1A MULTISCALE SOIL LOSS EVALUATION INDEX显示文摘Exploring the relationships between land use and soil erosion at different scales is a fron-tier research field and a hot spot topic in contempo-rary physical geography. Based on the scale-pattern-process theory in landscape ecology and with consideration of such influential factors as land use, topography, soil and rainfall, this paper ap-plies the scale transition method to establishing a soil loss evaluation index at different scales and puts forward a research path and methodology for mul-tiscale soil loss evaluation indices. The multiscale soil loss evaluation index is applied to the evaluation of relationships between land use and soil erosion and the research of soil erosion evaluation at multiple scales. 2Recent area and ice volume change of Kangwure Glacier in the middle of Himalayas显示文摘This paper calculated and evaluated the area and ice volume changes of Kangwure Glacier in Mt.Xixiabangma,middle of Himalayas in the past 3 decades,based on the field survey of glacier boundary position by differential GPS and glacier depth by Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR),together with the topographic map and remote sense data.The studied data showed that the Kangwure Glacier has experienced significant mass deficit since the 1970s,with 34.2%of area loss,48.2%ofice volume loss and 7.5 m of average thickness decrease.This result revealed that the ice volume loss of Himalayan glaciers was more serious than expected.Analysis of meteorological data from two weather stations in the region of Mt.Xixiabangma,shows that the air temperature of this region has risen from the middle of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21st century.Significant retreat of Himalayas glacier driven by climatic warming will have a remarkable impact on hydrology and ecosystem.MA LingLong TIAN LiDe PU JianChen WANG PengLing 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,20:17
3Major advances in studies of the physical geography and living environment of China during the past 70 years and future prospects显示文摘The natural environment provides material essentials for human survival and development. The characteristics,processes, regional differentiation and forcing mechanisms of the elements of the natural environment(e.g. geomorphology,climate, hydrology, soil, etc.) are the main objects of research in physical geography. China has a complex natural environment and huge regional differentiation and therefore it provides outstanding reserach opportunities in physical geography. This review summarizes the most important developments and the main contributions of research in the physical geography and human living environment in China during the past 70 years. The major topics addressed are the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the evolution of its cryosphere, the development of fluvial systems, the acidification of the vast arid region of the Asian interior, variations in the monsoon and westerly climate systems on multiple timescales, the development of lakes and wetlands, the watershed system model, soil erosion, past human-environment interactions, biogeography, and physical geographic zonality. After briefly introducing international research developments, we review the history of research in physical geography in China, focusing on the major achievements and major academic debates, and finally we summarize the status of current research and the future prospects. 4Seasonal variations of stable isotope in precipitation and moisture transport at Yushu,eastern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Precipitation δ 18O at Yushu, eastern Tibetan Plateau, shows strong fluctuation and lack of clear seasonality. The seasonal pattern of precipitation stable isotope at Yushu is apparently different from either that of the southwest monsoon region to the south or that of the inland region to the north. This different seasonal pattern probably reflects the shift of different moisture sources. In this paper, we present the spatial comparison of the seasonal patterns of precipitation δ 18O, and calculate the moisture transport flux by using the NCAR/NCEP reanalysis data. This allows us to discuss the relation between moisture transport flux and precipitation δ 18O. This study shows that both the southwest monsoon from south and inland air mass transport from north affected the seasonal precipitation δ 18O at Yushu, eastern Tibetan Plateau. Southwest monsoon brings the main part of the moisture, but southwest transport flux is weaker than in the southern part of the Tibetan Plateau. However, contribution of the inland moisture from north or local evaporation moisture is enhanced. 5Isotopic composition of atmospheric water vapor before and after the monsoon's end in the Nagqu River Basin显示文摘Atmospheric water vapor samples were col-lected in the Nagqu River Basin in the middle of Tibetan Plateau between August and October in 2004. Results show that there exist some fluctuations of the δ 18O of atmospheric water vapor, especially before and after the monsoon’s end. Moreover, the variety trend of the δ 18O of atmospheric water vapor inverse correlates with that of dew point. Precipitation events make an important effect upon the variation of δ 18O of atmospheric water vapor. During the whole sampling pe-riod, the δ 18O values of atmospheric water vapor are low while precipitation events occurred. The moisture origins also contribute to the variation of δ 18O of atmospheric water vapor. The oceanic moisture transported by the southwest monsoon results in lower δ18O of atmospheric water vapor in the Nagqu River Basin. 6A new type of ice formation zone found in the Himalayas显示文摘Ice formation was studied on the Dasuopu Glacier located in the Mount Xixabangma (28°23’ N, 85°43’E) in the Himalayas. Snow pits and shallow ice cores are analyzed to reveal ice formation process. The results show that the ice formation process, or in other words, the process of densitification, on the col (7 000 m a.s.l. ) of the Dasuopu Glacier is a stable, slow and gradual process. The snow-ice transformation on the glacier is estimated to be 30—40 m below the surface. The temperature on the Dasuopu Glacier is very low (~ - 14℃ at 10 m) and similar to that in polar type ice cap. We,therefore, speculate that the process of snow-ice transformation is undertaken under snow pressure,and that there is a percolation zone on the Dasuopu Glacier. 8Static Schedule Generation for Time-Triggered Ethernet Based on Fuzzy Particle Swarm Optimization显示文摘In time-triggered ethernet(TTEthernet),designing and optimizing the static scheduling of TT messages to improve the real-time performance of the whole network control system is important.When there is a high load on TTEthernet network communication,the conventional static scheduling policy introduces certain problems,such as increased packet loss rate,load imbalance,and transmission delay.Meanwhile,basic artificial intelligence algorithms generally features convergence within only a few steps,leading to higher probability to fall into a local optimal solution.To realize these targets,Fuzzy particle swarm optimization(FPSO)based on population diversity is established.By combining Particle swarm optimization(PSO)with a fuzzy algorithm,setting the adjustment of the inertia weight and the regulation of the mutation factor as the controlled variables of the Fuzzy logic controller(FLC),and adjusting the FLC inference rules,a novel static schedule generation for TTEthernet is proposed.Simulation results prove that,compared to the conventional rate-monotonic scheduling algorithm and the PSO algorithm,FPSO has a strong global search capability when the communication of the TTEthernet system is in a high-load state.FPSO improves the load balancing of the network and reduces the transmission delay of TT message packets.FPSO shows excellent ability to optimize scheduling tables and guarantee the real-time performance of the TTEthernet system.CHEN Huang WANG Lide SHEN Ping DI Jun 2019Chinese Journal of Electronics2019,28,6:5
9Occurrence, spatial distribution and ecological risks of antibiotics in soil in urban agglomeration显示文摘Antibiotics in soil environment are regarded as emerging pollutants and have introduced increasing risks to soil ecosystem and human health in rapid urbanization areas. Identifying the occurrence and spatial variability of antibiotics in soils is an urgent issue in sustaining soil security. In this study, antibiotics in soils were investigated and analyzed in BeijingTianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. The occurrence, spatial distribution, and related affecting factors of antibiotics in soils were identified and ecological risks of antibiotics in soil environment were assessed. Results showed that(1) The mean concentration of soil antibiotics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration was 21.79 μg/kg. Land use substantially affected the occurrence and concentration of antibiotics in soils. Concentrations of antibiotics in cropland and orchard soils were 2-3 times higher than the other land use types.(2)The concentrations of antibiotics in soils in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration presented a spatial pattern of high values in southeast, and low values in northwest. Spatial variability of antibiotics in soils was closely related to the application of organic fertilizer and wastewater irrigation as well as topographical features. Furthermore, soil properties and land management policy had substantial influences on soil antibiotics, and soil heavy metals may aggravate the accumulation of antibiotics in soils.(3) Ecological risks assessment of antibiotics in soils demonstrated that erythromycin(ERY), sulfamethoxazole(SMX), and doxycycline(DOX) may introduce high risks to soil ecosystem health, and more attention should be paid to the areas with intensive human activities that had potential high risk to soil ecosystem health. 10Effects of Comprehensive Eccentricity of Involute Cam on Gear Profile Deviations显示文摘The manufacturing accuracy of ultra-precision master gears signifies the technological capability of the ultra-precision gear.Currently,there is little report about the manufacturing technologies of ultra-precision master gears at home and aboard.In order to meet the requirement of grinding ultra precision master gear,the gear grinder with flat-faced wheel Y7125 is chosen as the object machine tool and the geometric model of its precision generating part,the involute cam,is established.According to the structure of the involute cam,the effective working section and its adjustable range of the cam are determined,and the mathematical expressions of the effects of comprehensive eccentricity of the involute cam on gear profile deviations are derived.According to the primary harmonic trends of the deviation curve,it is shown that gear profile form and slope deviations in different work generating sections of the involute cam are different which the latter changes with the cam eccentricity obviously.Then,the issues of extreme values and methods of error compensation are studied and the conclusion that large adjustable range is benefit to search the optimal involute-cam section which is responding to the minimum gear profile deviations is obtained.A group of examples are calculated by choosing master gears with d=120 mm and m=2-6 mm and an involute cam with base diameter djcam =117 mm.And it is found that the maximum gear profile deviation counts for no more than 5% of the cam eccentricity after error compensation.A gear-grinding experiment on the master gear with m=2 mm is conducted by choosing different sections of the involute cam and the differences of gear profile deviations then the existence of the cam eccentricity are verified.The research discloses the rule of gear profile deviations caused by the comprehensive eccentricity of the involute cam and provides the theoretical guidance and the processing methods for grinding profile of the ultra precision master gear.WANG Liding LING Siying MAYong WANG Xiaodong LOU Zhifeng 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,3:5

13Recent high-resolution glaciochemical record from a Dasuopu firn core of middle Himalayas显示文摘A 16.8 m firn core of middle Himalayas was recovered on the col of Dasuopu glacier in August 2006,being 7000 m above sea level.A total of 317 samples were measured for stable oxygen isotope ratios(δ18O)and major ion concentrations(Na+,NH4+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Cl?,SO42?,and NO3?).The firn core dating and seasonal partitioning were carried out based on the marked seasonal variations along the stable oxygen isotopes and crustal species(Ca2+,Mg2+)profiles.The multi-parameters and high-resolution glaciochemical data set of Dasuopu firn core recorded the detailed chemical characteristics of pre-cipitation in high-elevation region,middle Himalayas,since 1991 A.D.,which mainly originated from the crustal and anthropogenic sources,while the sea-salt contribution was minor.The seasonal variability of major ion concentrations was dominated by the seasonal alternation of the prevalent air mass,at-mospheric circulation situation and precipitation regime.Linear regression analysis indicated that most of the variance in annual ionic fluxes can be explained by a linear dependence on snow accumu-lation rate.WANG PengLing YAO TanDong TIAN LiDe WU GuangJian LI Zhen YANG Wei 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,3:4

16The effects of land use on runoff and soil nutrient losses in a gully catchment of the hilly areas:implications for erosion control显示文摘Serious soilerosion is one ofthe majorissues threatening sustainable land use in semiarid areas,especially in the LoessPlateau ofChina.Understanding the effectsofland use on soiland water loss is important for sustainable land use strategy. Two sub-catchments: catchment A (CA) and catchment B (CB) with distinct land uses were selected to measure soil moisture,runoff and soil nutrientlossin Da Nangou catchmentofthe LoessPlateau ofChina.The effectsofland use patterns on runoffand nutrientlosseswere analyzed based on soilmoisture pattern by kriging and soilnutrients using multiple regression model.The resultsindicated thatthere were significantdifferencesin runoff yield and soil nutrient losses between the two sub-catchments. W ith similar land uses, the CA produced an average sediment yield of 49 kg ha-1 and 22.27 kg ha-1 during two storm events. M eanwhile,there was almostno runoffin the CB with dissimilarland uses during the same events. 17Efficient rare earth cerium(Ⅲ)complex with nanosecond d-f emission for blue organic light-emitting diodes显示文摘In the field of RGB diodes,development of a blue organic light-emitting diode(OLED)is a challenge because of the lack of an emitter which simultaneously has a short excited state lifetime and a high theoretical external quantum efficiency(EQE).We demonstrate herein a blue emissive rare earth cerium(III)complex Ce-2 showing a high photoluminescence quantum yield of 95%and a short excited state lifetime of 52.0 ns in doped film,which is considerably faster than that achieved in typical efficient phosphorescence or thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitters(typical lifetimes>1μs).The corresponding OLED shows a maximum EQE up to 20.8%and a still high EQE of 18.2%at 1000 cd m^(-2),as well as an operation lifetime 70 times longer than that of a classic phosphorescence OLED.The excellent performance indicates that cerium(III)complex could be a candidate for efficient and stable blue OLEDs because of its spin-and parity-allowed d-f transition from the Ce^(3+)ion.Zifeng Zhao Liding Wang Ge Zhan Zhiwei Liu Zuqiang Bian Chunhui Huang 2021National Science Review2021,8,2:3

19Ecological Environment Conservation and Restoration and Sustainable Development of Minqin Oasis显示文摘Minqin oasis in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River is a main natural barrier for the Wuwei Basin. Due to the combined influence of human activities and natural factors in the past half a century, water quality in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River decreased and ecological environment deteriorated, which influenced sustainable development of this area and surrounding area seriously. This paper analyzed current situation and reasons of the deteriorated ecological environment in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River, and proposed that water environment regulation was the primary task in the eco-environment control of Minqin area, specifically,(a) By using existing policies, accelerating the construction of water-saving agriculture in the middle reaches of the Shiyang River, water quantity in the lower reaches would be guanranted, water shortage for agricultural production and ecological use in Minqin oasis would be relieved;(b) Unreasonable human activities such as overexploitation of underground water should be controlled strictly;(c) Water conservancy project should be developed vigorously to ensure rate of flow. 20Seasonal transition characteristics of the westerly jet: Study based on field observations at an altitude of 6900 m on the Mt. Xixiabangma Dasuopu glacier显示文摘To better understand ultra-high-altitude climate characteristics and their changes, an automatic weather station was installed on August 4, 2005 on the Mt. Xixiabangma Dasuopu glacier (28°23.04′N, 85°43.72′E, 6900 m a.s.l.) in the middle of the Himalayas. Mountain weather conditions were observed continuously and automatically. This paper is the first to publish meteorological data for a whole year for a high-elevation region, and analyze wind direction, wind speed, air temperature, air pressure and humidity. Analysis of the observation data reveals that this region was strongly influenced by the westerly jet from October 10, 2005 to April 21, 2006 and by the Indian monsoon from May to September. The seasonal transitions of the westerly jet were characterized by changes in meteorological elements. In winter, influenced by the westerly jet, the wind speed in the study region was very high and fluctuated violently, gale days were frequent, temperature and air pressure fluctuated dramatically, the diurnal range of temperature decreased and the diurnal range of air pressure increased, relative humidity and specific humidity declined sharply, and air was dry.
