1Heavy Oil and Oil Sands:Global Distribution and Resource Assessment显示文摘Global recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands have been assessed by CNPC using a geology-based assessment method combined with the traditional volumetric method, spatial interpolation method, parametric-probability method etc. The most favourable areas for exploration have been selected in accordance with a comprehensive scoring system. The results show:(1) For geological resources, CNPC estimate 991.18 billion tonnes of heavy oil and 501.26 billion tonnes of oil sands globally, of which technically recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands comprise 126.74 billion tonnes and 64.13 billion tonnes respectively. More than 80% of the resources occur within Tertiary and Cretaceous reservoirs distributed across 69 heavy oil basins and 32 oil sands basins. 99% of recoverable resources of heavy oil and oil sands occur within foreland basins, passive continental-margin basins and cratonic basins.(2) Since residual hydrocarbon resources remain following large-scale hydrocarbon migration and destruction, heavy oil and oil sands are characterized most commonly by late hydrocarbon accumulation, the same basin types and source-reservoir conditions as for conventional hydrocarbon resources, shallow burial depth and stratabound reservoirs.(3) Three accumulation models are recognised, depending on basin type: degradation along slope; destruction by uplift; and migration along faults.(4) In addition to mature exploration regions such as Canada and Venezuela, the Volga-Ural Basin and the Pre-Caspian Basin are less well-explored and have good potential for oil-sand discoveries, and it is predicted that the Middle East will be an important region for heavy oil development.LIU Zuodong WANG Hongjun Graham BLACKBOURN MA Feng HE Zhengjun WEN Zhixing WANG Zhaoming YANG Zi LUAN Tiansi WU Zhenzhen 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,1:9
2New Approaches and Markers for Identifying Secondary Biogenic Coalbed Gas显示文摘According to the adsorption-desorption characteristics of coalbed gas and analysis of various experimental data,this paper proposes that the generation of secondary biogenic gas(SBG) and its mixing of with the residual thermogenic gas at an early stage inevitably lead to secondary changes of the thermogenic gas and various geochemical additive effects.Experimental results also show that the fractionation of the carbon isotope of methane of coal core desorption gas changes very little;the δ13C1 value of the mixed gas of biogenic and thermogenic gases is between the δ13C1 values of the two 'original' gases,and the value is determined by the carbon isotopic compositions and mixing proportions of the two 'original' methanes.Therefore this paper proposes that the study on the secondary changes of the thermogenic gas and various additive effects is a new effective way to study and identify SBG.Herein,a systematic example of research on the coalbed gas(Huainan coalbed gas) is further conducted,revealing a series of secondary changes and additive effects,the main characteristics and markers of which are:(1) the contents of CO2 and heavy-hydrocarbons decrease significantly;(2) the content of CH4 increases and the gas becomes drier;(3) the δ13C and δD values of methane decrease significantly and tend to have biogenetic characteristics;and(4) the values of δ13C2 and δ13CCO2 grow higher.These isotopic values also change with the degradation degrees by microbes and mixing proportions of the two kinds of gases in different locations.There exists a negative correlation between the δ13C1 vs δ13CCO2 values.The △δ13CC2-C1 values obviously become higher.The distributions of the △δ13CCO2-C1 values are within certain limits and show regularity.There exist a positive correlation between the N2 versus Ar contents,and a negative correlation between the N2 versus CH4 contents,indicating the down forward infiltration of the surface water containing air.These are important markers of the generation and existence of SBG.TAO Mingxin LI Jing LI Xiaobin MA Yuzhen LI Zhongping WANG Zuodong GAO Zhongliang ZHANG Xiaojun WANG Yanlong 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1:4
3Phosphorylation of a wheat aquaporin at two sites enhances both plant growth and defense显示文摘Eukaryotic aquaporins share the characteristic of functional multiplicity in transporting distinct substrates and regulating various processes,but the underlying molecular basis for this is largely unknown.Here,we report that the wheat(Triticum aestivum)aquaporin TaPIP2;10 undergoes phosphorylation to promote photosynthesis and productivity and to confer innate immunity against pathogens and a generalist aphid pest.In response to elevated atmospheric CO_(2)concentrations,TaPIP2;10 is phosphorylated at the serine residue S280 and thereafter transports CO_(2)into wheat cells,resulting in enhanced photosynthesis and increased grain yield.In response to apoplastic H_(2)O_(2) induced by pathogen or insect attacks,TaPIP2;10 is phosphorylated at S121 and this phosphorylated form transports H_(2)O_(2) into the cytoplasm,where H_(2)O_(2)intensifies host defenses,restricting further attacks.Wheat resistance and grain yield could be simultaneously increased by TaPIP2;10 overexpression or by expressing a TaPIP2;10 phosphomimic with aspartic acid substitutions at S121 and S280,thereby improving both crop productivity and immunity.Kai Lu Xiaochen Chen Xiaohui Yao Yuyan An Xuan Wang Lina Qin Xiaoxu Li Zuodong Wang Shuo Liu Zhimao Sun Liyuan Zhang Lei Chen Baoyan Li Baoyou Liu Weiyang Wang Xinhua Ding Yonghua Yang Meixiang Zhang Shenshen Zou Hansong Dong 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,11:2
4Composition, structure and mechanical properties of several natural cellular materials显示文摘The stem piths of sunflower, kaoliang and corn are natural cellular materials. In this paper, the contents of the compositions of these piths are determined and their cell shapes and structures are examined through scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical microscope. Further research is conducted in the effects of the compositions and structures of the piths on the mechanical properties after testing the partial mechanical properties. The results show that the total cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin content of each sample approaches 75% of the dry mass of its primary cell walls. With the fall of R value, a parameter relative to the contents of the main compositions, the flexibilities of the cellular piths de- scend while their stresses and rigidities increase. The basic cell shape making up the sunflower pith is approximately a tetrakaidehedron. 5A Long-wavelength Emissive Phenothiazine Derived Fluorescent Probe for Detecting HOCI Upregulation in 5-FU Stimulated Living Cells显示文摘The endogenous hypochlorous acid(HOCI) has been evidenced in a variety of cellular courses. However, the role of HOCI in most pathophysiological processes still keeps unclear because of the limited detecting tools. In this work, we presented the pre- paration of a phenothiazine-derived fluorescent probe CIO-1 for HOCI detection with a cyanopyridinium moiety to improve its water solubility and lengthen its emission wavelength. The HOCI-promoted oxidation of sulfur atom in the probe resulted in a 460-fold emission intensity enhancement at 635 nm with high selectivity and sensitivity(detection limit: 1.12 nmol/L). The rapid response(5 s) also endowed the probe with real-time detection ability. 6Evolution of lithofacies and paleogeography and hydrocarbon distribution worldwide(I)显示文摘By using a large amount of geological and geophysical data, the geological characteristics such as lithofacies and paleogeography of 4981 geological units at thirteen key geological periods or epoches since the Precambrian in the world have been figured out. The global lithofacies and paleogeography charts have been compiled by ArcGis mapping technology. Combined with the results of plate-paleogeography reconstruction, the lithofacies and paleogeography as well as the prototype basins of these global paleoplates have been restored with the Gplate software. Results show that there are 22 kinds of lithofacies combinations and 10 types of paleogeography units developed since Precambrian. These features of lithofacies and paleogeography as well as their evolution were mainly controlled by the divergent and convergent movements of those plates. Taking the results of the lithofacis and paleogeography at the present and paleoplate location during the seven key geological periods from the Precambrian to Paleozoic for example, during the Late Precambrian and Cambrian, the large-scale disintegration of the Rodinia supercontinent resulted in reduction of uplift denudation area and clastic terrestrial facies area, the expansion of coastal-shallow marine facies and shallow-water carbonate platform. In Devonian, uplift denudation area and clastic terrestrial facies area began to increase and littoral-shallow marine facies area and shallow-water carbonate platform shrank as a result of the formation of Larussia supercontinent. In the Permian, with the formation of the Pangea continent, the development of the global uplift denudation area and clastic terrestrial facies reached its peak, while the littoral and shallow marine facies were very limited in distribution. 7Build-ups and hydrocarbon accumulation of the isolated carbonate platforms in the eastern Mediterranean显示文摘Based on regional geology,2D seismic and ocean drilling data,the formation of the Eratosthenes Seamount(ESM)and its surrounding isolated platforms,types of organic reefs and hydrocarbon accumulation conditions in the eastern Mediterranean were analyzed through fine tectonic interpretation and seismic facies study,and the future exploration targets were pointed out.The formation and evolution of the ESM and its peripheral isolated platforms are highly related to the open and close of the Neotethyan ocean.The precursors of the ESM and its peripheral isolated platforms are both horst-type fault blocks formed in the Middle Triassic-Early Jurassic intracontinental rift stage.The ESM and its peripheral isolated platforms underwent continued and inherited carbonate build-ups during the Middle Jurassic intercontinental rift stage,the Late Jurassic-Late Cretaceous Turonian passive drift stage,and Late Cretaceous Senonian-Miocene subduction stage,as well as medium-slight inversion transformation beginning in the Late Miocene Messinian caused by the closure of the Neotethyan ocean.Three types of isolated platforms formed controlled by variant paleo-tectonic settings:the first type is composed of a single patch-like reef controlled by a small-scale and narrow horst-type fault block,the second type consists of a single atoll controlled by a middle-scale and wide horst-type fault block,and the third type is comprised of multiple reef-beach complexes controlled by a large-scale and broad paleo-high.The first two types universally developed in the highs of the alternate sag-uplift structural zones on the south and west of Eratosthenes,and the third type only developed in the ESM.As a result of fluctuation of sea level,two sequences of reef build-ups,i.e.the Middle Jurassic Bajocian-Upper Cretaceous Turonian and the Miocene,developed in the ESM as well as the highs in the alternate sag-uplift structural zones on the south and west of Eratosthenes.Drillings have confirmed that the first two types of isolated platforms with a single patch-like reef and a single circle-like reef have good conditions for natural gas accumulations.The isolated platform of reef-beach complexes in the ESM also has accumulation potentials of natural gas and is worth prospecting.WEN Zhixin TONG Xiaoguang GAO Huahua WANG Zhaoming CHEN Ruiyin SONG Chengpeng HE Zhengjun LIU Zuodong KANG Hailiang 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,2:0

10MYB44 regulates PTI by promoting the expression of EIN2 and MPK3/6 in Arabidopsis显示文摘The plant signaling pathway that regulates pathogen-associated molecular pattern(PAMP)-triggered immunity(PTI)involves mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)cascades that comprise sequential activation of several protein kinases and the ensuing phosphorylation of MAPKs,which activate transcription factors(TFs)to promote downstream defense responses.To identify plant TFs that regulate MAPKs,we investigated TF-defective mutants of Arabidopsis thaliana and identified MYB44 as an essential constituent of the PTI pathway.MYB44 confers resistance against the bacterial pathogen Pseudomonas syringae by cooperating with MPK3 and MPK6.Under PAMP treatment,MYB44 binds to the promoters of MPK3 and MPK6 to activate their expression,leading to phosphorylation of MPK3 and MPK6 proteins.In turn,phosphorylated MPK3 and MPK6 phosphorylate MYB44 in a functionally redundant manner,thus enabling MYB44 to activate MPK3 and MPK6 expression and further activate downstream defense responses.Activation of defense responses has also been attributed to activation of EIN2 transcription by MYB44,which has previously been shown to affect PAMP recognition and PTI development.AtMYB44 thus functions as an integral component of the PTI pathway by connecting transcriptional and posttranscriptional regulation of the MPK3/6 cascade.Zuodong Wang Xiaoxu Li Xiaohui Yao Jinbiao Ma Kai Lu Yuyan An Zhimao Sun Qian Wang Miao Zhou Lina Qin Liyuan Zhang Shenshen Zou Lei Chen Congfeng Song Hansong Dong Meixiang Zhang Xiaochen Chen 2023Plant Communications2023,4,6:0
