1Integrated Inspection of QoM, QoP, and QoS for AOI Industries in Metaverses显示文摘With the rapid development of information technologies such as digital twin, extended reality, and blockchain,the hype around 'metaverse' is increasing at astronomical speed. However, much attention has been paid to its entertainment and social functions. Considering the openness and interoperability of metaverses, the market of quality inspection promises explosive growth. In this paper, taking advantage of metaverses, we first propose the concept of Automated Quality Inspection(Auto QI), which performs integrated inspection covering the entire manufacturing process, including Quality of Materials, Quality of Manufacturing(Qo M), Quality of Products, Quality of Processes(Qo P), Quality of Systems, and Quality of Services(Qo S). Based on the scenarios engineering theory, we discuss how to perform interactions between metaverses and the physical world for virtual design instruction and physical validation feedback. Then we introduce a bottomup inspection device development workflow with productivity tools offered by metaverses, making development more effective and efficient than ever. 2Application of Human Adenovirus Genotyping by Phylogenetic Analysis in an Outbreak to Identify Nosocomial Infection显示文摘Nosocomial infections are common in pediatric patients and can be fatal in infants and immunocompromised patients. In September 2018, a high positive rate of human adenovirus HAdV was occurred among hospitalized children in the Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Institute of Paediatrics in Beijing. To investigate whether this outbreak of HAdV was related to nosocomial infections or the result of community infections, we collected respiratory specimens from patients with acute respiratory infections in a respiratory ward during June to December 2018, and screened for respiratory viruses. Among 1,840 cases included, 95(5.2%, 95/1840) were positive for HAdV and 81 were genotyped based on phylogenetic analysis, including seven as HAdV-1(8.6%), 30 HAdV-3(37.0%), two HAdV-6(2.5%), and 42 HAdV-7(51.9%). More HAdV-positive samples were collected in August(4.7%, 12/255), September(15.0%, 41/274) and October(6.9%, 17/247), with a peak in September 2018. By combining the results of HAdV phylogenetic analysis with clinical data of patients, there were 77 cases(4.2%, 77/1840;81.1%, 77/95) excluded from nosocomial infections, eight cases representing possible infections transmitted by visitors or attending parents, three cases without sequences that might have been due to infection transmitted by roommates positive for HAdV, one case of a roommate without an HAdV sequence, and six cases that shared highly homologous sequences with those of their roommates, for which nosocomial infections might be considered. 3Vibration coupling effects and machining behavior of ultrasonic vibration plate device for creep-feed grinding of Inconel 718 nickel-based superalloy显示文摘Ultrasonic vibration-assisted grinding(UVAG)is an effective and promising method for machining of hard-to-cut materials.This article proposed an ultrasonic vibration plate device enabling the longitudinal full-wave and transverse half-wave(L2T1)vibration mode for UVAG.The characteristics of two-dimensional coupled vibration in different directions were analyzed on the basis of apparent elastic method and finite element method.Furthermore,a correction factor was applied to correct the frequency error caused by the apparent elastic method.Finally,the comparative experiments between the conventional creep-feed grinding and UVAG of Inconel 718 nickel-based superalloy were carried out.The results indicate that the apparent elastic method with the correction factor is accurate for the design of plate device under the L2T1 vibration mode.Compared with the conventional creep-feed grinding,the UVAG causes the reduction of grinding force and the improvement of machined surface quality of Inconel 718 nickel-based superalloy.Furthermore,under the current experimental conditions,the optimal ultrasonic vibration amplitude is determined as 6μm,with which the minimum surface roughness is achieved.Yang CAO Yejun ZHU Wenfeng DING Yutong QIU Lifeng WANG Jiuhua XU 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,2:2
4Magnetic properties and magnetic entropy change of perovskite manganites La_(0.9-x)Eu_xSr_(0.1)MnO_3(x=0.000,0.075) by experimental method and numerical fitting显示文摘Polycrystalline samples La_(0.9-x)EuxSr_(0.1)MnO_3(x = 0.000, 0.075) were prepared by the standard solid-state reaction method. The results show that the samples preform a characteristic of clusters spin-glass state at low temperature. The samples show a characteristic of ferromagnetism(FM) characteristic in the temperature range of 15-125 K and 15-150 K respectively; the samples show preformed clusters in the temperature range of 125-343 K and 150-325 K, respectively, the samples show paramagnetism(PM)characteristic above 343 and 325 K, respectively. The second-order transitions are found at 118 and 135 K for undoped and doped sample, respectively. When the applied magnetic field is 7 T, the maximum magnetic entropy change |△S_M| value of the samples is near the Curie temperature(Tc), and the value of|△S_M| reaches 2.76 and 3.03 J/(K kg), respectively. In addition, the relative cooling power(RCP) is found to be 425.28 and 443.53 J/kg. The numerical fitting data fit well with experimental data. 6Multifunctional tubular carbon nanofibers/polyurethane electromagnetic wave absorber with room-temperature self-healing and recyclable performance显示文摘Incorporating self-healing and recyclable capabilities into microwave absorbing materials is expected to facilitate the life extension,cost reduction,and performance stability,thereby meeting the practical applications.In this research,a recycling and room-temperature self-healing electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorber is designed,in which linear polyurethane cross-linked by aromatic disulfide bonds is used as healable matrix,and tubular carbon nanofibers(TCNFs)are employed to attenuate microwave.The resultant composites with a TCNFs content of 7 wt.%harvest a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of−39.0 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 2.9 GHz at a matching thickness of 4.0 mm.Driven by the reversible dynamic bonds including hydrogen bonds and aromatic disulfide bonds,the high healing efficiency of 88.7%at 25°C and 93.2%at 60°C is presented.Impressively,even after three repairing cycles at room temperature,a healable efficiency of 86.4%is acquired,and RLmin can still reach−39.1 dB at the same thickness,together with an EAB of 3.0 GHz.Additionally,the results of solvent recycling experiment manifest that the recycled specimen achieves the almost similar mechanical and microwave dissipation properties as original one.These attractive characteristics make the designed self-healing and recyclable composites promising for next-generation EMW consumption devices.Shuai Kang Shiya Qiao Yutong Cao Zuming Hu Na Li Junrong Yu Yan Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:1
7Demand Flexibility of Residential Buildings:Definitions,Flexible Loads,and Quantification Methods显示文摘This paper reviews recent research on the demand flexibility of residential buildings in regard to definitions,flexible loads,and quantification methods.A systematic distinction of the terminology is made,including the demand flexibility,operation flexibility,and energy flexibility of buildings.A comprehensive definition of building demand flexibility is proposed based on an analysis of the existing definitions.Moreover,the flexibility capabilities and operation characteristics of the main residential flexible loads are summarized and compared.Models and evaluation indicators to quantify the flexibility of these flexible loads are reviewed and summarized.Current research gaps and challenges are identified and analyzed as well.The results indicate that previous studies have focused on the flexibility of central air conditioning,electric water heaters,wet appliances,refrigerators,and lighting,where the proportion of studies focusing on each of these subjects is 36.7%,25.7%,14.7%,9.2%,and 8.3%,respectively.These flexible loads are different in running modes,usage frequencies,seasons,and capabilities for shedding,shifting,and modulation,while their response characteristics are not yet clear.Furthermore,recommendations are given for the application of white-,black-,and grey-box models for modeling flexible loads in different situations.Numerous static flexibility evaluation indicators that are based on the aspects of power,temporality,energy,efficiency,economics,and the environment have been proposed in previous publications,but a consensus and standardized evaluation framework is lacking.This review can help readers better understand building demand flexibility and learn about the characteristics of different residential flexible loads,while also providing suggestions for future research on the modeling techniques and evaluation metrics of residential building demand flexibility.Zhengyi Luo Jinqing Peng Jingyu Cao Rongxin Yin Bin Zou Yutong Tan Jinyue Yan 2022Engineering2022,,9:0
8Effect of Jianpi Bushen formula for colon cancer patients who underwent adjuvant chemotherapy:Statistical analysis plan for a multicenter trial显示文摘Background:Patients with colon cancer who receive chemotherapy usually experience various gastrointestinal adverse reactions,including nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea,which make it challenging for them to adhere to treatment.As an effective traditional Chinese medicine,the Jianpi Bushen formula has been widely used to alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy.Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Bushen formulae for patients who undergo chemotherapy.This statistical analysis plan(SAP)is intended to enhance the transparency and research quality of our randomized controlled trial.Methods:Our study is a multicenter,double-blind,randomized controlled clinical trial.This trial aimed to compare the completion rate of chemotherapy in colon cancer patients who are using and not using Jianpi Bushen formula.To attenuate possible selection bias in the final report,we declared the overall trial design,outcome measures,subgroup analyses,and safety measures.Also,we described the data management and statistical analysis methods in detail.Conclusion:The SAP provides more detailed information than the trial protocol for data management and statistical analysis methods.Further post-hoc analyses can be performed by referring to the SAP,and possible selection bias can be attenuated.Ruiming Zhao Huijuan Cao Lingyun Sun Tong Zhang Yun Xu Shaohua Yan Jun Mao Jianping Liu Yutong Fei Yufei Yang 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,1:0
9The Trend of U.S.-China Relations: Is a Conflict Between the United States and China Inevitable?显示文摘International relations theory can serve as a guide to understanding national behaviour,especially those that are strained by ideological misunderstandings.Realism basically believes that state behaviour reflects the state’s pursuit of power.Constructivism believes that thought drives behaviour.Therefore,in order to better understand the behaviour between states,this essay suggests that constructivism and realism can interact rather than repel each other,because constructivism can play a complementary role in realism.This combination can promote behavioural understanding between countries without compromising the interests of countries,thereby reducing the possibility of conflict and war.Finally,the ups and downs of Sino-US relations reflect the participation of ideology.In other words,based on this method to analyse the current relationship between China and the United States,it can be predicted that the two countries can basically avoid the war between them.CAO Yujue YUAN Yutong 2020International Relations and Diplomacy2020,8,7:0
10Favorable response to immunotherapy in a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor with temozolomide-induced high tumor mutational burden显示文摘Neuroendocrine neoplasm of the pancreas is a rare tumor with limited treatment options.Among such tumors,treatment for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor(PanNET)G3 is the most difficult.Temozolomide(TMZ)is commonly used to treat PanNET.However,TMZ may cause tumor gene alkylation,which induces drug resistance and rapid disease progression.Herein,we present a case of a female who was diagnosed with PanNET G3 and achieved a partial response to toripalimab,an anti-programmed cell death-ligand 1(anti-PD-L1)monoclonal antibody,after multiple cycles of TMZ treatment.Genomic profiling revealed that compared with the patient’s samples collected at baseline,the postTMZ-treatment samples had markedly higher levels of tumor mutational burden(TMB)associated with characteristic alkylating mutational signature representing a positive correlation with favorable response to anti-PD-1 treatment.In addition,we observed a germline truncating mutation of MUTYH(W156*)that was considered to be pathogenic and potentially conferred to genomic instability.This case suggests that anti-PD-1 therapy could be a treatment option for PanNET patients with increased TMB after TMZ-based treatment.Yanshuo Cao Yutong Ma Jiangyuan Yu Yu Sun Tingting Sun Yang Shao Jie Li Lin Shen Ming Lu 2020Cancer Communications2020,40,12:0
