1Angles-only initial relative orbit determination algorithm for noncooperative spacecraft proximity operations显示文摘This research furthers the development of a closed-form solution to the angles-only initial relative orbit determination problem for non-cooperative target close-in proximity operations when the camera offset from the vehicle center-of-mass allows for range observability.In previous work,the solution to this problem had been shown to be non-global optimal in the sense of least square and had only been discussed in the context of Clohessy–Wiltshire.In this paper,the emphasis is placed on developing a more compact and improved solution to the problem by using state augmentation least square method in the context of the Clohessy–Wiltshire and Tschauner–Hempel dynamics,derivation of corresponding error covariance,and performance analysis for typical rendezvous missions.A two-body Monte Carlo simulation system is used to evaluate the performance of the solution.The sensitivity of the solution accuracy to camera offset,observation period,and the number of observations are presented and discussed.Baichun Gong Wendan Li Shuang Li Weihua Ma Lili Zheng 2018Astrodynamics2018,2,3:20
2FRUCTOKINASE-LIKE PROTEIN 1 interacts with TRXz to regulate chloroplast development in rice显示文摘Chloroplast genes are transcribed by the plastidencoded RNA polymerase(PEP) or nucleus-encoded RNA polymerase. FRUCTOKINASE-LIKE PROTEINS(FLNs) are phosphofructokinase-B(Pfk B)-type carbohydrate kinases that act as part of the PEP complex; however, the molecular mechanisms underlying FLN activity in rice remain elusive.Previously, we identified and characterized a heat-stress sensitive albino(hsa_1) mutant in rice. Map-based cloning revealed that HSA_1 encodes a putative OsFLN_2. Here, we further demonstrated that knockdown or knockout of the OsFLN_1, a close homolog of HSA_1/OsFLN_2, considerably inhibits chloroplast biogenesis and the fln_1 knockout mutants, created by clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR) and CRISPR-associate protein_9, exhibit severe albino phenotype and seedling lethality. Moreover, OsFLN_1 localizes to the chloroplast.Yeast two-hybrid, pull-down and bimolecular fluorescencecomplementation experiments revealed that OsFLN_1 and HSA_1/OsFLN_2 interact with THIOREDOXINZ(OsTRXz) to regulate chloroplast development. In agreement with this,knockout of OsTRXz resulted in a similar albino and seedling lethality phenotype to that of the fln_1 mutants. Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and immunoblot analysis revealed that the transcription and translation of PEP-dependent genes were strongly inhibited in fln_1 and trxz mutants, indicating that loss of OsFLN_1, HSA_1/OsFLN_2, or OsTRXz function perturbs the stability of the transcriptionally active chromosome complex and PEP activity. 4Just-in-time learning based integrated MPC-ILC control for batch processes显示文摘Considering the two-dimension(2 D) characteristic and the unknown optimal trajectory problem of the batch processes, an integrated model predictive control-iterative learning control(MPC-ILC) for batch processes is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the batch-axis information and time-axis information are combined into one quadratic performance index. It implies the integration of ILC and MPC algorithm idea, which leads to superior tracking performance and better robustness against disturbance and uncertainty. To address the problem of the unknown optimal trajectory, both time-varying prediction horizon and end product quality control are employed. Moreover, an integrated 2 D just-in-time learning(JITL) model is used to improve the predictive accuracy. Furthermore, rigorous description and proof are presented to prove the convergence and tracking performance of the proposed MPC-ILC strategy. 6Three-dimensional tidal current numerical model of the Oujiang Estuary显示文摘The characteristics of three-dimensional (3-D) tidal current in the Oujiang Estuary are investigated according to in situ observations. The Oujiang Estuary has features of irregular coastline, complex topography, many islands, moveable boundary, and submerged dyke, therefore, a 3-D numerical model on an unstructured triangular grid has been developed. The σ coordinate transformation, the moveable boundary and submerged dyke treatment techniques were employed in the model so it is suitable for the tidal simulations in the Oujing Estuary with submerged dyke and moveable boundary problems. The model is evaluated with the in situ data, and the results show that the calculated water elevations at 19 stations and currents at 19 profiler stations are in good agreement with measured data both in magnitude and phase. This numerical model is applied to the 3-D tidal circulation simulations of experiments in stopping flow transport through the South Branch of the Oujiang Estuary, and the feasibility to cutoff the flow in the South Branch of the Oujiang Estuary is demonstrated by numerical simulation experiments. 11Pathologically triggered in situ aggregation of nanoparticles for inflammation-targeting amplification and therapeutic potentiation显示文摘Uncontrolled and persistent inflammation is closely related to numerous acute and chronic diseases.However,effective targeting delivery systems remain to be developed for precision therapy of inflammatory diseases.Herein we report a novel strategy for engineering inflammationaccumulation nanoparticles via phenolic functionalization.Different phenol-functionalized nanoparticles were first developed,which can undergo in situ aggregation upon triggering by the inflammatory/oxidative microenvironment.Phenolic compound-decorated poly(lactide-co-glycolide)nanoparticles,in particular tyramine(Tyr)-coated nanoparticles,showed significantly enhanced accumulation at inflammatory sites in mouse models of colitis,acute liver injury,and acute lung injury,mainly resulting from in situ cross-linking and tissue anchoring of nanoparticles triggered by local myeloperoxidase and reactive oxygen species.By combining a cyclodextrin-derived bioactive material with Tyr decoration,a multifunctional nanotherapy(TTN)was further developed,which displayed enhanced cellular uptake,antiinflammatory activities,and inflammatory tissue accumulation,thereby affording amplified therapeutic effects in mice with colitis or acute liver injury.Moreover,TTN can serve as a bioactive and inflammation-targeting nanoplatform for site-specifically delivering a therapeutic peptide to the inflamed colon post oral administration,leading to considerably potentiated in vivo efficacies.Preliminary studies also revealed good safety of orally delivered TTN.Consequently,Tyr-based functionalization is promising for inflammation targeting amplification and therapeutic potentiation of nanotherapies.Qiang Nie Chenwen Li Yu Wang Yi Hu Wendan Pu Qixiong Zhang Jiajun Cai Yongyao Lin Gang Li Chenping Wang Lanlan Li Yin Dou Jianxiang Zhang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,1:1

18Flunarizine and lamotrigine prophylaxis effects on neuron-specific enolase, S-100, and brain-specific creatine kinase in a fetal rat model of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage显示文摘BACKGROUND: Calcium antagonists may act as neuroprotectants, diminishing the influx of calcium ions through voltage-sensitive calcium channels. When administered prophylactically, they display neuroprotective effects against hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in newborn rats. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the neuroprotective effects of flunarizine (FNZ), lamotrigine (LTG) and the combination of both drugs, on hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in fetal rats. DESIGN AND SETTING: This randomized, complete block design was performed at the Department of Pediatrics, Shenzhen Fourth People’s Hospital, Guangdong Medical College. MATERIALS: Forty pregnant Wistar rats, at gestational day 20, were selected for the experiment and were randomly divided into FNZ, LTG, FNZ + LTG, and model groups, with 10 rats in each group. METHODS: Rats in the FNZ, LTG, and FNZ + LTG groups received intragastric injections of FNZ (0.5 mg/kg/d), LTG (10 mg/kg/d), and FNZ (0.5 mg/kg/d) + LTG (10 mg/kg/d), respectively. Drugs were administered once a day for 3 days prior to induction of hypoxia-ischemia. Rats in the model group were not administered any drugs. Three hours after the final administration, eight pregnant rats from each group underwent model establishment hypoxia-ischemia brain damage to the fetal rats. Cesareans were performed at 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours later; and 5 fetal rats were removed from each mother and kept warm. Two fetuses without model establishment were removed by planned cesarean at the same time and served as controls. A total of 0.3 mL serum was collected from fetal rats at 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours, respectively, following birth. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Serum protein concentrations of neuron-specific enolase and S-100 were measured by ELISA. Serum concentrations of brain-specific creatine kinase were measured using an electrogenerated chemiluminescence method. RESULTS: Serum concentrations of neuron-specific enolase, S-100, and brain-specific creatine kinase were significantly higher in the hypoxic-ischemic fetal rats, compared with the non-hypoxic-ischemic group. Serum concentrations of neuron-specific enolase, S-100, and brain-specific creatine kinase were significantly less in the FNZ, LTG, and FNZ + LTG groups following ischemia, compared with the model group (P < 0.01). However, these values were significantly greater in the FNZ and LTG groups, compared with the FNZ + LTG group, following ischemia (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Preventive antenatal use of oral FNZ and LTG has positive neuroprotective effects on intrauterine hypoxic-ischemic brain damage. 19Intrinsically bioactive and biomimetic nanoparticle-derived therapies alleviate asthma by regulating multiple pathological cells显示文摘Asthma is a serious global public health concern. Airway neutrophilic inflammation is closely related to severe asthma, for which effective and safe therapies remain to be developed. Here we report nanotherapies capable of simultaneously regulating multiple target cells relevant to the pathogenesis of neutrophilic asthma. A nanotherapy LaCD NP based on a cyclic oligosaccharide-derived bioactive material was engineered. LaCD NP effectively accumulated in the injured lungs of asthmatic mice and mainly distributed in neutrophils, macrophages, and airway epithelial cells after intravenous or inhalation delivery, thereby ameliorating asthmatic symptoms and attenuating pulmonary neutrophilic inflammation as well as reducing airway hyperresponsiveness, remodeling, and mucus production. Surface engineering via neutrophil cell membrane further enhanced targeting and therapeutic effects of LaCD NP. Mechanistically, LaCD NP can inhibit the recruitment and activation of neutrophils, especially reducing the neutrophil extracellular traps formation and NLRP3 inflammasome activation in neutrophils. Also, LaCD NP can suppress macrophage-mediated pro-inflammatory responses and prevent airway epithelial cell death and smooth muscle cell proliferation, by mitigating neutrophilic inflammation and its direct effects on relevant cells. Importantly, LaCD NP showed good safety performance.
