2Exploring and Exploiting Pan-genomics for Crop Improvement显示文摘Genetic variation ranging from single-nucleotide polymorphisms to large structural variants (SVs) can cause variation of gene content among individuals within the same species. There is an increasing appreciation that a single reference genome is insufficient to capture the full landscape of genetic diversity of a species. Pan-genome analysis offers a platform to evaluate the genetic diversity of a species via investigation of its entire genome repertoire. Although a recent wave of pan-genomic studies has shed new light on crop diversity and improvement using advanced sequencing technology, the potential applications of crop pan-genomics in crop improvement are yet to be fully exploited. 3Influence of solar wind dynamic pressure on geomagnetic Dst index during various magnetic storms显示文摘The Dst index,designed as a proxy of ring current intensity,is known to be also affected by other magnetospheric current systems,e.g.magnetopause current.The pressure-corrected Dst index is obtained by removing the effects of the solar wind dynamic pressure and the quiet time ring current.However,all previous studies treated the correction coefficient as an averaged parameter for storms of different intensity.In this paper,based on the Burton's equations and employing two independent methods,we will show a positive correlation between pressure-correction coefficient b and the intensity of the storms.We divided our storm database(872 storms in total) into three categories according to the intensity of storms.In order to improve the accuracy of calculating,we also used the higher-resolution SYM-H index data instead of Dst index to compute the corrected Dst index during different storms.Furthermore,we are able to provide corrected magnetic storm index with high-time resolution(-1 min).ZHAO Hong ZONG QiuGang WEI Yong WANG YongFu 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,6:10
4Application of seismic facies and attributes analysis on the identification of Permian igneous rock显示文摘Seismic facies and attributes analysis techniques are introduced.The geological characteristics of some oil fields in western China are used in conjunction with drilling results and logging data to identify the lithology,intrusion periods,and distribution range of the Permian igneous rocks in this area.The lithologic classification,the vertical and horizontal distribution,and the intrusion periods of igneous rock were deduced through this study.Combining seismic facies and attributes analysis based on optimization can describe the igneous rock in detail.This is an efficient way to identify lithology and intrusion periods.Using geological data and GR-DT logging cross-plots the Permian igneous rock from TP to TT was divided into three periods.The lithology of the first period is tuff and clasolite with a thickness ranging from 18 to 80 ms.The second is basalt with a thickness ranging from 0 to 20 ms.The third is tuff and clasolite and dacite whose thickness ranges from 60 to 80 ms.These results can help understand the clasolite trap with low amplitude and the lithologic trap of the Carboniferous and Silurian.They can also guide further oil and/or gas exploration.Xu Yongzhong Yang Haijun Liu Yongfu Wang Shuangshuangx Wang Shuangshuang Yang Peng Zhao Jixiang 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,4:6
5Use of gamma-irradiation pretreatment for enhancement of anaerobic digestibility of sewage sludge显示文摘The effects of γ-irradiation pretreatment on anaerobic digestibility of sewage sludge was investigated in this paper.Parameters like solid components,soluble components,and biogas production of anaerobic digestion experiment for sewage sludge were measured.The values of these parameters were compared before and after γ-irradiation pretreatment.Total solid(TS),volatile solid(VS),suspended solid(SS),volatile suspended solid(VSS),and average floc size of samples decreased after cirradiation treatment.Besides,floc size distribution of sewage sludge shifted from 80–100 mm to 0–40 mm after γ-irradiation treatment at the doses from 0 to 30 kGy,which indicated the disintegration of sewage sludge.Moreover,microbe cells of sewage sludge were ruptured by γ-irradiation treatment,which resulted in the release of cytoplasm and increase of soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD).Both sludge disintegration and microbe cells rupture enhanced the subsequent anaerobic digestion process,which was demonstrated by the increase of accumulated biogas production.Compared with digesters fed with none irradiated sludge,the accumulated biogas production increased 44,98,and 178 mL for digesters fed sludge irradiated at 2.48,6.51,and 11.24 kGy,respectively.The results indicated that γ-irradiation pretreatment could effectively enhance anaerobic digestibility of sewage sludge,and correspondingly,could accelerate hydrolysis process,shorten sludge retention time of sludge anaerobic digestion process.Shoujun YUAN Zheng ZHENG Yanyan MU Xin YU Yongfu ZHAO 2008Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2008,2,2:2

10MIR205HG facilitates carcinogenesis of lung squamous cell carcinoma in vitro revealed by long noncoding RNA profiling显示文摘As a subtype of non-small-cell lung cancer,lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC)accounts for one-fifth of all lung cancers.Unfortunately,no specific targetable aberration has yet been identified.Hence,it is of huge urgency and potential to identify aberrantly regulated genes in LUSC.Here,five pairs of LUSC samples and their corresponding adjacent tissues were subject to whole transcriptome sequencing.Our results showed that CTD-2562J17.6 and FENDRR were significantly downregulated while MIR205HG,LNC_000378,RP11-116G8.5,RP3-523K23.2,and RP5_968D22.1 were significantly upregulated in all five LUSC samples.Importantly,MIR205HG was upregulated in LUSC clinical samples as well as in LUSC cell lines.Interestingly,our results demonstrated that the expression level of MIR205HG is positively correlated with the malignancy.In addition,MIR205HG is required for LUSC cell growth and cell migration.Most importantly,our results showed that MIR205HG prohibits LUSC apoptosis via regulating Bcl-2 and Bax.Taken together,our data shed lights on the IncRNA regulatory nexus that controls the carcinogenesis of LUSC and provided potential novel diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for LUSC.Yan Chang Xinying Xue Chunsun Li Wei Zhao Yongfu Ma Fei Xu Zhen Wu Yu Dai Yunjing Li Yang Liu Liang’an Chen 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,4:1
11A robust QRS detection and accurate R-peak identification algorithm for wearable ECG sensors显示文摘This paper presents a robust QRS detection algorithm that is capable of detecting QRS complexes as well as accurately identifying R-peaks.The proposed bilateral threshold scheme combined with QRS watchdog greatly improves the detection accuracy and robustness,resulting in consistent detection performance on 9 available ECG databases.Simulations show that the proposed algorithm achieves good results on the datasets from both QTDB healthy database and MITDB arrhythmia database,i.e.the sensitivity of 99.99%and 99.88%,the precision of 99.98%and 99.88%,and the detection error rate of 0.04%and 0.31%,respectively.Furthermore,it also outperforms many existing algorithms on six other ECG databases,such as NSTDB,TWADB,STDB,SVDB,AFTDB,and FANTASIADB.Kai ZHAO Yongfu LI Guoxing WANG Yu PU Yong LIAN 2021Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,8:1

15Poleward-moving recurrent auroral arcs associated with impulse-excited standing hydromagnetic waves显示文摘In Earth's high-latitude ionosphere, the poleward motion of east–west elongated auroral arcs has been attributed to standing hydromagnetic waves, especially when the auroral arcs appear quasi-periodically with a recurrence time of a few minutes. The validation of this scenario requires spacecraft observations of ultra-low-frequency hydromagnetic waves in the magnetosphere and simultaneous observations of poleward-moving auroral arcs near the spacecraft footprints. Here we present the first observational evidence from the multi-spacecraft THEMIS (Time History of Events and Macroscale Interactions during Substorms) mission and the conjugated all-sky imager to support the scenario that standing hydromagnetic waves can generate the quasi-periodic appearance of poleward-moving auroral arcs. In this specific event, the observed waves were toroidal branches of the standing hydromagnetic waves, which were excited by a pulse in the solar wind dynamic pressure. Multi-spacecraft measurements from THEMIS also suggest higher wave frequencies at lower L shells (consistent with the distribution of magnetic field line eigenfrequencies), which indicates that the phase difference across latitudes would increase with time. 16Study on the dc flashover performance of standard suspension insulator with ringshaped non-uniform pollution显示文摘Under dc electric field,pollution may be more easily deposited around insulator string caps and pins,distributing non-uniformly on its inner and outer parts,and presenting ring-like shape.dc Flashover tests of 7-unit XHP-160 insulator string were carried out.During the tests,the ring-shaped non-uniform pollution was simulated using solid-layer method by changing the ratio I/O of inner-to-outer surface salt deposit density(SDD)and radius(r)of the heavily polluted area(the inner part).On the basis of the test data,the effects of ring-shaped non-uniform pollution on dc flashover characteristics were studied.Then,the relative variation trend of flashover voltage,surface pollution layer resistance,and leakage current were discussed.Research results show that the ratio I/O affects the dc flashover performance of the insulator string.The flashover voltage increases with the increase of I/O.With the increase of the radius r,the flashover voltage will increase at first and then decrease.Under ring-shaped non-uniform pollution,surface pollution layer resistance of insulator will increase,which results in lower leakage current and higher flashover voltage.The results will be of certain value in providing references for outdoor insulation selection.Zhijin Zhang Jiayao Zhao Dongdong Zhang Xingliang Jiang Yongfu Li Bin Wu Jian Wu 2018High Voltage2018,3,2:1

20Industrial-current-density CO_(2)-to-formate conversion with low overpotentials enabled by disorder-engineered metal sites显示文摘CO_(2)electroreduction to formate is technically feasible and economically viable,but still suffers from low selectivity and high overpotential at industrial current densities.Here,lattice-distorted metallic nanosheets with disorder-engineered metal sites are designed for industrial-current-density CO_(2)-to-formate conversion at low overpotentials.As a prototype,richly lattice-distorted bismuth nanosheets are first constructed,where abundant disorder-engineered Bi sites could be observed by high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy image.In-situ Fourier-transform infrared spectra reveal the CO_(2)•−*group is the key intermediate,while theoretical calculations suggest the electron-enriched Bi sites could effectively lower the CO_(2)activation energy barrier by stabilizing the CO_(2)•−*intermediate,further affirmed by the decreased formation energy from 0.49 to 0.39 eV.As a result,the richly lattice-distorted Bi nanosheets exhibit the ultrahigh current density of 800 mA·cm^(−2)with 91%Faradaic efficiencies for CO_(2)-to-formate electroreduction,and the formate selectivity can reach nearly 100%at the current density of 200 mA·cm^(−2)with a very low overpotential of ca.570 mV,outperforming most reported metal-based electrocatalysts.Zhiqiang Wang Xiaolong Zu Xiaodong Li Li Li Yang Wu Shumin Wang Peiquan Ling Yuan Zhao Yongfu Sun Yi Xie 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:0
