1Removing Endotoxin from Protein Solution by Chitosan Modified Affinity Membrane显示文摘Affinity membrane was prepared with chitosan immobilized on the hydrophile- modified poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) membrane. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR.) analysis indicated that the contents of —NH2 and —OH groups increased and fluoride decreased on the membrane surface after modification. Using this kind of affinity membrane, the effects of operation parameters such as pH, ionic strength and flow rate, on the amount of endotoxin removed were investigated. The results showed that the equilibrium adsorption capacity and the dissociation constant of the affinity membrane to endotoxin were 21.4 EU·mg-1 membrane and 0.50EU·ml-1, respectively, at pH 7.0 and ionic strength 0.2 mol·L-1. Adsorption appeared to follow a typical Langmuir adsorption isotherm. At pH 5.0, ionic strength of 0.2 mol·L-1, the removal rate of endotoxin from BSA solution with the chitosan affinity membrane was up to 88.6% (11.50 EU·mg-1 membrane), and the recovery of BSA was 93.4% (0.187mg·mg-1 membrane), while at pH 11.0, ionic strength of 0.2mol·L-1, the removal rate of endotoxin from lysozyme solution was 72.4% (9.92EU·mg-1 membrane), and the recovery of lysozyme was 92.3% (0.104 mg·mg-1 membrane).SUN Haixiang(孙海翔) ZHANG Lin(张林) CHAI Hong(柴红) CHEN Huanlin(陈欢林) 2005Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2005,13,4:5
2Research progress in removal of trace carbon dioxide from closed spaces显示文摘In this paper,the removal of trace carbon dioxide from closed spaces through membrane process and biotrans-formation are introduced in detail.These methods include the microalgae photobioreactor,membrane microalgae photobio-reactor,supported liquid membrane,membrane gas-liquid contactor,hydrogel membrane,and enzyme membrane biore-actor.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared.It is found that higher CO_(2) removal efficiency can be obtained in biotransformation and membrane process.However,a large volume and high energy consumption are needed in biotransformation,while the low permeability and stability must be solved in the membrane process.ZHANG Yatao FAN Lihai ZHANG Lin CHEN Huanlin 2007Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2007,1,3:2
3Optimal design of nanofiltration system for surface water treatment显示文摘Both reverse osmosis(RO) and nanofiltration(NF) membranes have been increasingly used for water purification and desalination. However, the salt rejection of NF membranes is quite different from that of RO membranes,which makes a significant distinction in their process designs. This work started from the performance investigation of a single NF membrane element and then focused on the process design of the NF system for surface water treatment. In experimental tests, it was found that the observed rejection of the NF element becomes nearly constant when the concentrate flow is large enough, while the membrane flux of the NF element is quite stable regardless of the water flow across the membrane surface. These findings can be used to instruct the process design of the NF system for surface water treatment. 8Comparison of CS,CGM and CS-CGM for Prediction of Pipe’s Inner Surface in FGMs显示文摘The cuckoo search algorithm(CS)is improved by using the conjugate gradient method(CGM),and the CS-CGM is proposed.The unknown inner boundary shapes are generated randomly and evolved by Lévy flights and elimination mechanism in the CS and CS-CGM.The CS,CGM and CS-CGM are examined for the prediction of a pipe’s inner surface.The direct problem is two-dimensional transient heat conduction in functionally graded materials(FGMs).Firstly,the radial integration boundary element method(RIBEM)is applied to solve the direct problem.Then the three methods are compared to identify the pipe’s inner surface with the information of measured temperatures.Finally,the influences of timepoints,measurement point number and random noise on the inverse results are investigated.It is found that the three algorithms are promising and can be used to identify the pipe’s inner surface.The CS-CGM has higher accuracy and faster convergence speed than the CS and CGM.The CS and CS-CGM are insensitive to the initial values.The CGM and CS-CGM are more insensitive to the measurement noises compared with the CS.With the increase of timepoints and measurement points,and with the decrease of measurement noises,the inverse results are more accurate.Haolong Chen Bo Yu Huanlin Zhou Zeng Meng 2017Computers, Materials & Continua2017,,4:1

11Association of auricular pressing and heart rate variability in pre-exam anxiety students显示文摘A total of 30 students scoring between 12 and 20 on the Test Anxiety Scale who had been exhibiting an anxious state > 24 hours, and 30 normal control students were recruited. Indices of heart rate variability were recorded using an Actiheart electrocardiogram recorder at 10 minutes before auricular pressing, in the first half of stimulation and in the second half of stimulation. The results revealed that the standard deviation of all normal to normal intervals and the root mean square of standard deviation of normal to normal intervals were significantly increased after stimulation. The heart rate variability triangular index, very-low-frequency power, low-frequency power, and the ratio of low-frequency to high-frequency power were increased to different degrees after stimulation. Compared with normal controls, the root mean square of standard deviation of normal to normal intervals was significantly increased in anxious students following auricular pressing. 20Optimal Location and Sizing of Distributed Generator via Improved Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization in Active Distribution Network Considering Multi-Resource显示文摘In the framework of vigorous promotion of low-carbon power system growth as well as economic globalization,multi-resource penetration in active distribution networks has been advancing fiercely.In particular,distributed generation(DG)based on renewable energy is critical for active distribution network operation enhancement.To comprehensively analyze the accessing impact of DG in distribution networks from various parts,this paper establishes an optimal DG location and sizing planning model based on active power losses,voltage profile,pollution emissions,and the economics of DG costs as well as meteorological conditions.Subsequently,multiobjective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)is applied to obtain the optimal Pareto front.Besides,for the sake of avoiding the influence of the subjective setting of the weight coefficient,the decisionmethod based on amodified ideal point is applied to execute a Pareto front decision.Finally,simulation tests based on IEEE33 and IEEE69 nodes are designed.The experimental results show thatMOPSO can achieve wider and more uniformPareto front distribution.In the IEEE33 node test system,power loss,and voltage deviation decreased by 52.23%,and 38.89%,respectively,while taking the economy into account.In the IEEE69 test system,the three indexes decreased by 19.67%,and 58.96%,respectively.Guobin He Rui Su Jinxin Yang Yuanping Huang Huanlin Chen Donghui Zhang Cangtao Yang Wenwen Li 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,9:0
