1Coordinated flight control of miniature fixed-wing UAV swarms: methods and experiments显示文摘In this paper,we present our recent advances in both theoretical methods and field experiments for the coordinated control of miniature fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)swarms.We propose a multi-layered group-based architecture,which is modularized,mission-oriented,and can implement large-scale swarms.To accomplish the desired coordinated formation flight,we present a novel distributed coordinated-control scheme comprising a consensus-based circling rendezvous,a coordinated path-following control for the leader UAVs,and a leader-follower coordinated control for the follower UAVs.The current framework embeds a formation pattern reconfiguration technique.Moreover,we discuss two security solutions(inter-UAV collision avoidance and obstacle avoidance)in the swarm flight problem.The effectiveness of the proposed coordinated control methods was demonstrated in field experiments by deploying up to 21 fixed-wing UAVs.Xiangke WANG Lincheng SHEN Zhihong LIU Shulong ZHAO Yirui CONG Zhongkui LI Shengde JIA Hao CHEN Yangguan YU Yuan CHANG Yajing WANG 2019Science China(Information Sciences)2019,62,11:21
2Formation flight of fixed-wing UAV swarms:A group-based hierarchical approach显示文摘This paper investigates a formation control problem of fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) swarms. A group-based hierarchical architecture is established among the UAVs, which decomposes all the UAVs into several distinct and non-overlapping groups. In each group, the UAVs form hierarchies with one UAV selected as the group leader. All group leaders execute coordinated path following to cooperatively handle the mission process among different groups, and the remaining followers track their direct leaders to achieve the inner-group coordination. More specifically, for a group leader, a virtual target moving along its desired path is assigned for the UAV, and an updating law is proposed to coordinate all the group leaders’ virtual targets;for a follower UAV, the distributed leader-following formation control law is proposed to make the follower’s heading angle coincide with its direct leader, while keeping the desired relative position with respect to its direct leader. The proposed control law guarantees the globally asymptotic stability of the whole closed-loop swarm system under the control input constraints of fixed-wing UAVs. 3A Multi-Layered Gravitational Search Algorithm for Function Optimization and Real-World Problems显示文摘A gravitational search algorithm(GSA)uses gravitational force among individuals to evolve population.Though GSA is an effective population-based algorithm,it exhibits low search performance and premature convergence.To ameliorate these issues,this work proposes a multi-layered GSA called MLGSA.Inspired by the two-layered structure of GSA,four layers consisting of population,iteration-best,personal-best and global-best layers are constructed.Hierarchical interactions among four layers are dynamically implemented in different search stages to greatly improve both exploration and exploitation abilities of population.Performance comparison between MLGSA and nine existing GSA variants on twenty-nine CEC2017 test functions with low,medium and high dimensions demonstrates that MLGSA is the most competitive one.It is also compared with four particle swarm optimization variants to verify its excellent performance.Moreover,the analysis of hierarchical interactions is discussed to illustrate the influence of a complete hierarchy on its performance.The relationship between its population diversity and fitness diversity is analyzed to clarify its search performance.Its computational complexity is given to show its efficiency.Finally,it is applied to twenty-two CEC2011 real-world optimization problems to show its practicality.Yirui Wang Shangce Gao Mengchu Zhou Yang Yu 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,1:5
4Global Optimum-Based Search Differential Evolution显示文摘In this paper, a global optimum-based search strategy is proposed to alleviate the situation that the differential evolution(DE) usually sticks into a stagnation, especially on complex problems. It aims to reconstruct the balance between exploration and exploitation, and improve the search efficiency and solution quality of DE. The proposed method is activated by recording the number of recently consecutive unsuccessful global optimum updates. It takes the feedback from the global optimum,which makes the search strategy not only refine the current solution quality, but also have a change to find other promising space with better individuals. This search strategy is incorporated with various DE mutation strategies and DE variations. 5Dynamic interaction of twin vertically overlapping lined tunnels in an elastic half space subjected to incident plane waves显示文摘The scattering of plane harmonic P and SV waves by a pair of vertically overlapping lined tunnels buried in an elastic half space is solved using a semi-analytic indirect boundary integration equation method. Then the effect of the distance between the two tunnels, the stiffness and density of the lining material, and the incident frequency on the seismic response of the tunnels is investigated. Numerical results demonstrate that the dynamic interaction between the twin tunnels cannot be ignored and the lower tunnel has a significant shielding effect on the upper tunnel for high-frequency incident waves, resulting in great decrease of the dynamic hoop stress in the upper tunnel; for the low-frequency incident waves, in contrast,the lower tunnel can lead to amplification effect on the upper tunnel. It also reveals that the frequency-spectrum characteristics of dynamic stress of the lower tunnel are significantly different from those of the upper tunnel. 6Radiotherapy combined with nimotuzumab for elderly esophageal cancer patients:A phaseⅡclinical trial显示文摘Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of nimotuzumab combined with radiotherapy for elderly patients with non-resectable esophageal carcinoma(EC).Methods:Eligible patients were aged 70 years or older and had treatment-naive,histologically proven inoperable locally advanced EC.Enrolled patients received radiotherapy with a total dose of 50-60 Gy in 25-30 fractions,concurrent with weekly infusion of nimotuzumab.The primary end point was the rate of more than grade 3 toxicities.Results:From June 2011 to July 2016,46 patients with stageⅡ-IV EC with a median age of 76.5 years were enrolled.There were 10,28 and 8 patients with stageⅡ,III and IV disease,respectively.The common acute toxicities included esophagitis(grade 1-2,75.4%;grade 3,8.7%),pneumonitis(grade 1,4.3%;grade 2,6.5%;grade3,2.2%),leukopenia(grade 1-2,60.9%;grade 3-4,4.4%),gastrointestinal reaction(grade 1-2,17.3%;grade 3,2.2%),thrombocytopenia(grade 1-2,21.7%;grade 3,2.2%),and radiothermitis(grade 1-2,39.2%).The incidence of grade 3-4 adverse effects was 17.4%.No grade 5 toxicities were observed.Clinical complete response,partial response,stable disease,and progressive disease were observed in 1(2.2%),31(67.4%),12(26.1%),and 2(4.3%)patients,respectively.The median overall survival(OS)and progression-free survival(PFS)were 17 and 10 months,respectively.The 2-,3-,and 5-year OS and PFS rates were 30.4%,21.7%,19.6%,and 26.1%,19.6%,19.6%,respectively.Conclusions:Nimotuzumab combined with radiotherapy is a safe and effective therapy for elderly patients who are not surgical candidates.Further studies are warranted to confirm its therapeutic effects in elderly EC patients.Xu Yang Yirui Zhai Nan Bi Tao Zhang Lei Deng Wenqing Wang Xin Wang Dongfu Chen Zongmei Zhou Luhua Wang Jun Liang 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,1:4
7Reinforced polysulfide barrier by g-C_(3)N_(4)/CNT composite towards superior lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The notorious shuttle effect has long been obstructing lithium-sulfur(Li-S) batteries from yielding the expected high energy density and long lifespan.Herein,we develop a multifunctional polysulfide barrier reinforced by the graphitic carbon nitride/carbon nanotube(g-C_3 N_4/CNT) composite toward inhibited shuttling behavior and improved battery performance.The obtained g-C_3 N_4 delivers a unique spongelike architecture with massive ion transfer pathways and fully exposed active interfaces,while the abundant C-N heteroatomic structures impose strong chemical immobilization toward lithium polysulfides.Combined with the highly conductive agent,the g-C_3 N_4/CNT reinforced separator is endowed with great capability of confining and reutilizing the active sulfur within the cathode,thus contributing to an efficient and stable sulfur electrochemistry.Benefiting from these synergistic attributes,Li-S cells based on g-C_3 N_4/CNT separator exhibit an excellent cyclability with a minimum decay rate of 0.03% per cycle over 500 cycles and decent rate capability up to 2 C.Moreover,a high areal capacity of 7.69 mAh cm^(-2)can be achieved under a raised sulfur loading up to 10.1 mg cm^(-2).demonstrating a facile and efficient pathway toward superior Li-S batteries.Xiangliang Wang Gaoran Li Minjie Li Ruiping Liu Haibo Li Tengyu Li Mingzhu Sun Yirui Deng Ming Feng Zhongwei Chen 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,2:4

11Improving Dendritic Neuron Model With Dynamic Scale-Free Network-Based Differential Evolution显示文摘Some recent research reports that a dendritic neuron model(DNM)can achieve better performance than traditional artificial neuron networks(ANNs)on classification,prediction,and other problems when its parameters are well-tuned by a learning algorithm.However,the back-propagation algorithm(BP),as a mostly used learning algorithm,intrinsically suffers from defects of slow convergence and easily dropping into local minima.Therefore,more and more research adopts non-BP learning algorithms to train ANNs.In this paper,a dynamic scale-free network-based differential evolution(DSNDE)is developed by considering the demands of convergent speed and the ability to jump out of local minima.The performance of a DSNDE trained DNM is tested on 14 benchmark datasets and a photovoltaic power forecasting problem.Nine meta-heuristic algorithms are applied into comparison,including the champion of the 2017 IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation(CEC2017)benchmark competition effective butterfly optimizer with covariance matrix adapted retreat phase(EBOwithCMAR).The experimental results reveal that DSNDE achieves better performance than its peers.Yang Yu Zhenyu Lei Yirui Wang Tengfei Zhang Chen Peng Shangce Gao 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,1:1
12BIG1 mediates sepsis-induced lung injury by modulating lipid raft-dependent macrophage inflammatory responses显示文摘Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome with high mortality.It has been reported that brefeldin A-inhibited guanine nucleotide-exchange factor 1(BIG1)is involved in the pathogenesis of sepsis.However,the mechanism is not fully elucidated.In the present study,we explored the role of BIG1 in mediating lipid raft-dependent macrophage inflammatory response and its impact on lung injury in murine sepsis.In vitro studies revealed that BIG1 deficiency reduces the upregulation and secretion of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and IL-1β and inhibits the activation of the toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/myeloid differentiation primary response 88-dependent nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway induced by the lipopolysaccha-ride(LPS)treatment.Further experiments revealed that the inhibitory effects of BIG1 deficiency on LPS-induced inflammation are due to the upregulation of adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporter A1.This promotes the free-cholesterol efflux from lipid rafts and results in the reduction of lipid raft TLR4 content.The decrease in TLR4 content in lipid raft thereby inhibits the LPS-induced inflammatory response.Furthermore,using the cecal ligation and puncture-induced polymicrobial sepsis mouse model,we found that conditional knockout(cKO)of the myeloid cell BIG1 significantly reduced the serum concentrations of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1β,and downregulated their mRNA expressions in the lungs.Pathological analysis confirmed that the BIG1 cKO alleviated the sepsis-induced lung injury.These results revealed the crucial new role of BIG1 in mediating lipid raft-dependent macrophage inflammatory response.Hence,BIG1 may be a potential promising therapeutic target for the treatment of septic lung injury.Minli Sun Xiaodan Han Di Zhou Jing Zhong Lixin Liu Yirui Wang Jiahui Ni Xiaoyan Shen Chao Liang Hao Fang 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,8:1
13Surface engineering for high stable lithium-rich manganese-based cathode materials显示文摘Lithium-rich manganese-based material shows great potential as the high specific cathode materials due to its low cost,environmental friendliness,high operating voltage and simple preparation process.However,the poor capacity retention and cycling performance caused by its unstable structure during cycling restrict the commercialization.In this work,Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.16)Mn_(0.56)Co_(0.08)O_(2)was synthesized utilizing a Coprecipitation method and different amount of La(PO_(3))_(3)(La(PO_(3))_(3)=2 wt%,4 wt%and 6 wt%)was selected as the coating layer to resolve the above issues.During the calcination process,La(PO_(3))_(3)reacts with impurities such as Li OH and Li_(2)CO_(3)on the lithium-rich surface to reduce the residual lithium on the surface,thus improving the interfacial stability,slowing down the corrosion of the electrolyte,and finally enhancing its electrochemical performance.The cathode materials coated with 4%of La(PO_(3))_(3)showed the best electrochemical performance in terms of capacity retention and cycling performance compared to the pristine NCM.The high initial discharge capacity of 214.21 m Ah/g and capacity retention of 94.2%after 100 cycles at 0.1 C can be obtained.This work provides an effective strategy to protect the cathode from corrosion and will promote its further practical applications in high specific Li-ion batteries.Miaomiao Zhou Jianjun Zhao Xiaodong Wang Ji Shen Wenhao Tang Yirui Deng Ruiping Liu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:1

17Disseminated intravascular coagulation scores as predictors for progressive hemorrhage and neurological prognosis following traumatic brain injury显示文摘Coagulation abnormalities,such as disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC),are associated with progressive hemorrhagic injury(PHI)following head trauma.However,the exact relationship between coagulopathy and PHI remains unclear.The present study utilized a scoring system defined by the International Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis to investigate whether a high DIC score is predictive for PHI.This study was a multicenter prospective design involving four hospitals,a 6-month observation,and follow-up.Of 352 traumatic brain injury(TBI)patients,serial CT scan indicated approximately one third of patients developed progressive hemorrhage,which was most frequently observed in the frontal,temporal,and orbitofrontal lobes of patients with brain contusion.PHI-positive patients exhibited poor prognosis,as indicated by prolonged length of hospital/intensive care unit stay and high mortality.More importantly,a DIC score after TBI,as well as patient age and sex,could serve as predictors for PHI.In addition,DIC scores were closely associated with injury severity.Therefore,the DIC scoring system facilitated early PHI diagnosis in TBI patients,and DIC scores might serve as a valuable predictor for TBI patients with PHI.Yirui Sun Caihua Xi Ersong Wang Jianqing Wang Yong Liu Hua Liu Qiang Yuan Haijun Yao Liangfu Zhou Jin Hu 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,2:1
18Numerical study of spatial chirp distortion in quasi-parametric chirped-pulse amplification显示文摘Optical parametric chirped-pulse amplification is inevitably subject to high-order spatial chirp,particularly under the condition of saturated amplification and a Gaussian pump;this corresponds to an irreversible spatiotemporal distortion and consequently degrades the maximum attainable focused intensity.In this paper,we reveal that such spatial chirp distortion can be significantly mitigated in quasi-parametric chirped-pulse amplification(QPCPA)with idler absorption.Simulation results show that the quality of focused intensity in saturated QPCPA is nearly ideal,with a spatiotemporal Strehl ratio higher than 0.98.As the seed bandwidth increases,the idler absorption spectrum may not be uniform,but the Strehl ratio in QPCPA can be still high enough due to stronger idler absorption.Yirui Wang Jing Wang Jingui Ma Peng Yuan Liejia Qian 2022High Power Laser Science and Engineering2022,10,3:0
19Diagnosing the environmental impacts of typical fatliquors in leather manufacture from life cycle assessment perspective显示文摘The environmental impacts of typical fatliquors were diagnosed by the life cycle assessment of industrial production and use(post-tanning)processes.Life cycle impact assessment and sensitivity analysis showed that fatliquor and fatliquoring operation were the major contributors to the environmental impacts of post-tanning because a large amount of fatliquors was consumed during fatliquoring operation.The environmental impacts of fatliquors decreased in the following order:chlorinated paraffin(CP)>sulfonated rape oil(SNR)>sulfated rape oil(SR)>phosphated rape oil(PR)>oxidized-sulfited rape oil(OSR).Sulfuric acid,fuming sulfuric acid,and chlorine used for fatliquor modification gave the main contribution to most impact categories for SR,SNR,and CP production,whereas rape oil contributed the most for PR and OSR production.OSR use process reduced the primary energy demand,abiotic depletion potential,and global warming potential by 38.5%,56.0%,and 48.5%,respectively,compared with CP use process.These results suggested that biomass-derived fatliquors,especially oxidized-sulfited and phosphate modified fatiliquors,helped reduce the environmental burdens in leather manufacturing.Yue Yu Qingyong Sun Yunhang Zeng Yirui Lin Ya-nan Wang Bi Shi 2022Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2022,4,1:0
20Field rapid detection method of wind turbine blade fixing bolt defects based on FPGA显示文摘In order to solve the problem that blade fixing bolt cannot be detected quickly and conveniently in the field in actual production, this paper proposed a field rapid detection method of wind turbine blade fixing bolt defects based on field programmable gate array(FPGA), and Yolov4-tiny is selected as the basic algorithm. Nonetheless, the original Yolov4-tiny was not suitable for detecting small defects, so this paper improved the Yolov4-tiny to enhance the detection effect. Next, the convolutional operations in the algorithm were encapsulated into intellectual property(IP) cores by high-level synthesis(HLS) and Vivado, and parallel computation was realized using FPGA features. In the end, using Python to call the IP core and the FPGA hardware library, this paper achieved the purpose of rapid detection.
