3The First-principles Study on the Occupation Behavior and the Ductility Mechanism of Zr in Ni-Ni_3Al System with Lattice Misfit显示文摘The influence of lattice misfit on the occupation behavior and the ductility effect of Zr in Ni—Ni_3AI alloys were explored.It is found in energy analysis that the preferable site of Zr between Ni sublattice and Al sublattice will change under different lattice misfit,however,the Zr prefers to segregate Ni phase rather than Ni_3AI phase in all lattice misfit range,which makes it impossible for Zr to go into Ni_3AI phase to occupy Al sublattice in Ni—Ni_3AI system.Bond order(BO)analysis shows that the localized ductility effect of Zr differs in different region,and the comparison between Zr-free and Zr-doped BO analysis successfully explain the mechanism of the embrittlement of Ni—Ni_3AI alloys and the ductility effect of Zr.Yuxi Wu Wanglin Zhang Jia Guo Jieshan Hou Xiuyan Li Renzhong Huang Xiufang Ma Qianfeng Zhang 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,5:2

10Pd Pt VO_(x)/CeO_(2)-ZrO_(2):Highly efficient catalysts with good sulfur dioxide-poisoning reversibility for the oxidative removal of ethylbenzene显示文摘The PdPtVO_(x)/CeO_(2)-ZrO_(2)(PdPtVO_(x)/CZO)catalysts were obtained by using different approaches,and their physical and chemical properties were determined by various techniques.Catalytic activities of these materials in the presence of H_(2)O or SO_(2)were evaluated for the oxidation of ethylbenzene(EB).The PdPtVO_(x)/CZO sample exhibited high catalytic activity,good hydrothermal stability,and reversible sulfur dioxide-poisoning performance,over which the specific reaction rate at 160℃,turnover frequency at 160℃(TOF_(Pd or Pt)),and apparent activation energy were 72.6 mmol/(g_(Pt)·sec)or 124.2 mmol/(g_(Pd)·sec),14.2 sec^(-1)(TOF_(Pt))or 13.1 sec^(-1)(TOF_(Pd)),and 58 k J/mol,respectively.The large EB adsorption capacity,good reducibility,and strong acidity contributed to the good catalytic performance of PdPtVO_(x)/CZO.Catalytic activity of PdPtVO_(x)/CZO decreased when 50 ppm SO_(2)or(1.0 vol.%H_(2)O+50 ppm SO_(2))was added to the feedstock,but was gradually restored to its initial level after the SO_(2)was cut off.The good reversible sulfur dioxide-resistant performance of PdPtVO_(x)/CZO was associated with the facts:(i)the introduction of SO_(2)leads to an increase in surface acidity;(ii)V can adsorb and activate SO_(2),thus accelerating formation of the SO_(x)^(2-)(x=3 or 4)species at the V and CZO sites,weakening the adsorption of sulfur species at the PdPt active sites,and hence protecting the PdPt active sites to be not poisoned by SO_(2).EB oxidation over PdPtVO_(x)/CZO might take place via the route of EB→styrene→phenyl methyl ketone→benzaldehyde→benzoic acid→maleic anhydride→CO_(2)and H_(2)O.Jia Wang Yuxi Liu Jiguang Deng Lin Jing Xiuqing Hao Xing Zhang Xiaohui Yu Hongxing Dai 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4:0
11Cytarabine delivered by CD44 and bone targeting redox-sensitive liposomes for treatment of acute myelogenous leukemia显示文摘Acute myelogenous leukemia(AML)remains a serious fatal disease for the patients and effective treatment strategies are urgently needed.Based on the characteristics of the AML,we developed the CD44 and bone targeting liposomes delivery system decorated with the redox-cleavable polymer.First,ALN-HA was obtained by amination between alendronate(ALN)and hyaluronic acid(HA),and cholesterol(Chol)was coupled by a disulfide linker(-SS-)with biological reducibility to obtain the goal polymer,ALN-HA-SS-Chol,decorated the liposomes loaded with the Cytarabine(AraC).ALN-HA-SS-AraC-Lip exhibited a spherical morphology with the diameter of 117.5nm and expanded at the environment of 10mM dithiothreitol.Besides,compared with other groups,ALN-HA-SS-AraC-Lip showed benign hydroxyapatite affinity in vitro and bone targeting in C57/BL6 mice,also,ALN-HA-SS-AraC-Lip exhibited encouraging antitumor which significantly reduced the white blood cell amount in bone marrow and blood smear caused by AML model,besides,the dual targeting liposomes also prolong the survival time of mice.In conclusion,the bone and CD44 dual targeting liposomes with redox sensitivity could target to the leukemia stem cells regions and then uptake by the tumor cells,which would be a valuable target for the treatment of the AML.Hao Wu Yuan Gao Jia Ma Maosong Hu Jing Xia Shuting Bao Yuxi Liu Kai Feng 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:0
12A Survey on Machine Learning Algorithms in Little-Labeled Data for Motor Imagery-Based Brain-Computer Interfaces显示文摘The Brain-Computer Interfaces(BCIs)had been proposed and used in therapeutics for decades.However,the need of time-consuming calibration phase and the lack of robustness,which are caused by little-labeled data,are restricting the advance and application of BCI,especially for the BCI based on motor imagery(MI).In this paper,we reviewed the recent development in the machine learning algorithm used in the MI-based BCI,which may provide potential solutions for addressing the issue.We classified these algorithms into two categories,namely,and enhancing the representation and expanding the training set.Specifically,these methods of enhancing the representation of features collected from few EEG trials are based on extracting features of multiple bands,regularization,and so on.The methods of expanding the training dataset include approaches of transfer learning(session to session transfer,subject to subject transfer)and generating artificial EEG data.The result of these techniques showed the resolution of the challenges to some extent.As a developing research area,the study of BCI algorithms in little-labeled data is increasingly requiring the advancement of human brain physiological structure research and more transfer learning algorithms research.Yuxi Jia Feng Li Fei Wang Yan Gui 2019Journal of Information Hiding and Privacy Protection2019,1,1:0
13Property modulations of two-dimensional materials under compression显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)materials have attracted considerable research interest,leading to significant advances in energy applications in recent years,such as lithium batteries,catalysis,electronics,and thermoelectrics,owing to their rich controllable properties and excellent performances.Recently,pressure has been successfully employed as an effective method for property modulation of 2D materials,through tuning electronic orbitals and bonding patterns.In this review,we summarize recent progresses in the pressure-driven property modulations and elucidate the underlying mechanism of the pressure modulation of 2D materials.Further,we identify the remaining challenges and opportunities in this new,vibrant area of research for energy conversion and utilization.Among the different property modulation strategies,the in situ application of high pressure is systematically identified as a promising knob for 2D materials.This review is expected to inspire further research on the fundamental understanding and practical applications of high-pressure modulation in 2D materials.Zhen Wu Yuxi Wang Yunjie Dou Lin Zhou Jia Zhu 2023Nano Research Energy2023,2,4:0

15Brazilein intervention for sciatic nerve injury in BALB/c mice显示文摘Brazilein has been shown to exert an immune regulation effect on regeneration in the central nervous system,but there is currently no consensus regarding its effect on sciatic nerve injury.In the current study,western blot and real-time PCR detection revealed that,after 16 and 8 g/kg of brazilein intervention,the amount of S100 protein and mRNA at L4-6 spinal segments of sciatic nerve injured mice was significantly greater than after 4 g/kg brazilein administration,and in an untreated model group.Luxol Fast Blue myelin staining revealed that neural regeneration after 16 and 8 g/kg of brazilein intervention was significantly better than after 4 g/kg brazilein administration,and in the model group.In addition,electrophysiological and immunohistochemical examinations further confirmed the effect of brazilein in repairing sciatic nerve injury in BALB/c mice.These results indicated that brazilein was able to activate the S100 in anterior horn cells of the spinal cord,promoting sciatic nerve regeneration and repair.Both moderate and high doses were found to exert significant effects.Zhan Zhang Jian Cao Weitian Yin Lisen Li Yuxi Jia Haoyu Liu Mingming Zhao Rihua Jiang 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,12:0
16Effect of Storage Time on Main Quality Indicators of Cotton显示文摘The quality indicators of cotton will change during storage.Taking the 5.89 million t of Xinjiang cotton from 2016 to 2021 as a sample,this paper analyzed the main fiber quality indicator data of warehouse-in and warehouse-out cotton for storage of 1.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,and 7.0 years.It was found that the color grade of cotton decreased with the extension of storage time.The cotton with storage time of 5.0 years mainly changed from white cotton grade 2 and white cotton grade 3 to light yellow stained cotton grade 1 and yellow stained cotton grade 1.Among them,the increase of light yellow stained cotton grade 1 was the largest,and the change to yellow stained cotton grade 1 was the largest at the storage 6.0-7.0 years.In addition,there were no significant changes in moisture regain,Micronaire value,upper half mean length,length uniformity index and fiber strength.Yuxi GU Jin WANG Gang YUAN Junwei JIA Wei WANG Jinying CHEN 2023Asian Agricultural Research2023,15,9:0
17Heterogeneous geological conditions and differential enrichment of medium and high maturity continental shale oil in China显示文摘Based on the comparison of basic geological conditions and enrichment characteristics of shale oil plays, the heterogeneity of source and reservoir conditions and differential enrichment of medium-high maturity continental shale oil plays in China have been confirmed.(1) Compared with the homogeneous geological settings and wide distribution of marine shale oil strata in North America, the continental medium and high maturity shale oil plays in China are significantly different in geological conditions generally;continental multi-cyclic tectonic evolution forms multiple types of lake basins in multi-stages, providing sites for large-scale development of continental shale oil, and giving rise to large scale high-quality source rocks, multiple types of reservoirs, and diverse source-reservoir combinations with significant heterogeneity.(2) The differences in sedimentary water environments lead to the heterogeneity in lithology, lithofacies, and organic material types of source rocks;the differences in material source supply and sedimentary facies belt result in reservoirs of different lithologies, including argillaceous and transition rocks, and tight siltstone, and complex source-reservoir combination types.(3) The heterogeneity of the source rock controls the differentiation of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, the diverse reservoir types make reservoir performance different and the source-reservoir configurations complex, and these two factors ultimately make the shale oil enrichment patterns different. Among them, the hydrocarbon generation and expulsion capacity of high-quality source rocks affect the degree of shale oil enrichment. Freshwater hydrocarbon source rocks with TOC larger than 2.5% and saline hydrocarbon source rocks with TOC of 2% to 10% have a high content of retained hydrocarbons and are favorable.(4) High-abundance organic shale is the basis for the enrichment of shale oil inside the source. 19Diagnostic accuracy and safety of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus extracts used for skin prick test显示文摘Background:Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus is a common allergen causing allergic diseases in China.The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of D.pteronyssinus extracts produced by Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH)for the skin prick test(SPT)in the diagnosis of D.pteronyssinus allergy.Methods:A total of 910 subjects with allergic diseases were prescribed D.pteronyssinus SPT and specific sIgE(sIgE)test among the Outpatients of Department of Allergy,PUMCH from August 10,2015 to August 30,2017.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis was performed according to the results of D.pteronyssinus-sIgE detection.The accuracy of D.pteronyssinus extracts used for SPT in the diagnosis of D.pteronyssinus allergy was evaluated under different cutoff values.Adverse events after SPT were recorded to evaluate safety.Results:There were 796 and 618 subjects in the full analysis set(FAS)and the per protocol set(PPS),respectively.The areas under the curve of FAS and PPS were 0.871 and 0.873,respectively.According to the ROC of PPS,the optimal and 95%specificity diagnostic cutoff values of D.pteronyssinus SPT mean wheal diameter were 3.25 and 3.75 mm,respectively.No adverse events occurred.Conclusion:The extracts of D.pteronyssinus for SPT were simple,highly accurate,and safe and should be considered for recommendation in the clinical diagnosis of D.pteronyssinus allergy.Rui Tang Xiaohong Lyu Yuxi Liu Ruiqi Wang Lianglu Wang Hong Li Jinlyu Sun Yuxiang Zhi Jianqing Gu Kai Guan Liping Wen Zixi Wang Lisha Li Le Cui Yingyang Xu Junxiong Zhou Tao Xu Jia Yin 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,21:0
