2Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 3A new kind of optimal second-order symplectic scheme for seismic wave simulations显示文摘Here we introduce generalized momentum and coordinate to transform seismic wave displacement equations into Hamiltonian system.We define the Lie operators associated with kinetic and potential energy,and construct a new kind of second order symplectic scheme,which is extremely suitable for high efficient and long-term seismic wave simulations.Three sets of optimal coefficients are obtained based on the principle of minimum truncation error.We investigate the stability conditions for elastic wave simulation in homogeneous media.These newly developed symplectic schemes are compared with common symplectic schemes to verify the high precision and efficiency in theory and numerical experiments.One of the schemes presented here is compared with the classical Newmark algorithm and third order symplectic scheme to test the long-term computational ability.The scheme gets the same synthetic surface seismic records and single channel record as third order symplectic scheme in the seismic modeling in the heterogeneous model.LIU ShaoLin LI XiaoFan WANG WenShuai LIU YouShan ZHANG MeiGen ZHANG Huan 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,4:8
4Polyoxometalate-based silica-supported ionic liquids for heterogeneous oxidative desulfurization in fuels显示文摘With the aim of deep desulfurization, silica-supported polyoxometalate-based ionic liquids were successfully prepared by a one-pot hydrothermal process and employed in heterogeneous oxidative desulfurization of various sulfur compounds. The compositions and structures of the hybrid samples were characterized by various methods such as FT-IR, XPS, Raman,UV–Vis, wide-angle XRD and N_2 adsorption–desorption. The experimental results indicated that the hybrid materials presented a high dispersion of tungsten species and excellent catalytic activity for the removal of 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene without any organic solvent as extractant, and the sulfur removal could reach 100.0% under mild conditions.The catalytic performance on various substrates was also investigated in detail. After cycling seven cycles, the sulfur removal of the heterogeneous system still reached 93.0%. 5Boosting photocatalytic degradation of RhB via interfacial electronic effects between Fe-based ionic liquid and g-C_3N_4显示文摘The Fe-based ionic liquid doped g-C_3N_4(Fee CN) photocatalyst was firstly prepared base on ultrathin g-C_3N_4 obtained by multiple calcination method with a metal-based reactive ionic liquid [Omim]FeCl_4 for the degradation of Rhodamine B(RhB). Experimental results revealed that Fe3+species were doped into the framework of g-C_3N_4. The effect of the amount of Fe-doping on the catalytic activity was performed. The result showed that the Fee CN could effectively degrade RhB under the condition of visible light irradiation. The photocurrent analysis showed that the incorporation of Fe^(3+)into g-C_3N_4 material could accelerate the separation of the photogenerated carriers significantly.At the same time, the reactive species generated during the photodegradation process were tested by radicals trapping experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR). 6Scalable and facile synthesis of V_(2)O_(5) nanoparticles via ball milling for improved aerobic oxidative desulfurization显示文摘In recent years, transition-metal oxides(TMOs) have been long employed for aerobic oxidative desulfurization. However, the inherent bottlenecks, such as the low explosion of active sites, limit the application of bulk TMOs catalyst. In this study, V_(2)O_(5) nanoparticles with oxygen vacancies were prepared in large-scale via facile ball milling strategy with adding oxalic acid as a reducing agent. The as-prepared catalysts exhibit remarkable sulfur removal for oils with different initial S-concentrations and different substrates. Sulfur removal could reach up to 99.7%(< 2 ppm) under the optimized reaction conditions. 7Amorphous TiO_2-supported Keggin-type ionic liquid catalyst catalytic oxidation of dibenzothiophene in diesel显示文摘Supported ionic liquid(IL) catalysts [C_nmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)/Am TiO_2(amorphous TiO_2) were synthesized through a one-step method for extraction coupled catalytic oxidative desulfurization(ECODS) system. Characterizations such as FTIR, DRS,wide-angle XRD, N_2 adsorption–desorption and XPS were applied to analyze the morphology and Keggin structure of the catalysts. In ECODS with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, it was found that ILs with longer alkyl chains in the cationic moiety had a better effect on the removal of dibenzothiophene. The desulfurization could reach 100% under optimal conditions, and GC–MS analysis was employed to detect the oxidized product after the reaction. Factors affecting the desulfurization efficiencies were discussed, and a possible mechanism was proposed. In addition, cyclic experiments were also conducted to investigate the recyclability of the supported catalyst. 8Clinical characteristics in lymphangioleiomyomatosis-related pulmonary hypertension: an observation on 50 patients显示文摘Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare diffuse cystic lung disease. Knowledge on LAM-related pulmonary hypertension (PH) is limited. This study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics of LAM with elevated pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) and evaluate the potential efficacy of sirolimus. The study involved 50 LAM patients who underwent echocardiography. According to the tricuspid regurgitation velocity (TRV), these patients were divided into the TRV≤2.8 m/s group and TRV>2.8 m/s group. Both groups comprised 25 females with an average age of 38.6±8.1 and 41.5±8.9 years. In the TRV>2.8 m/s group, the estimated systolic PAP (SPAP) was significantly elevated (52.08±12.45 mmHg vs. 30.24±5.25 mmHg, P<0.01). Linear analysis showed that SPAP was correlated with forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1), diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide, alveolar arterial oxygen gradient (PA-aO2), and 6 min walking distance (r =-0.392,-0.351, 0.450, and -0.591, respectively;P<0.05), in which PA-aO2 was a risk factor for SPAP elevation (β= 0.064, OR= 1.066, P<0.05). Moreover, in 10 patients who received sirolimus therapy, SPAP decreased from 57.0±12.6 mmHg to 35.2±11.1 mmHg. 10A comparative study of the extractive desulfurization mechanism by Cu(Ⅱ)and Zn-based imidazolium ionic liquids显示文摘A comparative study of the extractive desulfurization(EDS) mechanism by Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn-based ILs([C_4mim]_2[MCl_4], M ? Cu(Ⅱ) or Zn)has been performed. It is found that the p–p interaction and C-H/p interaction play important roles in EDS for both Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn-based ILs,which is different from Al, Fe-based ILs. In the gas phase models, the interaction energy between Zn-based ILs and dibenzothiophene(DBT) is stronger than the interaction energy of Cu(Ⅱ)-based ILs. In order to consider the solvent effect, a generic ionic liquid of solvation model has been implemented, which is few considered in the previous calculations of EDS. It is interesting to find that the gap of interaction energies between Cu(Ⅱ), Zn-based ILs and DBT are reduced when the solvent effect is considered. 11Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. 123D-printing of integrated spheres as a superior support of phosphotungstic acid for deep oxidative desulfurization of fuel显示文摘Construction of catalysts with integral structure for oxidative reaction process is an essential promotion to catalysts in industrial application.In this work,a 3D printing method was employed to prepare 3D printed spheres(3D-PSs),followed by carbonization to form 3D carbon spheres(3D-CSs).Then,a 3D-CSs supported phosphotungstic acid(HPW/3D-CSs)was prepared for deep oxidative desulfurization.Compared with traditional powder catalysts,the as-prepared catalyst is easy to be operated and separated from oil products.The supported catalyst possesses excellent catalytic performance and the removal of DBT,4-MDBT and 4,6-DMDBT in fuel oil,reaching^100%of sulfur removal.The effects of various experimental parameters on desulfurization efficiency were considered to optimize reaction conditions.Moreover,the catalyst shows excellent thermal and chemical stability,with no obvious decrease in desulfurization activity after 5 cycles.GC–MS analysis indicates DBT sulfone was the solely oxidized product of DBT.Jie Zhu Peiwen Wu Linlin Chen Jing He Yingcheng Wu Chao Wang Yanhong Chao Linjie Lu Minqiang He Wenshuai Zhu Huaming Li 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,6:2
13Bioprinting and regeneration of auricular cartilage using a bioactive bioink based on microporous photocrosslinkable acellular cartilage matrix显示文摘Tissue engineering provides a promising strategy for auricular reconstruction.Although the first international clinical breakthrough of tissue-engineered auricular reconstruction has been realized based on polymer scaffolds,this approach has not been recognized as a clinically available treatment because of its unsatisfactory clinical efficacy.This is mainly since reconstruction constructs easily cause inflammation and deformation.In this study,we present a novel strategy for the development of biological auricle equivalents with precise shapes,low immunogenicity,and excellent mechanics using auricular chondrocytes and a bioactive bioink based on biomimetic microporous methacrylate-modified acellular cartilage matrix(ACMMA)with the assistance of gelatin methacrylate(GelMA),poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO),and polycaprolactone(PCL)by integrating multi-nozzle bioprinting technology.Photocrosslinkable ACMMA is used to emulate the intricacy of the cartilage-specific microenvironment for active cellular behavior,while GelMA,PEO,and PCL are used to balance printability and physical properties for precise structural stability,form the microporous structure for unhindered nutrient exchange,and provide mechanical support for higher shape fidelity,respectively.Finally,mature auricular cartilage-like tissues with high morphological fidelity,excellent elasticity,abundant cartilage lacunae,and cartilage-specific ECM deposition are successfully regenerated in vivo,which provides new opportunities and novel strategies for the fabrication and regeneration of patient-specific auricular cartilage.Litao Jia Yujie Hua Jinshi Zeng Wenshuai Liu Di Wang Guangdong Zhou Xia Liu Haiyue Jiang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,10:2

17Synchronous activation of Ag nanoparticles and BiOBr for boosting solar-driven CO_(2)reduction显示文摘Artificial photosynthesis of valuable chemicals from CO_(2)is a potential way to achieve sustainable carbon cycle.The CO_(2)conversion activity is still inhibited by the sluggish charge kinetics and poor CO_(2)activation.Herein,Ag nanoparticles coupled Bi OBr have been constructed by in-situ photoreduction strategy.The crafting of interface between Ag nanoparticles and Bi OBr nanosheets,achieving an ultra-fast charge transfer.The Bi OBr semiconductor excited electrons and plasmonic Ag nanoparticles generated high-energy hot electrons synchronous accelerates the C=O double bond activation.Thus,the optimized Ag/BiOBr-2 heterostructure shows excellent CO_(2)photoreduction activity with CO production of 133.75 and 6.83μmol/g under 5 h of 300 W Xe lamp and visible light(λ>400 nm)irradiation,which is 1.51 and 2.81 folds versus the pristine Bi OBr,respectively.The mechanism of CO_(2)photoreduction was in-depth understood through in-situ FT-IR spectrum and density functional theory calculations.This study provides some new perspectives into efficient photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.Gaopeng Liu Lin Wang Bin Wang Xingwang Zhu Jinman Yang Pengjun Liu Wenshuai Zhu Ziran Chen Jiexiang Xia 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:1
18Selenium-enriched Cardamine violifolia protects against sepsis-induced intestinal injury by regulating mitochondrial fusion in weaned pigs显示文摘Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the dysregulated response of the host to an infection, and treatments are limited. Recently, a novel selenium source, selenium-enriched Cardamine violifolia(SEC) has attracted much attention due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, but little is known about its role in the treatment of sepsis. Here, we found that SEC alleviated LPS-induced intestinal damage, as indicated by improved intestinal morphology, and increased disaccharidase activity and tight junction protein expression. Moreover, SEC ameliorated the LPS-induced release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, as indicated by decreased IL-6 level in the plasma and jejunum. Moreover, SEC improved intestinal antioxidant functions by regulating oxidative stress indicators and selenoproteins. In vitro, TNF-α-challenged IPEC-1 cells were examined and showed that selenium-enriched peptides, which are the main functional components extracted from Cardamine violifolia(CSP), increased cell viability, decreased lactate dehydrogenase activity and improved cell barrier function. Mechanistically, SEC ameliorated LPS/TNF-α-induced perturbations in mitochondrial dynamics in the jejunum and IPEC-1 cells. Moreover, CSPmediated cell barrier function is primarily dependent on the mitochondrial fusion protein MFN2 but not MFN1. 19Production of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural from Fructose in Ionic Liquid Efficiently Catalyzed by Cr(III)-Al_(2)O_(3)Catalyst显示文摘A series of metal-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts were prepared simply by the conventional impregnation with Al_(2)O_(3)and metal chlorides,which were applied to the dehydration of fructose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF).An agreeable HMF yield of 93.1%was achieved from fructose at mild conditions(100℃and 40 min)when employing Cr(III)-Al_(2)O_(3)as catalyst in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([Bmim]Cl).The Cr(III)-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst was characterized via XRD,DRS and Raman spectra and the results clarified the interaction between the Cr(III)and the alumina support.Meanwhile,the reaction solvents([Bmim]Cl)collected after 1st reaction run and 5th reaction run were analyzed by ICP-OES and LC-ITMS and the results confirmed that no Cr(III)ion was dropped off from the alumina support dur-ing the fructose dehydration.Notably,Cr(III)-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst had an excellent catalytic performance for glucose and sucrose and the HMF yields were reached to 73.7%and 84.1%at 120℃for 60 min,respectively.Furthermore,the system of Cr(III)-Al_(2)O_(3)and[Bmim]Cl exhibited a constant stability and activity at 100℃for 40 min and a fa-vorable HMF yield was maintained after ten recycles.Changhua Song Hui Liu Yuan Li Shuai Ge Hongwei Wang Wenshuai Zhu Yonghui Chang Changri Han Huaming Li 2014Chinese Journal of Chemistry2014,32,5:1
