| 1 | A Nonresonant Hybridized Electromagnetic-Triboelectric Nanogenerator for Irregular and Ultralow Frequency Blue Energy Harvesting显示文摘As a promising renewable energy source,it is a challenging task to obtain blue energy,which is irregular and has an ultralow frequency,due to the limitation of technology.Herein,a nonresonant hybridized electromagnetic-triboelectric nanogenerator was presented to efficiently obtain the ultralow frequency energy.The instrument adopted the flexible pendulum structure with a precise design and combined the working principle of electromagnetism and triboelectricity to realize the all-directional vibration energy acquisition successfully.The results confirmed that the triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)had the potential to deliver the maximum power point of about 470μW while the electromagnetic nanogenerator(EMG)can provide 523 mW at most.The conversion efficiency of energy of the system reached 48.48%,which exhibited a remarkable improvement by about 2.96 times,due to the elastic buffering effect of the TENG with the double helix structure.Furthermore,its ability to collect low frequency wave energy was successfully proven by a buoy in Jialing River.This woke provides an effective candidate to harvest irregular and ultralow frequency blue energy on a large scale. | Weibo Xie Lingxiao Gao Lingke Wu Xin Chen Fayang Wang Daqiao Tong Jian Zhang Jianyu Lan Xiaobin He Xiaojing Mu Ya Yang | 2021 | Research2021,,1: | 4 |

On the one hand, urban environmental issues have become prominent, especially air pollution caused by industrialization in developing countries; on the other hand, urban residents' demand for physical and mental health calls for physical space to promote the quality of life. Based on theoretical and empirical researches, this paper explores significant environmental factors in healthy city planning and their correlation with public health in different approaches. The research discusses the correlations between planning factors and public health from four aspects including land use, spatial form, transportation modes, and green open space so as to reduce pollution and its impact on humans as well as how they encourage physical activity. | 9 | Serosurvey for SARS-CoV-2 among blood donors in Wuhan,China from September to December 2019显示文摘The emerging of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)caused COVID-19 pandemic.The first case of COVID-19 was reported at early December in 2019 in Wuhan City,China.To examine specific antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 in biological samples before December 2019 would give clues when the epidemic of SARS-CoV-2 might start to circulate in populations.We obtained all 88,517 plasmas from 76,844 blood donors in Wuhan between 1 September and 31 December 2019.We first evaluated the pan-immunoglobin(pan-Ig)against SARS-CoV-2 in 43,850 samples from 32,484 blood donors with suitable sample quality and enough volume.Two hundred and sixty-four samples from 213 donors were pan-Ig reactive,then further tested IgG and IgM,and validated by neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2.Two hundred and thirteen samples(from 175 donors)were only pan-Ig reactive,8(from 4 donors)were pan-Ig and IgG reactive,and 43(from 34 donors)were pan-Ig and IgM reactive.Microneutralization assay showed all negative results.In addition,213 screened reactive donors were analyzed and did not show obviously temporal or regional tendency,but the distribution of age showed a difference compared with all tested donors.Then we reviewed SARS-CoV-2 antibody results from these donors who donated several times from September 2019 to June 2020,partly tested in a previous published study,no one was found a significant increase in S/CO of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2.Our findings showed no SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies existing among blood donors in Wuhan,China before 2020,indicating no evidence of transmission of COVID-19 before December 2019 in Wuhan,China. | Le Chang Lei Zhao Yan Xiao Tingting Xu Lan Chen Yan Cai Xiaojing Dong Conghui Wang Xia Xiao Lili Ren Lunan Wang | 2023 | Protein & Cell2023,14,1: | 0 |

Common endodontic treatment concepts are based on the removal of inflamed or necrotic pulp tissue and the replacement by gutta-percha. However, it is very essential for endodontic treatment to debride the root canal system and prevent the root canal system from bacterial reinfection after root canal therapy(RCT). Recent research, encompassing bacterial etiology and advanced imaging techniques, contributes to our understanding of the root canal system’s anatomy intricacies and the technique sensitivity of RCT. Success in RCT hinges on factors like patients, infection severity, root canal anatomy, and treatment techniques. Therefore, improving disease management is a key issue to combat endodontic diseases and cure periapical lesions. The clinical difficulty assessment system of RCT is established based on patient conditions, tooth conditions, root canal configuration, and root canal needing retreatment, and emphasizes pre-treatment risk assessment for optimal outcomes. The findings suggest that the presence of risk factors may correlate with the challenge of achieving the high standard required for RCT.
