| 1 | A brief introduction to the FUTang Updating medical REcords(FUTURE)database显示文摘Introduction Futang Research Center of Pediatric Development(FRCPD),the first nonprofit social service organization engaging in pediatric research in China,was founded in May 2013.Until August 2021,FRCPD has 40 tertiary children’s hospitals,accounting for about 65.6%of all national public children’s hospitals,which was reported to be 61 in China Health Statistical Yearbook(2020).The hospitals are distributed in 30 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities(except for Tibet autonomous region),and most of them are in the capital of the province,forming a broad frontline representing the best quality of health care for the diagnosis and treatment of children’s disease in China.Based on the idea of sharing,FRCPD realized the exchange of experts,medical resources,research findings,educational events,preventive strategies,and management experiences among members.In the long run,FRCPD aims to continuously promote the quality of healthcare and medical service capability for children in China. | Xinyu Wang Yueping Zeng Jian Tian Hui Xu Fei Song Yongli Guo Xin Xu Guoshuang Feng Xin Ni | 2021 | Pediatric Investigation2021,5,3: | 6 |

| 5 | Transport Patterns and Potential Sources of Atmospheric Pollution during the ⅩⅩⅣ Olympic Winter Games Period显示文摘The attainment of suitable ambient air quality standards is a matter of great concern for successfully hosting the ⅩⅩⅣ Olympic Winter Games(OWG). Transport patterns and potential sources of pollutants in Zhangjiakou(ZJK) were investigated using pollutant monitoring datasets and a dispersion model. The PM_(2.5) concentration during February in ZJK has increased slightly(28%) from 2018 to 2021, mostly owing to the shift of main potential source regions of west-central Inner Mongolia and Mongolian areas(2015–18) to the North China Plain and northern Shanxi Province(NCPS) after 2018.Using CO as an indicator, the relative contributions of the different regions to the receptor site(ZJK) were evaluated based on the source-receptor-relationship method(SRR) and an emission inventory. We found that the relative contribution of pollutants from NCPS increased from 33% to 68% during 2019–21. Central Inner Mongolia(CIM) also has an important impact on ZJK under unfavorable weather conditions. | 7 | Translocation of telomerase reverse transcriptase coincided with ATP release in postnatal cochlear supporting cells显示文摘The spontaneous bursts of electrical activity in the developing auditory system are derived from the periodic release of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)by supporting cells in the Kölliker’s organ.However,the mechanisms responsible for initiating spontaneous ATP release have not been determined.Our previous study revealed that telomerase reverse transcriptase(TERT)is expressed in the basilar membrane during the first postnatal week.Its role in cochlear development remains unclear.In this study,we investigated the expression and role of TERT in postnatal cochlea supporting cells.Our results revealed that in postnatal cochlear Kölliker’s organ supporting cells,TERT shifts from the nucleus into the cytoplasm over time.We found that the TERT translocation tendency in postnatal cochlear supporting cells in vitro coincided with that observed in vivo.Further analysis showed that TERT in the cytoplasm was mainly located in mitochondria in the absence of oxidative stress or apoptosis,suggesting that TERT in mitochondria plays roles other than antioxidant or anti-apoptotic functions.We observed increased ATP synthesis,release and activation of purine signaling systems in supporting cells during the first 10 postnatal days.The phenomenon that TERT translocation coincided with changes in ATP synthesis,release and activation of the purine signaling system in postnatal cochlear supporting cells suggested that TERT may be involved in regulating ATP release and activation of the purine signaling system.Our study provides a new research direction for exploring the spontaneous electrical activity of the cochlea during the early postnatal period. | Yukai Zhang Keyong Tian Wei Wei Wenjuan Mi Fei Lu Zhenzhen Liu Qingwen Zhu Xinyu Zhang Panling Geng Jianhua Qiu Yongli Song Dingjun Zha | 2024 | Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,5: | 0 |
| 8 | Comparison of viral propagation and drug response among SARS-CoV-2 VOCs using replicons capable of recapitulating virion assembly and release显示文摘Several variants of concern(VOCs)have emerged since the WIV04 strain of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)was first isolated in January 2020.Due to mutations in the spike(S)protein,these VOCs have evolved to enhance viral infectivity and immune evasion.However,whether mutations of the other viral proteins lead to altered viral propagation and drug resistance remains obscure.The replicon is a noninfectious viral surrogate capable of recapitulating certain steps of the viral life cycle.Although several SARS-CoV-2 replicons have been developed,none of them were derived from emerging VOCs and could only recapitulate viral genome replication and subgenomic RNA(sgRNA)transcription.In this study,SARS-CoV-2 replicons derived from the WIV04 strain and two VOCs(the Beta and Delta variants)were prepared by removing the S gene from their genomes,while other structural genes remained untouched.These replicons not only recapitulate viral genome replication and sgRNA transcription but also support the assembly and release of viral-like particles,as manifested by electron microscopic assays.Thus,the S-deletion replicon could recapitulate virtually all the post-entry steps of the viral life cycle and provides a versatile tool for measuring viral intracellular propagation and screening novel antiviral drugs,including inhibitors of virion assembly and release.Through the quantification of replicon RNA released into the supernatant,we demonstrate that viral intracellular propagation and drug response to remdesivir have not yet substantially changed during the evolution of SARS-CoV-2 from the WIV04 strain to the Beta and Delta VOCs. | Lingqian Tian Qiuhong Liu Rongjuan Pei Yingshan Chen Chonghui Xu Jielin Tang Hao Sun Kunpeng Liu Qi Yang Lei Yang Leshan Li Yongli Zhang Yuan Zhou Chao Shan Xue Hu Xinwen Chen Yun Wang | 2022 | Virologica Sinica2022,37,5: | 0 |

BRHNS makes use of cooperation between Realms, the efficiency of Honeynet is improved, in intrusion behavior analysis module, unknown attack data are classified by unsupervised clustering algorithm, accordingly, prepared for extracting intrusion rules and adding the new rules to IDS rule-lib, consequently, the detection efficiency of IDS is improved and the workload of Honeynet is effectively reduced.
