1Precise orbit determination of Beidou Satellites with precise positioning显示文摘Chinese Beidou satellite navigation system constellation currently consists of eight Beidou satellites and can provide preliminary service of navigation and positioning in the Asia-Pacific Region.Based on the self-developed software Position And Navigation Data Analysis(PANDA) and Beidou Experimental Tracking Stations (BETS),which are built by Wuhan University,the study of Beidou precise orbit determination,static precise point positioning (PPP),and high precision relative positioning,and differential positioning are carried out comprehensively.Results show that the radial precision of the Beidou satellite orbit determination is better than 10 centimeters.The RMS of static PPP can reach several centimeters to even millimeters for baseline relative positioning.The precision of kinematic pseudo-range differential positioning and RTK mode positioning are 2-4 m and 5-10 cm respectively,which are close to the level of GPS precise positioning.Research in this paper verifies that,with support of ground reference station network,Beidou satellite navigation system can provide precise positioning from several decimeters to meters in the wide area and several centimeters in the regional area.These promising results would be helpful for the implementation and applications of Beidou satellite navigation system.SHI Chuang ZHAO QiLe LI Min TANG WeiMing HU ZhiGang LOU YiDong ZHANG HongPing NIU XiaoJi LIU JingNan 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,7:61

4Application of Two-Dimensional Electrophoresis in the Research of Retinal Proteins of Diabetic Rat显示文摘Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease which is associated with numerous serious health complications such as diabetic retinopathy, and is the leading cause of new cases of blindness in adults at the age of 20-74 years old. The aim of the study was to establish and optimize a two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2-DE) technique for retina proteomics to improve the resolution and reproducibility, and to observe the proteomic changes of retinal tissues in diabetic and normal rats. Proteins were extracted from retinal tissues of normal and 8 weeks diabetic SD rats and used in two-dimensional electrophoresis. Various conditions of retina proteomic 2-DE were adjusted, optimized and protein spots of differential expression were obtained through analysis of 2-DE images with PDQuest software. By choosing appropriate sample amount, using pre-cast IPG dry strips (pH 5-8) and casting 12% equal gel, satisfactory 2-DE images of retina were obtained and a steady 2-DE technique was established. In this way, we found 36 spots in 2-DE gel of diabetic retinas that exhibited statistically significant variations, including up-regulation of 5 proteins in diabetic rat retinas, down-regulation of 23, and disappearance of 8, in comparison with normal tissues. The differences of protein expression were observed in retinas between diabetic and normal rats. 5BLT1 in dendritic cells promotes Th1/Th17 differentiation and its deficiency ameliorates TNBS-induced colitis显示文摘Leukotriene B4(LTB4)synthesis is enhanced in the colonic mucosa in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).BLT1,a highaffinity receptor for LTB4,exhibits no effect on the progression of dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced colitis,which mostly relies on innate immunity.Here,we reported that BLT1 regulates trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)-induced colitis,which reflects CD4+T-cell-dependent adaptive immune mechanisms of IBD.We found that BLT1 signaling enhanced the progression of colitis through controlling the production of proinflammatory cytokines by dendritic cells(DCs)and modulating the differentiation of Th1 and Th17.BLT1−/−mice displayed an alleviated severity of TNBS-induced colitis with reduced body weight loss and infiltrating cells in the lamina propria.BLT1 deficiency in DCs led to reduced production of proinflammatory cytokines,including IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-12,and these results were further confirmed via treatment with a BLT1 antagonist.The impaired cytokine production by BLT1−/−DCs subsequently led to reduced Th1 and Th17 differentiation both in vitro and in vivo.We further performed a conditional DC reconstitution experiment to assess whether BLT1 in DCs plays a major role in regulating the pathogenesis of TNBS-induced colitis,and the results indicate that BLT1 deficiency in DCs also significantly reduces disease severity.The mechanistic study demonstrated that BLT1-regulated proinflammatory cytokine production through the Gαiβγsubunit-phospholipase Cβ(PLCβ)-PKC pathway.Notably,we found that treatment with the BLT1 antagonist also reduced the production of proinflammatory cytokines by human peripheral blood DCs.Our findings reveal the critical role of BLT1 in regulating adaptive immunity and TNBS-induced colitis,which further supports BLT1 as a potential drug target for adaptive immunity-mediated IBD.Jinfeng Zhou Weiming Lai Wanjie Yang Juping Pan Hu Shen Yingying Cai Cuixia Yang Ningjia Ma Yue Zhang Ru Zhang Xin Xie Zhongjun Dong Yuan Gao Changsheng Du 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,12:9
6A novel subsidence monitoring technique based on space-surface bistatic differential interferometry using GNSS as transmitters显示文摘Synthetic Aperture Radar Differential Interferometry(DIn SAR) technique is an effective tool with large coverage and high spatial accuracy for subsidence monitoring. Nevertheless, the temporal resolution is usually poor so that rapid deformation cannot be measured due to the long revisit time of radar satellites.Bistatic SAR Differential Interferometry technique using Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) as illuminator has a shorter revisit time, whereas the measurement accuracy is constrained by low signal power, narrow bandwidth and atmospheric delay error. To cope with these problems, in this paper, we propose a novel subsidence monitoring technique based on Space-Surface bistatic Differential Interferometry(SS-DI) with GNSS transmitters, where two stations consist of a reference one and a measurement one that are deployed on the ground. First, we applied a space differential processing between two stations to cancel identical errors such as tropospheric and ionospheric errors etc. Then we used a long time coherent integration to improve the signal noise ratio. Subsequently, we also utilized a time differential processing to construct double differential equations with respect to unknown deformation variables. Finally, we solved the equations to obtain a highly accurate estimation of three dimension deformation. Furthermore, an SS-DI experiment using Beidou-2 as transmitters was carried out to validate the proposed method, where a high accuracy(0.01 mm) device was utilized to simulate subsidence deformation. 7High-precision deformation monitoring algorithm for GBSAR system: rail determination phase error compensation显示文摘In recent years, the repeat-pass GBSAR(ground based synthetic aperture radar) system has demonstrated its capacity to acquire deformation. Nevertheless, in a variety of applications, it needs to measure the deformation with the precision up to 0.1 mm, which could not be reached by utilizing the traditional PS(permanent scatterer) algorithm in most cases. Generally, one of the main reasons could be summarized into the phase error caused by the rail determination error, because the precision of rail determination might degrade during long working hours. However, the traditional PS algorithm could not compensate for the phase error caused by the rail determination error. In order to solve the problems, we modify the conventional PS algorithm.Firstly, we deduced the transformation relationship between the rail determination error and its corresponding interferometric phase error. Then, the phase errors caused by the atmosphere and the rail determination error were jointly compensated. The experimental data, which were obtained in Fangshan District in Beijing(China), were used to test and verify the performance of the new algorithm. 12Grating lobes suppression method for stepped frequency GB-SAR system显示文摘A grating lobes suppression method for chirp-subpulse stepped frequency(CSSF) signals is proposed, which is applied to deformation monitoring using the ground based synthetic aperture radar(GB-SAR) system. This method is based on accurate estimation and correction of the phase and amplitude error along two dimensions(range and azimuth), i.e., the error estimation inside the subpulse(in-subpulse error) and across the stepped frequency subpulses(cross-subpulse error) of transmitted CSSF signals. 14Immobilized MHC class I chain-related protein A synergizes with IL-15 and soluble 4-1BB ligand to expand NK cells with high cytotoxicity ex vivo显示文摘Major histocompatibility complex(MHC)class I chain-related protein A(MICA),which is a ligand for human NKG2D,is expressed by a variety of epithelial tumor cells and promotes the activation of natural killer(NK),CD81 and cd-T cells.Although ectopic expression of MICA on tumor cells elicits anti-tumor responses,soluble MICA downregulates the activities of lymphocytes.In this study,we showed that recombinant,immobilized MICA(iMICA)molecules coated on plastic wells weakly promote peripheral NK cell activation,secretion of interferon(IFN)-c and degranulation without inducing apoptosis.In addition,iMICA synergized with IL-15 and soluble 4-1BB ligand(s4-1BBL)to expand NK cells 25-to 42-fold in a 13-day culture,whereas NK cells stimulated only with IL-15 and s4-1BBL expanded 10-to 16-fold.In contrast toNKcells expanded by IL-15 and s4-1BBL stimulation,NKcells expanded long term in the presence of iMICA exhibited increased cytotoxicity against leukemia cells.These results suggest that large numbers ofNKcells with high cytotoxicity can be generated by stimulation with IL-15 and s4-1BBL in the presence of iMICA and that these cells can be used for adoptive cancer immunotherapy.Weijuan Gong Weiming Xiao Li Qian Chunxiang Gong Maozhi Hu Xianyuan Pan Mingchun Ji 2010Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010,7,6:2
15Minimum Structural Similarity Distortion for Reversible Data Hiding显示文摘Until now, most Reversible data hiding(RDH) techniques have been evaluated by Peak signal-tonoise ratio(PSNR), which based on Mean squared error(MSE). Unfortunately, MSE turns out to be an extremely poor measure when the purpose is to predict perceived signal fidelity or quality. The Structural similarity(SSIM)index has gained widespread popularity as an alternative motivating principle for the design of image quality measures. How to utilize the characterize of SSIM to design RDH algorithm is very critical. We propose an optimal RDH algorithm under structural similarity constraint. We deduce the metric of the structural similarity constraint,and further we prove it does not hold Non-crossing-edges(NCE) property. We construct the rate-distortion function of optimal structural similarity constraint, which is equivalent to minimize the average distortion for a given embedding rate, and then we can obtain the optimal transition probability matrix under the structural similarity constraint.
