Sodium oligomannate therapeutically remodels gut microbiota and suppresses gut bacterial amino acids-shaped neuroinflammation to inhibit Alzheimer's disease progression显示文摘Recently, increasing evidence has suggested the association between gut dysbiosis and Alzheimer's disease(AD)progression, yet the role of gut microbiota in AD pathogenesis remains obscure.Herein,we provide a potential mechanistic link between gut microbiota dysbiosis and neuroinflammation in AD progression.Using AD mouse models,we discovered that, during AD progression, the alteration of gut microbiota composition leads to the peripheral accumulation of phenylalanine and isoleucine, which stimulates the differentiation and proliferation of pro-inflammatory T helper 1(Thl)cells.The brain-infiltrated peripheral Th1 immune cells are associated with the Ml microglia aaivation, contributing to AD-associated neuroinflammation.Importantly, the elevation of phenylalanine and isoleucine concentrations and the increase of Th1 cell frequency in the blood were also observed in two small independent cohorts of patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)due to AD.Furthermore,GV-971,a sodium oligomannate that has demonstrated solid and consistent cognition improvement in a phase 3 clinical trial in China, suppresses gut dysbiosis and the associated phenylalanine/isoleucine accumulation, harnesses neuroinflammation and reverses the cognition impairment.Together, our findings highlight the role of gut dysbiosis-promoted neuroinflammation in AD progression and suggest a novel strategy for AD therapy by remodelling the gut microbiota. | Xinyi Wang Guangqiang Sun Teng Feng Jing Zhang Xun Huang Tao Wang Zuoquan Xie Xingkun Chu Jun Yang Huan Wang Shuaishuai Chang Yanxue Gong Lingfei Ruan Guanqun Zhang Siyuan Yan Wen Lian Chen Du Dabing Yang Qingli Zhang Feifei Lin Jia Liu Haiyan Zhang Changrong Ge Shifu Xiao Jian Ding Meiyu Geng | 2019 | Cell Research2019,29,10: | 192
Transplantation of UC-MSCs on collagen scaffold activates follicles in dormant ovaries of POF patients with long history of infertility显示文摘Premature ovarian failure(POF) is a refractory disease for clinical treatment with the goal of restoring fertility. In this study, umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells on a collagen scaffold(collagen/UC-MSCs) can activate primordial follicles in vitro via phosphorylation of FOXO3 a and FOXO1. Transplantation of collagen/UC-MSCs to the ovaries of POF patients rescued overall ovarian function, evidenced by elevated estradiol concentrations, improved follicular development, and increased number of antral follicles. Successful clinical pregnancy was achieved in women with POF after transplantation of collagen/UC-MSCs or UC-MSCs. In summary, collagen/UC-MSC transplantation may provide an effective treatment for POF. | Lijun Ding Guijun Yan Bin Wang Lu Xu Yan Gu Tong Ru Xiaoying Cui Lei Lei Jingyu Liu Xiaoqiang Sheng Bin Wang Chunxue Zhang Yanjun Yang Ruiwei Jiang Jianjun Zhou Na Kong Feifei Lu Huaijun Zhou Yannan Zhao Bing Chen Yali Hu Jianwu Dai Haixiang Sun | 2018 | Science China(Life Sciences)2018,61,12: | 43
Characterization of drug responses of mini patient-derived xenografts in mice for predicting cancer patient clinical therapeutic response显示文摘Background:Patient-derived organoids and xenografts(PDXs)have emerged as powerful models in functional diag-nostics with high predictive power for anticancer drug response. However, limitations such as engraftment failure and time-consuming for establishing and expanding PDX models followed by testing drug efficacy, and inability to subject to systemic drug administration for ex vivo organoid culture hinder realistic and fast decision-making in selecting the right therapeutics in the clinic. The present study aimed to develop an advanced PDX model, namely MiniPDX,for rapidly testing drug efficacy to strengthen its value in personalized cancer treatment. Methods:We developed a rapid in vivo drug sensitivity assay,OncoVee®MiniPDX,for screening clinically relevant regimens for cancer. In this model,patient-derived tumor cells were arrayed within hollow fiber capsules, implanted subcutaneously into mice and cultured for 7 days. The cellular activity morphology and pharmacokinetics were systematically evaluated.MiniPDX performance(sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values)was examined using PDX as the reference.Drug responses were examined by tumor cell growth inhibition rate and tumor growth inhibition rate in PDX models and MiniPDX assays respectively. The results from MiniPDX were also used to evaluate its predictive power for clinical outcomes. Results:Morphological and histopathological features of tumor cells within the MiniPDX capsules matched those both in PDX models and in original tumors.Drug responses in the PDX tumor graft assays correlated well with those in the corresponding MiniPDX assays using 26 PDX models generated from patients, including 14 gastric cancer,10 lung cancer and 2 pancreatic cancer. The positive predictive value of MiniPDX was 92%,and the negative predictive value was 81%with a sensitivity of 80%and a specificity of 93%.Through expanding to clinical tumor samples,Min-iPDX assay showed potential of wide clinical application. Conclusions:Fast in vivo MiniPDX assay based on capsule implantation was developed-to assess drug responses of both PDX tumor grafts and clinical cancer specimens. The high correlation between drug responses of paired MiniPDX and PDX tumor graft assay,as well as translational data suggest that MiniPDX assay is an advanced tool for personalized cancer treatment. | Feifei Zhang Wenjie Wang Yuan Long Hui Liu Jijun Cheng Lin Guo Rongyu Li Chao Meng Shan Yu Qingchuan Zhao Shun Lu Lili Wang Haitao Wang Danyi Wen | 2018 | Cancer Communications2018,38,1: | 20
Review on supermolecules as chemical drugs显示文摘Supramolecular medicinal chemistry field has been a quite rapidly developing, increasingly active and newly rising interdiscipline which is the new expansion of supramolecular chemistry in pharmaceu-tical sciences, and is gradually becoming a relatively independent scientific area. Supramolecular drugs could be defined as medicinal supermolecules formed by two or more molecules through non-covalent bonds. So far a lot of supermolecules as chemical drugs have been widely used in clinics. Supermolecules as chemical drugs,i.e. supramolecular chemical drugs or supramolecular drugs, which might have the excellences of lower cost, shorter period, higher potential as clinical drugs for their successful research and development, may possess higher bioavailability, better biocompatibility and drug-targeting,fewer multidrug-resistances,lower toxicity, less adverse effect, and better curative effects as well as safety, and therefore exhibit wide potential application. These overwhelming advan-tages have drawn enormous special attention. This paper gives the definition of supramolecular drugs, proposes the concept of supramolecular chemical drugs, and systematically reviews the recent ad-vances in the research and development of supermolecules, including organic and inorganic complex ones as chemical drugs in the area of antitumor,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antimalarial,antibacterial,antifungal,antivirus,anti-epileptic,cardiovascular agents and magnetic resonance imaging agents and so on. The perspectives of the foreseeable future and potential application of supramolecules as chemical drugs are also presented. | ZHOU ChengHe GAN LinLing ZHANG YiYi ZHANG FeiFei WANG GuangZhou JIN Lei GENG RongXia | 2009 | Science China Chemistry2009,52,4: | 17
Generation of B Cell-Deficient Pigs by Highly Efficient CRISPR/Cas9-Mediated Gene Targeting显示文摘Generating B cell-deficient mutant is the first step to produce human antibody repertoires in large animal models. In this study, we applied the clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated(Cas) system to target the JHregion of the pig Ig M heavy chain gene which is crucial for B cell development and differentiation. Transfection of Ig M-targeting Cas9 plasmid in primary porcine fetal fibroblasts(PFFs) enabled inducing gene knock out(KO) in up to 53.3% of colonies analyzed, a quarter of which harbored biallelic modification, which was much higher than that of the traditional homologous recombination(HR). With the aid of somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) technology, three piglets with the biallelic Ig M heavy chain gene mutation were produced. The piglets showed no antibody-producing B cells which indicated that the biallelic mutation of the Ig M heavy chain gene effectively knocked out the function of the Ig M and resulted in a B cell-deficient phenotype. Our study suggests that the CRISPR/Cas9 system combined with SCNT technology is an efficient genome-editing approach in pigs. | Fengjiao Chen Ying Wang Yilin Yuan Wei Zhang Zijian Ren Yong Jin Xiaorui Liu Qiang Xiong Qin Chen Manling Zhang Xiaokang Li Lihua Zhao Ze Li Zhaoqiang Wu Yanfei Zhang Feifei Hu Juan Huang Rongfeng Li Yifan Dai | 2015 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2015,42,8: | 15
Transduction of the Hedgehog signal through the dimerization of Fused and the nuclear translocation of Cubitus interruptus显示文摘分泌蛋白质的刺猬(Hh ) 家庭为在脊椎动物和无脊椎动物的开发是必要的。 | Yanyan Zhang Feifei Mao Yi Lu Wenqing Wu Lei Zhang Yun Zhao | 2011 | Cell Research2011,21,10: | 12
Matched Filter Based Spectrum Sensing When Primary User Has Multiple Power Levels显示文摘In this paper,we investigate the matched filter based spectrum sensing in a more reasonable cognitive radio(CR) scenario when the primary user(PU) has more than one transmit power levels,as regulated in most standards,i.e.,IEEE 802.11 Series,GSM,LTE,LTE-A,etc.This new multiple primary transmit power(MPTP) scenario is specialized by two different targets:detecting the presence of PU and identifying the power level.Compared to the traditional binary sensing where only the presence of PU is checked,SU may attain more information about the primary network(making CR more 'intelligent') and design the subsequent optimization strategy. The key technology is the multiple hypothesis testing as opposed to the traditional binary hypothesis testing. We discuss two situations under whether the channel phase is known or not,and we derive the closed form solutions for decision regions and several performance metrics, from which some interesting phenomenons are observed and the related discussions are presented.Numerical examples are provided to corroborate the proposed studies. | ZHANG Xinzhi GAO Feifei CHAI Rong JIANG Tao | 2015 | China Communications2015,12,2: | 11
Personalized treatment based on mini patient-derived xenografts and WES/RNA sequencing in a patient with metastatic duodenal adenocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Treatment guidelines for a variety of cancers have been increasingly used in clinical practice, and have resulted in major improvement in patient outcomes. However, recommended regimens(even first-line treat-ments)are clearly not ideal for every patients. In the present study,we used mini patient-derived xenograft(mini-PDX)and next-generation sequencing to develop personalized treatment in a patient with metastatic duodenal adenocarcinoma. Methods:Resected metachronous metastatic tumor tissues were implanted into SCID mice to determine the sensitivity to a variety of drug regimens.Mutation profiles were assessed using both DNA whole-exome sequencing(DNA-WES)and RNA sequencing. The results of the analyses were used to select optimal treatment for the patient with metastatic duodenal adenocarcinoma. Results:Assessment with mini-PDX models took only 7 days. The results showed high sensitivity to S-1 plus cis-platin,gemcitabine plus cisplatin and everolimus alone. The patient received gemcitabine plus cisplatin initially, but the treatment was terminated due to toxicity. The patient was then switched to treatment with S-1 alone. The overall disease-free survival was 34 months.DNA-WES and RNA sequencing identified KRAS mutation(A146T),TP53(C229Yfs*10)and RICTOR amplification in the metastatic duodenal adenocarcinoma. These findings provided further support to the results of the mini-PDX,and suggest mTOR inhibitors should be used if and when relapse eventually occurs in this patient.Conclusions:Mini-PDX model combined with WES/RNA sequencing can rapidly assess drug sensitivity in cancer patients and reveal key genetic alterations.Further research on this technology for personalized therapy in patients with refractory malignant tumors is warranted. | Peng Zhao Hui Chen Danyi Wen Shuo Mou Feifei Zhang Shusen Zheng | 2018 | Cancer Communications2018,38,1: | 11
Controlling angular dispersions in optical metasurfaces显示文摘Although metasurfaces have shown great potential for manipulating light, most previously realized meta-devices suffer from uncontrolled angular dispersions, making them unfavorable for many applications. Here,we propose a general strategy to realize optical metasurfaces with desired angular dispersions based on carefully controlling both the near-field couplings between meta-atoms and the radiation pattern of a single meta-atom.Utilizing such a strategy,we experimentally demonstrate a series of optical meta-devices with predesigned angular dispersions, including two incident-angle-insensitive absorbers, one incident-angle-selective absorber, and one multifunctional meta-polarizer whose functionality changes from a perfect mirror to a half-waveplate as the excitation angle varies. Finally,we design a gradient meta-device using meta-atom arrays with purposely controlled angular dispersions and numerically demonstrate that it can exhibit distinct wavefront-control functionalities when illuminated at different incident angles. Our findings establish a new platform for achieving angle-multiplexed functional meta-devices,significantly expanding the wave-manipulation capabilities of optical metasurfaces. | Xiyue Zhang Qi Li Feifei Liu Meng Qiu Shulin Sun Qiong He Lei Zhou | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1: | 11
Heavy metals in Changjiang estuarine and offshore sediments:responding to human activities显示文摘The Changjiang (Yangtze) estuarine and offshore sediments were analyzed for total heavy metals concentrations and chemical fractions.Distributions of heavy metals show typical banded diffusion pattern, with high concentrations near the river mouth and following a decreasing trend in the offshore direction.According to chemical fractions,Fe/Mn oxide fraction is the major non-residual fraction in the Changjiang estuarine and offshore sediments.Higher percentage of non-residual fraction of Pb implies that, the industrial contaminations transported via the atmosphere and river input, may affect the non-residual fraction of heavy metals.Over past fifteen years, the concentration of Pb normalizing to Al presents significant increasing trend, corresponding to the effect of human activities.By comparison of heavy metals fractions in 2003 to 2006,it has been realized that increasing water and sediment may cause a higher percentage non-residual fraction of Cu in the southern part of offshore muddy sediments. | DONG Aiguo ZHAI Shikui Matthias Zabel YU Zenghui ZHANG Huaijing LIU Feifei | 2012 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2012,31,2: | 8
Allele-defined genome reveals biallelic differentiation during cassava evolution显示文摘Dear Editor,Generation of heterozygous genomes by hybridization between or within species can help maintain plant diversity and serve as a potential source of new species(Baek et al.,2018).Moreover,genomic heterozygosity is associated with genomic coadaptation, developmental stability, and heterosis.Accurate definition of alleles in haplotypes is necessary to precisely characterize allelic variation controlling agriculturally important traits(Shi et al.,2019).Currently,most released genomes have mosaic assembly of haplotypes due to random selection or collapse of alleles during genome assembly(Shi et al.,2019),which masked allelic variation and functional differentiation of divergent alleles in heterozygous species. | Wei Hu Changmian Ji Haitao shi Zhe Liang Zehong Ding Jianqiu Ye Wenjun Ou Gang Zhou Weiwei Tie Yan Yan Jinghao Yang Xiaoying Yang Yunxie Wei Zhiqiang Jin Jianghui Xie Ming Peng Wenquan Wang Anping Guo Biyu Xu Jianchun Guo Songbi Chen Liming Ma Mingcheng Wang Yang Zhou Xiaolong Li Ruoxi Li Siyi Guo Xinhui Xiao Zhongqing Wan Feifei An Jie Zhang Qingyun Leng Yin Li Ray Ming Kaimian Li | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,6: | 8
Xenograft tumors derived from malignant pleural effusion of the patients with non-small-cell lung cancer as models to explore drug resistance显示文摘Background:Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)mutations or anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)fusions show dramatic responses to specific tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs);however, after 10-12 months, secondary mutations arise that confer resistance. We generated a murine xenograft model using patient-derived NSCLC cells isolated from the pleural fluid of two patients with NSCLC to investigate the mechanisms of resistance against the ALK-and EGFR-targeted TKIs crizotinib and osimertinib, respectively. Methods:Genotypes of patient biopsies and xenograft tumors were determined by whole exome sequencing(WES),and patients and xenograft-bearing mice received targeted treatment(crizotinib or osimertinib)accordingly.Xenograft mice were also treated for prolonged periods to identify whether the development of drug resistance and/or treatment responses were associated with tumor size. Finally, the pathology of patients biopsies and xenograft tumors were compared histologically. Results:The histological characteristics and chemotherapy responses of xenograft tumors were similar to the actual patients.WES showed that the genotypes of the xenograft and patient tumors were similar(an echinoderm microtu-bule-associated protein-like 4-ALK(EML4-ALK)gene fusion(patient/xenograft:CTC15035EML4-ALK)and EGFR L858R and T790M mutations(patient/xenograft:CTC15063EGFR L858R,T790M)).After continuous crizotinib or osimertinib treatment,WES data suggested that acquired ALK E1210K mutation conferred crizotinib resistance in the CTC15035EML4-ALK xenograft, while decreased frequencies of EGFR L858R and T790M mutations plus the appearance of v-RAF murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B(BRAF)G7V mutations and phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit type 2 alpha(PIK3C2A)A86fs frame shift mutations led to osimertinib resistance in the CTC15063EGFR L858R,T790M xenografts. Conclusions:We successfully developed a new method of generating drug resistance xenograft models from liquid biopsies using microfluidic technology, which might be a useful tool to investigate the mechanisms of drug resist-ance in NSCLC. | Yunhua Xu Feifei Zhang Xiaoqing Pan Guan Wang Lei Zhu Jie Zhang Danyi Wen Shun Lu | 2018 | Cancer Communications2018,38,1: | 7
Response of Pinus taiwanensis growth to climate changes at its southern limit of Daiyun Mountain, China's Mainland Fujian Province显示文摘The Pinus taiwanensis trees of a Chinese endemic species form pure forests at infertile sites in humid subtropical China, which can aid soil reservation and ecological resiliency at such sites. Herein, we used dendrochronological methods to investigate the growth patterns and their relationship with climate by analyzing 158 cores of 79 P. taiwanensis trees at 4 sites in their southernmost distribution in China's Mainland at Daiyun Mountain in Fujian Province. Tree growths at sites with favorable conditions generally showed an age-related growth trend, which decreased from approximately 5 mm to 0.5 mm in about a century. Trees in moderately stressed environments established high growth in their juvenile periods but were highly susceptible to environmental stresses such as a sharp growth decline in the 1990 s. The temperature in February and the moisture in July are the major limiting factors for most of the tree growths, except for a few extremely stressed P. taiwanensis trees. The growth of the dwarf P. taiwanensis trees, with all ring diameters of the first 20 years less than 4 mm, is mainly limited by the dry climate in May. Under the potential future warming trend, drought stress can be particularly threatening to these dwarf P. taiwanensis trees, which are likely to be the germplasm resources for this species in this region. | CHEN Dan FANG KeYan LI YingJun DONG ZhiPeng ZHANG Yu ZHOU FeiFei | 2016 | Science China Earth Sciences2016,59,2: | 6
Synthesis of magnetic polyphosphazene-Ag composite particles as surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrates for the detection of melamine显示文摘Magnetic polyphosphazene(MPZS) particles coated by Ag nanoparticles(MPZS-Ag) have been developed as surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS) substrates for sensitive detection of melamine in aqueous solutions and milk samples.5,5’-Dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid)(DTNB) was used as model analyte to test the SERS activity of the MPZS-Ag particles. The prepared MPZS-Ag particles possess both magnetic responsiveness and excellent SERS properties.SERS detection of different concentrations of melamine aqueous solutions and spiked milk samples were performed by the MPZS-Ag particles. The limit of detection(LOD) of the melamine in aqueous solutions was 10^-7 mol/L(0.0126 mg/L) and 0.6 mg/L in real milk samples using the MPZS-Ag particles as SERS substrates. The LOD of the melamine are much lower than the safety values of Food and Drug Administration and Codex Alimentarius Commission. These results indicate that the MPZS-Ag particles have promising application prospect for SERS analysis in food safety fields. | Ci Huang Feifei Lu Ke Xu Guanjun Ding Lijun You Jiabin Wang Qiqing Zhang | 2019 | Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12: | 6
Ferroptosis as a novel form of regulated cell death:Implications in the pathogenesis, oncometabolism and treatment of human cancer显示文摘The treatment of cancer mainly involves surgical excision supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Chemotherapy drugs act by interfering with tumor growth and inducing the death of cancer cells.Anti-tumor drugs were developed to induce apoptosis, but some patient’s show apoptosis escape and chemotherapy resistance. Therefore, other forms of cell death that can overcome the resistance of tumor cells are important in the context of cancer treatment.Ferroptosis is a newly discovered iron-dependent,non-apoptotic type of cell death that is highly negatively correlated with cancer development.Ferroptosis is mainly caused by the abnormal increase in iron-dependent lipid reactive oxygen species and the imbalance of redox homeostasis. This review summarizes the progression and regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis in cancer and discusses its possible clinical applications in cancer diagnosis and treatment. | Feifei Pu Fengxia Chen Zhicai Zhang Deyao Shi Binlong Zhong Xiao Lv Andrew Blake Tucker Jiaming Fan Alexander J.Li Kevin Qin Daniel Hu Connie Chen Hao Wang Fang He Na Ni Linjuan Huang Qing Liu William Wagstaff Hue H.Luu Rex C.Haydon Le Shen Tong-Chuan He Jianxiang Liu Zengwu Shao | 2022 | Genes & Diseases2022,9,2: | 6
Geochronology and geochemistry of mafic dykes in the Helanshan complex: Implications for Mesozoic tectonics in the North China Craton显示文摘The Helanshan tectonic belt(HTB) is a major tectonic divide between the Alxa and Ordos blocks in the North China Craton. The geochronology and petrogenesis of the mafic dykes in the northern HTB are keys to understanding the tectonic evolution of this belt. The mafic dykes, intruded into the Neoarchean-Paleoproterozoic metamorphic basement, are mainly composed of diabase with a mineral assemblage of plagioclase(45%-60%), pyroxene(25%-35%), minor quartz and Fe-Ti oxides. The LA-ICPMS U-Pb analysis of zircon grains from representative dykes yield a weighted mean age of 206 ± 1.9 Ma, which represents the crystallization age of the dyke. The diabases show high contents of Fe_2 O_3~T(11.88-17.55 wt.%), low contents of SiO_2(45.65-50.95 wt.%) and MgO(3.31-5.50 wt.%) with low Mg#(=100×MgO/(MgO + FeO) atomic ration) of 33-44. They are characterized by enrichment of light rare earth elements(LREEs) and large ion lithophile elements(LILEs)(e.g., Rb, Ba and Pb), and slight depletion of high field strength elements(HFSEs). These features suggest that the magma has undergone extensive fractionation of olivine and pyroxene but only minor crustal contamination during its evolution. Their high Sm contents and La/Sm ratios, and low Sm/Yb ratios indicate that magma from which the dykes formed was derived from low degree(about 5%) partial melting of an enriched garnet + spinel lherzolite mantle source. Together with regional geology, these geochemical and geochronological data suggest that the mafic dykes in the HTB were formed in an intracontinental extensional setting during the late Triassic. | Zhenghui Li Xiaoming Liu Yunpeng Dong M.Santosh Feifei Zhang Jie Xu | 2018 | Geoscience Frontiers2018,9,6: | 6

Redox dual-stimuli responsive drug delivery systems for improving tumor-targeting ability and reducing adverse side effects显示文摘Cancer is a big challenge that has plagued the human beings for ages and one of the most effective treatments is chemotherapy. However, the low tumor-targeting ability limits the wide clinical application of chemotherapy. The microenvironment plays a critical role in many aspects of tumor genesis. It generates the tumor vasculature and it is highly implicated in the progression to metastasis. To maintain a suitable environment for tumor progression, there are special microenvironment in tumor cell, such as low pH, high level of glutathione(GSH) and reactive oxygen species(ROS), and more special enzymes, which is different to normal cell. Microenvironment-targeted therapy strategy could create new opportunities for therapeutic targeting. Compared to other targeting strategies, microenvironment-targeted therapy strategy will control the drug release into tumor cells more accurately. Redox responsive drug delivery systems(DDSs) are developed based on the high level of GSH in tumor cells. However, there are also GSH in normal cell though its level is lower. In order to control the release of drugs more accurately and reduce side effects, other drug release stimuli have been introduced to redox responsive DDSs. Under the synergistic reaction of two stimuli, redox dual-stimuli responsive DDSs will control the release of drugs more accurately and quickly and even increase the accumulation. This review summarizes strategies of redox dual-stimuli responsive DDSs such as pH, light, enzyme, ROS, and magnetic guide to delivery chemotherapeutic agents more accurately, aiming at providing new ideas for further promoting the drug release, enhancing tumor-targeting and improving anticancer effects. To better illustrate the redox dual-stimuli responsive DDS, preparations of carriers are also briefly described in the review. | Ruirui Li Feifei Peng Jia Cai Dandan Yang Peng Zhang | 2020 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,3: | 5
Effects of uranium on hydrocarbon generation of hydrocarbon source rocks with type-Ⅲ kerogen显示文摘Organic-inorganic interaction exists universally and is important in the process of mineral resources formation. It is the essential reason why organic oil, gas, coal and inorganic uranium coexist, accumulate, and mineralize in the same sedimentary basins.Hydrocarbon-generating simulation experiment was conducted using low-mature hydrocarbon source rock containing kerogen type III with uranium(UO2CO3 solution)added to study the effects of uranium on the hydrocarbon generation of hydrocarbon source rocks.Experiment results show that uranium can enhance the yield of gas hydrocarbon, promote the total gas output, and increase the total hydrocarbon production(mass or volume).Uranium may lower the hydrocarbon generation threshold temperature and lead to the generation of liquid hydrocarbon in the relative low temperature of hydrocarbon source rock.Uranium can enhance the yield of saturated hydrocarbon, promote the low molecular weight hydrocarbons generating, and in turn increase the content of CH4 and the content of dry gas of the generated hydrocarbons.Uranium is one of the potential inorganic accelerating factors of the immature hydrocarbons. | MAO GuangZhou LIU ChiYang ZHANG DongDong QIU XinWei WANG JianQiang LIU BaoQuan LIU JingJiang QU ShaoDong DENG Yu WANG FeiFei ZHANG Can | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,6: | 5
