1InterTan、PFNA、Gamma 3型髓内钉内固定治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较显示文摘目的比较InterTan髓内钉、股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)、Gamma 3型髓内钉内固定治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法纳入自2012-01—2017-01新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院行髓内固定手术治疗的152例老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折,48例采用InterTan内固定治疗(InterTan组),51例采用PFNA内固定治疗(PFNA组),53例采用Gamma 3型髓内钉内固定治疗(Gamma 3组)。比较3组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后开始负重时间、术后并发症发生率,以及术后3、12个月髋关节功能Harris评分。结果 PFNA组1例术后1个月出现螺钉松动、内固定失效,行翻修手术,患者于翻修术后出现切口感染,最终死于脓毒血症、多器官功能衰竭。其余151例获得平均15.3(12~24)个月随访。3组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后开始负重时间、术后并发症发生率、术后髋关节功能Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 InterTan、PFNA、Gamma 3型髓内钉内固定治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折均可获得满意的临床疗效,患者术后髋关节功能恢复良好。李祖涛 周文正 缪晓刚 袁宏 孙俊刚 2018中国骨与关节损伤杂志2018,33,10:33
2Gamma3钉与PFNA治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较显示文摘目的比较Gamma 3钉与PFNA治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对83例老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折,39例采用Gamma 3钉内固定(Gamma 3钉组),44例采用PFNA内固定(PFNA组),并对手术时间、出血量、术后并发症及髋关节功能进行临床随访分析。结果 PFNA组在手术操作时间、术中出血量等较Gamma 3钉组少,但在骨折愈合时间上无统计学差异。Gamma 3钉组2例出现拉力螺钉切出,1例股骨干骨折。结论 Gamma 3钉与PFNA操作简单、创伤小、出血少、固定牢固,均是治疗不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法,但PFNA钉更适用于骨质疏松的患者。吴立君 刘岩 唐子华 卫力晋 周志道 2011中国骨与关节损伤杂志2011,26,8:24

4Lifetime prediction based on Gamma processes from accelerated degradation data显示文摘Accelerated degradation test is a useful approach to predict the product lifetime at the normal use stress level, especially for highly reliable products. Two kinds of the lifetime prediction based on Gamma processes were studied. One was to predict the lifetime of the population from accelerated degradation data, and the other was to predict the lifetime of an individual by taking the accelerated degradation data as prior information. For an extensive application, the Gamma process with a time transformation and random effects was considered. A novel contribution is that a deducing method for determining the relationships between the shape and scale parameters of Gamma processes and accelerated stresses was presented. When predicting the lifetime of an individual, Bayesian inference methods were adopted to improve the prediction accuracy, in which the conjugate prior distribution and the non-conjugate prior distribution of random parameters were studied. The conjugate prior distribution only considers the random effect of the scale parameter while the non-conjugate prior distribution considers the random effects of both the scale and shape parameter. 5L波段D-InSAR在矿区地面沉降监测中的应用显示文摘合成孔径雷达差分干涉测量(differential interferometry synthetic aperture radar,D-InSAR)是目前矿区地面沉降监测的常用技术之一,阐述与分析了基于GAMMA的双轨D-InSAR技术的数据处理流程及其关键技术,对三景L波段的ALOS PALSAR雷达影像进行处理,得到兖州矿区地面沉降图。借助Arcgis、ENVI等对研究区2007-12-02—2008-02-06、2008-02-06—2008-03-23的沉降进行详细对比分析,得到其沉降分布图、东滩矿区地面沉降图、剖面图、部分特征点的沉降情况等。研究结果表明,利用L波段双轨D-InSAR技术可以对矿区的地面沉降位置、分布、沉降量等信息进行直观、详细地对比分析和重现,为DInSAR技术监测矿区地面沉降的应用与分析提供新的思路。高腾飞 陶秋香 刘国林 肖恭伟 2016中国科技论文2016,11,15:22
6D-InSAR矿区地表沉降监测及时空分析显示文摘针对矿区地表沉降问题,该文选取7景覆盖张家口市蔚县矿区的TerraSAR-X影像,对影像进行差分干涉处理获取了6个干涉对,并对沉降比较严重的崔家寨矿区进行了精细化分析,统计了其在各时间段内的沉降量和沉降面积,并生成沉降等值线图,该区域最大沉降量约为380 mm,沉降量级大于50 mm的面积约为3×10^5m^2;采用最邻近时间段的精密水准数据对D-InSAR编码后的沉降图进行了精度验证与分析,二者沉降监测的总体趋势吻合,平均误差为7.09 mm,相关性在0.9以上,并且假设检验表明二者可以表示同一矿区形变场,说明双轨D-InSAR技术可以对矿区沉降进行有效的监测,监测精度可以达到厘米级。结果表明,该研究可为矿区整体规划、灾害预警和开采沉陷治理等提供参考意义。仝云霄 黄岩 陈宇 谭琨 欧德品 韩福顺 2020测绘科学2020,45,3:20
7Organ fibrosis inhibited by blocking transforming growth factor-β signaling via peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ agonists显示文摘BACKGROUND:Organ fibrosis has been viewed as one of the major medical problems, which can lead to progressive dysfunction of the liver, lung, kidney, skin, heart, and eventually death of patients. Fibrosis is initiated by a variety of pathological, physiological, biochemical, and physical factors. Regardless of their different etiologies, they all share a common pathogenetic process: excessive activation of the key profibrotic cytokine, transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β). Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ), a ligand-activated transcription factor of the nuclear receptor superfamily, has received particular attention in recent years, because the activation of PPARγ by both natural and synthetic agonists could effectively inhibit TGF-β-induced profibrotic effects in many organs. DATA SOURCES: The English-language medical databases, PubMed, Elsevier and SpringerLink were searched for articles on PPARγ, TGF-β, and fibrosis, and related topics. RESULTS: TGF-β is recognized as a key profibrotic cytokine. Excessive activation of TGF-β increases synthesis of extracellular matrix proteins and decreases their degradation, associated with a gradual destruction of normal tissue architecture and function, whereas PPARγ agonists inhibit TGF-β signal transduction and are effective antifibrogenic agents in many organs including the liver, lung, kidney, skin and heart. CONCLUSIONS: The main antifibrotic activity of PPARγ agonists is to suppress the TGF-β signaling pathway by so-called PPARγ-dependent effect. In addition, PPARγ agonists, especially 15d-PGJ2, also exert potentially antifibrotic activity independent of PPARγ activation. TGF-β1/Smads signaling not only plays many essential roles in multiple developmental processes, butalso forms cross-talk networks with other signal pathways, and their inhibition by PPARγ agonists certainly affects the cytokine networks and causes non-suspected side-effects. 8Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma inhibits hepatic fibrosis in rats显示文摘BACKGROUND:Hepatic fibrosis is a necessary step in the development of hepatic cirrhosis.In this study we used lentiviral vector-mediated transfection technology to evaluate the effect of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPAR-γ) on rat hepatic fibrosis. METHODS:Hepatic fibrosis in rats was induced by CCl4 for 2 weeks(early fibrosis)and 8 weeks(sustained fibrosis).The rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control, fibrosis,blank vector,and PPAR-γ.They were infected with the recombinant lentiviral expression vector carrying the rat PPAR-γgene by portal vein injection.The liver of the rats was examined histologically and hydroxyproline was assessed.In vitro primary hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)were infected with the recombinant lentiviral expression vector carrying the rat PPAR-γgene.The status of HSC proliferation was measured by the MTT assay.The protein levels of PPAR-γ,α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)and type I collagen expression were evaluated by the Western blotting method. 9Gamma 3型髓内钉和动力髋螺钉内固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床研究显示文摘目的探讨Gamma 3型髓内钉(Gamma 3钉)和动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法对82例高龄(年龄大于75岁)股骨粗隆间骨折采用手术治疗,其中44例采用Gamma 3钉内固定(Gamma 3钉组),38例采用DHS内固定(DHS组)。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术前和术后1周肌酸激酶、术后髋关节Harris评分。结果 Gamma 3钉组平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后7 d血清肌酸激酶含量较DHS组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Gamma 3钉组术后1周、6个月Harris评分较DHS组高,但术后12个月两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Gamma 3钉较DHS在内固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折时具有手术时间短、出血少、创伤小、术后短期恢复快的优点。两种内固定术后都能够获得良好的骨折愈合和远期临床治疗效果。周雪峰 周建伟 鲍磊 白克文 徐启明 彭军 马华松 2013中国骨与关节损伤杂志2013,28,8:17
10MiR-30a Positively Regulates the Inflammatory Response of Microglia in Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis显示文摘Multiple sclerosis(MS) is a classical inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system(CNS). Microglia are the main resident immune cells in the CNS and are closely associated with the pathogenesis of MS.In the present study, we found that mi R-30 a was highly expressed in jellyfish-like microglia in chronic active lesions of MS patients, as well as in the microglia of mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE) at the chronic phase. In vitro, the conditioned supernatant of mouse microglia overexpressing miR-30 a promoted the apoptosis of oligodendrocyte precursor cells(OPCs), and inhibited OPC differentiation. In vivo, overexpressing miR-30 a in transplanted microglia exacerbated the progression of EAE.Overexpression and knock-down experiments in primary cultured mouse microglia showed that mi R-30 a increased the expression of IL-1 b and i NOS, which are pro-inflammatory, while inhibiting the expression of Ym-1 and CD206.Mechanistically, mi R-30 a inhibited the expression of Ppargc1 b, which is the co-activator of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma, resulting in pro-inflammatory effects. 11Gamma 3型髓内钉与DHS、股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较显示文摘目的比较Gamma 3型髓内钉内固定与动力髋螺钉(DHS)、股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取自2011-04—2013-06行手术治疗的120例股骨粗隆间骨折作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分为3组。采用Gamma 3型髓内钉内固定治疗40例(Gamma钉组),采用DHS内固定治疗40例(DHS组),采用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定40例(锁定钢板组)。观察3组手术时间、术中失血量、术后并发症、骨折愈合时间以及术后6个月髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 Gamma钉组手术时间明显短于DHS组(t=6.861,P<0.001)和锁定钢板组(t=23.330,P<0.001),术中失血量明显少于DHS组(t=8.359,P<0.001)和锁定钢板组(t=14.854,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Gamma钉组并发症发生率为7.5%,DHS组并发症发生率为25.0%,锁定钢板组并发症发生率为20.0%,Gamma组并发症发生率明显低于DHS组(χ2=4.501,P=0.032)和锁定钢板组(χ2=2.988,P=0.040),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组骨折愈合时间差异无统计学意义(F=1.867,P=0.598)。3组术后6个月髋关节功能评分差异无统计学意义(F=1.305,P=0.772)。结论 Gamma 3型髓内钉与DHS、股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折在骨折愈合时间和髋关节功能恢复情况方面并无明显差异,但是Gamma 3型髓内钉内固定术后早期并发症较少,效果优于其他2种术式。程波 易兴彪 陈维义 2015中国骨与关节损伤杂志2015,30,2:15
12吡格列酮对大鼠缺血/再灌注心肌过氧化物酶体增殖物受体γ辅激活因子lα表达的影响显示文摘目的观察吡格列酮对大鼠缺血/再灌注损伤心肌过氧化物酶体增殖物受体γ辅激活因子lα(PGC-lα)表达的影响。方法 24只SD大鼠随机分为4组(n=6):缺血/再灌注组、吡格列酮5 mg/(kg·d)组、吡格列酮10 mg/(kg·d)组、吡格列酮10 mg/(kg·d)+过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)特异性阻断剂GW9662组,利用在体结扎左前降支的方法建立缺血/再灌注损伤模型,脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法(TUNEL法)检测心肌细胞凋亡,RT-PCR方法检测心肌组织PGC-lαmRNA的变化,Western blot检测心肌组织PGC-lα蛋白的变化。结果 TUNEL法显示吡格列酮抑制缺血/再灌注心肌细胞凋亡[(21.4±8.8)%、(17.3±8.7)%、(40.1±12.3)%,P<0.05)],吡格列酮上调PGC-lα表达(P<0.05),GW9662逆转吡格列酮对凋亡细胞的抑制作用(P<0.05),抑制吡格列酮促进PGC-lα表达上调的作用(P<0.05)。结论吡格列酮抑制缺血/再灌注损伤诱导的心肌细胞凋亡,吡格列酮促进PGC-lα上调,这两种作用是由PPARγ介导的。申琳 王浩 叶平 2014南方医科大学学报2014,34,2:13
13Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 14Gamma3钉与PFNA治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效观察显示文摘目的观察和对比Gamma3钉与PFNA治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法选取2011年12月—2012年12月本院收治的老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者100例作为研究对象,均应用Gamma 3钉或PFNA钉内固定术进行治疗,根据治疗方式分为Gamma 3钉组(43例)和PFNA组(57例),记录和对比2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量;对2组患者进行为期1年的随访,记录和比较骨折愈合时间,随访期末按照Harris髋关节创伤功能评分标准对患者疗效进行评定和比较。结果 2组患者骨折愈合时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗效判定结果差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05);Gamma 3钉组和FNA组疗效优良率分别为93.0%和94.7%;Gamma3钉组患者的手术时间和术中出血量均显著高于PFNA组(P<0.05)。结论 Gamma 3钉和PFNA内固定术治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效相当,都为较理想的治疗方法,且PFNA内固定术对患者的手术创伤较小。许明 军良 2014实用临床医药杂志2014,18,9:11
15股骨近端锁定钢板与Gamma 3型髓内钉固定不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的生物力学研究显示文摘目的比较股骨近端锁定钢板与Gamma 3型髓内钉在固定不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折中的生物力学特性,为临床选择内固定方式提供理论依据。方法选取5对防腐股骨标本,每对标本配对随机分为A组和B组,所有股骨标本制成31-A2.2型骨折模型,A组使用Gamma 3型髓内钉固定,B组使用股骨近端锁定钢板固定,在力学测试机上进行轴向压缩、扭转、破坏试验。结果在1 200 N载荷时,A组轴向刚度为(306.52±11.32)N/mm,B组为(258.38±14.63)N/mm,A组的轴向刚度较B组高18.6%,差异有统计学意义(t=17.74,P=0.03)。A、B组在扭转角为0.5°、1.0°、1.5°、2.0°、2.5°时的扭矩值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组扭转刚度为(1.35±0.06)N·mm/deg,B组为(1.48±0.09)N·mm/deg,2组差异无统计学意义(t=-5.00,P=0.13)。A组最大屈服载荷为(3 101.33±174.83)N,B组最大屈服载荷为(2 396.68±142.07)N,A组最大屈服载荷值较B组高29.4%,差异有统计学意义(t=48.52,P<0.001)。结论股骨近端锁定钢板在内固定治疗以31-A2.2型骨折为例的不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折时,其轴向负重力学性能不如Gamma 3型髓内钉,不宜作为首选内固定。江伟 刘跃洪 杨灵 徐巍 刘树平 张德盛 陈曦 汪红 2015中国骨与关节损伤杂志2015,30,2:11
16Raindrop Size Distribution Parameters Retrieved from Guangzhou S-band Polarimetric Radar Observations显示文摘According to the statistical shape–slope(μ–Λ) relationship observed for the first time by several 2 D-Video-Distrometers(2 DVD) in southern China, a constrained gamma(C-G) model was proposed for the retrieval of rain drop size distributions(DSDs) from Guangzhou S-band polarimetric radar observations. Two typical precipitation processes were selected to verify the accuracy of the retrieval scheme. The μ–Λ relationship: Λ = 0.0241μ2 + 0.867μ + 2.453 was obtained based on the 2 DVD observation results from at Huizhou Longmen station, which is a very representative location in the area. Relying on the Guangzhou polarimetric radar measurements of radar reflectivity(ZHH) and differential reflectivity(ZDR), the gamma(Γ) size distribution parameters(N0, μ, and Λ) can be retrieved by the C-G model retrieval scheme. The results show that the Guangzhou polarimetric radar retrievals of DSDs were close to the2 DVD observations at Guangzhou Maofengshan station. The rain rate, mass mean diameter, and normalized intercept parameter of radar retrievals were in good agreement with the 2 DVD observations, and the relative errors were less than 10%. The overall accuracy of the retrieval scheme was high. The retrieval scheme has established the relationship between the polarimetric radar measurements and gamma size distribution parameters. 17一种新的基于MSRCR光照补偿算法显示文摘对质量较差的人脸图像进行光照补偿,多尺度Retinex算法是传统的算法中比较有效的一种,但是Retinex算法处理的人脸图像会产生'泛白、颜色失真、对比度低'现象,为了提高人脸识别率,为此提出了一种新的带色彩恢复的多尺度Retinex算法(MSRCR)对彩色图像进行光照补偿.在对MSRCR理论进行研究的基础上,对原有算法进行改进,使用了快速傅里叶变换,运行速度快于已有传统方法.经过实验证明,改进算法使图像的对比度,亮度,隐藏的细节等方面都有很大的增强.论述了该算法的原理和实现方法,同时通过实验将其与直方图均衡,Gamma变换等方法进行比较.实验结果表明:该算法对彩色图像光照补偿有很好的效果.冯亚丽 黄静 2012计算机系统应用2012,21,9:10
18老年人股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的策略显示文摘[目的]探讨老年人股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中手术的选择及对临床疗效影响。[方法]回顾本院2007年10月~2010年8月43例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折在治疗中采用及早、微创的手术治疗,按Evans分型,选择适合骨折类型的内固定。[结果]术后随访12~46个月,平均27.3个月,髋关节功能恢复按Harris评分标准评定,Harris评分87~92分,平均为90.5分。优31例,良7例,可2例,差1例。优良率92.7%。[结论]老年人股骨粗隆间骨折在无手术绝对禁忌证的情况下应及早并采用微创、稳定的内固定手术治疗,更有利于老年人的康复,减少老年人骨折后并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量及明显降低病死率。金勇 2012中国矫形外科杂志2012,20,14:10
19Underwater image enhancement based on red channel weighted compensation and gamma correction model显示文摘Due to the special characteristics of light in water,the information of the red channel is seriously attenuated in collected image.This causes other colors to dominate the image.This paper proposes an underwater image enhancement algorithm based on red channel weighted compensation and gamma correction model.Firstly,by analyzing the attenuation characteristics of RGB channels,the intensity and the edge information of red channel are compensated by weighting the attenuation coefficient ratio between different channels to correct the chromaticity.Then the gamma correction model is employed to stretch the intensity range to enhance the contrast which makes the image look clearer.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can correct the color cast effect and improve the contrast by nearly 2 times for the underwater images with too much red component attenuation.Wending Xiang Ping Yang Shuai Wang Bing Xu Hui Liu 2018Opto-Electronic Advances2018,1,10:10
20体表定位Gamma3型髓内钉内固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效显示文摘目的探讨体表定位Gamma3型髓内钉内固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2009-01-2012—0546例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床资料,骨折闭合复位后采用体表定位,置人史塞克公司Gamma3型髓内钉内固定治疗。结果术后并发下肢静脉血栓1例,经溶栓、抗凝、扩血管等治疗后痊愈。术后均获随访12-18个月.平均13.6个月。摄X线片显示骨折均愈合,未发生内固定物松动及脱出,无骨折移位。术后6个月骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间为12周。临床疗效按髋关节功能Hanis评分标准评定:优30例,良13例,可2例,差1例,优良率93.5%。结论Gamina3.型髓内钉结合体表定位内固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小、操作简单、手术时间短、生物学固定可靠、可早期下床活动、并发症少等优点,是一种安全、可靠、有效的内固定方式,值得临床推广应用。刘俊生 毕大卫 李强 全仁夫 韩雷 2014中国骨与关节损伤杂志2014,29,4:9
