Dynamics of Coastal Land Use Patterns of Inner Lingdingyang Bay in the Zhujiang River Estuary显示文摘To satisfy the growing of land demand from economic development,a large scale of land reclamation from sea has been carried out in Inner Lingdingyang Bay in the Zhujiang(Pearl)River estuary in recent years. As a result, the tidal flat and the water channels became narrow, the frequency of floods increased, and the environment was un-dermined.Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey(GMGS)conducted an integrated project for marine geo-environ-ment and geo-hazards survey in 2003.With the integration of multi-temporal remote sensing images of 1977,1978,1988,1996,and 2003,GIS spatial analyzing approach and GPS technique,as well as field data and other background data of the region, this research investigated the comprehensive characteristics and the drivers of coastal land use dy-namics and shoreline changes in Inner Lingdingyang Bay.The results reveal that the reclaimed coastal land was mainly for agriculture and aquaculture in early years, but now they are used for construction sites of harbors and in-dustries,especially high-tech industry. | Xia Zhen Jia Peihong Lei Yong Chen Yunzhen | 2007 | Chinese Geographical Science2007,17,3: | 6

Digital Watermark-based Security Technology for Geo-spatial Graphics Data显示文摘The paper presents a set of techniques of digital watermarking by which copyright and user rights messages are hidden into geo-spatial graphics data, as well as techniques of compressing and encrypting the watermarked geo-spatial graphics data. The technology aims at tracing and resisting the illegal distribution and duplication of the geo-spatial graphics data product, so as to effectively protect the data producer’s rights as well as to facilitate the secure sharing of geo-spatial graphics data. So far in the GIS field throughout the world, few researches have been made on digital watermarking. The research is a novel exploration both in the field of security management of geo-spatial graphics data and in the applications of digital watermarking technique. An application software employing the pro- posed technology has been developed. A number of experimental tests on the 1∶500,000 digital bathymetric chart of the South China Sea and 1∶10,000 digital topographic map of Jiangsu Province have been conducted to verify the feasibility of the proposed technology. | JIA Peihong CHEN Yunzhen MA Jinsong ZHU Dakui | 2006 | Chinese Geographical Science2006,16,3: | 2

MoNi_(4)-NiO heterojunction encapsulated in lignin-derived carbon for efficient hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Molybdenum nickel alloy has been proved to be an efficient noble-metal-free catalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) in alkaline medium, but its electrocatalytic activity and stability need to be further improved to meet industrial requirements. In this study, carboxymethylated enzymatic hydrolysis lignin(EHL) was used as a biomacromolecule frame to coordinate with transition metal ions and reduced by pyrolysis to obtain the MoNi_(4)-NiO heterojunction(MoNi_(4)-NiO/C). The oblate sphere structure of MoNi_(4)-NiO/C exposed a large catalytic active surface to the electrolyte. As a result, the hydrogen evolution reaction of MoNi_(4)-NiO/C displayed a low overpotentials of 41 mV to achieve 10 mA cm-2and excellent stability of 100 h at 100 mA cm^(-2)in 1 mol L^(-1)KOH, which was superior to that of commercial Pt/C. Lignin assisted the formation of NiO to construct the MoNi_(4)-NiO interface and MoNi_(4)-NiO heterojunction structure, which reduced the energy barrier by forming a more favorable transition states and then promoted the formation of adsorbed hydrogen at the heterojunction interface through water dissociation in alkaline media, leading to the rapid reaction kinetics. This work provided an effective strategy for improving the electrocatalytic performance of noble-metal-free electrocatalysts encapsulated by lignin-derived carbon. | Yanlin Qin Yunzhen Chen Xuezhi Zeng Yingchun Liu Xuliang Lin Wenli Zhang Xueqing Qiu | 2023 | Green Energy & Environment2023,8,6: | 0
HNF-1a promotes pancreatic cancer growth and apoptosis resistance via its target gene PKLR显示文摘Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is one of the deadliest malignant tumors, and many genes play important roles in its development. The hepatocyte nuclear factor-1a(HNF-1a)gene encodes HNF-1a,which is a transcriptional activator.HNF-1a regulates the tissue-specific expression of multiple genes, especially in pancreatic islet cells and in the liver. However, the role of the HNF-1a gene in the development of pancreatic cancer is still unclear. Here,we used immunohistochemical staining and real-time PCR to analyze HNF-1a expression in pancreatic cancer tissue.Stable cell lines with HNF-1a knockdown or overexpression were established to analyze the role of HNF-1a in pancreatic cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis by colony formation assay and flow cytometry. We also analyzed the L-type pyruvate kinase(PKLR)promoter sequence to identify the regulatory effect of HNF-1a on PKLR transcription and confirmed the HNF-1a binding site in the PKLR promoter via a chromatin immunoprecipitation assay.HNF-1a was found to be overexpressed in pancreatic cancer and promoted proliferation while inhibiting apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells.PKLR was identified as the downstream target gene of HNF-1a and binding of HNF-1a at two sites in PKLR(-1931/-1926 and-966/-961)regulated PKLR transcription. In conclusion,HNF-1a is overexpressed in pancreatic cancer, and the transcription factor HNF-1a can promote pancreatic cancer growth and apoptosis resistance via its target gene PKLR. | Zhiyao Fan Kun Fan Shengming Deng Yitao Gong Yunzhen Qian Qiuyi Huang Chao Yang He Cheng Kaizhou Jin Guopei Luo Chen Liu Xianjun Yu | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3: | 0
Detection of Geochemical Element Assemblage Anomalies Using a Local Correlation Approach显示文摘As direct prospecting data, geochemical data play an important role in modelling prospect potential.Geochemical element assemblage anomalies are usually reflected by the correlation between elements.Correlation coefficients are computed from the values of two elements, which reflect only the correlation at a global level. Thus, the spatial details of the correlation structure are ignored. In fact,an element combination anomaly often exists in geological backgrounds, such as on a fault zone or within a lithological unit. This anomaly may cause some combination of anomalies that are submerged inside the overall area and thus cannot be effectively extracted. To address this problem,we propose a local correlation coefficient based on spatial neighbourhoods to reflect the global distribution of elements. In this method, the sampling area is first divided into a set of uniform grid cells.A moving window with a size of 3×3 is defined with an integer of 3 to represent the sampling unit. The local correlation in each unit is expressed by the Pearson correlation coefficient. The whole area is scanned by the moving window, which produces a correlation coefficient matrix, and the result is portrayed with a thermal diagram. The local correlation approach was tested on two selected geochemical soil survey sites in Xiao Mountain,Henan Province. The results show that the areas of high correlation are mainly distributed in the fault zone or the known mineral spots. Therefore, the local correlation method is effective in extracting geochemical element combination anomalies. | Xianchuan Yu Shicheng Wang Hao Wang Yuchen Liang Siying Chen Kang Wu Zhaoying Yang Chongyang Li Yunzhen Chang Ying Zhan Wang Yao Dan Hu | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,2: | 0
