1Trophallaxis network control approach to formation flight of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles显示文摘A novel network control method based on trophallaxis mechanism is applied to the formation flight problem for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).Firstly,the multiple UAVs formation flight system based on trophallaxis network control is given.Then,the model of leader-follower formation flight with a virtual leader based on trophallaxis network control is presented,and the influence of time delays on the network performance is analyzed.A particle swarm optimization(PSO)-based formation controller is proposed for solving the leader-follower formation flight system.The proposed method is applied to five UAVs for achieving a 'V' formation,and a series of experimental results show its feasibility and validity.The proposed control algorithm is also a promising control strategy for formation flight of multiple unmanned underwater vehicles(UUVs),unmanned ground vehicles(UGVs),missiles and satellites.DUAN HaiBin LUO QiNan YU YaXiang 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,5:16
2An improved artificial physics approach to multiple UAVs/UGVs heterogeneous coordination显示文摘This paper proposed an improved artificial physics(AP)method to solve the autonomous navigation problem for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)/unmanned ground vehicles(UGVs)heterogeneous coordination in the three-dimensional space.The basic AP method has a shortcoming of easily plunging into a local optimal solution,which can result in navigation fails.To avoid the local optimum,we improved the AP method with a random scheme.In the improved AP method,random forces are used to make heterogeneous multi-UAVs/UGVs escape from local optimum and achieve global optimum.Experimental results showed that the improved AP method can achieve smoother trajectories and smaller time consumption than the basic AP method and basic potential field method(PFM).LUO QiNan DUAN HaiBin 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,10:7
3Levenberg-Marquardt based artificial physics method for mobile robot oscillation alleviation显示文摘This paper proposed a modified artificial physics(AP)method to solve the autonomous navigation problem for mobile robots in complex environments.The basic AP method tends to cause oscillations in the presence of obstacles and in narrow passages,which can result in time consumption.To alleviate oscillation,we modified the AP method using the Levenbery-Marquardt(LM)algorithm.In the modified AP method,we altered the original directions of AP forces to the Newton direction,and adjust the parameter by the LM algorithm.A series of comparative experimental results show that the modified AP method can achieve smoother trajectories with less time consumption.This demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of our proposed approach.ZHANG XiangYin DUAN HaiBin LUO QiNan 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,9:6
4Monodisperse amino-modified nanosized zero-valent iron for selective and recyclable removal of TNT: Synthesis, characterization, and removal mechanism显示文摘Nitroaromatic explosives are major pollutants produced during wars that cause serious environmental and health problems. The removal of a typical nitroaromatic explosive, 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT), from aqueous solution, was conducted using a new recyclable magnetic nano-adsorbent(Fe@SiO_(2) –NH_(2)). This adsorbent was prepared by grafting amino groups onto Fe@SiO_(2) particles with a well-defined core-shell structure and demonstrated monodispersity in solution. The removal performance of the nano-adsorbent towards TNT was found to be 2.57 and 4.92 times higher than that towards two analogous explosives, 2,4-dinitrotoluene(2,4-DNT) and 2-nitrotoluene(2-NT), respectively, under neutral conditions. The difference in the removal performance among the three compounds was further compared in terms of the effects of different conditions(pH value, ionic strength, humic acid concentration, adsorbent modification degree and dosage, etc.) and the electrostatic potential distributions of the three compounds. The most significant elevation is owing to modification of amino on Fe@SiO_(2) which made a 20.7% increase in adsorption efficiency of TNT. The experimental data were well fit by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model, indicating multilayer adsorption on a heterogeneous surface. The experimental results and theoretical considerations show that the interactions between Fe@SiO_(2) –NH_(2) NPs and TNT correspond to dipole-dipole and hydrophobic interactions. These interactions should be considered in the design of an adsorbent. 5Short-Term Test for the Induction of Lung Tumor in Mouse by Chloroprene显示文摘In a previous study by the authors,positive results from both a case-control study and acohort study were reported.In the present study a short-term test for the induction of mouselung tumor by chloroprene was conducted to confirm whether chloroprene monomer itself caninduce tumors.Kunming albino mice weaned at 2 weeks were subjected to inhaling 0,2.9±0.3,19.2±1.9,and 189.0±13.3 mg/m^3 chloroprene(GC purity,99.8%)4 h daily(except Sunday)for 7 months.All survivors were killed at the end of the 8th month or when moribund.No lungtumors were found before the 6th month.Thus,survivors at the 6th month were counted aseffective animals.Most lung tumors observed were papilloadenomas(50/57),and a few wereadenomas(7/57).The tumor incidence in the 2.9 mg/m^3 group was 8.1% in comparison to 1.3%in the control group,with the significance level at P<0.05.The higher the concentration,thehigher the incidence.Examination of the multiplicity of tumor induction also demonstrated adose-response relationship,and the number of tumors per mouse in the 189 mg/m^3 group wassignificant at P<0.01.1989 Academic Press,Inc.DONG QINAN XIAO BANGLIANG Hu YUHUA LI SHOUQI Research Laboratory of Hygiene Toxicology,West China University of Medical Sciences,Chengdu,610044,China 1989Biomedical and Environmental Sciences1989,2,2:2
6A chromosome-level genome assembly reveals that a bipartite gene cluster formed via an inverted duplication controls monoterpenoid biosynthesis in Schizonepeta tenuifolia显示文摘Biosynthetic gene clusters(BGCs)are regions of a genome where genes involved in a biosynthetic pathway are in proximity.The origin and evolution of plant BGCs as well as their role in specialized metabolism remain largely unclear.In this study,we have assembled a chromosome-scale genome of Japanese catnip(Schizonepeta tenuifolia)and discovered a BGC that contains multiple copies of genes involved in four adjacent steps in the biosynthesis of p-menthane monoterpenoids.This BGC has an unprecedented bipartite structure,with mirrored biosynthetic regions separated by 260 kilobases.This bipartite BGC includes identical copies of a gene encoding an old yellow enzyme,a type of flavin-dependent reductase.In vitro assays and virus-induced gene silencing revealed that this gene encodes the missing isopiperitenone reductase.This enzyme evolved from a completely different enzyme family to isopiperitenone reductase from closely related Mentha spp.,indicating convergent evolution of this pathway step.Phylogenomic analysis revealed that this bipartite BGC has emerged uniquely in the S.tenuifolia lineage and through insertion of pathway genes into a region rich in monoterpene synthases.The cluster gained its bipartite structure via an inverted duplication.The discovered bipartite BGC for p-menthane biosynthesis in S.tenuifolia has similarities to the recently described duplicated p-menthane biosynthesis gene pairs in the Mentha longifolia genome,providing an example of the convergent evolution of gene order.This work expands our understanding of plant BGCs with respect to both form and evolution,and highlights the power of BGCs for gene discovery in plant biosynthetic pathways.Chanchan Liu Samuel J.Smit Jingjie Dang Peina Zhou Grant T.Godden Zheng Jiang Wukun Liu Licheng Liui Wei Lin Jinao Duan Qinan Wu Benjamin R.Lichman 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,3:2
7A binocular vision-based UAVs autonomous aerial refueling platform显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) are highly focused and widely used in various domains, and the capability of autonomous aerial refueling(AAR) becomes increasingly important. Most of the research in this area concerns the verification of the algorithms while the experiments are conducted on the ground. In this work, in order to verify the vision system designed for boom approach AAR, an integrated platform is built and tested. The platform consists of a tanker UAV, a receiver UAV and a ground station. The pictures of the marker on the receiver UAV are captured by the binocular vision system on the tanker UAV and then used for flight control and boom control.
