| 1 | Recent advances in energy storage mechanism of aqueous zinc-ion batteries显示文摘Aqueous rechargeable zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have recently attracted increasing research interest due to their unparalleled safety,fantastic cost competitiveness and promising capacity advantages compared with the commercial lithium ion batteries.However,the disputed energy storage mechanism has been a confusing issue restraining the development of ZIBs.Although a lot of efforts have been dedicated to the exploration in battery chemistry,a comprehensive review that focuses on summarizing the energy storage mechanisms of ZIBs is needed.Herein,the energy storage mechanisms of aqueous rechargeable ZIBs are systematically reviewed in detail and summarized as four types,which are traditional Zn^(2+)insertion chemistry,dual ions co-insertion,chemical conversion reaction and coordination reaction of Zn^(2+)with organic cathodes.Furthermore,the promising exploration directions and rational prospects are also proposed in this review. | Duo Chen Mengjie Lu Dong Cai Hang Yang Wei Han | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3: | 12 |
| 2 | Major advances in studies of the physical geography and living environment of China during the past 70 years and future prospects显示文摘The natural environment provides material essentials for human survival and development. The characteristics,processes, regional differentiation and forcing mechanisms of the elements of the natural environment(e.g. geomorphology,climate, hydrology, soil, etc.) are the main objects of research in physical geography. China has a complex natural environment and huge regional differentiation and therefore it provides outstanding reserach opportunities in physical geography. This review summarizes the most important developments and the main contributions of research in the physical geography and human living environment in China during the past 70 years. The major topics addressed are the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the evolution of its cryosphere, the development of fluvial systems, the acidification of the vast arid region of the Asian interior, variations in the monsoon and westerly climate systems on multiple timescales, the development of lakes and wetlands, the watershed system model, soil erosion, past human-environment interactions, biogeography, and physical geographic zonality. After briefly introducing international research developments, we review the history of research in physical geography in China, focusing on the major achievements and major academic debates, and finally we summarize the status of current research and the future prospects. | 3 | Vertically Aligned Silicon Carbide Nanowires/Boron Nitride Cellulose Aerogel Networks Enhanced Thermal Conductivity and Electromagnetic Absorbing of Epoxy Composites显示文摘With the innovation of microelectronics technology, the heat dissipation problem inside the device will face a severe test. In this work, cellulose aerogel(CA) with highly enhanced thermal conductivity(TC) in vertical planes was successfully obtained by constructing a vertically aligned silicon carbide nanowires(SiC NWs)/boron nitride(BN) network via the ice template-assisted strategy. The unique network structure of SiC NWs connected to BN ensures that the TC of the composite in the vertical direction reaches 2.21 W m^(-1) K^(-1) at a low hybrid filler loading of 16.69 wt%, which was increased by 890% compared to pure epoxy(EP). In addition, relying on unique porous network structure of CA, EP-based composite also showed higher TC than other comparative samples in the horizontal direction. Meanwhile, the composite exhibits good electrically insulating with a volume electrical resistivity about 2.35 × 10^(11) Ω cm and displays excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance with a minimum reflection loss of-21.5 dB and a wide effective absorption bandwidth(<-10 dB) from 8.8 to 11.6 GHz. | 4 | Elucidation of the sodium kinetics in layered P-type oxide cathodes显示文摘Sodium-ion intercalation oxides generally possess high compositional diversity according to their different stacking sequences.The sodium diffusion pathway in layered P-type materials used in sodium-ion batteries is open,which can increase their rate capability by directly transmitting Na+between adjacent triangular prismatic channels,rather than passing through an intermediate tetrahedral site in O-type structure.However,how the structure chemistry of the P-type oxides determines their electrochemical properties has not been fully understood yet.Herein,by comparing the crystalline structures,electrochemical behaviors,ion/electron transport dynamics of a couple of P-type intercalation cathodes,P2-Na_(2/3)Ni1/3Mn_(2/3)O_(2)and P3-Na_(2/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(2/3)O_(2)with the same compositions,we demonstrate experimentally and computationally that the P2 phase delivers better cycling stability and rate capability than the P3 counterpart due to the predominant contribution of the faster intrinsic Na diffusion kinetics in the P2 bulk.We also point out that it is the electronic conductivity that captures the key electrochemistry of layered P3-type materials and makes them possible to enhance the sodium storage performance.The results reveal that the correlation between stacking structure and functional properties in two typical layered P-type cathodes,providing new guidelines for preparing and designing alkali-metal layered oxide materials with improved battery performance. | Lianzheng Yu Haojie Dong Yu-Xin Chang Zhiwei Cheng Kang Xu Yi-Hu Feng Duo Si Xu Zhu Mengting Liu Bing Xiao Peng-Fei Wang Sailong Xu | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,10: | 3 |
| 5 | Intelligent Segmentation and Measurement Model for Asphalt Road Cracks Based on Modified Mask R-CNN Algorithm显示文摘Nowadays, asphalt road has dominated highways around the world. Among various defects of asphalt road, crackshave been paid more attention, since cracks often cause major engineering and personnel safety incidents. Currentmanual crack inspection methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and most segmentation methods cannot detect cracks at the pixel level. This paper proposes an intelligent segmentation and measurement model basedon the modified Mask R-CNN algorithm to automatically and accurately detect asphalt road cracks. The modelproposed in this paper mainly includes a convolutional neural network (CNN), an optimized region proposalnetwork (RPN), a region of interest (RoI) Align layer, a candidate area classification network and a Mask branch offully convolutional network (FCN). The ratio and size of anchors in the RPN are adjusted to improve the accuracyand efficiency of segmentation. Soft non-maximum suppression (Soft-NMS) algorithm is developed to improvethe segmentation accuracy. A dataset including 8,689 images (512× 512 pixels) of asphalt cracks is established andthe road crack is manually marked. Transfer learning is used to initialize the model parameters in the trainingprocess. To optimize the model training parameters, multiple comparison experiments are performed, and the testresults show that the mean average precision (mAP) value and F1-score of the optimal trained model are 0.952 and0.949. Subsequently, the robustness verification test and comparative test of the trained model are conducted andthe topological features of the crack are extracted. Then, the damage area, length and average width of the crackare measured automatically and accurately at pixel level. | 19 | Enhanced protective immunity against SARS-CoV-2 elicited by a VSV vector expressing a chimeric spike protein显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV are genetically related coronavirus and share the same cellular receptor ACE2.By replacing the VSV glycoprotein with the spikes(S)of SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV,we generated two replication-competent recombinant viruses,rVSVSARS-CoV-2 and rVSV-SARS-CoV.Using wild-type and human ACE2(hACE2)knock-in mouse models,we found a single dose of rVSV-SARS-CoV could elicit strong humoral immune response via both intranasal(i.n.)and intramuscular(i.m.)routes.Despite the high genetic similarity between SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV,no obvious cross-neutralizing activity was observed in the immunized mice sera.In macaques,neutralizing antibody(NAb)titers induced by one i.n.dose of rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 were eight-fold higher than those by a single i.m.dose.Thus,our data indicates that rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 might be suitable for i.n.administration instead of the traditional i.m.immunization in human.Because rVSV-SARS-CoV elicited significantly stronger NAb responses than rVSV-SARS-CoV2 in a route-independent manner,we generated a chimeric antigen by replacing the receptor binding domain(RBD)of SARS-CoV S with that from the SARS-CoV-2.rVSV expressing the chimera(rVSV-SARS-CoV/2-RBD)induced significantly increased NAbs against SARS-CoV-2 in mice and macaques than rVSV-SARS-CoV-2,with a safe Th1-biased response.Serum immunized with rVSV-SARS-CoV/2-RBD showed no cross-reactivity with SARS-CoV.hACE2 mice receiving a single i.m.dose of either rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 or rVSV-SARSCoV/2-RBD were fully protected against SARS-CoV-2 challenge without obvious lesions in the lungs.Our results suggest that transplantation of SARS-CoV-2 RBD into the S protein of SARS-CoV might be a promising antigen design for COVID-19 vaccines. | Hongyue Li Yuhang Zhang Dong Li Yong-Qiang Deng Hongde Xu Chaoyue Zhao Jiandong Liu Dan Wen Jianguo Zhao Yongchun Li Yong Wu Shujun Liu Jiankai Liu Junfeng Hao Fei Yuan Shuguang Duo Cheng-Feng Qin Aihua Zheng | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,12: | 1 |
| 20 | A novel PI3K inhibitor XH30 suppresses orthotopic glioblastoma and brain metastasis in mice models显示文摘Glioblastoma is carcinogenesis of glial cells in central nervous system and has the highest incidence among primary brain tumors.Brain metastasis,such as breast cancer and lung cancer,also leads to high mortality.The available medicines are limited due to blood-brain barrier.Abnormal activation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases(PI3 K)signaling pathway is prevalent in glioblastoma and metastatic tumors.Here,we characterized a 2-amino-4-methylquinazoline derivative XH30 as a potent PI3 K inhibitor with excellent anti-tumor activity against human glioblastoma.XH30 significantly repressed the proliferation of various brain cancer cells and decreased the phosphorylation of key proteins of PI3 K signaling pathway,induced cell cycle arrest in G1 phase as well.Additionally,XH30 inhibited the migration of glioma cells and blocked the activation of PI3 K pathway by interleukin-17 A(IL-17 A),which increased the migration of U87 MG.Oral administration of XH30 significantly suppressed the tumor growth in both subcutaneous and orthotopic tumor models.XH30 also repressed tumor growth in brain metastasis models of lung cancers.Moreover,XH30 reduced IL-17 A and its receptor IL-17 RA in vivo.These results indicate that XH30 might be a potential therapeutic drug candidate for glioblastoma migration and brain metastasis. | Ming Ji Dongjie Wang Songwen Lin Chunyang Wang Ling Li Zhihui Zhang Jing Jin Deyu Wu Yi Dong Heng Xu Duo Lu Xiaoguang Chen | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2: | 1 |
