhao Shuyi Si Rongguang Shao | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,1: | 2
Data network traffic analysis and optimization strategy of real-time power grid dynamic monitoring system for wide-frequency measurements显示文摘The application and development of a wide-area measurement system(WAMS)has enabled many applications and led to several requirements based on dynamic measurement data.Such data are transmitted as big data information flow.To ensure effective transmission of wide-frequency electrical information by the communication protocol of a WAMS,this study performs real-time traffic monitoring and analysis of the data network of a power information system, and establishes corresponding network optimization strategies to solve existing transmission problems. This study utilizes the traffic analysis results obtained using the current real-time dynamic monitoring system to design an optimization strategy, covering the optimization in three progressive levels:the underlying communication protocol, source data, and transmission process.Optimization of the system structure and scheduling optimization of data information are validated to be feasible and practical via tests. | Jinsong Li Hao Liu Wenzhuo Li Tianshu Bi Mingyang Zhao | 2022 | Global Energy Interconnection2022,5,2: | 2

Flexible and flame-retarding phosphorylated MXene/polypropylene composites for efficient electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘Flame-retardant composites with high electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding performance are desirable for electronic device packaging.Despite great potential of MXene for high EMI,it still remains a great challenge to develop high-performance flame-retardant polymer/MXene composites with excellent EMI shielding effectiveness because of the poor oxidative stability of MXene.Herein, phosphorylated MXene/polypropylene(PP)composites are prepared by coating phosphorylated MXene on PP fabric followed by spraying polyethylenimine(PEI)and hot-pressing.The phosphorylated MXene proves to be more durable against oxidation than pure MXene due to the protection effect of polyphosphates.Upon hot-pressing,melted PP fibers are fused together at their contact points and thus as-prepared composites are bi-continuous with two interpenetrating phases. The composites show significantly improved thermal stability and flame retardancy relative to pure PP,with a low total heat release(THR)of 3.7 kJ/g and a heat release rate(HRR)of 50.0 W/g,which are reduced by 78%and 87%,respectively.In addition, the composites exhibit a high electrical conductivity of~36,700 S/m and an EMI shielding performance of~90 d B over the whole frequency range of 8–12 GHz with a thickness of~400μm.The as-developed PP/MXene composites hold great promise for reliable protection of next-generation electronic devices working in complex environments. | Tingting Tang Shanchi Wang Yue Jiang Zhiguang Xu Yu Chen Tianshu Peng Fawad Khan Jiabing Feng Pingan Song Yan Zhao | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,16: | 1

Effect of magnetic field on dislocation morphology and precipitation behaviour in ultrafine-grained 7075 aluminium alloy显示文摘The influence of magnetic field(1 T)on dislocation morphology and precipitation behaviour of ultrafinegrained(UFG)Al 7075 alloy was investigated after ageing from 90 to 200℃ via wide angle X-ray scattering(WAXS),small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Experimental results reveal that the improved precipitation kinetics of alloys in the thickness plane(denoted as sample II)as compared to those in the rolling plane(denoted as sample I),which arises due to a higher dislocation density(morphology of dislocation cells)of the thickness plane than that of the rolling plane(morphology of dislocations and dislocation tangles).Specifically, because of different dislocation morphologies, the magnetic field positively and negatively affects the dislocation activity in samples I and II,leading to enhanced and suppressed precipitation behaviors, respectively.Interestingly, nucleation of theηphase is facilitated in the UFG alloy at the critical temperature(140℃)because it affords a faster rate of atom diffusion and a higher dislocation density as compared to those exhibited by its coarse-grained alloy. This systematic and comprehensive study provides new insights into dislocation morphology and precipitation behaviour of the UFG 7075 Al alloy, while enabling the optimization of precipitation kinetics. | Jun Luo Hongyun Luo Tianshu Zhao Runze Wang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,34: | 1
Large deformation analysis of a cantilever beam made of axially functionally graded material by homotopy analysis method显示文摘Large deformation of a cantilever axially functionally graded (AFG) beam subject to a tip load is analytically studied using the homotopy analysis method (HAM). It is assumed that its Young’s modulus varies along the longitudinal direction according to a power law. Taking the solution of the corresponding homogeneous beam as the initial guess and obtaining a convergence region by adjusting an auxiliary parameter, the analytical expressions for large deformation of the AFG beam are provided. Results obtained by the HAM are compared with those obtained by the finite element method and those in the previous works to verify its validity. Good agreement is observed. A detailed parametric study is carried out. The results show that the axial material variation can greatly change the deformed configuration, which provides an approach to control and manage the deformation of beams. By tailoring the axial material distribution, a desired deformed configuration can be obtained for a specific load. The analytical solution presented herein can be a helpful tool for this procedure. | Xin LIN Yixin HUANG Yang ZHAO Tianshu WANG | 2019 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2019,40,10: | 1
Natural co-infection of fowl adenovirus type E-8b and avian hepatitis E virus in parental layer breeders in Hebei,China显示文摘Dear Editor,Fowl adenovirus(FAdV)and avian hepatitis E virus(aHEV)are the most important causative agents of hepatic injury, representing one of the greatest health concerns in layer chicken flocks(LCFs)in China and causes substantial economic losses.FAdVs are non-enveloped,double-stranded DNA viruses containing a genome of 43–45 kb in size and belong to the genus Aviadenovirus in the family of Adenoviridae(Hess,2000).Based on restriction enzyme digestion patterns and serum cross-neutralization tests,FAdV is currently clustered into five species(FAdV-A–FAdV-E)with 12 serotypes(FAdV-1 to-7,FAdV-8a,FAdV-8b,and FAdV-9 to-11).Different serotypes of FAdVs cause different clinical symptoms in poultry flocks.FAdV-1 can induce gizzard erosion in chickens, whereas inclusion body hepatitis(IBH)in chickens is often associated with FAdV-2,-8a,-8b,and-11.FAdV-4 causes hydropericardium hepatitis syndrome and IBH in chickens, and its infections have caused severe economic losses in the global poultry industry(Ye et al.,2016).Avian hepatitis E virus(aHEV)is a major causative agent of big liver and spleen disease(BLS),hepatitis splenomegaly syndrome, and hepatic rupture hemorrhage syndrome(HRHS)in chickens(Sun et al.,2019). | Lidan Hou Zengna Chi Yawen Zhang Qi Xue Tianshu Zhai Shuang Chang Jia Wang Peng Zhao | 2023 | Virologica Sinica2023,38,2: | 0
Dynamic State Estimation for DFIG with Unknown Inputs Based on Cubature Kalman Filter and Adaptive Interpolation显示文摘Dynamic state estimation(DSE)accurately tracks the dynamics of power systems and demonstrates the evolution of the system state in real time. This paper proposes a DSE approach for a doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)with unknown inputs based on adaptive interpolation and cubature Kalman filter(AICKF-UI).DFIGs adopt different control strategies in normal and fault conditions;thus, the existing DSE approaches based on the conventional control model of DFIG are not applicable in all cases.Consequently, the DSE model of DFIGs is reformulated to consider the converter controller outputs as unknown inputs, which are estimated together with the DFIG dynamic states by an exponential smoothing model and augmented-state cubature Kalman filter.Furthermore,as the reporting rate of existing synchro-phasor data is not sufficiently high to capture the fast dynamics of DFIGs,a large estimation error may occur or the DSE approach may diverge. To this end,in this paper,a local-truncation-error-guided adaptive interpolation approach is developed.Extensive simulations conducted on a wind farm and the modified IEEE 39-bus test system show that the proposed AICKF-UI can(1)effectively address the divergence issues of existing cubature Kalman filters while being computationally more efficient;(2)accurately track the dynamic states and unknown inputs of the DFIG;and(3)deal with various types of system operating conditions such as time-varying wind and different system faults. | Maolin Zhu Hao Liu Junbo Zhao Bendong Tan Tianshu Bi Samson Shenglong Yu | 2023 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,4: | 0
N-terminal residues of an HIV-1 gp41 membrane-proximal external region antigen influence broadly neutralizing 2F5-like antibodies显示文摘The Human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1) gp41 membrane proximal external region(MPER) is targeted by broadly neutralizing antibodies(e.g. 2F5, 4E10, Z13 e and m66.6), which makes this region a promising target for vaccine design. One strategy to elicit neutralizing antibodies against the MPER epitope is to design peptide immunogens mimicking neutralization structures. To probe 2F5-like neutralizing antibodies, two yeast-displayed antibody libraries from peripheral blood mononuclear cells from a HIV-1 patient were screened against the 2F5 epitope peptide SP62. Two 2F5-like antibodies were identified that specifically recognized SP62. However, these antibodies only weakly neutralized HIV-1 primary isolates. The epitopes recognized by these two 2F5-like antibodies include not only the 2F5 epitope(amino acids(aa) 662–667 in the MPER)but also several other residues(aa 652–655) locating at the N-terminus in SP62. Experimental results suggest that residues of SP62 adjacent to the 2F5 epitope influence the response of broadly neutralizing 2F5-like antibodies in vaccination. Our findings may aid the design of vaccine immunogens and development of therapeutics against HIV-1 infection. | Dezhi Li Jie Liu Li Zhang Tianshu Xu Junheng Chen Liping Wang Qi Zhao | 2015 | Virologica Sinica2015,30,6: | 0

DNA methylation drives a new path in gastric cancer early detection:Current impact and prospects显示文摘Gastric cancer(GC)is one of the most common and deadly cancers worldwide.Early detection offers the best chance for curative treatment and reducing its mortality. However, the optimal population-based early screening for GC remains unmet.Aberrant DNA methylation occurs in the early stage of GC,exhibiting cancer-specific genetic and epigenetic changes, and can be detected in the media such as blood, gastric juice, and feces, constituting a valuable biomarker for cancer early detection.Furthermore,DNA methylation is a stable epigenetic alteration, and many innovative methods have been developed to quantify it rapidly and accurately.Nonetheless,large-scale clinical validation of DNA methylation serving as tumor biomarkers is still lacking, precluding their implementation in clinical practice. In conclusion, after a critical analysis of the recent existing literature,we summarized the evolving roles of DNA methylation during GC occurrence, expounded the newly discovered noninvasive DNA methylation biomarkers for early detection of GC,and discussed its challenges and prospects in clinical applications. | Xinhui Wang Yaqi Dong Hong Zhang Yinghui Zhao Tianshu Miao Ghazal Mohseni Lutao Du Chuanxin Wang | 2024 | Genes & Diseases2024,11,2: | 0
