1Novel CeO_2@TiO_2 core–shell nanostructure catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH_3显示文摘The CeO_2@TiO_2 core-shell nanostructure catalyst prepared by a two-step hydrothermal method was used for selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NOx with NH_3 in this study.The catalyst presented the obvious core-shell structure,and the shell was amorphous TiO_2which could protect the active center from the SO_2 erosion.The catalyst showed high activity and stability,excellent N_2 selectivity and superior SO_2 resistance and H_2O tolerance.Characterizations such as TEM,HR-TEM,XRD,BET,XPS,NH_3-TPD,and H_2-TPR were carried out.The results indicated that the catalyst had large surface area and the active sites were well dispersed on the surface.The NH_3-TPD,H_2-TPR and XPS results implied that its increased SCR activity might be due to the enhancement of NH_3 chemisorption and the increase of active oxygen species,both of which were conductive to NH_3 activation.The excellent catalytic performance suggests that it is a promising candidate for SCR catalyst.Bingjie Huang Danqing Yu Zhongyi Sheng Liu Yang 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,5:15

4An intracellular toxic protein (Xin) isolated from Xenorhabdus nematophilus strain BJ显示文摘An intracellular toxic protein, designated Xin and with remarkable inhibitory effect on growth of Helicoverpa armigera, was isolated from X. Nematophilus strain BJ by ion exchange chromatography and hydrophobic interaction chromatography. After placing neonates on the artificial diet containing Xin at concentration of 0 or 3.48μg/g for 7 days, the average weight of insects was 23.50mg and 0.55mg, respectively. The activity of Xin was lost by heating, freeze-drying, digestion with proteases or urea. The Xin molecular weight, over kD, was determined by gel filtration on Superose 12, and there were six component proteins analyzed by SDS-PAGE. 5Genotype variations in accumulation of cadmium and lead in celery (Apium graveolens L.) and screening for low Cd and Pb accumulative cultivars显示文摘To help reduce risks of heavy metal pollution, two pot experiments were conducted to investigate the variations, transfer potential, and stability of Cadmium (Cd) and Lead (Pb) accumulations in celery (Apium graveolens L.) and to screen for low Cd and Pb accumulative cultivars. The maximum differences in shoot Cd concentration were 4.7-fold under low-Cd exposure and 3.3-fold under high-Cd exposure. These genotype variations in Cd accumulation are sufficiently large to help reduce Cd contamination risk in soil by using the Low-Cd-Accumulative genotypes. Cd accumulation of the Low-Cd-Accumulative genotypes is significantly positive correlated with Pb accumulation. Evidence obtained proves that Cd and Pb accumulations in celery are stable and genotype-dependent at the cultivar level. The presence of high-Pb contamination in soil promoted Cd accumulation in shoots of celery. Celery is considered a species with high risks in Cd pollution and low risks in Pb pollution. Among the tested cultivars, cv. 6Kilogram-scale synthesis of carbon quantum dots for hydrogen evolution, sensing and bioimaging显示文摘The development of large-scale synthetic methods for high quality carbon quantum dots(CQDs) is fundamental to their applications.However,the macroscopic preparation and scale up synthetic of CQDs is still in its infancy.Here,we report a facile,green,kilogram-scale synthesis of high quality fluorescent CQDs derived from poplar leaves via a one-step hydrothermal method.Notably,the throughput of CQDs can reach a level up to as high as 1.4975 kg in one pot.The structure and properties of the as-prepared CQDs were assessed through TEM,XRD,XPS and various spectroscopic methods.The obtained high quality CQD s with a photoluminescent quantum yield of 10.64% showed remarkable stability in aqueous media,rich functional groups,high photostability,consistent photoluminescence within biological pH range and low cytotoxicity.On account of these good properties,we demonstrated the multifunctional application to electrocatalytic water splitting,Fe^3+ sensing and bioimaging.It showed remarkable electrocatalytic activity,Fe^3+ sensitivity and good biocompatibility.This study provides a green,facile,inexpensive and large-scale method for producing high quality CQDs,which provides application value for large-scale production of CQDs.Weidong Li Yuan Liu Boyang Wang Haoqiang Song Zhongyi Liu Siyu Lu Bai Yang 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:7
7Platelet Membrane-Coated Nanocarriers Targeting Plaques to Deliver Anti-CD47 Antibody for Atherosclerotic Therapy显示文摘Atherosclerosis,the principle cause of cardiovascular disease(CVD)worldwide,is mainly characterized by the pathological accumulation of diseased vascular cells and apoptotic cellular debris.Atherogenesis is associated with the upregulation of CD47,a key antiphagocytic molecule that is known to render malignant cells resistant to programmed cell removal,or“efferocytosis.”Here,we have developed platelet membrane-coated mesoporous silicon nanoparticles(PMSN)as a drug delivery system to target atherosclerotic plaques with the delivery of an anti-CD47 antibody.Briefly,the cell membrane coat prolonged the circulation of the particles by evading the immune recognition and provided an afinity to plaques and atherosclerotic sites.The anti-CD47 antibody then normalized the clearance of diseased vascular tissue and further ameliorated atherosclerosis by blocking CD47.In an atherosclerosis model established in ApoE^(-/-)mice,PMSN encapsulating anti-CD47 antibody delivery significantly promoted the efferocytosis of necrotic cells in plaques.Clearing the necrotic cells greatly reduced the atherosclerotic plaque area and stabilized the plaques reducing the risk of plaque rupture and advanced thrombosis.Overall,this study demonstrated the therapeutic advantages of PMSN encapsulating anti-CD47 antibodies for atherosclerosis therapy,which holds considerable promise as a new targeted drug delivery platform for efficient therapy of atherosclerosis。Liang Chen Zhongyi Zhou Cheng Hu Manfred F.Maitz Li Yang Rifang Luo Yunbing Wang 2022Research2022,,3:5
8Verification of Mutagen Function of Zeocin in Nannochloropsis oceanica Through Transcriptome Analysis显示文摘Zeocin can cause double strand breaks of DNA and thus is frequently used as a selective antibiotic of eukaryotic Sh ble transformants. In non-transformation system, Zeocin may function as a mutagen if not totally lethal. To verify such function of Zeocin, we mutated Nannochloropsis oceanica by increasing the concentration of Zeocin in medium gradually, and isolated a N. oceanica strain(single cell culture) which survived Zeocin up to 10.0μg mL^(-1). The Zeocin-tolerant strain entered the exponential growth phase later and grew slower than the wild strain. Transcriptome profiling showed that the Zeocin-tolerant N. oceanica strain survived Zeocin mainly by adapting(heritable), rather than acclimating(plastic) to Zeocin. Hence mutating N. oceanica with Zeocin was approved effective. Meanwhile, the physiological characteristics of this Zeocin-tolerant strain were demonstrated. As we proposed, N. oceanica tolerated Zeocin by strengthening its protein degradation and antioxidation. The genes controlling cell division and cellular response to stimuli may also have played important roles in the reduction of growth and the tolerance to Zeocin. Our findings evidenced that Zeocin can serve as an appropriate mutagen of microalgae. 9Wide Band-gap Two-dimension Conjugated Polymer Donors with Different Amounts of Chlorine Substitution on Alkoxyphenyl Conjugated Side Chains for Non-fullerene Polymer Solar Cells显示文摘In this study,wide bandgap(WBG)two-dimensional(2D)copolymer donors(DZ1,DZ2,and DZ3)based on benzodithiophene(BDT)on alkoxyphenyl conjugated side chains without and with different amounts of chlorine atoms and difluorobenzotriazole(FBTZ)are designed and synthesized successfully for efficient non-fullerene polymer solar cells(PSCs).Three polymer donors DZ1,DZ2,and DZ3 display similar absorption spectra at 300-700 nm range with optional band-gap(Egopt)of 1.84,1.92,and 1.97 eV,respectively.Compared with reported DZ1 without chlorine substitution,it is found that introducing chlorine atoms into the meta-position of the alkoxyphenyl group affords polymer possessing a deeper the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)energy level,which can increase open circuit voltage(Voc)of PSCs,as well as improve hole mobility.Non-fullerene bulk heterojunction PSCs based on DZ2:MelC demonstrate a relatively high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 10.22%with a Voc of 0.88 V,a short-circuit current density(Jsc)of 17.62 mA/cm^2,and a fill factor(FF)of 68%,compared with PSCs based on DZ1:MelC(a PCE of 8.26%)and DZ3:MelC(a PCE of 6.28%).The results imply that adjusting chlorine atom amount on alkoxyphenyl side chains based on BDT polymer donors is a promising approach of synthesizing electron-rich building block for high performance of PSCs.Youdi Zhang Yong Wang Ruijie Ma Zhenghui Luo Tao Liu So-Huei Kang He Yan Zhongyi Yuan Changduk Yang Yiwang Chen 2020Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2020,38,8:3

11Tribological study of N-containing borate derivatives and their synergistic antioxidation effects with T531显示文摘Two N-containing borates, BTES and BMES, were synthesized with dodecyl phenol, 2-(N-containing heterocyclic) ethan-1-ol, boric acid, and dibutylamine, and their tribological properties in rapeseed oil(RSO) were investigated using a four-ball tester. The results showed that the load-carrying ability(P_B value) of RSO can be improved by 40.9% and 67.9%, respectively, when using 0.5 wt% BTES and BMES. Moreover, the antiwear and friction-reducing performances of the additive-containing oils increased with the additive concentration. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results of the worn steel ball surfaces showed that BTES and BMES formed protective films, which contained boron oxide, iron oxide, ferrous sulfate, ferrous sulfide(for BMES), and other organic nitrogen compounds, on the metal surfaces. The better load-carrying and antiwear performances of BMES than those of BTES might be due to their different sulfur contents, which result in different tribochemical reaction films on the contact surfaces. 12Structural Variation Analysis of Mutated Nannochloropsis oceanica Caused by Zeocin Through Genome Re-Sequencing显示文摘Zeocin can cause double strand breaks of DNA and thus may be employed as a mutagen.In this study,two strains of Nannochloropsis oceanica,the wild and the Zeocin-tolerant strains,were re-sequenced to verify such function of Zeocin.The results showed that Zeocin can mutate the N.oceanica genome and cause the structural variation.Zeocin either swept away or selected the alleles of genes functioning in ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis,alpha-linolenic acid metabolism,ascorbate and aldarate metabolism,ribosome biogenesis,and circadian rhythm,indicating that N.oceanica may have adjusted its metabolic performances for protein,carbohydrate,and lipid,and changed its ribosome biosynthesis and living rhythm to survive in Zeocin containing medium.In addition,Zeocin caused mutation may have influenced the expression of a set of transcription factors.It was concluded that Zeocin effectively caused the structural variation of the genome of N.oceanica,and forced the microalgae to select out the alleles of a set of genes around these variations in order to adapt to Zeocin containing medium.Further studies on the genetic basis of the phenotypic adaptation of this haploid and asexual microalga and the application of Zeocin to its genetic improvement are very important.LIN Genmei ZHANG Zhongyi GUO Li DING Haiyan YANG Guanpin 2018Journal of Ocean University of China2018,17,5:3
13Connectivity of wireless sensor networks for plant growth in greenhouse显示文摘Wireless sensor networks have been applied in farmland and greenhouse.However,poor connectivity always results in a lot of nodes isolation in the network in a scenario.For this reason,the network connectivity is worth considering to improve its quality,especially when the collected data cannot be sent to the data center because of the obstacles such as the growth of crop plants and weeds.Therefore,how to reduce the effect of crop growth on network connectivity,and enable the reliable transmission of field information,are the key problems to be resolved.To solve these problems,the method which adds long distance routing nodes to the WSN to reduce the deterioration of WSN connectivity during the growth of plants was proposed.To verify this method,the network connectivity of the deployed WSN was represented by the rank of connection matrix based on the graph theory.Consequently,the rank with value of 1 indicates a fully connected network.Moreover,the smaller value of rank means the better connectedness.In addition,the network simulator NS2 simulation results showed that the addition of long-distance backup routing nodes can improve the network connectivity.Furthermore,in experiments,using ZigBee-based wireless sensor network,a remote monitoring system in greenhouse was established,which can obtain environmental information for crops,e.g.temperature,humidity,light intensity and other environmental parameters as well as the wireless link quality especially.Experimental results showed adding of long-distance backup routing nodes can guarantee network connectivity in the region where received signal strength indication(RSSI)was poor,i.e.RSSI value was less than−100 dBm,and the energy was low.In conclusion,this method was essential to improve the connectivity of WSN,and the optimized method still needs further research.Chen Yang Shi Yuling Wang Zhongyi Huang Lan 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,1:3

16The influences of SE infection on layers' production performance,egg quality and blood biochemical indicators显示文摘Background:Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis(SE),as a major cause of foodbom illness,infects humans mainly through the egg.However,the symptom of laying hens usually is not typical and hard to diagnosis.In the present study,it is studied that the influences of SE infection on layers’ performance,egg quality and blood biochemical indicators.It will help us to improve the strategy to control SE infection in commercial layers.One hundred layers at 20 wk of age were divided into 2 groups,60 hens for experiment and others for control.The experiment group was fed with the dosage of 10~8 CFU SE per hen.The specific PCR was used to detect the deposition of SE.On the 8 d after SE infection,10 hens from the control group and 30 hens from the experimenta group were slaughtered to detect the SE colonization.The production performance,egg quality and blood biochemical indices were also analyzed.Results:The results showed that the colonization rate of SE was highest in caecum contents(55.17%) and lowest in vagina(17.24%).For the eggs the detection rate of SE was highest on the eggshell(80.00%) and lowest in yolk(18.81%).SE infection had no significant influence on production performance and egg qualities(P > 0.05).The difference of laying rate between the experimental and control groups was less than 0.30%,and both were approximately equal to 82.00%.The blood analysis showed that the aspartic aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) of experimental group was significantly higher than those of control group(P < 0.05).For experimental and control groups AST values were 236.22 U/l and 211.84 U/l respectively,and ALT values were32.19 U/l and 24.55 U/l.All of coefficients were less than 20%.The colonization of SE in organs increases the enzyme activities of AST and ALT in blood.Conclusions:SE in feed could invade the oviduct and infect the forming eggs.It significantly increased the concentration of ALT and AST in blood.However,SE infection was hard to be observed from the appearances of layer and egg.It might be a dangerous risk to human health.Shijie Fan Jiangxia Zheng Zhongyi Duan Ning Yang Guiyun Xu 2014Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2014,5,3:2

18Influence of pollution chemical components on AC flashover performance of various types of insulators显示文摘The pollution on insulators is composed of various chemical components,which threaten the stability of external insulation.However,the existing insulation designs have not taken this issue into consideration.This work aimed to study the influence of pollution chemical components on flashover performance of insulators with various materials.Flashover tests of porcelain,glass and silicone rubber insulators polluted by eight types of common contaminants were conducted.Based on the test data,the influence of chemical components and their solubility on equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD)and insulator flashover performance were analysed;and the electrical properties of different types of insulators were compared.Results show that the ESDD contribution rate changes with chemical components.The dissolution characteristic has a significant influence on the measurement of ESDD;slightly soluble contaminants need to be considered separately.The corresponding insulator flashover gradient for ions can be summarised as Cl^(−)Zhongyi Yang Xingliang Jiang Xingbo Han Zhijin Zhang Jianlin Hu 2019High Voltage2019,4,2:2
19Dynamic single-index model for functional data显示文摘We propose a new functional single index model, which called dynamic single-index model for functional data, or DSIM, to efficiently perform non-linear and dynamic relationships between functional predictor and functional response. The proposed model naturally allows for some curvature not captured by the ordinary functional linear model. By using the proposed two-step estimating algorithm, we develop the estimates for both the link function and the regression coefficient function, and then provide predictions of new response trajectories. Besides the asymptotic properties for the estimates of the unknown functions, we also establish the consistency of the predictions of new response trajectories under mild conditions. 20An investigation of the possible methods and potential benefits of de novo cloning of Nannochloropsis oceanica genes显示文摘Species in the microalgal genus Nannochloropsis are increasingly used as models for theoretical and applied studies. Herewe attempt to generate InDei variations in the genome of Nannochloropsis oceanica, and then decipher the genetic basisof its economic and biological traits with bulked mutant analysis modified from bulked segregant analysis. In addition, wedescribe our efforts to construct site-tagged and gene-traceable mutant libraries to clone its genes through reverse geneticapproaches. Currently, more than a half of N. oceanica protein-encoding genes are annotated against databanks. However, nofunctional gene has been de novo cloned from N. oceanica and no new function has been assigned to any of its annotatablegenes.
