| 1 | 玉米秸秆液化制备生物高聚物材料的研究(英文)显示文摘该研究旨在探讨低温生物质液化技术及液化产物应用的可能性。以玉米秸秆为原料在酸性、常压条件下快速液化成多羟基化合物,再以多羟基化合物为原料合成一系列的聚合材料。采用不同的有机溶剂,在稀硫酸的催化作用下,对不同的温度下生物质的液化效果进行研究。同时探讨了液化有机溶剂同生物质物料的混合比率对液化过程的影响。试验表明,碳酸乙烯酯比乙烯醇具有较高的液化率。优化试验结果表明,在较佳的液化效果下,有机溶剂同玉米秆的混合比率为3∶1,反应温度160℃,稀硫酸浓度3%,反应时间2.5 h。液化产物经稀释、调节pH值、过滤、臭氧氧化一系列过程的处理后得到具有高活性多羟基聚合物。阐述了以多羟基聚合物制备各种生物聚合物材料如聚酯薄膜、聚胺酯泡沫和颗粒板的方法。聚酯薄膜是多羟基化合物上的羟基和多元酸上的羧基通过酯化反应形成的;聚胺酯泡沫通过多羟基化合物上的羟基和二异氰酸酯反应形成。研究表明以多羟基化合物和多元酸(酐)形成的聚酯型胶粘剂适合于制造颗粒板。 | 刘玉环 阮榕生 林向阳 虞飞 陈灵 邓少波 李宇红 Vance Morey Tom Yang | 2005 | 农业工程学报2005,21,12: | 11 |

| 5 | Modular architecture for fully non-blocking silicon photonic switch fabric显示文摘Integrated photonics offers the possibility of compact,low energy,bandwidth-dense interconnects for large port count spatial optical switches,facilitating flexible and energy efficient data movement in future data communications systems.To achieve widespread adoption,intimate integration with electronics has to be possible,requiring switch design using standard microelectronic foundry processes and available devices.We report on the feasibility of a switch fabric comprised of ubiquitous silicon photonic building blocks,opening the possibility to combine technologies,and materials towards a new path for switch fabric design.Rather than focus on integrating all devices on a single silicon chip die to achieve large port count optical switching,this work shifts the focus towards innovative packaging and integration schemes.In this work,we demonstrate 1×8 and 8×1 microring-based silicon photonic switch building blocks with software control,providing the feasibility of a full 8×8 architecture composed of silicon photonic building blocks.The proposed switch is fully non-blocking,has path-independent insertion loss,low crosstalk,and is straightforward to control.We further analyze this architecture and compare it with other common switching architectures for varying underlying technologies and radices,showing that the proposed architecture favorably scales to very large port counts when considering both crosstalk and architectural footprint.Separating a switch fabric into functional building blocks via multiple photonic integrated circuits offers the advantage of piece-wise manufacturing,packaging,and assembly,potentially reducing the number of optical I/O and electrical contacts on a single die. | Dessislava Nikolova David M.Calhoun Yang Liu Sébastien Rumley Ari Novack Tom Baehr-Jones Michael Hochberg Keren Bergman | 2017 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2017,3,1: | 3 |

| 7 | Plant diversity and its maintenance in Populus euphratica riparian forests in the Ejina Oasis,China显示文摘The dynamic environments in riparian zones support a variety of life-history strategies, which constitute a fundamental mechanism for development and maintenance of biodiversity in riparian forest ecosystems. To demonstrate the effect of life-history strategies on biodiversity, we investigated community-level diversity and its relationship to environmental variability in the riparian Populus euphratica forests of the Ejina Oasis. Communities were divided into 14 associations on the basis of their species importance values. The Simpson's index, Shannon-Wiener index, Pielou's evenness index and the regional Whittaker's index were applied to calculate community diversity. An ordination of the sample plots was carried out by correspondence analysis (CA). Biodiversity was relatively low across the entire study area, but there was high community diversity (βw = 8.09) due to the spatial heterogeneity of habitats in different plots. In addition, we investigated the relationship between biodiversity and several environmental factors, such as water availability, community components and soil conditions. | 8 | Hormones induce the formation of luminal-derived basal cells in the mammary gland显示文摘In the mammary gland, it is widely believed that the luminal cells are unipotent after birth, contributing only to the luminal compartment in normal development. Here, by lineage tracing, we uncovered an unexpected potential of luminal cells that can give rise to basal cells during pregnancy. These luminal-derived basal cells (LdBCs) persisted through mammary regression and gen erated more proge ny in successive rounds of preg nan cies. LdBCs express basal markers as well as estroge n receptor a (ERa). I n ovariectomized (OVX) mice, stimulation with estrogen and progesterone promoted the formation of LdBCs. In serial transplantation assays, LdBCs were able to rec on stitute new mammary glands in a hormone-depende nt manner. Tran scriptome an alysis and genetic experiments suggest that Wnt/p-catenin signaling is essential for the formation and maintenance of LdBCs. Our data uncover an unexpected bi-potency of luminal cells in a physiological context.
