2Novel benzamido derivatives as PTP1B inhibitors with anti-hyperglycemic and lipid-lowering efficacy显示文摘Based on a non-competitive and selective PTP1 B inhibitor reported by us previously, thirtynine benzamido derivatives were designed and synthesized as novel PTP1 B inhibitors. Among them,twelve compounds exhibited IC_(50) values at micromolar level against human recombinant PTP1 B, and most of them exhibited significant selectivity to PTP1 B over TC-PTP and CD45. 5Low-Temperature Soft-Cover-Assisted Hydrolysis Deposition of Large-Scale TiO_2 Layer for Efficient Perovskite Solar Modules显示文摘Perovskite solar cells with TiO_2 electron transport layers exhibit power conversion efficiency(PCE) as high as 22.7% in single cells. However, the preparation process of the TiO_2 layer is adopted by an unscalable method or requires high-temperature sintering, which precludes its potential use for mass production of flexible devices. In this study, a scalable low-temperature softcover-assisted hydrolysis(SAH) method is presented,where the precursor solution is sandwiched between a soft cover and preheated substrate to form a closed hydrolysis environment. Compact homogeneous TiO_2 films with a needle-like structure were obtained after the hydrolysis of a TiCl_4 aqueous solution. Moreover, by careful optimization of the TiO_2 fabrication conditions, a high PCE of 14.01% could be achieved for a solar module(4 × 4 cm^2) prepared using the SAH method. 6Changes of Lipid Profile and C-Reactive Protein after Withdrawal of Xuezhikang,an Extract of Cholestin,in Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris显示文摘Objectives In addition to its lipid-lowering properties,statin decreases the level of C-reactive protein(CRP) resulting in reduction of cardiovascular events.However,information about discontinuation of statin therapy in stable cardiac patients is limited.This was a prospective cohort study to explore whether withdrawal of statin treatment could result in rebound of inflammation in patients with stable angina pectoris in a short-term course.Methods and Results 75 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into three groups:① Pretreatment with Xuezhikang(XZK,an extract of cholestin) for 6 weeks and then replaced by placebo;② Treatment with XZK throughout the study;③ Placebo.Lipid levels,highly sensitive CRP(hs-CRP) and serum cardiac troponin T(cTnT) were assessed before receiving the XZK therapy,1 day before discontinuation of XZK,and on day 1,2,3,7 and 14 after discontinuation of XZK,respectively.At day 14 after discontinuation of XZK therapy,total cholesterol,LDL-C and triglyceride significantly increased,whereas HDL-C level significantly decr-eased.The median level of hs-CRP increased signi-ficantly from the second day after withdrawal of XZK therapy.There was a prominent rebound of hs-CRP concentration 3 days after discontinuation of XZK therapy.7 to 14 days after discontinuation of XZK therapy,the hs-CRP concentration declined to a similar level as in the placebo group.Elevated cTnT level did not occur throughout the study course in either group.Conclusions Short-term discontinuation of statin therapy could induce a rapid rebound phenomenon of inflammatory response independently of changes of lipid parameters.However,it was not enough to induce myocardial injury in this cohort of patients with stable angina pectoris.Hu Chenglin Xiang Jizhou Li Yanbo Zou Yongguang Liu Jun Tang Qizhu Huang Congxin 2006South China Journal of Cardiology2006,7,2:0
7Method for UAV spraying pattern measurement with PLS model based spectrum analysis显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)chemical application is widely used for crop protection,and spraying pattern is one of the most important factors that influence the chemical control efficacy.A method for UAV spraying pattern measurement with partial least squares(PLS)model based spectrum analysis was proposed in this study to measure the UAV spraying pattern more accurately.The method involved the steps of fluorescent tracer solution spray and its droplets collection,the spectrum on paper strip acquiring,spectrum processing and analysis,PLS modeling.In order to verify the applicability of the method and obtain the parameters of the PLS model,UAV spraying experiments were performed in the field.Then Fluorescent tracer solution was sprayed and its droplets are collected by paper strip,and the original spectrum on paper strip obtained by a spectrometer was processed by the Savitzky-Golay and standard normalized variable(SNV)method.The prediction model of coverage rate selected as the droplet deposition parameter to measure the UAV spraying pattern,was established by using PLS method.To verify the superiority of the PLS model,a traditional linear regression(LR)model of coverage rate was established simultaneously.The results demonstrate that the method with PLS model based spectrum analysis can measure the UAV spraying pattern effectively,and PLS model has a better performance of RV2=0.94 and RMSEP=0.9446 than that of the LR model.Ruirui Zhang Yao Wen Longlong Li Liping Chen Gang Xu Yanbo Huang Qing Tang Tongchuan Yi 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,3:0
8Rumen bacterial cluster identification and its influence on rumen metabolites and growth performance of young goats显示文摘Enterotypes,which are defined as bacterial clusters in the gut microbiome,have been found to have a close relationship to host metabolism and health.However,this concept has never been used in the rumen,and little is known about the complex biological relationships between ruminants and their rumen bacterial clusters.In this study,we used young goats(n=99)as a model,fed them the same diet,and analyzed their rumen microbiome and corresponding bacterial clusters.The relationships between the bacterial clusters and rumen fermentation and growth performance in the goats were further investigated.Two bacterial clusters were identified in all goats:the P-cluster(dominated by genus Prevotella,n=38)and R-cluster(dominated by Ruminococcus,n=61).Compared with P-cluster goats,Rcluster goats had greater growth rates,concentrations of propionate,butyrate,and 18 free amino acids)and proportion of unsaturated fatty acids,but lower acetate molar percentage,acetate to propionate ratio,and several odd and branched chain and saturated fatty acids in rumen fluid(P<0.05).Several members of Firmicutes,including Ruminococcus,Oscillospiraceae NK4A214 group,and Christensenellaceae R-7 group were significantly higher in the R-cluster,whereas Prevotellaceae members,such as Prevotella and Prevotellaceae UCG-003,were significantly higher in P-cluster(P<0.01).Co-occurrence networks showed that R-cluster enriched bacteria had significant negative correlations with P-cluster enriched bacteria(P<0.05).Moreover,we found the concentrations of propionate,butyrate and free amino acids,and the proportions of unsaturated fatty acids were positively correlated with R-cluster enriched bacteria(P<0.05).The concentrations of acetate,acetate to propionate ratio,and the proportion of odd and branched chain and saturated fatty acids were positively correlated with P-cluster enriched bacteria(P<0.05).Overall,our results indicated that rumen bacterial clusters can influence rumen fermentation and growth performance of young goats,which may shed light on modulating the rumen microbiome in early life to improve the growth performance of ruminant animals.Dangdang Wang Guangfu Tang Yannan Wang Junjian Yu Luyu Chen Jie Chen Yanbo Wu Yuanjie Zhang Yangchun Cao Junhu Yao 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,4:0
