| 1 | Vibration analysis and control technologies of hydraulic pipeline system in aircraft:A review显示文摘Vibrations in aircraft hydraulic pipeline system,due to multi-source excitation of high fluid pressure fluctuation and serious vibration environment of airframe,can cause the pipeline system vibration failures through overload in engineering field.Controlling the vibrations in hydraulic pipeline is a challenging work to ensure the flight safety of aircraft.The common vibration control technologies have been demonstrated to be effective in typical structures such as aerospace structures,shipbuilding structures,marine offshore structures,motor structures,etc.However,there are few research literatures on vibration control strategies of aircraft hydraulic pipeline.Combining with the development trend of aircraft hydraulic pipeline system and the requirement of vibration control technologies,this paper provides a detailed review on the current vibration control technologies in hydraulic pipeline system.A review of the general approaches following the passive and active control technologies are presented,which are including optimal layout technique of pipeline and clamps,constrained layer damping technique,vibration absorber technique,hydraulic hose technique,optimal pump structure technique,and active vibration control technique of pipeline system.Finally,some suggestions for the application of vibration control technologies in engineering field are given. | Peixin GAO Tao YU Yuanlin ZHANG Jiao WANG Jingyu ZHAI | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,4: | 19 |
| 2 | Effect of miniscalpel-needle on relieving the pain of myofascial pain syndrome: a systematic review显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect and safety of miniscalpel-needle(MSN) on reducing the pain of myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).METHODS: We reviewed the available literatures inception up to February 2014 using Pubmed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Chinese Biomedical Database and Wanfang Database.RESULTS: Eight randomized controlled trials were finally identified. The main controls involved acupuncture, medications, injection, massage and cupping. We found that all of the studies agreed on the potential benefit of MSN as a strategy for MPS and the superiority compared to the controls, however,randomized methods applied in most of the trials could be criticized for their high or unclear risk of bias. Further research is also needed to clarify questions around the appropriate frequency and number of treatment sessions of MSN.CONCLUSION: This review shows that MSN might have the effect on MPS, even though there were some limitations in the studies included in the review. | 4 | Influence of Alumina Content on Catalytic Performance of PtSn/Al_2O_3/SBA-15 Catalysts for Propane Dehydrogenation显示文摘The alumina-modified SBA-15 (Al2O3/SBA-15) zeolite was prepared in a non-aqueous system by using toluene as the solvent, and was used to support the PtSn-based catalyst for propane dehydrogenation. The BET surface area measurements, hydrogen chemisorption, FT-IR spectroscopy, NH3-TPD, XPS and TPO techniques were used to characterize the catalysts. Test results showed that the addition of alumina not only could modify the acid function of the support but also the structure of the metallic phase, thus affecting their catalytic properties. Among these catalysts studied, the PtSn/Al2O3 (5%)/SBA-15 catalyst exhibited a best catalytic performance in terms of propane conversion and selectivity to propene. | 5 | Discriminating characters of ore-forming intrusions in the super-large Chalukou porphyry Mo deposit,NE China显示文摘The Chalukou porphyry Mo deposit, located in the Great Hinggan Range, is the largest Mo deposit in northeast China, although the age and genesis of the associated magmatic intrusions remain debated.Here we report zircon U-Pb ages and trace elements, whole rock geochemistry and Sre Nd isotope data with a view to understand the relationship between the magmatism and molybdenum mineralization.Zircon U-Pb analysis yield an age of 475 Ma for rhyolite in the older strata, 168 Ma for the premineralization monzogranite, and 154 Ma for the syn-mineralization granite porphyry. The granite porphyry and quartz porphyry are considered as the ore-forming intrusions. These rocks are peraluminous, alkali-calcic, and belong to high-K to shoshonitic series with a strong depletion of Eu. They also display characteristics of I-type granites. The rocks exhibit wide variations of(87 Sr/86 Sr)iin the range of 0.705426 -0.707363, and ε_(Nd)(t) of -3.7 to 0.93. Zircon REE distribution patterns show characteristics between crust and the mantle, implying magma genesis through crust-mantle interaction. The Fe_2O_3/FeO values(average 1) for the whole rock and EuN/Eu*Nvalues(average 0.45), Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+) values(average 301)for zircon grains from the granite porphyry are higher than those from other lithologies. These features suggest that the ore-forming intrusions(syn-mineralization porphyry) had higher oxygen fugacity conditions than those of the pre-mineralization and post-mineralization rocks. The Chalukou Mo deposit formed in relation to the southward subduction of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean. | 17 | Multiple omics datasets reveal significant physical and physiological dormancy in alfalfa hard seeds identified by multispectral imaging analysis显示文摘Physical dormancy(PY) commonly present in the seeds of higher plants is believed to be responsible for the germination failure by impermeable seed coat in hard seeds of legume species, instead of physiological dormancy(PD). In this study, a non-destructive approach involving multispectral imaging was used to successfully identify hard seeds from non-hard seeds in Medicago sativa, with accuracy as high as96.8%–99.0%. We further adopted multiple-omics strategies to investigate the differences of physiology,metabolomics, methylomics, and transcriptomics in alfalfa hard seeds, with non-hard seeds as control.The hard seeds showed dramatically increased antioxidants and 125 metabolites of significant differences in non-targeted metabolomics analysis, which are enriched in the biosynthesis pathways of flavonoids, lipids and hormones, especially with significantly higher ABA, a hormone known to induce dormancy. In our transcriptomics results, the enrichment pathway of “response to abscisic acid” of differential expressed genes(DEG) supported the key role of ABA in metabolomics results. The methylome analysis identified 54,899, 46,216 and 54,452 differential methylation regions for contexts of CpG, CHG and CHH, and 344 DEGs might be regulated by hypermethylation and hypomethylation of promoter and exon regions, including four ABA-and JA-responsive genes. Among 8% hard seeds in seed lots,24.5% still did not germinate after scarifying seed coat, and were named as non-PY hard seeds.Compared to hard seeds, significantly higher contents of ABA/IAA and ABA/JA were identified in nonPY hard seeds, which indicated the potential presence of PD. | 20 | Cracking behavior of newly-developed high strength eutectic high entropy alloy matrix composites manufactured by laser powder bed fusion显示文摘A novel AlCoCrFeNi2.1 eutectic high entropy alloy(EHEA)composite doped with SiC particles was designed and fabricated by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).Its microstructure characteristic,tensile properties,and metallurgical defects,with an emphasis on cracking behavior,have been investigated.The results showed that the addition of SiC particles into the AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1)matrix enabled the development of a{100}texture and highly elongated columnar grains,which were the main contributors to mechanical behavior anisotropy.The ultimate tensile strength of 1466±26 MPa and elongation of 9%±3%achieved in the as-deposited EHEA composite surpassed those of advanced metal alloys subjected to additive manufacturing processes.Unfortunately,severe horizontal and longitudinal cracks,as well as a few micro-cracks were observed in the as-deposited bulk samples.Micro-cracks were verified to be associated with the aggregation of carbon and oxide particles.They formed in the final stage of solidification owing to insufficient liquid feeding ability and solidification contraction.The formation of macroscopic cracking was induced by the tensile stress accumulations at sample edges,and the stress concentration areas where microcracks and pores were located were the predominant propagation location.This work provides guidelines for defect control in SiC-reinforced EHEA,assisting in the high-performance design and integrated manufacturing of EHEA composite components. | Yinuo Guo Haijun Su Hongliang Gao Zhonglin Shen Yuan Liu Di Zhao Peixin Yang Quandong Hu Zhuo Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,32: | 1 |
