| 1 | Endovascular treatment with or without intravenous alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke due to basilar artery occlusion显示文摘Background and purpose It remains controversial if endovascular treatment(EVT)can improve the outcome of patients with acute basilar artery occlusion(BAO).This study aims to compare the functional outcomes between EVT with and without intravenous thrombolysis(IVT)first in patients who had acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)due to BAO.Methods Patients who had AIS with BAO who underwent EVT within 24 hours of onset were enrolled in this multicentre cohort study,and the efficacy and safety were compared between IVT+EVT and direct EVT.The primary outcome was 90-day functional independence.All outcomes were assessed with adjusted OR(aOR)from the multivariable logistic regression.In addition,a meta-analysis was performed on all recently published pivotal studies on functional independence after EVT in patients with BAO.Results Of 310 enrolled patients with BAO,241(78%)were treated with direct EVT and 69(22%)with IVT+EVT.Direct EVT was associated with a worse functional outcome(aOR,0.46(95%CI 0.24 to 0.85),p=0.01).IVT+EVT was associated with a lower percentage of patients who needed≥3 passes of stent retriever(10.14%vs 20.75%).The meta-analysis regression revealed a potential positive correlation between bridging with IVT first and functional independence(r=0.14(95%CI 0.05 to 0.24),p<0.01).Conclusions This study showed that compared with direct EVT,EVT with IVT first was associated with better functional outcomes in patients with BAO treated within 24 hours of onset.The meta-analysis demonstrated similar favourable efficacy of IVT first followed by EVT in patients with BAO. | Ximing Nie David Wang Yuehua Pu Yufei Wei Qixuan Lu Hongyi Yan Xin Liu Lina Zheng Jingyi Liu Xinxuan Yang Yarong Ding Dacheng Liu Wanying Duan Zhe Zhang Zhonghua Yang Miao Wen Weibin Gu Xinyi Hou Xinyi Leng Yuesong Pan Zhongrong Miao Liping Liu | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,3: | 10 |
| 2 | Effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis of patients with depression显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effects of sleep electroencephalogram-modulated repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (SEM-rTMS) and conventional rTMS (C-rTMS) on the activity of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis in patients with depression. Methods: In a double-blind, randomized controlled trial, 164 patients diagnosed with depression were randomized to treatment with SEM-rTMS (n=57), C-rTMS (n=55) or sham rTMS (n=52) for 30 min every day for 10 d. Before and after treatment plasma concentrations of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol (CORT) were measured, and the 24-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-24) was used for assessment. Results: The HAMD-24 scores and plasma ACTH and CORT concentrations of these depressive patients before treatment were significantly different from those of the normal control group (P<0.05). The HAMD-24 scores and plasma ACTH and CORT concentrations in the SEM-r TMS group and conventional rTMS group were decreased significantly (P<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the HAMD-24 scores and plasma ACTH (n=240, r=0.105, P=0.048) and CORT concentrations (n=240, r=0.126, P=0.023) in the patients with depression before and after treatment. Conclusion: The antidepressant effect of rTMS, including SEM-rTMS, may be related to its decreasing HPA axis activity. (This trail was registered. Through simulation some conclusions are obtained: The lighter the pipestring is, theless velocity of lowering the pipestring is; The smaller the throttle valve path area is, the less velocityof lowering the pipestring is; Different air vessel volumes have no evident effect on the pipestringlowering velocity. | 5 | In situ synthesis and unidirectional insertion of membrane proteins in liposome-immobilized silica stationary phase for rapid preparation of microaffinity chromatography显示文摘Cell membrane affinity chromatography has been widely applied in membrane protein(MP)-targeted drug screening and interaction analysis.However,in current methods,the MP sources are derived from cell lines or recombinant protein expression,which are time-consuming for cell culture or purification,and also difficult to ensure the purity and consistent orientation of MPs in the chromatographic stationary phase.In this study,a novel in situ synthesis membrane protein affinity chromatography(iSMAC)method was developed utilizing cell-free protein expression(CFE)and covalent immobilized affinity chromatography,which achieved efficient in situ synthesis and unidirectional insertion of MPs into liposomes in the stationary phase.The advantages of iSMAC are:1)There is no need to culture cells or prepare recombinant proteins;2)Specific and purified MPs with stable and controllable content can be obtained within 2 h;3)MPs maintain the transmembrane structure and a consistent orientation in the chromatographic stationary phase;4)The flexible and personalized construction of cDNAs makes it possible to analyze drug binding sites.iSMAC was successfully applied to screen PDGFRβinhibitors from Salvia miltiorrhiza and Schisandra chinensis.Micro columns prepared by in-situ synthesis maintain satisfactory analysis activity within 72 h.Two new PDGFRβinhibitors,salvianolic acid B and gomisin D,were screened out with KD values of 13.44 and 7.39μmol/L,respectively.In vitro experiments confirmed that the two compounds decreasedα-SMA and collagen Ⅰ mRNA levels raised by TGF-βin HSC-T6 cells through regulating the phosphorylation of p38,AKT and ERK.In vivo,Sal B could also attenuate CCl_(4)-induced liver fibrosis by downregulating PDGFRβdownstream related protein levels.The iSMAC method can be applied to other general MPs,and provides a practical approach for the rapid preparation of MP-immobilized or other biological solid-phase materials. | Yanqiu Gu Rong Wang Panpan Chen Shengnan Li Xinyi Chai Chun Chen Yue Liu Yan Cao Diya Lv Zhanying Hong Zhenyu Zhu Yifeng Chai Yongfang Yuan Xiaofei Chen | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9: | 1 |

| 11 | Impact of Demographic Transition on Household Energy Consumption: A Case from China显示文摘Understanding how aging population and low fertility affect household energy consumption is important for optimizing household energy consumption and reaching effective policies.This paper studies the impacts of demographic transition on household energy consumption based on panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2016.Child-age dependency rate(CDR)and old-age dependency rate(ODR)are selected to track the shifts in age structure.They are introduced into a STIRPAT model to measure their impacts on household energy consumption.Besides,8 representative regions are additionally chosen and investigated to find some regional characteristics.The results show that current demographic transition to aging population expands household energy consumption.The aging population and low fertility cause additional challenges for energy saving and emission reduction.Household energy consumption in less developed areas is more likely to be affected by CDR and ODR.Regions with large population are also more easily influenced by demographic transitions especially CDR.This study emphases the effects of demographic elements on household energy consumption.It indicates that continuous optimization of household energy consumption structures should be based on population dynamics. | Dequn Zhou Xinyi Gu Hao Ding | 2021 | Energy Engineering2021,118,4: | 0 |
| 12 | IMU-based motion capture system for rehabilitation applications: A systematic review显示文摘In recent years,the use of inertial measurement unit(IMU)-based motion capture(Mocap)systems in rehabilitation has grown significantly.This paper aimed to provide an overview of current IMUbased Mocap system designs in the field of rehabilitation,explore the specific applications and implementation of these systems,and discuss potential future developments considering sensor limitations.For this review,a systematic literature search was conducted using Scopus,IEEE Xplore,PubMed,and Web of Science from 2013 to 2022.A total of 65 studies were included and analyzed based on their rehabilitation application,target population,and system deployment and measurement.The proportion of rehabilitation assessment,training,and both were 82%,12%,and 6%respectively.The results showed that primary focus of the studies was stroke that was one of the most commonly studied pathological disease.Additionally,general rehabilitation without targeting a specific pathology was also examined widely,with a particular emphasis on gait analysis.The most common sensor configuration for gait analysis was two IMUs measuring spatiotemporal parameters of the lower limb.However,the lack of training applications and upper limb studies could be attributed to the limited battery life and sensor drift.To address this issue,the use of low-power chips and low-consumption transmission pathways was a potential way to extend usage time for long-term training.Furthermore,we suggest the development of a highly integrated multi-modal system with sensor fusion. | Chenyu Gu Weicong Lin Xinyi He Lei Zhang Mingming Zhang | 2023 | Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2023,3,2: | 0 |

| 19 | Re-Exploring Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets in Primary Melanoma Patients: Insights from Network-Based Analysis of Microarray Data显示文摘Objective To identify novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets for primary melanoma using network-based microarray data analysis.Methods Eligible microarray datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database were used to identify differentially expressed genes(DEGs).The protein-protein interaction(PPI)network,Gene Ontology(GO),and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analyses were performed to identify hub genes and pathways that might affect the survival of melanoma patients.Immunohistochemistry results obtained from the Human Protein Atlas(HPA)database confirmed the protein expression levels of hub genes.The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database was used to further verify the gene expression levels and conduct survival analysis.Results Three microarray datasets(GSE3189,GSE15605,and GSE46517)containing 122 melanoma and 30 normal skin tissue samples were included.A total of 262 common differentially expressed genes(cDEGs)were identified based on three statistical approaches(Fisher’s method,the random effects model(REM),and vote counting)with strict criteria.Of these,two upregulated genes,centromere protein F(CENPF)and pituitary tumortransforming gene 1(PTTG1),were selected as hub genes.HPA and TCGA database analyses confirmed that CENPF and PTTG1 were overexpressed in melanoma.Survival analysis showed that high expression levels of CENPF were significantly correlated with decreased overall survival(OS)(P=0.028).Conclusion The expression level of CENPF was significantly upregulated in melanoma and correlated with decreased OS.Thus,CENPF may represent a novel biomarker and therapeutic target for melanoma patients. | Kangjie SHEN Chuanyuan WEI Yi XIE Lu WANG Shuyu WANG Ming REN Xinyi DENG Daohe WANG Zixu GAO Zihao FENG Jianying GU | 2020 | Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2020,2,4: | 0 |
| 20 | 编者的话显示文摘中国第七届工业建筑遗产学术研讨会(2016年11月19—21日)在同济大学隆重开幕,这是我国文化遗产保护事业的一件学术盛事,《建筑遗产》学刊有幸为此做出专辑,实在应当归功于中国建筑学会工业建筑遗产学术委员会的同仁们,感谢他们对学术及相关事务的辛勤劳动和无私奉献。本专辑是在这次会议征集论文的基础上,展现工业遗产的概念梳理、历史理论、价值评估、管理方法、类型解析、形制结构、保存活化等方面,内容极为丰富。经过精心筛选,共有10篇论文在本专辑中刊出。其中的核心内容,中国建筑学会工业建筑遗产学术委员会的刘伯英副理事长已在专辑导言中做了清晰评述。本人在此只重申在这次研讨会上的三点感想,与读者分享。 | 常青 Gu Xinyi Plácido González Martínez | 2017 | 建筑遗产2017,,1: | 0 |
