1Anti-inflammatory activity of curcumin-loaded tetrahedral framework nucleic acids on acute gouty arthritis显示文摘Gouty arthritis is a very familiar inflammatory arthritis.Controlling inflammation is the key to preventing gouty arthritis.However,colchicine,the most highly represented drug used in clinical practice,has strict contraindications owing to some severe side effects.Curcumin(Cur),a natural anti-inflammatory drug,has demonstrated good safety and efficacy.However,the rapid degradation,poor aqueous solubility,and low bioavailability of Cur limit its therapeutic effect.To strengthen the effectiveness and bioavailability of Cur.Cur loaded tetrahedral framework nucleic acids(Cur-TFNAs)were synthesized to deliver Cur.Compared with free Cur,Cur-TFNAs exhibit a preferable drug stability,good biocompatibility(CCK-8 assay),ease of uptake(immunofluorescence),and higher tissue utilization(in vivo biodistribution).Most importantly,Cur-TFNAs present better anti-inflammatory effect than free Cur both in vivo and in vitro experiments through the determination of inflammation-related cytokines expression.Therefore,we believe that Cur-TFNAs have great prospects for the prevention of gout and similar inflammatory diseases.Mei Zhang Xiaolin Zhang Taoran Tian Qi Zhang Yuting Wen Junyao Zhu Dexuan Xiao Weitong Cui Yunfeng Lin 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,2:10
2Emerging molecular subtypes and therapeutic targets in B-cell precursor acute lymphoblasti显示文摘B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia(BCP-ALL)is characterized by genetic alterations with high heterogeneity.Precise subtypes with distinct genomic and/or gene expression patterns have been recently revealed using high-throughput sequencing technology.Most of these profiles are associated with recurrent non-overlapping rearrangements or hotspot point mutations that are analogous to the established subtypes,such as DUX4 rearrangements,MEF2D rearrangements,ZNF384/ZNF362 rearrangements,NUTM1 rearrangements,BCL2/MYC and/or BCL6 rearrangements,ETV6-RUNX1-like gene expression,PAX5alt(diverse PAX5 alterations,including rearrangements,intragenic amplifications,or mutations),and hotspot mutations PAX5(p.Pro80Arg)with biallelic PAX5 alterations,IKZF1(p.Asn159Tyr),and ZEB2(p.His1038Arg).These molecular subtypes could be classified by gene expression patterns with RNA-seq technology.Refined molecular classification greatly improved the treatment strategy.Multiagent therapy regimens,including target inhibitors(e.g.,imatinib),immunomodulators,monoclonal antibodies,and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T)therapy,are transforming the clinical practice from chemotherapy drugs to personalized medicine in the field of risk-directed disease management.We provide an update on our knowledge of emerging molecular subtypes and therapeutic targets in BCP-ALL.Jianfeng Li Yuting Dai Liang Wu Ming Zhang Wen Ouyang Jinyan Huang Saijuan Chen 2021Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,3:6
3Vertical distribution characteristics of dust aerosol mass concentration in the Taklimakan Desert hinterland显示文摘The different height mass concentrations of dust aerosol data from the atmosphere environment observation station(Tazhong Station)was continuously observed by instruments of Grimm 1.108,Thermo RP 1400a and TSP from January of2009 to February of 2010 in the Taklimakan Desert hinterland.Results show that:(1)The mass concentration value of 80m PM10was higher,but PM2.5and PM1.0concentrations at 80 m was obviously lower than 4 m PM10,and the value of 80 m PM1.0mass concentration was the lowest.(2)The PM mass concentrations gradually decreased from night to sunrise,with the lowest concentration at 08:00,with the mass concentration gradually increased,up to the highest concentration around18:00,and then decreased again.It was exactly the same with the changes of wind speed.(3)The high monthly average mass concentration of TSP mainly appeared from March to September,and the highest concentration was in April and May,subsequently gradually decreased.Also,March–September was a period with high value area of PM monthly average mass concentration,with the highest monthly average mass concentration of 846.0μg/m3for 4 m PM10appeared in May.The concentration of PM10was much higher than those of PM2.5and PM1.0at 80 m.There is a small difference between the concentration of PM2.5and PM1.0.Dust weather was the main factor which influenced the concentration content of the different diameter dust aerosol,and the more dust weather days,the higher content of coarse particle,conversely,fine particle was more.(4)The mass concentration of different diameter aerosols had the following sequence during dust weather:clear dayXinChun Liu YuTing Zhong Qing He XingHua Yang Ali Mamtimin Wen Huo 2013Research in Cold and Arid Regions2013,5,6:3
4Analysis of mass concentration of atmospheric particulate matter in a sandstorm course and its affecting factors in the Taklimakan Desert显示文摘During the course of a major sandstorm from April 17 to April 23,2008 in the Taklimakan Desert,data pertaining to the mass concentrations of different-sized atmospheric particulate matter were observed continuously with Grimm 1.108,Thermo RP 1400a,TSP,and CAWS-600 instruments.The results showed that:(1) during the entire sandstorm process there were some differences between the daily mean particle concentration peaks and the hourly mean particle concentration peaks because the actual sandstorm lasted for only about 4 hr,whereas more particles were accumulated in the floating dust days before and after the actual sandstorm;(2) the intensity of the sandstorm was enhanced with the increase of wind speed,and this was related to the peak mass concentrations of atmospheric particulate matter;the wind speed directly affected the concentration of atmospheric particulate matter:the higher the wind speed,the higher the mass concentration(>0.23 μm was 39,496.5 μg/m 3,and >20.0 μm was 5,390.7 μg/m 3);(3) the concentration changes of PM 10 and TSP were also related to the course and intensity of the sandstorm;and(4) the mass concentration of atmospheric particulate matter had the following sequence during the dust weather:clear day < floating dust < floating and blowing dust < sandstorm.Temperature,relative humidity,and barometric pressure are important factors affecting the strength of storms,which could also indirectly affect the concentration change of atmospheric particulate matter.XinChun Liu YuTing Zhong Qing He XingHua Yang Ali Mamtimin Wen Huo 2012Research in Cold and Arid Regions2012,4,3:3
5A selected population study reveals the biochemical mechanism of intramuscular fat deposition in chicken meat显示文摘Background:Increasing intramuscular fat(IMF)is an important strategy to improve meat quality,but the regulation mechanism of IMF deposition needs to be systematically clarified.Results:A total of 520 chickens from a selected line with improved IMF content and a control line were used to investigate the biochemical mechanism of IMF deposition in chickens.The results showed that the increased IMF would improve the flavor and tenderness quality of chicken meat.IMF content was mainly determined both by measuring triglyceride(TG)and phospholipid(PLIP)in muscle tissue,but only TG content was found to be decisive for IMF deposition.Furthermore,the increase in major fatty acid(FA)components in IMF is mainly derived from TGs(including C16:0,C16:1,C18:1n9c,and C18:2n6c,etc.),and the inhibition of certain very-long-chain FAs would help to IMF/TG deposition.Conclusions:Our study elucidated the underlying biochemical mechanism of IMF deposition in chicken:Prevalent accumulation of long-chain FAs and inhibitions of medium-chain FAs and very long chain FA would jointly result in the increase of TGs with the FA biosynthesis and cellular uptake ways.Our findings will guide the production of high-quality chicken meat.Huanxian Cui Lu Liu Xiaojing Liu Yongli Wang Na Luo Xiaodong Tan Yuting Zhu Ranran Liu Guiping Zhao Jie Wen 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,5:2

10Detection of cotton waterlogging stress based on hyperspectral images and convolutional neural network显示文摘Waterlogging in the early stage of cotton will reduce the number of bolls and do harm to yield.Early detection of waterlogging will help farmers to adjust cotton management and save the loss.To evaluate the application of deep learning for the detection of early waterlogging,this study applied a convolutional neural network(CNN)to classify different durations of waterlogging stress(0,2,4,6,8,10 d)based on hyperspectral images(HSIs)of cotton leaves.An experiment was designed to simulate the situation of cotton under waterlogging stress and collect HSIs of visible and near-infrared(VNIR 450-950 nm)spectra with 126 bands 66 d after cotton sowing(66 DAS).It was found the spectral curve reflectance of waterlogging cotton was higher than that of non-waterlogging cotton.Especially near 550 nm and 750 nm,and the spectral curve increased with durations of waterlogging stress and there were‘blue shift’phenomena for the position of the red edge of the spectra.The first principal components of HSIs after band randomly discarding and principal component analysis(PCA)were used to build a dataset.GoogLeNet Inception-v3(GLNI-v3)and VGG-16 models were selected to detect cotton waterlogging stress with the dataset.The results showed that the average time for a round training for GLNI-v3 was 13.337 s,with a classification accuracy of 96.95%and a loss value of 0.09431.The average time for a round training for VGG-16 was 21.470 s,with a classification accuracy of 97.00%and a loss value of 0.17912.Though these two models had similar classification accuracy and loss value,GLNI-v3 achieved a high accuracy with fewer training iterations.The durations of waterlogging stress of cotton in a short-term can be detected by HSIs of cotton leaves and CNN models are suitable for the classification of HSIs,and this method can provide support for cotton yield estimation and loss assessment after waterlogging.Jing Zhao Fangjiang Pan Zhiming Li Yubin Lan Liqun Lu Dongjian Yang Yuting Wen 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,2:1
11Understanding the geometric and electronic factors of PtNi bimetallic surfaces for efficient and selective catalytic hydrogenation of biomass-derived oxygenates显示文摘Ni-base catalysts are promising candidate for the hydrogenation of furfural(FAL) to high-value chemicals.However,slow intermediate desorption and low selectivity limit its implementation.Identifying the catalytic performance of each active sites is vital to design hydrogenation catalyst,and tuning the geometrical sites at molecule level in PtNi could lead to the modification of electronic structure,and thus the selectity for the hydrogenation of FAL was modulated.Herein,PtNi hollow nanoframes(PtNi HNFs) with three dimensional(3 D) molecular accessibility were synthesized,EDX results suggested that Ni was evenly distributed inside of the hollow nanoframes,whereas Pt was relatively concentrated at the edges.DFT calculation demonstrated that PtNi significant decrease the desorption energy of the intermediates.This strategy could not only enhance the desorption of intermediates to improve the catalytic performance,but also transfer the adsorption mode of FAL on catalyst surface to selective hydrogenation of FAL to FOL or THFA.The PtNi HNFs catalyst afforded excellent catalytic performance for selective hydrogenation of a broad range of biomass-derived platform chemicals under mild conditions,especially of FAL to furfuryl alcohol(FOL),in quantitative FOL yields(99%) with a high TOF of 2.56 h^(-1).It is found that the superior performance of PtNi HNFs is attributed to its 3 D hierarchical structure and synergistic electronic effects between Pt and Ni.Besides,the kinetic study demonstrated that the activation energy for hydrogenation of FAL was as low as 54.95 kJ mol^(-1).Jingcheng Wu Chuangwei Liu Yuting Zhu Xiangbo Song Chengyan Wen Xinghua Zhang Chenguang Wang Longlong Ma 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9:1
12Hierarchical Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) heterostructures:A first principles calculation and application in corrosion/wear protection显示文摘Surface and interface engineering plays a crucial role in modulating the properties of materials,especially two-dimensional(2D)materials.Hence,a strategy,forming heterostructures with MoS_(2),is proposed to overcome the natural agglomeration of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene nanosheets.Most importantly,the interactions between Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx and MoS_(2) were elaborately investigated by first-principles calculations based on density functional theory(DFT)for the first time.The calculations demonstrate that van der Waals forces dominate the interface interactions of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and MoS_(2),rendering Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) heterostructures favorable stability.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) heterostructure composites were synthesized through a facile one-step hydrothermal method and exhibit a 2D hierarchical structure.Furthermore,the corrosion and tribological properties of epoxy composite coatings with varying proportions of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) composites were studied in detail.As a result,the epoxy composite coating with 0.1 wt.%Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2) composites(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2)-0.1)exhibits excellent corrosion protection and antiwear performances.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@MoS_(2)-0.1 keeps the largest low-frequency impedance modulus(|Z|_(0.)01 Hz)and coating resistance(R_(c))during the whole immersion period.Its wear rate is 0.09μm^(3)/(Nμm)under the load of 10 N,one half of that of pure epoxy coating(EP).This work further broadens the application of MXene-based heterostructure composites.Meng Cai Peng Feng Han Yan Yuting Li Shijie Song Wen Li Hao Li Xiaoqiang Fan Minhao Zhu 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,21:1
13Performance Improvement of Single Screw Compressor by Meshing Clearance Adjustment Used in Refrigeration System显示文摘The single screw compressor(SSC)is widely used in air compression and refrigeration systems due to its many advantages.The meshing clearance between the screw groove and gate rotor teeth flank has a significant influence on the compressor performance.In this paper,mathematical calculation models describing the internal working process of the SSC are established in order to evaluate the thermal dynamic characteristics of the compressor under varying meshing clearance heights.The refrigerating capacity,volume efficiency and adiabatic efficiency of the SSC are calculated and discussed.Three prototypes,with different meshing clearance heights,were manufactured to study the internal influence mechanisms.The theoretical model was verified using experimental data and the calculation results strongly agreed with the experimental results.Results demonstrate that comparisons of volume efficiency and adiabatic efficiency between the measured and calculated results exhibited deviations of 3.64%-7.98%and 5.92%-9.4%,respectively.Based on the models,analysis under varying meshing clearance heights and working conditions was performed.Taking into account working performance,actual manufacturing conditions and manufacturing cost limitations,a meshing clearance height range from 0.01 mm to 0.08 mm is suggested.This study can provide important theoretical data and experimental support for the design,manufacturing and optimization of single screw compressors.LU Yuanwei LIU Shanwei WU Yuting LEI Biao ZHI Ruiping WEN Qiangyu MA Chongfang 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,1:1
14Foliar applications of various nitrogen(N)forms to winter wheat affect grain protein accumulation and quality via N metabolism and remobilization显示文摘Foliar nitrogen(N)application is an effective strategy to improve protein content and quality in wheat kernels,but the specific effects of N forms remain unclear.In a two-year field study,foliar application of various N forms(NO_(3)^(-),urea,NH_(4)^(+))at anthesis was performed to measure their effects on wheat grain protein accumulation,quality formation,and the underlying mechanisms.Foliar application of three N forms showed varying effects in improving grain gluten proteins and quality traits.Under NH_(4)^(+) application,there was more post-anthesis N uptake for grain filling,with relatively strong increase in enzyme activities and gene expression associated with N metabolism in flag leaves at 8–20 days after anthesis(DAA),whereas its promotion of grain N metabolism became weaker after 20 DAA than those under NO_(3)^(-) and urea treatments.More N was remobilized from source organs to grain under treatment with foliar NO_(3)^(-) and urea.Genes controlling the synthesis of gluten protein and disulfide bonds were upregulated by NO_(3)^(-) and urea at 20–28 DAA,contributing to increased grain protein content and quality.Overall,foliar applications of NO_(3)^(-) and urea were more effective than those of NH_(4)^(+) in increasing grain N filling.These findings show that manipulating the source–sink relationship by reinforcing grain N metabolism and N remobilization is critical for optimizing grain protein accumulation and quality formation.Xiaokang Lyu Yang Liu Na Li Liban Ku Yuting Hou Xiaoxia Wen 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,4:1
15IL-17 induces NSCLC cell migration and invasion by elevating MMP19 gene transcription and expression through the interaction of p300-dependent STAT3-K631 acetylation and its Y705-phosphorylation显示文摘The cancer cell metastasis is a major death reason for patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Although researchers have disclosed that interleukin 17(IL-17)can increase matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)induction causing NSCLC cell metastasis,the underlying mechanism remains unclear.In the study,we found that IL-17 receptor A(IL-17RA),p300,p-STAT3,Ack-STAT3,and MMP19 were up-regulated both in NSCLC tissues and NSCLC cells stimulated with IL-17.p300,STAT3 and MMP19 overexpression or knockdown could raise or reduce IL-17-induced p-STAT3,Ack-STAT3 and MMP19 level as well as the cell migration and invasion.Mechanism investigation revealed that STAT3 and p300 bound to the same region(−544 to−389 nt)of MMP19 promoter,and p300 could acetylate STAT3-K631 elevating STAT3 transcriptional activity,p-STAT3 or MMP19 expression and the cell mobility exposed to IL-17.Meanwhile,p300-mediated STAT3-K631 acetylation and its Y705-phosphorylation could interact,synergistically facilitating MMP19 gene transcription and enhancing cell migration and invasion.Besides,the animal experiments exhibited that the nude mice inoculated with NSCLC cells by silencing p300,STAT3 or MMP19 gene plus IL-17 treatment,the nodule number,and MMP19,Ack-STAT3,or p-STAT3 production in the lung metastatic nodules were all alleviated.Collectively,these outcomes uncover that IL-17-triggered NSCLC metastasis involves up-regulating MMP19 expression via the interaction of STAT3-K631 acetylation by p300 and its Y705-phosphorylation,which provides a new mechanistic insight and potential strategy for NSCLC metastasis and therapy.WEN GE YA LI YUTING RUAN NINGXIA WU PEI MA TONGPENG XU YONGQIAN SHU YINGWEI WANG WEN QIU CHENHUI ZHAO 2024Oncology Research2024,32,4:0
16Biological regulation on synovial fibroblast and the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by nobiletin-loaded tetrahedral framework nucleic acids cargo tank显示文摘The hyperplasia and destruction of synovial tissue have an important impact on the development of rheumatoid arthritis(RA), the abnormal proliferation and migration of synovial fibroblast in synovial tissue is similar to tumor cells. Targeting anomalous synovial fibroblast and designing a high bioavailability nano drug delivery system can reduce the dosage for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and it is of great significance to reduce toxic and side effects and improve curative effect. In this experiment, the nobiletin-loaded tetrahedral framework nucleic acids cargo tank was established, carrying antiinflammatory small molecule monomer drug nobiletin with minimal bioavailability. 19Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate alleviates prenatal pyridaben exposureinduced anxiety-like behaviors in offspring显示文摘Pyridaben(PY)is a widely used organochlorine acaricide,which can be detected in the peripheral blood of pregnant women.Available evidence suggests that PY has reproductive toxicity.However,it remains uncertain whether prenatal PY exposure impacts neurobehavioral development in offspring.Here,we administered PY to pregnant mice at a dose of 0.5 and 5 mg kg^(-1)day^(-1)via gavage and observed anxietylike behaviors in PY offspring aged five weeks.We then integrated the metabolome and transcriptome of the offspring's brain to explore the underlying mechanism.Metabolome data indicated that the vitamin B6 metabolism pathway was significantly affected,and the pyridoxal 50-phosphate(PLP)concentration and the active form of vitamin B6 was significantly reduced.Moreover,the transcriptome data showed that both PLP generation-related Pdxk and anxiety-related Gad1 were significantly down-regulated.Meanwhile,there was a decreasing trend in the concentration of GABA in the hippocampal DG region.Next,we supplemented PLP at a dose of 20 mg kg^(-1)day^(-1)to the PY offspring via intraperitoneal injection at three weeks.We found up-regulated expression of Pdxk and Gad1 and restored anxiety-like behaviors.This study suggests that prenatal exposure to PY can disrupt vitamin B6 metabolism,reduce the concentration of PLP,down-regulate the expression levels of Pdxk and Gad1,inhibit the production of GABA,and ultimately lead to anxiety-like behaviors in offspring.Xingwang Ding Ya Wen Xuan Ma Yuepei Zhang Yuting Cheng Zhaofeng Liu Weiyue Hu Yankai Xia 2023Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2023,,1:0
20Clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)in the treatment of hospital-acquired pneumonia with multi-drug resistant bacteria:a prospective,randomized,multicenter controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤,BZYQ)in the treatment of hospital-acquired pneumonia(HAP)with multi-drug-resistant bacteria(MDRB).METHODS:This 28-day study was conducted at 5 clinical centers in Shanghai.The eligible patients were randomly assigned(1∶1)into the intervention group(BZYQ plus conventional Western Medicine therapy)and control group(conventional Western Medicine therapy).The primary outcomes were the clinical response,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS),and microbiologic response.The secondary outcomes were the 28-day allcause mortality(ACM),Acute Physiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)score,ventilator weaning rate,length of mechanical ventilation(MV),length of hospital stay,and changes of infection indicators.RESULTS:Altogether 83 subjects in the intervention group and 85 subjects in the control group were analyzed.The clinical success rate(48.2%)and the pathogen eradication rate(59.0%)of the intervention group were all better than those of the control group(32.9%and 38.9%,respectively)with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The CPIS score of the intervention group(8.9±1.7)was lower than that of the control group(9.6±2.5)(P<0.05).The length of MV in the intervention group[(13.7±6.4)d]was significantly shorter than that of the control group[(17.2±7.2)d](P<0.05).The 28-day ACM of the intervention group(13.33%)was lower than that of the control group(21.2%)with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The differences between two groups in ventilator weaning rate,length of hospital stay,and APACHEⅡscore were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intervention group displayed decreases in white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,neutrophil percentage,and procalcitonin at day 28 compared with baseline(P<0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in either group during the 28-day follow-up.CONCLUSION:BZYQ may be an effective therapeutic option for the management of HAP with MDRB.XU Xiangru ZHOU Yi CHEN Gang LEI Ming ZHANG Wen WU Xinxin PU Yuting CHEN Caiyu SUN Yuting ZHOU Shuang FANG Bangjiang 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,5:0
