1南昌市部分公务员对空气质量及其改善措施的认知调查显示文摘目的了解南昌市某区公务员对空气质量及其改善措施的认知情况。方法于2015年4月对南昌市某区300名公务员进行问卷调查,内容包括人口学特征、对当地环境状况的感知、空气质量对健康的影响及对改善空气质量相关举措的看法。结果有效问卷共261份,回收率为87.0%。其中有65.9%(172/261)认为当地空气质量与5年前相比更差,有77.4%(202/261)认识到空气质量与人群健康相关,有49.4%(129/261)表示非常担心或比较担心目前的空气污染会对其呼吸系统健康产生负面影响;有70.9%(185/261)认为当地政府投入改善空气质量的资源不够,仅5.0%(13/261)不支持政府投入更多资源以改善空气质量,有67.4%(176/261)的公务员认同改善空气质量是每个人的责任,但仅有42.5%(111/261)表示愿意额外缴税来改善空气质量。单因素和多因素logistic回归均显示,女性公务员的支付意愿低于男性,年龄在30~49岁的公务员比年轻公务员的支付意愿更低,家庭人均年收入≥25 000元的公务员支付意愿更高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论大部分参与调查的公务员认为当地空气质量欠佳,支持政府加大力度改善空气质量;但受性别、年龄、家庭收入的影响,愿意缴税以改善空气质量的人群比例不高。刘晓君 袁兆康 胡永新 Jay E.Maddock Yuanan Lu 陈英 2015环境与健康杂志2015,32,10:3
2南昌市某企业工人对空气质量及其改善措施认知调查显示文摘目的了解江西省南昌市某工厂工人对空气质量及其改善措施的认知情况。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在2015年4月抽取南昌市某厂421名工人进行问卷调查。结果 54.2%(228/421)工人认为当地空气质量差或很差,约80%(333/421)认为空气质量与5年前相比差一些或差很多;认为对当地空气影响最大的3项污染源为机动车(60.1%,253人)、废物燃烧(54.2%,228人)和工业设施(53.9%,227人);89.3%(376/421)认为当地政府投入保护环境卫生的资源不太够或太少;认为当地政府应采取的3项最重要措施分别为控制生产污染的工业设施(54.9%,231人)、增加公共运输工具并减少私家车(54.6%,230人)和减少垃圾焚烧(49.2%,207人)。≥50岁、大专或大学及以上、国内外旅游经历、过敏、哮喘和上呼吸道感染者均为当地主要污染源认知情况的影响因素。结论工人对当地的空气质量认知度较高。潘冰冰 袁兆康 林菲 Yuanan Lu 陈英 2017中国公共卫生2017,33,1:2
3斑点叉尾鮰病毒对几种淡水鱼类细胞系感染性的初步研究显示文摘研究斑点叉尾鮰病毒(Channel Catfish Virus,CCV)是否感染斑点叉尾鮰以外的鱼类,以评价CCV对我国珍稀、重要经济鱼类的潜在危害性。选择大眼鲑、草鱼、鲤、白鲟的细胞系为材料,从细胞病变、病毒增殖滴度等方面验证CCV对这些细胞系的感染性。实验表明,CCV对上述细胞系均可以感染,但细胞病变出现时间、病变程度和增殖滴度各有差异。其中,草鱼鳍条细胞系(GCF)、鲤上皮瘤细胞系(EPC)对CCV高度敏感。CCV在EPC中的增殖滴度与在斑点叉尾鮰卵巢细胞系(CCO)中相当,在GCF中的增殖滴度甚至高于CCO。研究结果表明,CCV除了感染CCO以外,还可以感染其它多种鱼类的细胞系,说明CCV病毒可能对斑点叉尾鮰以外的淡水鱼类具有感染性和潜在的危害性。刘学芹 王敏 王卫民 Yuanan Lu 2009水生态学杂志2009,2,6:2

8In vitro evaluation of inorganic and methyl mercury mediated cytotoxic effect on neural cells derived from different animal species显示文摘To extend the current understanding of the mercury-mediated cytotoxic effect,five neural cell lines established from different animal species were comparatively analyzed using three different endpoint bioassays:thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide,3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide assay(MTT),neutral red uptake assay(NRU),and Coomassie blue assay(CB).Following a 24-hr exposure to selected concentrations of mercury chloride(HgCl_2) and methylmercury(Ⅱ) chloride(MeHgCl),the cytotoxic effect on test cells was characterized by comparing their 50%inhibition concentration(IC_(50)) values.Experimental results indicated that both these forms of mercury were toxic to all the neural cells,but at very different degrees.The IC_(50)values of MeHgCl among these cell lines ranged from 1.15±0.22 to 10.31 ± 0.70 μmol/L while the IC_(50) values for HgCl_2 were much higher,ranging from 6.44 ± 0.36 to 160.97±19.63 μmol/L,indicating the more toxic nature of MeHgCl.The IC_(50) ratio between HgCl_2and MeHgCl ranged from 1.75 to 96.0,which confirms that organic mercury is much more toxic to these neural cells than inorganic mercury.Among these cell lines,HGST-BR and TriG44 derived from marine sea turtles showed a significantly high tolerance to HgCl_2 as compared to the three mammalian neural cells.Among these neural cells,SK-N-SH represented the most sensitive cells to both chemical forms of mercury.Jing Tong Youwei Wang Yuanan Lu 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,3:1

11High-energy,high-repetition-rate ultraviolet pulses from an efficiency-enhanced,frequency-tripled laser显示文摘In this study,a high-energy,temporally shaped picosecond ultraviolet(UV)laser running at 100 Hz is demonstrated,with its pulses boosted to 120 mJ by cascaded regenerative and double-pass amplifiers,resulting in a gain of more than 10^(8).With precise manipulation and optimization,the amplified laser pulses were flat-top in the temporal and spatial domains to maintain high filling factors,which significantly improved the conversion efficiency of the subsequent third harmonic generation(THG).Finally,91 mJ,470 ps pulses were obtained at 355 nm,corresponding to a conversion efficiency as high as 76%,which,as far as we are aware of,is the highest THG efficiency for a high-repetition-rate picosecond laser.In addition,the energy stability of the UV laser is better than 1.07%(root mean square),which makes this laser an attractive source for a variety of fields including laser conditioning and micro-fabrication.Xinlin Lu Yujie Peng Wenyu Wang Yuanan Zhao Xiangyu Zhu Yuxin Leng 2021High Power Laser Science and Engineering2021,9,3:1

16Molecular Characterization and Expression Analysis of ftr01, ftr42,and ftr58 in Zebrafish(Danio rerio)显示文摘Tripartite motif(TRIM)proteins were shown to play an important role in innate antiviral immunity.FinTRIM(ftr)is a new subset of TRIM genes that do not possess obvious orthologs in higher vertebrates.However,little is known about its function.In this study,we used bioinformatic analysis to examine the phylogenetic relationships and conserved domains of zebrafish(Danio rerio)fir01,fir42,and fir58.as well as qualitative real-time PCR to examine their expression patterns in zebrafish embryonic fibroblast(ZF4)cells and zebrafish tissues.Sequence analysis showed that the three finTRIMs are highly conserved,and all contain a RING domain.B-box domain,and SPRY-PRY domain.In addition,fr42 and fir58 had one coiled-coil domain(CCD),whereas ftrol had two CCDs.Tissue expression analysis revealed that the mRNA level of ftr01 was the highest in the liver,whereas those of ftr42 and ftr58 were the highest in the gill;the expression of thesefinTRIMs was clearly upregulated not in the eyes,but in the liver,spleen,kidney,gill,and brain of zebrafish following spring viremia of carp virus(SVCV)infection.Similarly,the expression of these three finTRIM genes also increased in ZF4 cells after SVCV infection.Our study revealed that fir01,fr42,and fir58 may play an important role in antiviralimmune responses,and these findings validate the need for more in-depth research on the finTRIM family in the future.Wanmeng Liu Ming Kuang Ze Zhang Yuanan Lu Xueqin Liu 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,4:0
17Efficient Gene Transfer Mediated by HIV-1-based Defective Lentivector and Inhibition of HIV-1 Replication显示文摘Lentiviral vectors have drawn considerable attention recently and show great promise to become important delivery vehicles for future gene transfer manipulation. In the present study we have optimized a protocol for preparation of human immunodeficiency virus type-1 (HIV-1)-based defective lentiviral vectors (DLV) and characterized these vectors in terms of their transduction of different cells. Transient co-transfection of 293T packaging cells with DNA plasmids encoding lentiviral vector constituents resulted in production of high-titer DLV (0.5-1.2 × 107IU/mL), which can be further concentrated over 100-fold through a single step ultracentrifugation. These vectors were capable of transducing a variety of cells from both primate and non-primate sources and high transduction efficiency was achieved using concentrated vectors. Assessment of potential generation of RCV revealed no detection of infection by infectious particles in DLV-transduced CEM, SupT-1 and MT-2 cells. Long-term culture of transduced cells showed a stable expression of transgenes without apparent alteration in cellular morphology and growth kinetics. Vector mobilization to untransduced cells mediated by wild-type HIV-1 infection was confirmed in this test. Challenge of transduced human T-lymphocytes with wild-type HIV-1 showed these cells are totally resistant to the viral infection. 18Cultivating global health professionals: evaluation of a training course to develop international consulting service competence in China显示文摘Background:China’s accelerating development and increasingly important role in global health engagement create a great demand for global health professionals including international consulting experts.This study reported the detailed development and evaluation of an international consulting training for global health workforce.Methods:Based on Kirkpatrick’s model,a mixed-methods approach was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.Quantitative and qualitative data on participants’reaction,learning,and application of the learned knowledge and skills were collected by a training evaluation survey at the ending of training and a follow-up interview in three months after the training.Results:Thirty-six participants attended the training and 34 of them completed quantitative investigation.The training satisfaction evaluations were positive,for which participants rated the training program highly and over 90%of them agreed with the usefulness of the training.About knowledge and skills change,participants showed improved consulting knowledge and skills from pre-to post-training(P<0.001).A total of 23 participants accepted follow-up interview,and most participants applied knowledge and skills learned from the training in their daily work or study.However,only 30.4%of participants applied their learning in the consulting program.The largest barrier of application was the lack of consulting opportunities.In addition,almost all the participants reported that they would be glad to attend more training courses in the future.Conclusion:The international consulting training program was well-received,and was feasible to improve the consulting service competence of global health professionals.According to participants’feedback,it is essential to develop and expand consulting training in the field of global health.Pan Gao Li Guan Yisi Liu Feifei Liu Wenyuan Yu Xiangyu Li Suyang Liu Yuanan Lu Hao Li Hao Xiang 2020Global Health Journal2020,4,2:0
19Association of nutrients intake during pregnancy with the risk of allergic disease in offspring:a meta-analysis of prospective cohort studies显示文摘To investigate the role of nutrients intake during pregnancy with longitudinal development of rhinitis,asthma,eczema,wheeze,and food allergy in offspring.The PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane library were searched for articles published throughout May 2022.The pooled effect estimate were presented using relative risk and calculated by the random-effects model.Twenty-three prospective cohort studies enrolling 210817 individuals were included.The risk of wheeze in offspring were lowered when high vitamin D,vitamin E,zinc,and milk intakes during pregnancy,whereas high meat intake during pregnancy could induce additional risk of wheeze in offspring.Moreover,highβ-carotene and magnesium intakes during pregnancy were related to lower eczema risk in offspring,whereas eczema risk in offspring was increased for pregnant women with high intake of butter and margarine.Finally,the asthma risk in offspring could protect against for pregnant women with high intake of vitamin D and apple,whereas high folic acid during pregnancy could produce excess asthma risk in offspring.This study provides the summary evidences regarding the role of nutrients intake during pregnancy and subsequent risk of rhinitis,asthma,eczema,wheeze,and food allergy,and further effective intervention strategies should be employed to improve childhood allergic diseases.Hua Feng Yan Chen Xiujuan Xiong Qunying Xu Zhongwei Zhang Qinghua Xi Yongning Wu Yuanan Lu 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:0
20Generation and Characterization of Monoclonal Antibodies Against Red-Spotted Grouper Nervous Necrosis Virus(RGNNV)显示文摘Nervous necrosis virus(NNV)can infect more than 120 fish species worldwide and has caused high mortality and sig-nificant economic losses to the aquaculture industry.Among different genotypes of NNV,the red-grouper nervous necrosis virus(RGNNV)is the most widely distributed one with the highest number of susceptible fish species.In this study,the capsid protein(Cp)gene of RGNNV was recombined and expressed in Escherichia coli strain BL21(DE3)and the recombinant Cp(rCp)was used as an immunogen to produce monoclonal antibodies(MAbs)through hybridoma cell fusion technology.Three MAbs were produced and characterized by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),western blotting,and immunofluorescence assay(IFA).Wes-tern blotting result showed that the MAbs could specifically react with the capsid protein of RGNNV.The result of IFA showed that the MAbs could recognize virions in RGNNV-infected grouper spleen(GS)cells.These results indicate that the MAbs can specifi-cally recognize RGNNV virions and can be used to produce a rapid detection method.This study provides a foundation for further studies on the rapid diagnosis of RGNNV and its infection mechanisms.QIN Yinghui LIU Jiaoyun LU Yuanan LIU Xueqin 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,4:0
