1Single Current Feedback Control Strategy for Grid-connected Inverters With LCL Filters显示文摘LCL滤波器广泛应用于并网逆变器系统中,其对高次谐波具有良好的衰减作用;但LCL滤波器为低阻尼三阶系统,容易发生谐振。传统的有源阻尼方法,通过对电容电流进行采样并反馈,能够抑制系统振荡,但增加了传感器数量。提出一种单电流反馈控制策略,其采用入网电流两次微分的反馈方法,增加了系统阻尼,从而有效地抑制LCL滤波器的谐振尖峰,保证系统的稳定性;同时其对系统参数不敏感,并且不增加额外的传感器,是一种低成本高可靠性的控制策略。文中推导该控制策略下的系统传递函数,并分析系统的稳定性。最后,通过仿真和实验,验证提出的控制策略的可行性与有效性。CHEN Dong ZHANG Junming QIAN Zhaoming 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,9:33
2Identification of the novel recessive gene pi55(t) conferring resistance to Magnaporthe oryzae显示文摘The elite rice cultivar Yuejingsimiao 2 (YJ2) is characterized by a high level of grain quality and yield, and resistance against Magnaporthe oryzae. YJ2 showed 100% resistance to four fungal populations collected from Guangdong, Sichuan, Liaoning, and Heilongjiang Provinces, which is a higher frequency than that shown by the well-known resistance (R) gene donor cultivars such as Sanhuangzhan 2 and 28zhan. Segregation analysis for resistance with F 2 and F 4 populations indicated the resistance of YJ2 was controlled by multiple genes that are dominant or recessive. The putative R genes of YJ2 were roughly tagged by SSR markers, located on chromosomes 2, 6, 8, and 12, in a bulked-segregant analysis using genome-wide selected SSR markers with F 4 lines that segregated into 3 resistant (R):1 susceptible (S) or 1R:3S. The recessive R gene on chromosome 8 was further mapped to an interval 1.9 cM/152 kb in length by linkage analysis with genomic position-ready markers in the mapping population derived from an F 4 line that segregated into 1R:3S. Given that no major R gene was mapped to this interval, the novel R gene was designated as pi55(t). 4A discussion on the upper limit of maturity for gas generation by marine kerogens and the utmost of gas generative potential:Taking the study on the Tarim Basin as an example显示文摘The experimental data yielded by Rock-Eval pyrolysis, kerogen atomic H/C, Py-GC and gold-tube sealing thermal simulation on the marine Cambrian-Ordovician source rock from the Tarim Basin revealed that the upper limit of maturity for natural gas generation or the 'deadline of gas generation' for marine types I and II kerogens is equal to 3.0% of vitrinite reflectance (Ro); while the 'deadline of gas generation' for type III kerogens typically like coals is as high as 10% Ro. Thus, different organic matter has obviously different utmost maturities for gas generation. The mass-balance calculation by kerogen elements showed that when Ro>1.5%, the utmost amount of gas generation for the marine type II kerogen is less than 185 m3/t TOC, accounting for less than 30% of its total hydrocarbon generative potential; when Ro>2.0%, it becomes 110 m3/t TOC, less than 20% of the total hydrocarbon generative potential. The amount of the gas generative potential obtained by Rock-Eval is only around one tenth of the calculated value by the mass balance of kerogen elements at the same thermal evolutionary stage, while those by Py-GC and gold-tube sealing simulation are intervenient between the above two. 5The nitritation performance of biofilm reactor for treating domestic wastewater under high dissolved oxygen显示文摘The objective of this study was to investigate the nitritation performance in a biofilm reactor for treating domestic wastewater.The reactor was operated in continuous feed mode from phases 1 to 3.The dissolved oxygen(DO)was controlled at 3.5–7 mg/L throughout the experiment.The biofilm reactor showed excellent nitritation performance after the inoculation of nitrifying sludge,with the hydraulic retention time being reduced from 24 to 7 hr.Above 90%nitrite accumulation ratio(NAR)was maintained in phase 1.Afterwards,nitratation occurred with the low NH_4^+–N concentration in the reactor.The improvement of NH_4^+–N concentration to 20–35 mg/L had a limited effect on the recovery of nitritation.However,nitritation recovered rapidly when sequencing batch feed mode was adopted in phase 4,with the effluent NH_4^+-N concentration above 7 mg/L.The improvement of ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB)activity and the combined inhibition effect of free ammonia(FA)and free nitrous acid(FNA)on the nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB)were two key factors for the rapid recovery of nitritation.Sludge activity was obtained in batch tests.The results of batch tests had a good relationship with the long term operation performance of the biofilm reactor.Zhaoming Zheng Zebing Li Jing Ma Jia Du Guanghui Chen Wei Bian Jun Li Baihang Zhao 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,4:7
6Mobile-Edge Computing Framework with Data Compression for Wireless Network in Energy Internet显示文摘Under the situations of energy dilemma, energy Internet has become one of the most important technologies in international academic and industrial areas. However, massive small data from users, which are too scattered and unsuitable for compression, can easily exhaust computational resources and lower random access possibility, thereby reducing system performance. Moreover, electric substations are sensitive to transmission latency of user data, such as controlling information. However, the traditional energy Internet usually could not meet requirements. Integrating mobile-edge computing makes energy Internet convenient for data acquisition,processing, management, and accessing. In this paper, we propose a novel framework for energy Internet to improve random access possibility and reduce transmission latency. This framework utilizes the local area network to collect data from users and makes conducting data compression for energy Internet possible. 10A novel method for extracting vanadium by low temperature sodium roasting from converter vanadium slag显示文摘Long-term high temperature in conventional vanadium extraction process would cause particles to be sintered and wrapped, thus reducing extraction efficiency of vanadium. Based on the purpose of directional conversion and process intensification, this work proposed a combination of low temperature sodium roasting and high efficiency selective oxidation leaching in vanadium extraction. The investigation of the reaction mechanism suggested that the structure of vanadium slag was changed by roasting, which also caused the fracture of spinel.The addition of MnO2 promoted the directional oxidation of low-valent vanadium into high valence. It also found that Na2S2O8 could oxidize low-valent vanadium effectively in leaching. The leaching efficiency of vanadium reached 87.74% under the optimum conditions, including a roasting temperature of 650 ℃, a roasting time of 2.0 h, a molar ratio of sodium-to-vanadium of 0.6, a MnO2(roasting additive) dosage of 5 wt% and a Na2S2O8(leaching oxidant) dosage of 5 wt%. 11Enhanced production of seed oil with improved fatty acid composition by overexpressing NAD^(+)-dependent glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase in soybean显示文摘There is growing interest in expanding the production of soybean oils(mainly triacylglycerol, or TAG) to meet rising feed demand and address global energy concerns. We report that a plastidlocalized glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GPDH), encoded by GmGPDHp1 gene, catalyzes the formation of glycerol-3-phosphate(G3 P), an obligate substrate required for TAG biosynthesis.Overexpression of GmGPDHp1 increases soybean seed oil content with high levels of unsaturated fatty acids(FAs), especially oleic acid(C18:1), without detectably affecting growth or seed protein content or seed weight. Based on the lipidomic analyses, we found that the increase in G3 P content led to an elevated diacylglycerol(DAG) pool, in which the Kennedy pathwayderived DAG was mostly increased, followed by PC-derived DAG, thereby promoting the synthesis of TAG containing relatively high proportion of C18:1. The increased G3 P levels induced several transcriptional alterations of genes involved in the glycerolipid pathways. In particular, genes encoding the enzymes responsible for de novo glycerolipid synthesis were largely upregulated in the transgenic lines, in-line with the identified biochemical phenotype. 13An Integrated Map of Soybean Physical Map and Genetic Map显示文摘Soybean is a major crop in the world, and it is a main source of plant proteins and oil. A lot of soybean genetic maps and physical maps have been constructed, but there are no integrated map between soybean physical map and genetic map. In this study, soybean genome sequence data, released by JGI (US Department of Energy's Joint Genome Institute), had been downloaded. With the software Blast 2.2.16, a total of 161 super sequences were mapped on the soybean public genetic map to construct an integrated map. The length of these super sequences accounted for 73.08% of all the genome sequence. 15Protective immunity of orange-spotted grouper(Epinephelus coioids) against a nervous necrosis virus isolated from China,and determination of the complete sequences of the virus显示文摘On the basis of the sequence and analysis of genome from the orange-spotted nervous necrosis virus(OGNNV), China strain, a pair of special primers were designed according to the nucleotide sequences of RNA2 from OGNNV. The major capsid protein(MCP)gene of OGNNV was cloned by means of reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)and ligated into the pET32a expression plasmid. The MCP gene of OGNNV was 1 017 bases, encoded a protein of 338 amino acid with a molecular mass of 37.1 kDa. Recombinant protein with a molecular mass of 57.4 kDa was expressed in E.coli BL21(DE3). Vaccine was prepared from the recombinant protein expressed in recombinant cells. The juvenile orange-spotted groupers (8 cm in average length) were immunized by intraperitoneal injection. Group A was challenged with infected tissue filtrates 25 d post-vaccination. The mortality in the vaccined group (A1, 30%) was a little higher than the unvaccined group (B2, 27.8%). Group B was challenged after three vaccine injections. The mortality in the vaccined group (B1, 16.7%) was lower than the unvaccined group (B2, 27.8%), And the relative percentage survival (RPS) value of vaccined group, compared with the unvaccined group, was 40%. The anti-recombinant protein sera with a 1∶100 dilution were mixed with double volume of infected tissue filtrates and incubated at 4 ℃ for 12 h and then intramuscularly injected into the juvenile orange-spotted grouper. Treatment of infected tissue filtrates with anti-recombinant protein serum resulted in a significantly lower mortality of fish (Group C1, mortality of 18.18%), compared with the fish (Group C2, mortality of 40%) which received infected tissue filtrates treated with control serum. 20A joint call for actions to advance taxonomy in China显示文摘Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation.
