| 1 | Mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of selective laser melted 316L stainless steel after different heat treatment processes显示文摘Irregular grains, high interfacial stresses and anisotropic properties widely exist in 3D-printed metallic materials, and this paper investigated the effects of heat treatment on the microstructural, mechanical and corrosion properties of 316 L stainless steel fabricated by selective laser melting. Sub-grains and low-angle boundaries exist in the as-received selective laser melted(SLMed) 316 L stainless steel. After heat treatment at 1050℃, the sub-grains and low-angle boundaries changed slightly, and the stress state and strength decreased to some extent due to the decrease of dislocation density. After heat treatment at 1200℃, the grains became uniform, and the dislocation cells vanished, which led to a sharp decline in the hardness and strength. | 5 | Corrosion Mechanism of Corrosion-Resistant Steel Developed for Bottom Plate of Cargo Oil Tanks显示文摘A new type of corrosion-resistant steel consisting of ferrite and bainite phases was developed for cargo oil tanks of crude oil tankers. The corrosion rate of this new steel was 0.22 mm/a, which was equivalent to ca. 1/5 of the criterion ( ≤ 1 mm/a) for corrosion-resistant steels. The composition and element distribution of the corrosion products were investigated by micro-Raman spectrometry and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results demonstrated that the corrosion product was composed of α-FeOOH, Fe3O4 and a continuous Cu enrichment layer. | 6 | Interaction between austein-ferrite phases on passive performance of2205 duplex stainless steel显示文摘The passive behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel(DSS) and its individual phases(α-phase, γ-phase) in neutral 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated by various electrochemical methods. The results indicated that galvanic effect between α and γ phases cannot deteriorate local corrosion, but favors the enhancement of the passive film. | 7 | Digoxin Ameliorates Glymphatic Transport and Cognitive Impairment in a Mouse Model of Chronic Cerebral Hypoperfusion显示文摘The glymphatic system plays a pivotal role in maintaining cerebral homeostasis.Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion,arising from small vessel disease or carotid stenosis,results in cerebrometabolic disturbances ultimately manifesting in white matter injury and cognitive dysfunction.However,whether the glymphatic system serves as a potential therapeutic target for white matter injury and cognitive decline during hypoperfusion remains unknown.Here,we established a mouse model of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion via bilateral common carotid artery stenosis.We found that the hypoperfusion model was associated with significant white matter injury and initial cognitive impairment in conjunction with impaired glym・phatic system function.The glymphatic dysfunction was associated with altered cerebral perfusion and loss of aquaporin 4 polarization.Treatment of digoxin rescued changes in glymphatic transport,white matter structure,and cognitive function.Suppression of glymphatic functions by treatment with the AQP4 inhibitor TGN-020 abolished this protective effect of digoxin from hypoperfusion injury.Our research yields new insight into the relationship between hemodynamics,glymphatic transport,white matter injury,and cognitive changes after chronic cerebral hypoperfusion. | Jie Cao Di Yao Rong Li Xuequn Guo Jiahuan Hao Minjie Xie Jia Li Dengji Pan Xiang Luo Zhiyuan Yu Minghuan Wang Wei Wang | 2022 | Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,2: | 5 |

| 9 | A multi-institutional retrospective study of hyperthermic plus intravesical chemotherapy versus intravesical chemotherapy treatment alone in intermediate and high risk nonmuscle-invasive bladder cancer显示文摘Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of hyperthermic intravesical chemotherapy(HIVEC)and intravesical chemotherapy(IVEC)in patients with intermediate and high risk nonmuscle-invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)after transurethral resection.Methods:We included 560 patients diagnosed with primary or recurrent NMIBC between April 2009 and December 2015 at 1 of 6 tertiary centers.We matched 364 intermediate or high risk cases and divided them into 2 groups:the HIVEC+IVEC group[chemohyperthermia(CHT)composed of 3 consecutive sessions followed by intravesical instillation without hyperthermia]and the IVEC group(intravesical instillation without hyperthermia).The data were recorded in the database.The primary endpoint was 2-year recurrence-free survival(RFS)in all NMIBC patients(n=364),whereas the secondary endpoints were the assessment of radical cystectomy(RC)and 5-year overall survival(OS).Results:There was a significant difference in the 2-year RFS between the two groups in all patients(n=364;HIVEC+IVEC:82.42%vs.IVEC:74.18%,P=0.038).Compared with the IVEC group,the HIVEC+IVEC group had a lower incidence of RC(P=0.0274).However,the 5-year OS was the same between the 2 groups(P=0.1434).Adverse events(AEs)occurred in 32.7%of all patients,but none of the events was serious(grades 3–4).No difference in the incidence or severity of AEs between each treatment modality was observed.Conclusions:This retrospective study showed that HIVEC+IVEC had a higher 2-year RFS and a lower incidence of RC than IVEC therapy in intermediate and high risk NMIBC patients.Both treatments were well-tolerated in a similar manner. | Qiang Ruan Degang Ding Bin Wang Chaohong He Xuequn Ren Zhenhua Feng Zhigang Pang Jin Wang Xiangliang Zhang Hongsheng Tang Jiahong Wang Qingjun He Ziying Lei Quanxing Liao Jiali Luo Shuzhong Cui | 2021 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,1: | 4 |
| 10 | A model for coupling reservoir inflow and wellbore flow in fishbone wells显示文摘A coupling model is proposed in this paper by using the Green Function and Newman's product principle, and the solution method is provided here as well. This model can be used to describe the reservoir inflow and wellbore flow for fishbone wells in an unsteady flow or pseudo-steady flow state. A case study indicates that the bottom hole pressure declines quickly in the unsteady flow period which is very short. The pressure drop per unit time remains unchanged under the pseudo-steady flow conditions. The distribution of flow rate along the main wellbore shows a wave shape under the unsteady flow condition, and the flow rate distribution in each branch is similar. The flow rate distribution along the main wellbore is irregular 'U' shaped under the pseudo-steady flow condition, and the space-symmetrical branches have the same flow distribution pattern. In the initial production period, the flow rate increases significantly as the length of branches and the angle between branches and the main wellbore increase. | 12 | TPGS/hyaluronic acid dual-functionalized PLGA nanoparticles delivered through dissolving microneedles for markedly improved chemo-photothermal combined therapy of superficial tumor显示文摘Nanoparticles(NPs)have shown potential in cancer therapy,while a single administration conferring a satisfactory outcome is still unavailable.To address this issue,the dissolving microneedles(DMNs)were developed to locally deliver functionalized NPs with combined chemotherapy and photothermal therapy(PTT).α-Tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate(TPGS)/hyaluronic acid(HA)dualfunctionalized PLGA NPs(HD10 NPs)were fabricated to co-load paclitaxel and indocyanine green.HD10 NPs significantly enhanced the cytotoxicity of low-dose paclitaxel because of active and mitochondrial targeting by HA and TPGS,respectively.PTT could further sensitize tumor cells toward chemotherapy by promoting apoptosis into the advanced period,highly activating caspase 3 enzyme,and significantly reducing the expression of survivin and MMP-9 proteins.Further,the anti-tumor effects of HD10 NPs delivered through different administration routes were conducted on the 4 T1 tumorbearing mice.After a single administration,HD10 NPs delivered with DMNs showed the best antitumor effect when giving chemotherapy alone.As expected,the anti-tumor effect was profoundly enhanced after combined therapy,and complete tumor ablation was achieved in the mice treated with DMNs and intra-tumor injection.Moreover,DMNs showed better safety due to moderate hyperthermia.Therefore,the DMNs along with combined chemo-photothermal therapy provide a viable treatment option for superficial tumors. | Tingting Peng Yao Huang Xiaoqian Feng Chune Zhu Shi Yin Xinyi Wang Xuequn Bai Xin Pan Chuanbin Wu | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,10: | 4 |

SR phenomenon appears in the system subject to multiplicative and additive noise when a single signal transmits in the system. The output waveforms and the power spectrums at different frequencies are compared. The impact of the intensity of multiplicative and additive noise on the bistable system is discussed. | 19 | Identifying essential proteins based on dynamic protein-protein interaction networks and RNA-Seq datasets显示文摘The identification of essential proteins is not only important for understanding organism structure on the molecular level, but also beneficial to drug-target detection and genetic disease prevention. Traditional methods often employ various centrality indices of static protein-protein interaction(PPI) networks and/or gene expression profiles to predict essential proteins. However, the prediction accuracy of most methods still has room to be further improved. In this study, we propose a strategy to increase the prediction accuracy of essential protein identification in three ways. Firstly, RNA-Seq datasets are employed to construct integrated dynamic PPI networks. Using a RNA-Seq dataset is expected to give more accurate predictions than using microarray gene expression profiles. Secondly, a novel integrated dynamic PPI network is constructed by considering both the co-expression pattern and the co-expression level of the RNA-Seq data. Thirdly, a novel two-step strategy is proposed to identify essential proteins from two known centrality indices.
