| 3 | Hd1,Ghd7,and DTH8 synergistically determine the rice heading date and yield-related agronomic traits显示文摘Heading date determines the seasonal and regional adaptation of rice(Oryza sativa L.)varieties and is mainly controlled by photoperiod sensitivity(PS).The core heading date genes Hd1,Ghd7,DTH8,and PRR37 act synergistically in regulating the PS.In this study,we systematically analyze the heading date,PS,and agronomic traits of eight homozygous lines with various combinations of Hd1,Ghd7,and DTH8 alleles in the prr37 background under long-day(LD)and short-day(SD)conditions,respectively.We find that Hd1 alone promotes heading,regardless of the day length.However,under LDs,Hd1 suppresses flowering,in coordination with functional Ghd7 or with Ghd7 and DTH8.These loci cooperate to negatively regulate the Ehd1-Hd3 a/RFT1 pathway and delay heading.Under SDs,Hd1 competes with various heading suppressors to promote heading.Therefore,the dual function of Hd1 is vital for PS.The lines carrying Hd1 alone show reduced plant height with fewer primary and secondary branches in panicles.Lines carrying Ghd7 and DTH8(with hd1)show delayed heading and improve agronomic traits.Overall,our results reveal the regulation of rice PS flowering by the core heading date genes and their effects on agronomic traits,providing valuable information for the selection of rice varieties for adaptation to different light and temperature conditions. | Kangli Sun Minghui Huang Wubei Zong Dongdong Xiao Chen Lei Yanqiu Luo Yingang Song Shengting Li Yu Hao Wanni Luo Bingqun Xu Xiaotong Guo Guangliang Wei Letian Chen Yao-Guang Liu Jingxin Guo | 2022 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,5: | 4 |
| 4 | New high-accuracy spacecraft VLBI tracking using high data-rate signal:A demonstration with Chang'E-3显示文摘As the scientific data volume in deep-space exploration rapidly grows,spacecraft heavily relies on high data-rate signals that span several megahertz to transmit data back to Earth.Employing high data-rate signals for high-accuracy radiometric interferometry can simultaneously deal with data transmission and spacecraft navigation.We demonstrate very long baseline interferometry(VLBI)tracking of the Chang’E-3 lander and rover to determine their relative lunar-surface position using downlink high data-rate signals.A new method based on the VLBI phase-referencing technique is proposed to obtain the differential phase delay,which is much more accurate than the differential group delay acquired by conventional VLBI approaches.The systemic errors among different signal channels have been well calibrated using the new method.The data from the Chang’E-3mission were then processed,and meter-level accuracy positions of the rover with respect to the lander have been obtained.This demonstration shows the feasibility of high-accuracy radiometric interferometry using high data-rate signals.The method proposed in this paper can also be applied to future deep-space navigation. | ZHOU Huan XU DeZhen CHEN ShaoWu LI HaiTao DONG GuangLiang | 2016 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2016,59,4: | 2 |
| 5 | Initial result of the Chinese Deep Space Stations' coordinates from Chinese domestic VLBI experiments显示文摘China's Lunar Exploration Program(CLEP) prompted the design and construction of the globally distributed Chinese Deep Space Network(CDSN). This network consists of Jiamusi and Kashi stations in China, and Zapala station in Argentina. However, the positions of Jiamusi and Kashi are not accurate enough for future Chinese deep space missions, and geodetic Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) is the most effective way to determine their positions. Since the CDSN stations are equipped with narrow-band receivers,they cannot participate in current international VLBI sessions in which wide-band frequencies are utilized. Thus a cooperative geodetic program of the CDSN and Chinese VLBI Network(CVN, the VLBI tracking subsystem of the CLEP) was initiated to determine their positions, in which specially designed frequencies can be utilized,and some CVN stations can act as position reference stations owing to their precise positions from long-term international VLBI observations. Primary results have been obtained from the CDSN–CVN combined domestic VLBI experiments from September 28, 2014, through December 10, 2015. | 12 | Downy feather-like para-aramid fibers and nonwovens with enhanced absorbency,air filtration and thermal insulation performances显示文摘Fiber morphology with off-standing branches,as found in nature,e.g.,in goose downy feather,provides exquisite functions that can be barely achieved by man-made fiber systems.In this work,we develop a simple and scalable method for generating downy feather-like para-aramid fibers and assemblies.Through treating commercial para-aramid microfibers with mild alkaline solution(low concentration of NaOH),a synergistic effect of chemical hydrolysis and physical shearing is successfully triggered to generate abundant nanofiber branches on the surface of para-aramid fibers.When compared with conventional monotonous structures,nonwovens composed of downy feather-like fibers exhibit a typical multiscale fiber morphology,larger specific surface area and smaller pore size,thus showing enhanced particles adsorption capacity(over twice of the pristine nonwoven),excellent oil absorption capacity(increased by~50%),improved air filtration performances(doubled the filtration efficiency)and effective thermal insulation(thermal conductivity=26.1 mW·m^(−1)·K^(−1)).More attractively,the intrinsic flame-retardant nature of para-aramid is well inherited by the downy feather-like fibers,and the fabrication process requires neither sophisticated equipment,nor tedious procedures,making us believe the strong competitiveness of these fibers and assemblies. | Kangli Xu Jixia Deng Guangliang Tian Lei Zhan Jiajia Ma Lijun Wang Qinfei Ke Chen Huang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,6: | 1 |

| 17 | Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicinal Prescriptions for Swelling and Pain in The Postoperative Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids显示文摘Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on reducing swelling and pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Qiqihar from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=30)was treated with mixed hemorrhoid ligation combined with traditional Chinese swelling and pain medicine,and the control group(n=30)was only treated with mixed hemorrhoid ligation.The pain level,edema score,and prognosis of the two groups after the intervention were analyzed.The clinical efficacy was used as the evaluation criterion to compare the clinical effects of different treatment options.Results:After the treatment,the pain score,edema score,and prognostic wound score of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group(P 0.05).The total clinical effectiveness of the treatment group(100%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),(χ^(2)=4.2857,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese swelling and pain medicine in treating patients with mixed hemorrhoids effectively reduced the patient’s pain,reduced the degree of wound edema,promoted wound healing,and improved the patient’s prognosis.The curative effect was significant and had a positive impact. | Yuru Duan Guangliang Xu Lei Ge Wei Zhang Xu Zhang Yi Yang | 2024 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2024,8,3: | 0 |

| 20 | Improved position estimates for the Chinese Deep Space Station Kashi derived by geodetic very long baseline interferometry显示文摘A dedicated 24 h S/X dual-band geodetic very long baseline interferometry(VLBI) experiment was conducted in January 2015 with the goal of improving the position estimates for the Chinese Deep Space Station Kashi. Previously, the position estimates had been only accurate to ~20 cm, which is insufficient for future Chinese deep space explorations. The experiment design and data reduction are described with special emphasis on the limited frequency ranges of Kashi for bandwidth synthesis. A narrowed multi-band delay search window based on post-fit residuals was utilized to resolve the sub-ambiguities due to the drop of a frequency channel in fringe fit, which saved ~22% of the observations from the affected baseline. Final position estimates of Kashi were obtained from the global solution by using more than 5300 international VLBI sessions from August 1979 to September 2015, and estimates were found to be accurate to about 10, 25, and 20 mm in the X, Y, and Z components.
