1Review on the Research and Practice of Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning in Smart Grids显示文摘Smart grids are the developmental trend of power systems and they have attracted much attention all over the world.Due to their complexities,and the uncertainty of the smart grid and high volume of information being collected,artificial intelligence techniques represent some of the enabling technologies for its future development and success.Owing to the decreasing cost of computing power,the profusion of data,and better algorithms,AI has entered into its new develop-mental stage and AI 2.0 is developing rapidly.Deep learning(DL),reinforcement learning(RL)and their combination-deep reinforcement learning(DRL)are representative methods and relatively mature methods in the family of AI 2.0.This article introduces the concept and status quo of the above three methods,summarizes their potential for application in smart grids,and provides an overview of the research work on their application in smart grids.Dongxia Zhang Xiaoqing Han Chunyu Deng 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,3:44

3Mitoxantrone-Mediated Apoptotic B16-F1 Cells Induce Specific Anti-tumor Immune Response显示文摘In the process of cell apoptosis induced by specific reagents,calreticulin(CRT)in endoplasmic reticulum is transferred and coated onto the cell membrane.As a sort of specific ligand,the CRT on the surface of apoptotic cells could mediate recognition and clearance of apoptotic cells by phagocytes.In this research we discovered that mitoxantrone could induce apoptosis of mouse melonoma B16-F1 tumor cells,accompanied by the membrane translocation and coating of CRT.When mitoxantrone-treated B16-F1 cells were used as antigen to inoculate mice,the mice acquired an ability to suppress proliferation of homologous tumor cells.Splenocytes from these mice showed an increased cytolytic effect on homologous B16-F1 cells but no such effect on non-homologous H22 tumor cells.All these results suggested that mitoxantrone-treated apoptotic B16-F1 cells could be used as a sort of cell vaccine to initiate effective anti-tumor immunoresponse in mice.Chunyu Cao Yu Han Yushan Ren Yanlin Wang 2009Cellular & Molecular Immunology2009,6,6:7
4Mesenteric lymph reperfusion may exacerbate brain injury in a rat model of superior mesenteric artery occlusion shock显示文摘BACKGROUND:The intestinal lymphatic pathway and intestinal ischemia/reperfusion are mainly involved in mesenteric lymph duct ligation or drainage;moreover,intervention by reducing the lymph liquid reflux might relieve lung and other organ dysfunction induced by intestinal ischemia/reperfusion;however,research addressing mesenteric lymph reperfusion (MLR) and brain injury has not yet to be reported.OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of MLR on brain tissue in a rat model of superior mesenteric artery occlusion (SMAO) shock,and to explore the molecular mechanism of MLR.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A randomized,controlled,animal experiment at a neuro-pathophysiology level was performed at the Institute of Microcirculation,Hebei North University;Department of Pathophysiology,Basic Medical College;Department of Pathology,the First Hospital of Hebei North University between December 2007 and March 2009.MATERIALS:Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) standard was provided by the National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products;lactic acid (LA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),malonaldehyde (MDA),nitrogen monoxidum (NO),nitric oxide synthase (NOS),myeloperoxidase (MPO) and ATPase assay kits were provided by Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute,China.METHODS:A total of 24 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups.In the sham-surgery group (n=6),both the mesenteric lymph duct and the superior mesenteric artery were not blocked;in the MLR group (n=6),the mesenteric lymph duct was occluded for 1 hour followed by 2-hour reperfusion;in the SMAO group (n=6),the superior mesenteric artery was occluded for 1 hour followed by 2-hour reperfusion;in the MLR + SMAO group (n=6),both the mesenteric lymph duct and superior mesenteric artery were occluded for 1 hour followed by 2-hour reperfusion.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Mean arterial blood pressure prior to and following ischemia/reperfusion;brain tissue morphology levels of LA,MDA,SOD,NO,NOS,MPO,ATPase and ATP following reperfusion.RESULTS:MLR did not cause changes in mean arterial blood pressure,brain tissue morphology,LA,MDA,NO,ATP,SOD,NOS,MPO and ATPase.However,SMAO caused a rapid decrease and gradual increase of mean arterial blood pressure.Neuronal necrosis,degeneration and swelling were observed in brain tissue.Contents of MDA,NO,LA and ATP as well as activities of NOS and MPO were significantly increased (P < 0.05),but activities of SOD and Na+-K+-ATPase were significantly decreased (P < 0.05).MLR aggravated neuronal damage in a rat model of SMAO shock.Following MLR,mean arterial blood pressure was significantly decreased (P < 0.05),contents of MDA and NO as well as activities of NOS and MPO were significantly increased (P < 0.05),but activities of Ca2+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase as well as ATP content were significantly decreased (P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:MLR aggravates brain injury in a rat model of SMAO shock,which correlates with oxygen-derived free radical injury,NO synthesis and release,sequestration of neutrophilic granulocytes,decreasing activity of cell membrane pumps and energy metabolism dysfunction.Pathogenesis of the intestinal lymphatic pathway should be thoroughly investigated to prevent ischemia/reperfusion injury.Zigang Zhao Chunyu Niu Aimin Shang Jiaming Tian Rui Han Chunhui Zhang Yuping Zhang Jing Zhang 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,9:7
5Effect of organic amine alkali and inorganic alkali on benzotriazole removal during post Cu-CMP cleaning显示文摘Benzotriazole(BTA), an anticorrosion agent of slurry, is the main organic pollutant remaining after CMP of multilayer copper wiring, and also the main removal object of post CMP cleaning. The adsorption of BTA onto the copper could form a dense Cu-BTA film, which makes the copper surface strongly passivated. According to this characteristic, quantitative analysis of BTA residue after cleaning is carried out by contact angle measurement and electrochemical measurement in this paper. A scanning electron microscope(SEM) with EDX was used to observe and analyze the BTA shape and elements. The efficiencies of organic alkali and inorganic alkali on the removal of BTA were studied. The corresponding reaction mechanism was also analyzed. The results show that the adsorption structure of Cu(I)-BTA cannot be destroyed in an alkaline environment with a pH less than 10; the effect of BTA removal by inorganic alkali is worse than that of the organic amine alkali with the coordination structure under the same pH environment; the FA/O Ⅱ chelating agent with the fraction of 200 ppm can effectively remove BTA residue on the surface of copper wafer.Liu Yang Baimei Tan Yuling Liu Baohong Gao Yilin Liu Chunyu Han Qi Wang Siyu Tian 2018Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,12:6
6Towed line array sonar platform noise suppression based on spatial matrix filtering technology显示文摘The spatial matrix filter was designed and used for solving the problem to detect a weak target who was influenced by the strong nearby platform noise interference of the towed Une array sonar.The MFP technology and the DOA estimation technology were combined together by using the sound propagation characteristics of both target and interference.The spatial matrix filter with platform noise zero response constraint was designed by the near-field platform noise normal modes copy vectors and the far-field plane wave bearing vectors together.The optimal solution of the optimization problem for designing the spatial matrix filter was deduced directly,and it was simplified by the generalized singular value decomposition.The total response error to the plane wave bearing vectors and the total response to the platform noise copy vectors were given.The phenomena that strong interferences existed in the bearing course and blind areas existed after filtering were analyzed by the correlation between the platform noise copy vectors and the plane wave bearing vectors.It could be found from simulations that it has less blind area and higher detection ability by using the spatial matrix filtering technology.HAN Dong LI Jian KANG Chunyu HUANG Haining LI Qihu 2013Chinese Journal of Acoustics2013,32,4:5

8Dissecting human embryonic skeletal stem cell ontogeny by single-cell transcriptomic and functional analyses显示文摘Human skeletal stem cells(SSCs)have been discovered in fetal and adult long bones.However,the spatiotemporal ontogeny of human embryonic SSCs during early skeletogenesis remains elusive.Here we map the transcriptional landscape of human limb buds and embryonic long bones at single-cell resolution to address this fundamental question.We found remarkable heterogeneity within human limb bud mesenchyme and epithelium,and aligned them along the proximal-distal and anterior-posterior axes using known marker genes.Osteo-chondrogenic progenitors first appeared in the core limb bud mesenchyme,which give rise to multiple populations of stem/progenitor cells in embryonic long bones undergoing endochondral ossification.Importantly,a perichondrial embryonic skeletal stem/progenitor cell(eSSPC)subset was identified,which could self-renew and generate the osteochondral lineage cells,but not adipocytes or hematopoietic stroma.eSSPCs are marked by the adhesion molecule CADM1 and highly enriched with FOXP1/2 transcriptional network.Interestingly,neural crest-derived cells with similar phenotypic markers and transcriptional networks were also found in the sagittal suture of human embryonic calvaria.Taken together,this study revealed the cellular heterogeneity and lineage hierarchy during human embryonic skeletogenesis,and identified distinct skeletal stem/progenitor cells that orchestrate endochondral and intramembranous ossification.Jian He Jing Yan Jianfang Wang Liangyu Zhao Qian Xin Yang Zeng Yuxi Sun Han Zhang Zhijie Bai Zongcheng Li Yanli Ni Yandong Gong Yunqiao Li Han He Zhilei Bian Yu Lan Chunyu Ma Lihong Bian Heng Zhu Bing Liu Rui Yue 2021Cell Research2021,31,7:5
9Approaching 18%efficiency of ternary organic photovoltaics with wide bandgap polymer donor and well compatible Y6:Y6-1O as acceptor显示文摘A series of ternary organic photovoltaics(OPVs)are fabricated with one wide bandgap polymer D18-Cl as donor,and well compatible Y6 and Y6-1O as acceptor.The open-circuit-voltage(V_(OC))of ternary OPVs is monotonously increased along with the incorporation of Y6-1O,indicating that the alloy state should be formed between Y6 and Y6-1O due to their excellent compatibility.The energy loss can be minimized by incorporating Y6-1 O,leading to the V_(OC)improvement of ternary OPVs.By finely adjusting the Y6-1O content,a power conversion efficiency of 17.91%is achieved in the optimal ternary OPVs with 30 wt%Y6-1O in acceptors,resulting from synchronously improved short-circuit-current density(JSC)of 25.87 mA cm^(-2),fill factor(FF)of 76.92%and V_(OC)of 0.900 V in comparison with those of D18-Cl:Y6 binary OPVs.The JSC and FF improvement of ternary OPVs should be ascribed to comprehensively optimal photon harvesting,exciton dissociation and charge transport in ternary active layers.The more efficient charge separation and transport process in ternary active layers can be confirmed by the magnetophotocurrent and impedance spectroscopy experimental results,respectively.This work provides new insight into constructing highly efficient ternary OPVs with well compatible Y6 and its derivative as acceptor.Xiaoling Ma Anping Zeng Jinhua Gao Zhenghao Hu Chunyu Xu Jae Hoon Son Sang Young Jeong Caixia Zhang Mengyang Li Kai Wang He Yan Zaifei Ma Yongsheng Wang Han Young Woo Fujun Zhang 2021National Science Review2021,8,8:3
10Agricultural Risk Factors Influence Microbial Ecology in Honghu Lake显示文摘Agricultural activities, including stock-farming, planting industry, and fish aquaculture,can affect the physicochemical and biological characters of freshwater lakes. However, the effects of pollution producing by agricultural activities on microbial ecosystem of lakes remain unclear.Hence, in this work, we selected Honghu Lake as a typical lake that is influenced by agriculture activities. We collected water and sediment samples from 18 sites, which span a wide range of areas from impacted and less-impacted areas. We performed a geospatial analysis on the composition of microbial communities associated with physicochemical properties and antibiotic pollution of samples. The co-occurrence networks of water and sediment were also built and analyzed. Our results showed that the microbial communities of impacted and less-impacted samples of water were largely driven by the concentrations of TN, TP, NO_3^--N, and NO_2^--N, while those of sediment were affected by the concentrations of Sed-OM and Sed-TN. Antibiotics have also played important roles in shaping these microbial communities: the concentrations of oxytetracycline and tetracycline clearly reflected the variance in taxonomic diversity and predicted functional diversity between impacted and less-impacted sites in water and sediment samples, respectively. Furthermore, for samples from both water and sediment, large differences of network topology structures between impacted and less-impacted were also observed. 11Optimization of cleaning process parameters to remove abrasive particles in post-Cu CMP cleaning显示文摘The cleaning of copper interconnect chemical mechanical polishing(CMP) is a key process in integrated circuits(ICs) fabrication. Colloidal silica, which is used as the abrasive material in copper CMP slurry, is considered as the main particle contamination. Abrasive particle residuals can cause device failure which need to be removed efficiently. In this paper, a type of CMP cleaner was used for particle removal using a cleaning solution consisting of FA/O Ⅱ chelating agent and FA/O Ⅰ surfactant. By varying the parameters of brush rotation speed, brush gap,and de-ionized water(DIW) flow rate,a series of experiments were performed to determine the best cleaning results. Atomic force microscope(AFM) measurement was used to characterise the surface morphology of the copper surface and the removal of abrasive particles. A scanning electron microscope(SEM) with EDX was used to observe and analyze the particles shape and elements. The optima parameters of CMP cleaner were obtained. 13Characterization of insoluble dietary fiber from Pleurotus eryngii and evaluation of its effects on obesity-preventing or relieving effects via modulation of gut microbiota显示文摘The purpose of this study was to evaluate the obesity preventing or relieving effect of insoluble dietary fiber(IDF)from Pleurotus eryngii through its modulations on intestinal microbiota.The IDF was extracted and structurally characterized through FTIR,X-Ray and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis.The mice for in vivo experiments were divided into obesity preventing group(feeding high-fat diet while gavage IDF simultaneously)and obesity relieving group(IDF intervention after the establishment of the obese model)to evaluate its hypolipidemic effect.Results:The yield of P.eryngii IDF extracts was 56.49%(on P.eryngii dry weight base)with IDF content of 85.15%in the extracts.The in vivo results showed that the body weight of the obesity-preventing groups was still increasing after intervention with IDF,but the growth rate was lowered,and the abnormal lipid metabolism and inflammation syndromes were alleviated;the acetic acid content of the medium and low dose dietary fiber intervention groups was significantly higher than that of the normal group,and the structure of the intestinal flora was improved.The mice weight from the obesity-relieving group decreased significantly.The abnormal lipid metabolism and inflammation were alleviated.In conclusion,The IDF intervention decreased the abnormal lipid metabolism and inflammation in both obesity-preventing and relieving experiments.The intestinal flora structure was obviously improved.P.eryngii IDF is a good candidate as hypolipidemic agent.Xiaoyun Han Duo Yang Song Zhang Xiaoli Liu Yuelong Zhao Chunyue Song Qingshen Sun 2023Journal of Future Foods2023,3,1:2
14Enhanced perovskite electronic properties via A-site cation engineering显示文摘Organic-inorganic halide perovskites have emerged as excellent candidates for low-cost photovoltaics and optoelectronics.While the predominant recent trend in designing perovskites for efficient and stable solar cells has been to mix different A-site cations,the role of A-site cations is still limited to tune the lattice and bandgap of perovskites.Herein we compare the optoelectronic properties of acetamidinum(Ace)and guanidinium(Gua)mixed methylammonium lead iodide perovskites and shed a light on the hidden role of A-site cation on the carrier mobility of mixed-cation lead iodide perovskites.The cations do not affect the bandgap of the perovskites since the orbitals from Ace and Gua do not contribute to the band edges of the material.However,the mobility of the Ace mixed perovskite is significantly enhanced to be an order of magnitude higher than that of the pristine perovskite.We apply the Ace mixed perovskite in hole-conductor-free printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells and obtain a stabilized PCE of over 18%(certified 17.7%),which is the highest certified efficiency so far.Xufeng Xiao Yanmeng Chu Chunyu Zhang Zhihui Zhang Zexiong Qiu Cheng Qiu Huaixing Wang Anyi Mei Yaoguang Rong Gengzhao Xu Yue Hu Hongwei Han 2021Fundamental Research2021,1,4:2
15Influence of mesenteric lymph reperfusion on neurotransmitter expression in brain tissue of a superior mesenteric artery occlusion shock rat model显示文摘BACKGROUND: Previous studies have shown that mesenteric lymph reperfusion (MLR) exacerbates brain injury in a rat model of superior mesenteric artery occlusion (SMAO) shock. However, little is known about the influence of MLR on neurotransmitter expression in brain tissue. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of MLR on brain tissue injury by measuring monoamine and cholinergic neurotransmitter levels. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized, controlled, animal experiment was performed at the Institute of Microcirculation, Hebei North University, China; Research Room of Microcirculation and Laboratory of Biochemistry, Department of Pathophysiology, Basic Medical College, Hebei North University between December 2007 and March 2009. MATERIALS: Choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) and acetylcholine esterase (AChE) kits were provided by Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute, China; dopamine (DA) and noradrenalin (NE) standards were provided by the National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products; HP1100 chromatograph of liquid was provided by Agilent, USA. METHODS: A total of 24 male, Wistar rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups: sham-surgery, MLR, SMAO, and MLR + SMAO groups, with 6 rats in each group. In the MLR or SMAO groups, the mesenteric lymph duct or superior mesenteric artery was blocked for 1 hour. In the MLR + SMAO group, the mesenteric lymph duct and superior mesenteric artery were occluded for 1 hour, followed by 2-hour reperfusion. ChAT and AChE levels were measured using the synthesized and hydrolyzed acetylcholine method, respectively. Liquid chromatography was employed to quantitatively analyze DA and NE levels, using relative retention time and the external standard method. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ChAT, AChE, DA, and NE levels. RESULTS: AChE levels were significantly increased, but ChAT levels were significantly decreased in the MLR and MLR + SMAO groups following 2-hour reperfusion (P < 0.01). However, AChE activity in the MLR + SMAO group was greater than in the MLR group (P < 0.05). DA and NE levels were significantly decreased in the SMAO and MLR + SMAO groups (P < 0.01), while DA levels in the MLR + SMAO group were less than in the SMAO group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: MLR exacerbated brain injury in a rat model of SMAO shock, which correlated with the intestinal lymphatic pathway.
