| 2 | Variation of airborne quartz in air of Beijing during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders' Meeting显示文摘Quartz particles are a toxic component of airborne paniculate matter(PM).Quartz concentrations were analyzed by X-ray diffraction in eighty-seven airborne PM samples collected from three locations in Beijing before,during,and after the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC) Leaders' Meeting in 2014.The results showed that the mean concentrations of quartz in PM samples from the two urban sites were considerably higher than those from the rural site.The quartz concentrations in samples collected after the APEC meeting,when the pollution restriction lever was lifted,were higher than those in the samples collected before or during the APEC meeting.The quartz concentrations ranged from 0.97 to 13.2 μg/m^3,which were among the highest values amid those reported from other countries.The highest quartz concentration exceeded the Californian Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment reference exposure level and was close to the occupational threshold limit values for occupational settings.Moreover,a correlation analysis showed that quartz concentrations were positively correlated with concentrations of pollution parameters PM_(10),PM_(2.5),SO_2 and NO_x,but were negatively correlated with O_3 concentration.The results suggest that the airborne quartz particles may potentially pose health risks to the general population of Beijing. | Gang Li Yingming Li Hongxing Zhang Honghua Li Guanjun Gao Qian Zhou Yuan Gao Wenjuan Li Huizhong Sun Xiaoke Wang Qinghua Zhang | 2016 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,1: | 1 |

| 4 | Cotton GhBRC1 regulates branching,flowering,and growth by integrating multiple hormone pathways显示文摘Cotton architecture is partly determined by shoot branching and flowering patterns.Gh BRC1 was previously identified by RNA-seq analysis of nulliplex-branching and normal-branching cotton.However,the roles of Gh BRC1 in cotton remain unclear.In the present study,investigations of nuclear localization and transcriptional activity indicated that Gh BRC1 has characteristics typical of transcription factors.Gene expression analysis showed that Gh BRC1 was highly expressed in axillary buds but displayed different expression patterns between the two branching types.Overexpression of Gh BRC1 in Arabidopsis significantly inhibited the number of branches and promoted flowering.In contrast,silencing Gh BRC1 in cotton significantly promoted seedling growth.Gh BRC1 was induced by multiple hormones,including strigolactones,which promoted seedling growth and seed germination of Arabidopsis plants overexpressing Gh BRC1.Consistent with these findings,RNA-seq analysis of virus-induced gene silencing treated cotton revealed that a large number of genes were differentially expressed between Gh BRC1-silenced and control plants,and these genes were significantly enriched in plant hormone signalling pathways.Together,our data indicates that Gh BRC1 regulates plant branching and flowering through multiple regulatory pathways,especially those regulating plant hormones,with functions partly differing from those of Arabidopsis BRC1.These results provide insights into the molecular mechanisms controlling plant architecture,which is important for breeding cotton with ideal plant architecture and high yield. | Quan Sun Yuanhui Xie Huimin Li Jinlei Liu Rui Geng Ping Wang Zongyan Chu Ying Chang Guanjun Li Xiao Zhang Youlu Yuan Yingfan Cai | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,1: | 0 |

| 6 | Thermofluidic investigations of oil natural transformer:Closed-loop modelling and experimental validation显示文摘Excessively high temperatures inside a power transformer can accelerate the ageing rate and even cause unplanned outages.Accurately estimating the hot-spot temperature(HST)of a power transformer is important for regulating the load and ensuring long-term operation.In this study,a closed-loop model of a 110-kV product transformer with an oil natural/air forced(ONAF)cooling mode is built to predict HST,in which the compression ratio of windings,equivalent heat source and radiator geometry are considered.According to the flow field of the winding,the‘dead oil zone’and reverse oil flow are observed in the horizontal oil channels.The accuracy of the proposed model is experimentally validated by temperature-rise tests.The results show that the absolute errors between the measured results and simulation are below 5°C,and the average error is~2°C.Furthermore,the arrangements of windings and radiators are studied to enhance the oil circulation.By adding 5 washers to the high-voltage winding,the average temperature can be decreased by 6°C compared with the case without a washer.Elevating the radiator can also mitigate the characteristic temperatures,and the optimal height difference between the radiator and winding centre is suggested to be 0.66 m. | Yuan Li Yiran Gao Chen Wang Chao Zhu Ying Li Yuankai Wang Guanjun Zhang | 2024 | High Voltage2024,9,1: | 0 |

This article provides a holistic review over the current progress and future prospects of metal halide perovskite materials in representative promising applications, including traditional optoelectronic devices(solar cells, light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, lasers), and cutting-edge technologies in terms of neuromorphic devices(artificial synapses and memristors) and pressure-induced emission. | 8 | Space Charge Characteristics of Oil-paper Insulation with New Paper and Aged Oil显示文摘Oil-paper compound insulation has been widely used in power transformers for quite a long time because of its good performances. The insulation gradually degrades under combined thermal, electrical and chemical stresses during routine operations, mainly because of space charges inside. This work investigated the space charge characteristics in oil-paper insulation under oil aging circumstance. New trans- former oil samples are thermally aged to obtain different aging states, and their physical and chemical properties are analyzed. New Kraft papers are dried in vacuum and fully immersed in these different aged oil samples, and three kinds of oil-paper samples are obtained. We use the pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) method to measure space charge under both DC voltage-on and voltage-off conditions at room temperature. The effect of oil aging state on characteristics of space charge injection, accumulation, and decay is analyzed and discussed. The results show that comparing with the DC voltage-off condition, more charges are injected into samples at the interface of electrode and dielectric when DC voltage is on. When the oil-aged state gets worse, more charges are induced at both cathode and anode, more space charges are accumulated in the bulk, the area of negative charges is larger, and local electric field is distorted more seriously. | 9 | 重复穿刺活检中高级别上皮内瘤对前列腺癌的预测价值(英文)显示文摘Objective: The significance of isolated high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia in initial biopsy as an predic-tor for prostate cancer has been extensively research, and the true relationship remnant is no clear till now. The aim of this study is to evaluate prediction value of cancer on repeat biopsy in patients with high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia, using multivariate analysis. Methods: Thirty-eight men with a diagnosis of isolated high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neo-plasia in initial needle biopsy were studies, in the Fist Affiliated Hospital of Medical School of Xi'an Jiaotong University, from January 2003 to March 2009. These samples were using immunostaining of p63 and 34βE12 and P504s, with a median fol-low-up of 525 (range, 7 to 1650) days, and to researched the incidence of subsequent prostate cancer, and to predicted the risk of prostate cancer in clinicopathological parameters of isolated high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia on repeat biopsies by logistic regression analysis. Results: There were 10 of 38 (26.3%) men with prostate cancer on repeat biopsies after diagnosis isolated high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia in initial biopsy, of the rates of prostate cancer were 80% for micropapillary and 75% for cribriform high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (P < 0.05), respectively. The positive cores of isolated high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia was the important for the risk of prostate cancer using Multi-factor logistic regression analysis. The time range in 30 to 690 days was stronger risk for prostate cancer detection after diagnosis isolated HGPIN in initial biopsy. p63 and 34βE12 were disrupted positive expression, and P504S was weak posi-tive expression in the 61% isolated high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia. Conclusion: Isolated high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia on repeat biopsy conferred a 26.3% risk of prostate cancer, and this risk level is lower than the previ-ously reported risk of 24% to 58%.
