3Improved thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of flexible PMIA composites with modified micro-and nano-sized hexagonal boron nitride显示文摘A series of flexible poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA)-based composites with different sizes and mass fractions of hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)were successfully manufactured for the first time via the casting technique.The effects of modified hBN particles on microstructure,mechanical properties,dielectric properties and thermal conductivities of fabricated composites were investigated.The results indicate that modified hBN particles manifest good compatibility with the PMIA matrix.The Young's modulus and Theat-resistance index of PMIA-based composites are increased with increasing the mass fraction of hBN particles.Due to additional thermal conductive paths and networks formed by nano-sized hBN particles,the K-m/n-hBN-30 composite displays the thermal conductivity of 0.94 W·m^-1·K^-1 higher than that of the K-m-hBN-30 composite(0.86 W·m^-1·K^-1),and more than 4 times higher than that of neat PMIA.Moreover,the obtained PMIA-based composites also show low dielectric constant and ideal dielectric loss.Owing to the excellent comprehensive performance,hBN/PMIA composites present potential applications in the broad field of electronic materials.Cuangyu DUAN Yan WANG Junrong YU Jing ZHU Zuming HU 2019Frontiers of Materials Science2019,13,1:3

5Wafer-scale patterned growth of type-II Dirac semimetal platinum ditelluride for sensitive room-temperature terahertz photodetection显示文摘As the lastly unexplored electromagnetic wave,terahertz(THz)radiation has been exploited in a plenty of contexts such as fundamental research,military and civil fields.Most recently,representative two-dimensional(2D)topological semimetal,platinum ditelluride(PtTe_(2))has attracted considerable research interest in THz detection due to its unique physical properties.However,to achieve practical applications,the low-cost,large-scale,controllable synthesis and efficient patterning of 2D materials are key requirements,which remain a challenge for PtTe_(2)and its photodetectors(PDs).Herein,a facile approach is developed to obtain waferscale(2-inches)patterned PtTe_(2)arrays using one-step tellurium-vapor transformation method and micro-Nano technology.PtTe_(2)PD arrays are fabricated with the as-grown PtTe_(2)arrays evenly distributed on a 2-inch wafer,exhibiting high conductivity(~2.7×105 S m^(-1))and good electrical consistency.Driven by the Dirac fermions,PtTe_(2)PDs achieve a broadband(0.02-0.3 THz)response with a fast response speed(~4.7μs),a high sensitivity(~47 pW Hz^(-1/2))and high-resolution transmission THz-imaging capability,which displays the potential of large-area THz array imaging.These results are one step towards the practical applications of integrated PD arrays based on 2D materials.Zhuo Dong Wenzhi Yu Libo Zhang Liu Yang Luyi Huang Yan Zhang Zeqian Ren Haoran Mu Cheng Chen Junrong Zhang Jie Li Lin Wang Kai Zhang 2023InfoMat2023,5,5:1

8Self-experience of buried seeds at auricular points in depressive patients with sleep disorder: a qualitative research显示文摘Objective To explore the self-experience of burying seeds at auricular points in depressive patients with sleep disorder,so as to seek possible approaches to improve the quality of care.Methods Eleven patients involved in a three-week randomized controlled clinical trial were purposefully interviewed by the experienced,qualified counselor.The process of thematic analysis was applied in this study,the self-experience was discussed and recorded,transcribed,and analyzed accordingly.Results Four themes related to self-experience were extracted,these included the deficiency in relevant support,passive acceptance,distrust,expectation and further advice.Conclusion There was an urgent demand of humane care and emotional support,which might improve compliance of the treatment to some extent in terms of health education.Additionally,medical practitioners should provide the patient with comprehensive support,professional health education,as well as standardize training program for TCM operator and control the operation’s quality.XIAO Aixiang YU Lin YE Junrong LI Sijue WEI Hongmei WANG Chen 2017中西医结合护理(中英文)2017,3,12:1

12Multifunctional tubular carbon nanofibers/polyurethane electromagnetic wave absorber with room-temperature self-healing and recyclable performance显示文摘Incorporating self-healing and recyclable capabilities into microwave absorbing materials is expected to facilitate the life extension,cost reduction,and performance stability,thereby meeting the practical applications.In this research,a recycling and room-temperature self-healing electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorber is designed,in which linear polyurethane cross-linked by aromatic disulfide bonds is used as healable matrix,and tubular carbon nanofibers(TCNFs)are employed to attenuate microwave.The resultant composites with a TCNFs content of 7 wt.%harvest a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of−39.0 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 2.9 GHz at a matching thickness of 4.0 mm.Driven by the reversible dynamic bonds including hydrogen bonds and aromatic disulfide bonds,the high healing efficiency of 88.7%at 25°C and 93.2%at 60°C is presented.Impressively,even after three repairing cycles at room temperature,a healable efficiency of 86.4%is acquired,and RLmin can still reach−39.1 dB at the same thickness,together with an EAB of 3.0 GHz.Additionally,the results of solvent recycling experiment manifest that the recycled specimen achieves the almost similar mechanical and microwave dissipation properties as original one.These attractive characteristics make the designed self-healing and recyclable composites promising for next-generation EMW consumption devices.Shuai Kang Shiya Qiao Yutong Cao Zuming Hu Na Li Junrong Yu Yan Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:1

20Atmospheric Drying UHMWPE Membranes via Multiple Stage Extractant Exchange Drying Technique显示文摘Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)membranes were prepared by 5 wt%UHMWPE/parafn oil gels via thermally induced phase separation method and dried in air without signifcant collapse.The UHMWPE membranes were annealed at 110℃ for increasing the pores size in order to decrease the capillary forces.Furthermore,a new multiple stage extractant exchange drying(MSEED)technique was adopted to decrease the shrinkage of the UHMWPE membranes.Specifcally,the parafn oil was extracted by dichloromethane,then dichloromethane was replaced by ethanol,next ethanol could be exchanged to other liquid which is non-afnity with UHMWPE,for example water.UHMWPE membranes(annealing for 25 min)dried by dichloromethane-ethanol-water-air process have the lowest volume shrinkage of 16.5%and the porosity is as high as 88.29%.Moreover,compared with supercritical CO_(2)(SC-CO_(2))drying,atmospheric drying UHMWPE membranes have a lower pure water permeance,but a higher carbon particles rejection.Jiayou Quan Qingquan Song Junrong Yu Yan Wang Jing Zhu Zuming Hu 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,2:1
