| 1 | 新疆望峰金矿成矿流体研究及其成因意义显示文摘新疆望峰金矿,产于中天山结晶基底中的韧性剪切带内。围岩蚀变和流体包裹体研究表明,成矿过程包括了3个阶段,从早到晚有石英黄铁矿阶段、多金属硫化物阶段和石英碳酸盐阶段,温度分别集中在360~520℃、240~360℃和120~240℃;矿化以第Ⅱ阶段为主。成矿流体的δ18O值变化于1.15‰~2.70‰之间,属于变质热液与大气降水热液的混合流体。包裹体成分表明成矿流体来源较浅,但有利于金矿化;CO2/H2O比值多大于0.026,也有利于成矿。而包裹体捕获压力表明成矿作用发生在5.6~1.2km深度范围,主要发生在1.9km左右;矿化过程与地壳抬升伸展的过程一致,自然亦与碰撞造山体制的矿化规律一致。因此,古生代末期的碰撞造山作用导致了望峰金矿的形成,冰达坂断裂两侧是寻找望峰式金矿的有利地带。石英红外光谱分析表明,CO2光密度(D2)及其与H2O光密度(D1)的比值(D2/D1)普遍较高,指示矿化较强;D2>0.55和D2/D10.26是该区富金样品的标志。 | Chen Yanjing 1) Li Xin 1) Jing Jun 2) Gao Xiuli 1) Chen Huayong 1) Wu Xidan 2) Wu Dehua 2) ( 1) Department of Geology, Peking University 2)Team 15 of Gold Headquarters, MMIC, Urumqi ) | 1998 | 地球学报(中国地质科学院院报)1998,19,2: | 18 |
| 2 | Influence of Long-Term Fertilization on Selenium Accumulation in Soil and Uptake by Crops显示文摘Continuous applications of organic and inorganic fertilizers can affect soil and food quality with respect to selenium(Se) concentrations.A long-term(over 20 years) experimental field study,started in 1989,was conducted to investigate the changes in soil Se fractions and its uptake by crops,as affected by different fertilizer practices,in the North China Plain with an annual crop rotation of winter wheat and summer maize.The long-term experiment was arranged in a complete randomized block design consisting of 4replications with 7 fertilizer treatments:1) organic compost(OC),2) half organic compost plus half N-P-K chemical fertilizers(OC+ NPK),3) N-P-K fertilizers(NPK),4) N-P fertilizers(NP),5) P-K fertilizers(PK),6) N-K fertilizers(NK),and 7) an un-amended control.Soil samples from the surface(20 cm) were collected in 1989,1994,1999,2004 and 2009 to characterize Se and other soil properties.In 2009,the average soil Se concentrations in the treatments(149 ± 8 μg kg^(-1)) were higher than those in the soil samples collected in 1989 at the beginning of the experiment(112 ± 4 μg kg^(-1)),and decreased in the order of OC > OC + NPK > NPK≈NP > PK ≈NK > control.Sequential extraction showed the oxidizable fraction(50.06%± 3.94%) was the dominant form of Se in the soil,followed by the residual fraction(24.12%± 2.89%),exchangeable fraction(15.09%± 4.34%) and Fe-Mn oxides fraction(10.73%± 4.04%).With an increase of soil K,the exchangeable Se concentrations in the soil increased.The Se concentrations in the soil tillage layer(0-20 cm) were mainly related to soil organic carbon(SOC),although different contributions came from atmospheric deposition,irrigation and fertilizers.With the accumulation of SOC,the uptakes of soil Se by two crops were inhibited.For the OC and OC + NPK treatments,Se concentrations in wheat grains were lower than the critical standard of Se in stable food(100 μg kg^(-1)).Additionally,Se concentrations in grains were also decreased by the deficiencies of major soil nutrients,especially P. | WANG Qingyun ZHANG Jiabao ZHAO Bingzi XIN Xiuli DENG Xihai Hailin ZHANG | 2016 | Pedosphere2016,26,1: | 12 |
| 3 | Multi-scale thermodynamic analysis method for 2D SiC/SiC composite turbine guide vanes显示文摘Ceramic Matrix Composite(CMC) turbine guide vanes possess multi-scale stress and strain with inhomogeneity at the microscopic scale.Given that the macroscopic distribution cannot reflect the microscopic stress fluctuation, the macroscopic method fails to meet the requirements of stress and strain analysis of CMC turbine guide vanes.Furthermore, the complete thermodynamic properties of 2 D woven SiC/SiC-CMC cannot be obtained through experimentation.Accordingly,a method to calculate the thermodynamic properties of CMC and analyze multi-scale stress and strain of the turbine guide vanes should be established.In this study, the multi-scale thermodynamic analysis is investigated.The thermodynamic properties of Chemical Vapor Infiltration(CVI) processed SiC/SiC-CMC are predicted by a Representative Volume Element(RVE) model with porosity, leading to the result that the relative error between the calculated in-plane tensile modulus and the experimental value is 4.2%.The macroscopic response of a guide vane under given conditions is predicted.The relative error between the predicted strain on the trailing edge and the experimental value is 9.7%.The calculation of the stress distribution of micro-scale RVE shows that the maximum value of microscopic stress, which is located in the interlayer matrix, is more than 1.5 times that of macroscopic stress in the same direction and the microscopic stress distribution of the interlayer matrix is related to the pore distribution of the composite. | Xin LIU Xiuli SHEN Longdong GONG Peng LI | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2018,31,1: | 9 |

| 5 | Soil Characteristics Overwhelm Cultivar Effects on the Structure and Assembly of Root-Associated Microbiomes of Modern Maize显示文摘Modern breeding primarily targets crop yield traits and is likely to influence root-associated microbiomes, which play significant roles in plant growth and health. The relative importance of soil and cultivar factors in shaping root-associated microbiomes of modern maize (Zea mays L.) remains uncertain. We conducted a pot experiment in a controlled environment using three soils (Mollisol, Inceptisol, and Ultisol) and four contrasting cultivars, Denghai 605, Nonghua 816, Qiaoyu 8, and Zhengdan 958, which are widely planted in China. We used 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing to characterize the bacterial communities in the bulk soil, rhizosphere, and endosphere. Our results showed that the four cultivars had different shoot biomass and root exudate total organic carbon and organic acid contents. The microbiomes in the bulk soil, rhizosphere, and endosphere were different. We observed apparent community divergence between soils rather than cultivars, within which edaphic factors substantially contributed to microbiome variation. Moreover, permutational multivariate analysis of variance corroborated significant contributions of soil type but not cultivar on the root-associated microbiome structure. Differential abundance analysis confirmed that each soil presented a distinct root microbiome, while network analysis indicated different co-occurrence patterns of the root microbiome among the three soils. The core root microbiome members are implicated in plant growth promotion and nutrient acquisition in the roots. In conclusion, root-associated microbiomes of modern maize are much more controlled by soil characteristics than by cultivar root exudation. | 8 | Responses of Soil Bacterial Diversity to Fertilization are Driven by Local Environmental Context Across China显示文摘Soil microbial diversity is extremely vulnerable to fertilization,which is one of the main anthropogenic activities associated with global changes.Yet we know little about how and why soil microbial diversity responds to fertilization across contrasting local ecological contexts.This knowledge is fundamental for predicting changes in soil microbial diversity in response to ongoing global changes.We analyzed soils from ten 20-year field fertilization(organic and/or inorganic)experiments across China and found that the national-scale responses of soil bacterial diversity to fertilization are dependent on ecological context.In acidic soils from regions with high precipitation and soil fertility,inorganic fertilization can result in further acidification,resulting in negative impacts on soil bacterial diversity.In comparison,organic fer-tilization causes a smaller disturbance to soil bacterial diversity.Despite the overall role of environmental contexts in driving soil microbial diversity,a small group of bacterial taxa were found to respond to fer-tilization in a consistent way across contrasting regions throughout China.Taxa such as Nitrosospira and Nitrososphaera,which benefit from nitrogen fertilizer addition,as well as Chitinophagaceae,Bacilli,and phototrophic bacteria,which respond positively to organic fertilization,could be used as bioindicators for soil fertility in response to fertilization at the national scale.Overall,our work provides new insights into the importance of local environmental context in determining the responses of soil microbial diver-sity to fertilization,and identifies regions with acidic soils wherein soil microbial diversity is more vul-nerable to fertilization at the national scale. | Youzhi Feng Manuel Delgado-Baquerizo Yongguan Zhu Xiaozeng Han Xiaori Han Xiuli Xin Wei Li Zhibing Guo Tinghui Dang Chenhua Li Bo Zhu Zejiang Cai Daming Li Jiabao Zhang | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,5: | 1 |
