Oligolayered Ti3C2Tx MXene towards high performance lithium/sodium storage显示文摘Nano Research volume 13,pages1659–1667(2020)Cite this article 232 Accesses 3 Citations Metrics details Abstract 2D MXenes are highly attractive for achieving ultrafast and stable lithium/sodium storage due to their good electric conductivity and abundant redox active sites. While, effective strategies for scalable preparation of oligolayered MXenes are still under exploration.Herein, oligolayered Ti3C2Tx MXene is successfully obtained after conventional synthesis of multilayered Ti3C2 and subsequent delamination process via an organic solvent of tetramethyl-ammonium hydroxide(TMAOH).Comprehensive electrochemical study reveals that surface-controlled redox reaction dominated the charge storage behavior of oligolayered Ti3C2Tx with fast reaction kinetics.Impressively, the obtained oligolayered Ti3C2Tx exhibits excellent lithium/sodium storage performance, featured for a high specific capacity of 330 mAhg^−1 at 1.0 Ag^−1 after 800 cycles for lithium storage and 280 mAhg^−1 at 0.5 Ag^−1 after 500 cycles for sodium storage.Such impressive performance will advance the development of oligolayered Ti3C2Tx based materials for lithium/sodium storage and even broaden their application into energy storage. | Xiaolan Song Hui Wang Shengming Jin Miao Lv Ying Zhang Xiaodong Kong Hongmei Xu Ting Ma Xinyuan Luo Hengfeng Tan Dong Hu Chaoyong Deng Xinghua Chang Jianlong Xu | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,6: | 4
First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. We for the first time extended the limit to the m_(χ)<6 GeV/c^(2) region. | Yi Wang Zhi Zeng Qian Yue LiTao Yang KeJun Kang YuanJing Li Mehment Agartioglu HaiPeng An JianPing Chang JingHan Chen YunHua Chen JianPing Cheng Cheng Yi Chiang WenHan Dai Zhi Deng ChangHao Fang XinPing Geng Hui Gong QiuJu Guo XuYuan Guo HongJian He Li He ShengMing He JinWei Hu TuChen Huang HanXiong Huang HaiTao Jia LiPing Jia Xi Jiang HauBin Li JianMin Li Jin Li MingXuan Li RenMingJie Li Xia Li YuLan Li Bin Liao FongKay Lin ShinTed Lin ShuKui Liu YanDong Liu Yu Liu YuanYuan Liu ZhongZhi Liu Hao Ma YuCai Mao QiYuan Nie JinHua Ning Hui Pan NingChun Qi Jie Ren XiChao Ruan ChangSong Shang Vivek Sharma Ze She Lakhwinder Singh Monoj Kumar Singh TianXi Sun ChangJian Tang WeiYou Tang Yang Tian GuangFu Wang Li Wang Qing Wang Yu Chen Wang YunXiang Wang Zhen Wang Henry Tsz-King Wong ShiYong Wu YuCheng Wu HaoYang Xing Yin Xu Tao Xue YuLu Yan Nan Yi ChunXu Yu HaiJun Yu JianFeng Yue Ming Zeng BingTao Zhang Lei Zhang FengShou Zhang ZhenYu Zhang KangKang Zhao MingGang Zhao JiFang Zhou ZuYing Zhou JingJun Zhu | 2021 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,8: | 3
Early monitoring of response to antimetabolic treatment of gemcitabine:A comparison of ^(18)F-FLT and ^(18)F-FDG uptake in Patu 8988 human pancreatic carcinoma cells显示文摘It is essential to predict the treatment efficacy of pancreatic carcinoma early. The purpose of this study was to examine whether ^(18)F-FDG(2'-deoxy-2'-[^(18)F]fiuoro-D-glucose) or ^(18)F-FLT(3'-deoxy-3'-^(18)F-fluorothymidine) PET can be used for chemosensitivity testing by investigating the binding characteristic of ^(18)F-FDG or ^(18)F-FLT with Patu 8988 human pancreatic carcinoma cell and the influence of gemcitabine in the uptake of ^(18)F-FDG or ^(18)F-FLT on Patu 8988.Under the conditions of 1×10~6 cells,3.7 kBq ^(18)F-FDG or ^(18)F-FLT,and incubation at 37℃for 100 min,the cell uptake of ^(18)F-FDG and ^(18)F-FLT was(60.60±3.05)%and(50.57±2.81)%,respectively.There was a significant decrease in TKl-LI(thymidine kinase 1 labeling index) 24 h after administration of gemcitabine. The uptakes of ^(18)F-FDG and ^(18)F-FLT were negatively correlated with the doses of gemcitabine(r= -0.928 for ^(18)F-FDG,r= -0.876 for ^(18)F-FLT,P<0.01).When same doses of gemcitabine were administered, the ^(18)F-FLT uptake inhibition rate was significantly higher than that of ^(18)F-FDG(P<0.01).These results indicate that the response to gemcitabine could be predicted as early as 24 h by ^(18)F-FDG or ^(18)F-FLT PET scans.^(18)F-FLT is more sensitive than ^(18)F-FDG to predict the response to therapy. | DENG Shengming ZHANG Bin WU Yiwei ZHANG Wei | 2011 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2011,22,5: | 2

Glutamine deprivation induces ferroptosis in pancreatic cancer cells显示文摘Ferroptosis is a type of programmed cell death closely related to amino acid metabolism.Pancreatic cancer cells have a strong dependence on glutamine, which serves as a carbon and nitrogen substrate to sustain rapid growth.Glutamine also aids in self-protection mechanisms. However, the effect of glutamine on ferroptosis in pancreatic cancer remains largely unknown. Here,we aim to explore the association between ferroptosis and glutamine deprivation in pancreatic cancer. The growth of pancreatic cancer cells in culture media with or without glutamine is evaluated using Cell Counting Kit-8.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)are measured by 2′,7′-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate staining.Ferroptosis is assessed by BODIPY-C11 dye using confocal microscopy and flow cytometry.Amino acid concentrations are measured using ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Isotope-labelled metabolic flux analysis is performed to track the metabolic flow of glutamine.Additionally,RNA sequencing is performed to analyse the genetic alterations.Glutamine deprivation inhibits pancreatic cancer growth and induces ferroptosis both in vitro and in vivo.Additionally, glutamine decreases ROS formation via glutathione production in pancreatic cancer cells.Interestingly, glutamine inhibitors(diazooxonorleucine and azaserine)promotes ROS formation and ferroptosis in pancreatic cancer cells.Furthermore, ferrostatin,a ferroptosis inhibitor, rescues ferroptosis in pancreatic cancer cells.Glutamine deprivation leads to changes in molecular pathways, including cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathways(CCL5,CCR4,LTA,CXCR4,IL-6R,and IL-7R).Thus,exogenous glutamine is required for the detoxification of ROS in pancreatic cancer cells, thereby preventing ferroptosis. | Zhiwen Xiao Shengming Deng He Liu Ruijie Wang Yu Liu Zhengjie Dai Wenchao Gu Quanxing Ni Xianjun Yu Chen Liu Guopei Luo | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,8: | 0
HNF-1a promotes pancreatic cancer growth and apoptosis resistance via its target gene PKLR显示文摘Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is one of the deadliest malignant tumors, and many genes play important roles in its development. The hepatocyte nuclear factor-1a(HNF-1a)gene encodes HNF-1a,which is a transcriptional activator.HNF-1a regulates the tissue-specific expression of multiple genes, especially in pancreatic islet cells and in the liver. However, the role of the HNF-1a gene in the development of pancreatic cancer is still unclear. Here,we used immunohistochemical staining and real-time PCR to analyze HNF-1a expression in pancreatic cancer tissue.Stable cell lines with HNF-1a knockdown or overexpression were established to analyze the role of HNF-1a in pancreatic cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis by colony formation assay and flow cytometry. We also analyzed the L-type pyruvate kinase(PKLR)promoter sequence to identify the regulatory effect of HNF-1a on PKLR transcription and confirmed the HNF-1a binding site in the PKLR promoter via a chromatin immunoprecipitation assay.HNF-1a was found to be overexpressed in pancreatic cancer and promoted proliferation while inhibiting apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells.PKLR was identified as the downstream target gene of HNF-1a and binding of HNF-1a at two sites in PKLR(-1931/-1926 and-966/-961)regulated PKLR transcription. In conclusion,HNF-1a is overexpressed in pancreatic cancer, and the transcription factor HNF-1a can promote pancreatic cancer growth and apoptosis resistance via its target gene PKLR. | Zhiyao Fan Kun Fan Shengming Deng Yitao Gong Yunzhen Qian Qiuyi Huang Chao Yang He Cheng Kaizhou Jin Guopei Luo Chen Liu Xianjun Yu | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3: | 0
