| 1 | Characterization of a Mg_(95.5)Zn_(1.5)Y_(3)alloy both containing W phase and LPSO phase with or without heat treatment显示文摘The influence of solid solution treatment on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of as-cast Mg_(95.5)Zn_(1.5)Y_(3) alloy is characterized.The microstructure of the as-cast Mg_(95.5)Zn_(1.5)Y_(3) alloy mainly consisted ofα-Mg,W(Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Y_(2))phase,and the long period stacking ordered(LPSO)(Mg_(12)ZnY)phase.After solid solution treatment,most of the W phase disappears gradually with increasing solution treatment time,with only a small amount of W phase distributed as particle.The LPSO phase slightly dissolved into substrate,and its morphology transitions from blocky shape to rod shape.Solid solution treatment of Mg_(95.5)Zn_(1.5)Y_(3) exhibits excellent corrosion resistance,because the Y and Zn atoms became enriched in the matrix and the changed morphologies of the LPSO and W phases were modified through heat treatment.The alloy created with solid solution treatment at 520 ℃ for 10 hours exhibits corrosion potential of−1.419 V,suggesting a significant improvement in corrosion performance. | Li Zhumin Wan Diqing Huang Yi Ye Shuting Hu Yinglin | 2017 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2017,5,2: | 8 |
| 2 | CoFe_2O_4-Graphene Nanocomposites Synthesized through An Ultrasonic Method with Enhanced Performances as Anode Materials for Li-ion Batteries显示文摘Co Fe2O4-graphene nanosheets(Co Fe2O4-GNSs) were synthesized through an ultrasonic method, and their electrochemical performances as Li-ion battery electrode were improved by annealing processes. The nanocomposites obtained at 350 °C maintained a high specific capacity of 1,257 m Ah g-1even after 200 cycles at 0.1 A g-1. Furthermore,the obtained materials also have better rate capability, and it can be maintained to 696, 495, 308, and 254 m Ah g-1at 1, 2,5, and 10 A g-1, respectively. | 3 | Distribution of elements extracted from symptom patterns and characteristics of polysomnograph of common symptom patterns of insomnia with Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To analyze the distribution and combined regulation of elements of symptom patterns in the diagnosis of insomnia with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS: The samples were collected from the patients, diagnosed with insomnia, of Henan Province Hospital of TCM between June 2011 and September 2013. The symptom patterns in insomnia were extracted. Next, symptom differentiation,characteristics of polysomnography(PSG), distribution and combined regulation of these symptom patterns were conducted by tests.RESULTS: In total, 286 eligible patients were recruited. The main locations of the disease symptom elements were the brain and heart, and the main characteristics of the disease symptom elements were phlegm-heat, Yin-deficiency and Qi-stagnation. The elements from two or three symptom patterns were commonly manifested in patients with insomnia, especially from three symptom patterns. We also found that all TCM symptom patterns had an effect on polysomnographic indicators in PSG tests.CONCLUSION: The elements of symptom patterns in insomnia were identified as mainly fire-heat and phlegm-heat. The most common patterns of excess were pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-Qi, and mental disturbance due to phlegm-heat,while the most common patterns of deficiency in both the heart and the spleen. | 5 | Development of a Label-Free Colorimetric Aptasensor with Rationally Utilized Aptamer for Rapid Detection of Okadaic Acid显示文摘Okadaic acid(OA)is a typical marine toxin with strong toxicity causing diarrheic shellfish poisoning(DSP).Aptamers show great advantages in toxin detection and attract increasing attentions in the field of food analysis.In this study,a label-free col-orimetric aptasensor was constructed for visual and rapid detection of OA in shellfish.To exploit the binding capability of the anti-OA aptamer,the inherent molecular recognition mechanism of aptamer and OA was studied,based on molecular docking,fluorescent assay,and biolayer interferometry.Consistent results showed that the stem-loop near the 3’terminal of the aptamer exhibit dominate binding capacity.Based on the revealed recognition information,the aptamer was thus rationally utilized and combined with AuNPs and cationic polymer polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(PDDA)for the development of the label-free colorimetric aptasensor,in which the 3’terminal was thoroughly exposed to OA.The aptasensor provided robust performance with a linear detection range of 100-1200 nmol L-1,a limit of detection of 41.30 nmol L-1,recovery rates of 91.6%-106.2%,as well as a high selectivity towards OA in shellfish samples.The whole detection process can be completed within 1 h.To our best knowledge,this is the first time that the anti-OA aptamer was thoroughly studied,and a label-free colorimetric aptasensor was rationally designed in this way.This study not only provides a rapid detection method for highly sensitive and specific detection of OA,but also serves as a reference for the design of efficient aptasensors in the future. | YAN Xiaochen QI Xiaoyan ZHAO Yinglin LI Ling MA Rui WANG Lele WANG Sai MAO Xiangzhao | 2022 | Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,2: | 2 |

The field devices, which are composed of an in-pipe micro-robot, a displacement sensor, a cur-vature sensor, and an inner surface measurement unit, can go into the pipe to get the data of displace-ment and axis curvature, and the shape data of the inner surface. With the conic-shape laser beam shotby the inner surface measurement unit, the intersectional curve between the laser beam and the in-ner-surface of the tested pipe can be calculated in the local coordination system (LCS) of the innersurface measurement unit. The relation between the LCS and the global coordination system (GCS)can be deduced, too. After the robot reaches the end of the pipe, all measured intersectional curvescan be translated into the same coordination system to become a point cloud of the inner surface ofthe pipe according to the relations between LCS and GCS. | 19 | Spontaneous immunomodulation and regulation of angiogenesis and osteogenesis by Sr/Cu-borosilicate glass (BSG) bone cement to repair critical bone defects显示文摘Injectable bone biomaterials like bone cement should be designed and fabricated with certain biological criteria,which include:1)recruitment and polarization of the macrophages from M1(pro-inflammatory)to M2(anti-inflammatory)phenotype,2)enhance vascularization,and 3)activate osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow-derived stem cells to promote bone healing.So far,no injectable biomaterials could spontaneously regulate the entire bone healing process that involves inflammation,angiogenesis,and osteogenesis.Therefore,in this study,we designed bone cement comprised of strontium and copper-incorporated borosilicate glass(Sr/Cu-BSG)in the liquid phase of chitosan to modulate bone healing.In vitro studies showed that the controlled release of Sr and Cu ions up-regulated anti-inflammatory genes(IL-1Ra and TGF-β1)while down-regulating pro-inflammatory genes(IL-1βand IL-6)in macrophages at 3 days.Sr and Cu ions also increased the expressions of angiogenic genes(VEGF and bFGF)in HUVECs at 5 days and osteogenic genes(Runx-2,OCN,and OPN)in hBMSCs at 7,14,and 21 days.5Sr3Cu-BSG bone cement exhibited the best anti-inflammatory,angiogenic,and osteogenic properties among the bone cement groups with different Sr and Cu ratios.Short-term and long-term implantation of Sr/Cu-BSGs in femoral condylar bone defects of rats and rabbits confirmed the in vitro results,where the degradation rate of Sr/Cu-BSG matched the bone healing rate.Similar to in vitro,the 5Sr3Cu-BSG group also showed the highest bone formation in vivo.Excellent physical and chemical properties,along with its bone repairing ability,make the Sr/Cu-BSG bone cement a good candidate biomaterial for treating bone defects. | Shuaijie Li Liyan Zhang Chunyu Liu Jua Kim Kun Su Tingli Chen Limin Zhao Xiaomei Lu Hao Zhang Yinglin Cui Xu Cui Feng Yuan Haobo Pan | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,5: | 1 |
