Researchers have discovered the genomic landscape of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, which holds promise for an era of personalized oncology care. One of the most pressing problems facing this issue is to improve the understanding of the newly available genomic data, and identify the driver-gene mutations, pathways, and networks. The emergence of a legion of novel targeted agents has generated much hope and hype regarding more potent treatment regimens, but the accuracy of drug selection is still arguable. Other problems, such as cancer heterogeneity, drug resistance, exceptional responders, and side effects, have to be surmounted. | 4 | Dissipation behavior, residue distribution and dietary risk assessment of chlorfenapyr and clothianidin in leek using RRLC-QqQ-MS/MS technique显示文摘Commercial suspension emulsion(SE) of(8% chlorfenapyr + 20% clothianidin), as a pre-registered product in China, was firstly investigated under Chinese open-field conditions. A MWCNTs-based QuEChERS method for simultaneous determination of chlorfenapyr and clothianidin in leek was established and validated through rapid resolution liquid chromatography triples quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(RRLC-QqQ-MS/MS). Based on this method, the dissipation behaviors, residue distributions and dietary risk probability of these fungicides in leek from two representative locations in China in 2016, which were previously treated with these insecticides at the doses of 420–630 g a.i./ha twice applications, were further investigated for food safety. Dissipation behavior of chlorfenapyr and clothianidin in leek followed first-order kinetics with the half-lives of 2.9–7.2 days, and the highest residues(HR) of these insecticides in leek were below 0.3811 mg/kg and 0.2989 mg/kg, respectively, at the pre-harvest interval(PHI, 7 days). For dietary risk assessments, the risk quotients(RQs) of chlorfenapyr and clothianidin in leek were evaluated by comparing the value of national estimated daily intake(NEDI) with acceptable daily intake(ADI), based on the trials data under good agricultural practices(GAP) conditions. The results indicated that RQs of chlorfenapyr and clothianidin in leek were21.5% and 0.29%, respectively, which exhibited an acceptably low health risk to leek consumption. | 5 | Busting the efficiency of SAPO-34 catalysts for the methanol-to-olefin conversion by post-synthesis methods显示文摘As an effective non-petroleum based process for producing light olefins, the methanol-to-olefin(MTO) route has become an indispensable alternative to the industrial production of light olefins. The silicoaluminophosphate SAPO-34 zeolite(CHA-type structure) has proven to be an efficient industrial catalyst for the production of ethylene and propylene by the MTO reaction. However, the inherent structure and related diffusion limitations of SAPO-34 limit the mass transport and thus cause rapid deactivation of the catalyst. Fabrication of hierarchical SAPO-34 zeolite is one of the most effective strategies to address the intrinsic diffusion limitation. As simple, inexpensive, and efficient approach, the post-synthetic route has attracted considerable attention and widely used to introduce secondary meso-/macropores into the microporous SAPO-34 material. Significant effort has been dedicated to the development of post-synthesis strategies to prepare hierarchical SAPO-34 zeolite, thereby enhancing its catalytic performance in the MTO process. This mini-review addresses the post-synthesis preparation of hierarchical SAPO-34 catalysts and their MTO performance. | 6 | Imaging energetic electron spectrometer onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in the inclined GEO orbit显示文摘The energetic electron measurement is one of the most important issues to understand dynamics in space physics and the applications for space weather. In this study, the principle and functional components of the imaging energetic electron spectrometer(IES) onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in the inclined GEO orbit(IGSO) was introduced. The IES instrument is developed by the team in Peking University(BeiDa), thus it is named as BD-IES. Based on the pin-hole technique, the instrument can measure 50–600 keV electrons incident from 9 directions over a range of 180° in polar angle. With pulse height analysis(PHA), the spectrum can be determined for each direction. The energy and angular calibrations were performed, which show the good energy and angular characteristics of BD-IES. Monte Carlo simulations show that the anti-proton design of BDIES can effectively decrease the proton contamination on the electron measurements in the inclined GEO orbit. | 9 | Monte Carlo simulations of the sensor head of imaging energetic electron spectrometer onboard a Chinese IGSO navigation satellite显示文摘An imaging energetic electron spectrometer built by the Peking University team(BD-IES) onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in an inclined GEO orbit has been launched successfully in September 2015, which measures the spectra of the energetic electrons with the energy range of 50–600 keV in nine directions. In this study, Monte Carlo simulations of the BD-IES sensor head were performed using Geant4 and the corresponding characteristic responses to the isotropic energetic particles were derived. The effective geometric factors were estimated using the typical electron and proton spectra in the GEO orbit and the corresponding simulated sensor head responses. It was found that the average effective geometric factors of nine directions are close to the nominal geometric factors calculated with the traditional method, but the effective geometric factor decreases as the center energy of the energy channel decreases. The BD-IES sensor head also responses to the energetic protons, but the average contamination rate of all 72 channels is about 2%, which means that the proton contamination is acceptable. | 12 | Microstructure characteristics of 12Cr ferritic/martensitic steels with various yttrium显示文摘12Cr ferritic/martensitic steels with 0, 0.1 wt%, 0.2 wt% and 0.3 wt% theoretical yttrium(Y) additions were fabricated by vacuum inducting melting and casting method. Solubilities of Y in the 12Cr steels are0.027, 0.078 and 0.17 for 12Cr-0.1 Y, 12Cr-0.2 Y and 12Cr-0.3 Y, respectively. Phase transformations and microstructure characteristics under different heat-treatment schedules were investigated. The starting temperature of ferrite-to-austenite transformation A^(c1) are maintained about 850℃, but the finishing temperature of ferrite-to-austenite transformation A^(c3) are about 950, 970, 980 and 1000℃ for 12Cr-0 Y,12Cr-0.1 Y, 12Cr-0.2 Y and 12Cr-0.3 Y, respectively, which indicates that A^(c3) increases gradually with the addition of Y. Martensite accompanied with a few δ-ferrite is the dominant structure in all the steels. The amount of δ-ferrite shows a strong dependence with the Y content and austenitizing temperature. Area fraction of δ-ferrite increases with the content of Y, which is the ferrite favouring element. | 14 | Changes in Soil Enzyme Activity and Nutrient Content in Different Years of Continuous Cropping Tobacco Fields显示文摘In order to find out changes in the main fertility indicators of continuous cropping tobacco fields in Henan Province with years of continuous cropping,5 typical tobacco fields( Jia County,Shaoling District,Fangcheng County,Xiangcheng County,and Song County) were studied. Indicators in question included activity of main enzymes( sucrase,urease,catalase,and acid phosphatase),p H value,organic matters,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium. The results indicate that in most tobacco fields,the activity of sucrase and urease increased in two years of continuous cropping,later,it showed a declining trend with increase in years of continuous cropping; in some fields,it directly declined with increase in years of continuous cropping; the activity of catalase increased in two years of continuous cropping,later,it showed a declining trend with increase in years of continuous cropping,and it became stable after three years of continuous cropping;generally,the activity of acid phosphatase declined with increase in the years of continuous cropping within 3 years continuous cropping,later,it became stable. Except Fangcheng County,the soil p H value of other districts( counties) generally declined with increase in years of continuous cropping,and it was in the range of 5. 6-6. 8. With the increase in continuous cropping,the soil organic matters( SOM) in tobacco fields of Jia County and Song County declined,changes of SOM in tobacco fields of Fangcheng County and Xiangcheng County were not obvious,and SOM showed the trend of first decline then rise in Shaoling District. In most tobacco fields( Jia County,Xiangcheng County,and Song County),the total nitrogen showed a declining trend; in Shaoling District,it showed a trend of first decline then rise; in Fangcheng County,it showed a rising trend. The available phosphorus firstly slightly declined then rose in tobacco fields of Shaoling District and Song County; it showed a trend of first rise then decline in Jia County; there were no obvious changes in Fangcheng County and Xiangcheng County. | 19 | Partial anammox achieved in full scale biofilm process for typical domestic wastewater treatment显示文摘The slow initiation of anammox for treating typical domestic wastewater and the relatively high footprint of wastewater treatment infrastructures are major concerns for practical wastewater treatment systems.Herein,a 300 m^(3)/d hybrid biofilm reactor(HBR)process was developed and operated with a short hydraulic retention time(HRT)of 8 h.The analysis of the bacterial community demonstrated that anammox were enriched in the anoxic zone of the HBR process.The percentage abundance of Candidatus Brocadia in the total bacterial community of the anoxic zone increased from 0 at Day 1 to 0.33%at Day 130 and then to 2.89%at Day 213.Based upon the activity of anammox bacteria,the removal of ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)in the anoxic zone was approximately 15%.This showed that the nitrogen transformation pathway was enhanced in the HBR system through partial anammox process in the anoxic zone.The final effluent contained 12 mg/L chemical oxygen demand(COD),0.662 mg/L NH_(4)^(+)-N,7.2 mg/L total nitrogen(TN),and 6 mg/L SS,indicating the effectiveness of the HBR process for treating real domestic wastewater. | Feng Hou Ting Zhang Yongzhen Peng Xiaoxin Cao Hongtao Pang Yanqing Shao Xianchun Lu Ju Yuan Xi Chen Jin Zhang | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,3: | 2 |
| 20 | Correlations between plasmapause evolutions and auroral signatures during substorms observed by Chang'e-3 EUV Camera显示文摘The plasmapause locations determined from the Chang'e-3(CE-3) Extreme Ultraviolet Camera(EUVC) images and the auroral boundaries determined from the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program(DMSP) Special Sensor Ultraviolet Spectrographic Imager(SSUSI) images are used to investigate the plasmaspheric evolutions during substorms. The most important finding is a nightside pointing plasmaspheric plume observed at 23:05 UT on 21 April 2014 under quiet solar wind and geomagnetic conditions, which drifted from the dusk sector. High correlations between the plasmapause evolutions and the auroral signatures exist during substorms. After substorm onset, the plasmapause erosion and the equatorward expansion of the auroral oval occur almost simultaneously in both MLT and UT, and then both the erosion and the expansion propagate westward and eastward.
