| 1 | Theoretical and numerical research of wire array Z-pinch and dynamic hohlraum at IAPCM显示文摘Dense Z-pinch plasmas are powerful and energy-efficient laboratory sources of X-rays,and show the possibility to drive inertial confinement fusion(ICF).Recent advances in wire-array Z-pinch and Z-pinch dynamic hohlraum(ZPDH)researches at the Institute of Applied Physics and Computational Mathematics are presented in this paper.Models are setup to study different physical processes.A full circuit model(FCM)was used to study the coupling between Z-pinch implosion and generator discharge.A mass injection model with azimuthal modulation was setup to simulate the wire-array plasma initiation,and the two-dimensional MHD code MARED was developed to investigate the Z-pinch implosion,MRT instability,stagnation and radiation.Implosions of nested and quasi-spherical wire arrays were also investigated theoretically and numerically.Key processes of ZPDH,such as the arrayefoam interaction,formation of the hohlraum radiation,as well as the following capsule ablation and implosion,were analyzed with different radiation magneto-hydrodynamics(RMHD)codes.An integrated 2D RMHD simulation of dynamic hohlraum driven capsule implosion provides us the physical insights of wire-array plasma acceleration,shock generation and propagation,hohlraum formation,radiation ablation,and fuel compression. | Ning Ding Yang Zhang Delong Xiao Jiming Wu Zihuan Dai Li Yin Zhiming Gao Shunkai Sun Chuang Xue Cheng Ning Xiaojian Shu Jianguo Wang | 2016 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2016,1,3: | 7 |
| 2 | Direct Ink Writing of Highly Conductive MXene Frames for Tunable Electromagnetic Interference Shielding and Electromagnetic Wave-Induced Thermochromism显示文摘The highly integrated and miniaturized next-generation electronic products call for high-performance electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials to assure the normal operation of their closely assembled components.However,the most current techniques are not adequate for the fabrication of shielding materials with programmable structure and controllable shielding efficiency.Herein,we demonstrate the direct ink writing of robust and highly conductive Ti3C2Tx MXene frames with customizable structures by using MXene/AlOOH inks for tunable EMI shielding and electromagnetic wave-induced thermochromism applications.The as-printed frames are reinforced by immersing in AlCl_(3)/HCl solution to remove the electrically insulating AlOOH nanoparticles,as well as cross-link the MXene sheets and fuse the filament interfaces with aluminum ions.After freeze-drying,the resultant robust and porous MXene frames exhibit tunable EMI shielding efficiencies in the range of 25-80 dB with the highest electrical conductivity of 5323 S m−1.Furthermore,an electromagnetic wave-induced thermochromic MXene pattern is assembled by coating and curing with thermochromic polydimethylsiloxane on a printed MXene pattern,and its color can be changed from blue to red under the high-intensity electromagnetic irradiation.This work demonstrates a direct ink printing of customizable EMI frames and patterns for tuning EMI shielding efficiency and visualizing electromagnetic waves. | Xinyu Wu Tingxiang Tu Yang Dai Pingping Tang Yu Zhang Zhiming Deng Lulu Li Hao-Bin Zhang Zhong-Zhen Yu | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,10: | 3 |

| 9 | Nucleosomal Context of Binding Sites Influences Transcription Factor Binding Affinity and Gene Regulation显示文摘Transcription factor (TF) binding to its DNA target site plays an essential role in gene regulation.The location,orientation and spacing of transcription factor binding sites (TFBSs) also affect regulatory function of the TF.However,how nucleosomal context of TFBSs influences TF binding and subsequent gene regulation remains to be elucidated.Using genome-wide nucleosome positioning and TF binding data in budding yeast,we found that binding affinities of TFs to DNA tend to decrease with increasing nucleosome occupancy of the associated binding sites.We further demonstrated that nucleosomal context of binding sites is correlated with gene regulation of the corresponding TF.Nucleosome-depleted TFBSs are linked to high gene activity and low expression noise,whereas nucleosome-covered TFBSs are associated with low gene activity and high expression noise.Moreover,nucleosome-covered TFBSs tend to disrupt coexpression of the corresponding TF target genes.We conclude that nucleosomal context of binding sites influences TF binding affinity,subsequently affecting the regulation of TFs on their target genes.This emphasizes the need to include nucleosomal context of TFBSs in modeling gene regulation. | Zhiming Dai Xianhua Dai Qian Xiang Jihua Feng | 2009 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2009,7,4: | 0 |

| 11 | Induction of diabetes in cynomolgus monkey with one shot of analytical grade streptozotocin显示文摘Backgrounds:Streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic monkey is a wide used preclinical animal model for the investigation of diabetes such as islet transplantation and development of diabetic drugs.There are serious side effects of this method,including nausea,emesis,weight loss,liver damage,renal failure,and metabolic acidosis.In order to reduce the side effects,diabetic monkeys were induced using clinicalgrade STZ.However,clinical-grade STZ is not available in China.Here,we establised a method by using 100 mg/kg analytical-grade STZ to induce complete diabetes in cynomolgus monkey without generating adverse effects to liver and renal.Methods:Three cynomolgus monkeys were used in this study.100 mg/kg STZ dissolved in normal saline and infused through vein line in 5 minutes after indwelling catheter in the carotid artery and jugular vein.After the STZ administration,blood glucose levels were examined every 1 or 2 hours in the first 48 hours.Then,blood glucose levels were examined twice per day during the first week after the STZ injection.Insulin and C-peptide levels were measured by ELISA.Blood chemistry of hepatic and renal function tests were performed.Insulin and glucagon expression in the islet of diabetic monkey and normal monkey were examined by immunohistochemistry assays.Results:The stimulated C-peptide level(Intravenous glucose tolerance test)which is less than 0.5 ng/mL,the triphasic blood glucose response and the destroyed β cell suggested the complete induction of diabetes model.No apparent adverse effects were observed including no signs of vomiting and toxicity after STZ injection.Conclusion:In summary,we established a safe and reproducible STZ-induced diabetic cynomolgus monkey model for islet transplantation which will be used to develop novel approaches for the treatment of diabetes. | Zhengzhao Liu Ying Lu Wenbao Hu Hidetaka Hara Yifan Dai Zhiming Cai Lisha Mou | 2020 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2020,3,1: | 0 |

| 13 | Transient positive antimitochondrial M2 in sera of patients with connective tissue diseases after intravenous immunoglobulin infusions显示文摘Background:Although antinuclear antibodies(ANAs),anti‐SSA and anti‐Ro52,are present in immunoglobulin preparations,it is unknown whether intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)therapy influences the testing of serum autoantibodies in patients with connective tissue diseases(CTDs).The present study aimed to investigate the dynamic change over time of serum ANA‐related autoantibodies in patients with CTDs receiving IVIG therapy.Methods:Serum ANA‐related autoantibodies were monitored in two patients with CTD before IVIG therapy and at different times after therapy.These autoantibodies were tested in different batches of immunoglobulin preparations from seven pharmaceutical companies.Results:One patient developed a new ANA pattern(cytoplasmic dense fine speckled pattern,AC‐19)just after IVIG therapy.Both patients developed de novo positivity for AMA‐M2 and anti‐SSA,but returned negative 1 month after IVIG therapy.The residual liquid in patients'immunoglobulin preparations showed positive ANAs with a high titer of AC‐19(1:640),a low titer of the nuclear fine speckled pattern(AC‐4,1:80),positive AMA‐M2,and positive anti‐SSA.ANA‐related autoantibodies were tested in 16 batches of immunoglobulin preparations and all had positive ANAs with two patterns:AC‐19(1:640 or 1:320)and AC‐4(1:80).AMA‐M2 and anti‐SSA were positive in 100%of the batches.Conclusion:Our study highlights high‐titer AMA‐M2 autoantibodies in immunoglobulin preparations and suggests their transient transfer into a patient's circulation via IVIG therapy.To avoid incorrect clinical decisions based on postinfusion antibody titers,our data recommend retesting 1–2 months after high‐dose IVIG immunomodulatory treatment. | Lijuan Yang Xiuning Wei Qianhua Li Honggui Li Zhiming Ouyang Aiqi Zeng Donghui Zheng Lie Dai Yingqian Mo | 2022 | Rheumatology & Autoimmunity2022,2,4: | 0 |
