Chinese expert consensus statement on the diagnosis and treatment of fulminant myocarditis显示文摘Fulminant myocarditis is primarily caused by infection with any number of a variety of viruses. It arises quickly, progresses rapidly, and may lead to severe heart failure or circulatory failure presenting as rapid-onset hypotension and cardiogenic shock, with mortality rates as high as 50%–70%. Most importantly, there are no treatment options, guidelines or an expert consensus statement. Here, we provide the first expert consensus, the Chinese Society of Cardiology Expert Consensus Statement on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Fulminant Myocarditis, based on data from our recent clinical trial(NCT03268642). In this statement, we describe the clinical features and diagnostic criteria of fulminant myocarditis, and importantly, for the first time,we describe a new treatment regimen termed life support-based comprehensive treatment regimen. The core content of this treatment regimen includes(i) mechanical life support(applications of mechanical respirators and circulatory support systems, including intraaortic balloon pump and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation),(ii) immunological modulation by using sufficient doses of glucocorticoid, immunoglobulin and(iii) antiviral reagents using neuraminidase inhibitor. The proper application of this treatment regimen may and has helped to save the lives of many patients with fulminant myocarditis.Daowen Wang Sheng Li Jiangang Jiang Jiangtao Yan Chunxia Zhao Yan Wang Yexin Ma Hesong Zeng Xiaomei Guo Hong Wang Jiarong Tang Houjuan Zuo Li Lin Guanglin Cui Section of Precision Medicine Group of Chinese Society of Cardiology,Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Cardiology &Working Group of Adult Fulminant Myocarditis 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,2:18
Offline two-dimensional liquid chromatography coupled with ion mobility-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry enabling fourdimensional separation and characterization of the multicomponents from white ginseng and red ginseng显示文摘Inherent complexity of plant metabolites necessitates the use of multi-dimensional information to accomplish comprehensive profiling and confirmative identification.A dimension-enhanced strategy,by offline two-dimensional liquid chromatography/ion mobility-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(2 D-LC/IM-QTOF-MS)enabling four-dimensional separations(2 D-LC,IM,and MS),is proposed. In combination with in-house database-driven automated peak annotation, this strategy was utilized to characterize ginsenosides simultaneously from white ginseng(WG)and red ginseng(RG).An offline 2 DLC system configuring an Xbridge Amide column and an HSS T3 column showed orthogonality 0.76 in the resolution of ginsenosides.Ginsenoside analysis was performed by data-independent high-definition MSE(HDMSE)in the negative ESI mode on a Vion?IMS-QTOF hybrid high-resolution mass spectrometer, which could better resolve ginsenosides than MSEand directly give the CCS information. An in-house ginsenoside database recording 504 known ginsenosides and 58 reference compounds, was established to assist the identification of ginsenosides.Streamlined workflows,by applying UNIFI?to automatedly annotate the HDMSEdata, were proposed. We could separate and characterize 323 ginsenosides(including 286 from WG and 306 from RG),and 125 thereof may have not been isolated from the Panax genus. The established 2 D-LC/IM-QTOF-HDMSEapproach could also act as a magnifier to probe differentiated components between WG and RG.Compared with conventional approaches, this dimensionenhanced strategy could better resolve coeluting herbal components and more efficiently, more reliably identify the multicomponents, which,we believe, offers more possibilities for the systematic exposure and confirmative identification of plant metabolites.Tiantian Zuo Chunxia Zhang Weiwei Li Hongda Wang Ying Hu Wenzhi Yang Li Jia Xiaoyan Wang Xiumei Gao Dean Guo 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,6:9
Development of high-temperature superconducting filters operating at temperatures above 90 K显示文摘This paper represents the development of a high temperature superconducting (HTS) filter, the highest operating temperature of which is up to 93 K. The filter is designed for S band with 4% fractional bandwidth and fabricated using thallium-barium-calcium-copper oxide (Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8) thin films. At 93 K, the measurements of the filter show that the insertion loss in the passband is less than 0.22 dB, the return loss is better than 20 dB, and the out-of-band rejection is more than 80 dB. The analysis on the characteristics of the filter operating at different temperatures shows that the filter can work well at temperatures around 90 K. The temperature of 93 K is the highest among the previous reports for HTS filters. The result reported in this paper is significant for HTS filters to be used in the field of microwave communication requiring high sensitivity.XIA HouHai ZHOU ChunXia ZUO Tao HE Ming JI Lu ZHOU TieGe ZHAO XinJie FANG Lan YAN ShaoLin 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,19:9
Development of X-band high temperature superconducting filters显示文摘A synthesized design method is proposed to design microstrip band-pass filters. The impact of the box structure to the filter performance is considered besides the structure of microstrip. An X-band high temperature superconducting (HTS) microstrip filter for deep space network is designed using this method. The six-pole microstrip band-pass filter at frequency of 9500 ± 500 MHz is realized using TBCCO HTS thin film grown on 0.5 mm thick LaAlO3 substrate. The filter shows very high rejection of 90 dB in the stopband and extremely low loss less than 0.2 dB. The measured results are close to the simulated results without any post-production tuning.ZHOU ChunXia XIA HouHai ZUO Tao ZHAO XinJie FANG Lan YAN ShaoLin 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,2:3

Influence of Bushenhuoxue on podocytes of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis mice显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects and mechanisms of Bushenhuoxue on desmin and nephrin expression in mice podocytes, and to investigate its effects on wt1 expression in Wilms' tumor.METHODS: Adriamycin(ADR) was used to induce focal segmental glomerulous sclerosis(FSGS) in mice. Bushenhuoxue was used to treat FSGS for 6 weeks. We measured body mass and right renal mass, and determined serum albumin(ALB) levels, protein content in urine, and urinary protein and albumin creatinine ratio(UACR). Changes in renal tissue morphology were evaluated by microscopy.wt1 and nephrin expression in podocytes were detected using immunofluorescence. Expression levels of desmin, wt1 and nephrin m RNAs in renal tissue were determined using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction assays.RESULTS: Protein levels in urine and UACR were significantly increased in FSGS model mice compared with Bushenhuoxue-treated and control mice.Body mass and ALB levels were decreased in FSGS mice compared with control and Bushenhuoxue-treated mice. Expression of the wt1 protein was observed in control mice. Compared with controls,wt1 expression levels were reduced in Bushenhuoxue-treated mice, and to a greater extent in FSGS mice. Nephrin protein expression was widespread in FSGS mice, and significantly reduced in control and Bushenhuoxue mice. Expression levels of wt1 and nephrin m RNAs in FSGS mice were lower compared with those in control and Bushenhuoxue-treated mice. Desmin m RNA levels in FSGS mice were reduced compared with those in control and Bushenhuoxue-treated mice.CONCLUSION: Bushenhuoxue ameliorated albuminuria in FSGS mice; this was possibly related to the up-regulation of wt1 and nephrin, and down-regulation of desmin.Chunxia Zuo Xiaoyue Tan Shengqin Jia Mianzhi Zhang Daning Zhang 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,5:1

Arabidopsis F-BOX STRESS INDUCED 4 is required to repress excessive divisions in stomatal development显示文摘During the terminal stage of stomatal development, the R2 R3-MYB transcription factors FOUR LIPS(FLP/MYB124) and MYB88 limit guard mother cell division by repressing the transcript levels of multiple cell-cycle genes. In Arabidopsis thaliana possessing the weak allele flp-1, an extra guard mother cell division results in two stomata having direct contact. Here, we identified an ethylmethane sulfonatemutagenized mutant, flp-1 xs01 c, which exhibited more severe defects than flp-1 alone, producing gianttumor-like cell clusters. XS01 C, encoding F-BOX STRESS-INDUCED 4(FBS4), is preferentially expressed in epidermal stomatal precursor cells.Overexpressing FBS4 rescued the defective stomatal phenotypes of flp-1 xs01 c and flp-1 mutants. The deletion or substitution of a conserved residue(Proline166) within the F-box domain of FBS4 abolished or reduced, respectively, its interaction with Arabidopsis Skp1-Like1(ASK1), the core subunit of the Skp1/Cullin/F-box E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Furthermore, the FBS4 protein physically interacted with CYCA2;3 and induced its degradation through the ubiquitin-26 S proteasome pathway. Thus, in addition to the known transcriptional pathway, the terminal symmetric division in stomatal development is ensured at the post-translational level, such as through the ubiquitination of target proteins recognized by the stomatal lineage F-box protein FBS4.Yi Li Shan Xue Qixiumei He Junxue Wang Lingling Zhu Junjie Zou Jie Zhang Chaoran Zuo Zhibin Fan Junling Yue Chunxia Zhang Kezhen Yang Jie Le 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,1:0
