1Aqueous-phase catalytic hydrogenation of furfural to cyclopentanol over Cu-Mg-Al hydrotalcites derived catalysts:Model reaction for upgrading of bio-oil显示文摘A series of Cu-Mg-Al hydrotalcites derived oxides with a(Cu+Mg)/Al mole ratio of 3 and varied Cu/Mg mole ratio(from 0.07 to 0.30) were prepared by co-precipitation and calcination methods, then they were introduced to the hydrogenation of furfural in aqueous-phase. Effects of Cu/Mg mole ratio, reaction temperature, initial hydrogen pressure, reaction time and catalyst amount on the conversion rate of furfural as well as the selectivity toward desired product cyclopentanol were systematically investigated. The conversion of furfural over calcined hydrotalcite catalyst with a Cu/Mg mole ratio of 0.2 was up to 98.5% when the reaction was carried out under 140 ?C and the initial hydrogen pressure of 4 MPa for 10 h, while the selectivity toward cyclopentanol was up to 94.8%. The catalysts were characterized by XRD and SEM. XRD diffraction of all the samples showed characteristic pattern of hydrotalcite with varied peak intensity as a result of different Cu content. 2Evaluation of groundwater quality in the Xinjiang Plain Area显示文摘Groundwater is the main source of drinking water for the urban and rural residents in the plain area of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China.The quality of groundwater has a direct relationship with human health.Thus,386 groundwater samples collected from April to August in 2003 were analyzed.The samples were collected in basic evaluation units which are determined on the basis of watersheds.Total dissolved solids,total hardness,pH value,NH3–N,C6H5OH,Chemiluminescence detection of permanganate index(CODMn)and intestinal germ group were evaluated according to the guidelines of Groundwater Quality Standard(GB/T14848-93).The quality of the groundwater in each evaluation unit was classified by using the One Veto Method(a unified approach stipulated by the Ministry of Water Resources).The results indicate that the groundwater in the mainstream area of the Tarim Basin and the Yerqiang River Sub-basin belongs to Category V;the groundwater in the Wulungu River Sub-basin,the KaiduKongque River Sub-basin,the Kashgar River Sub-basin,the Cherchen River Sub-basin and the Hotan River Subbasin belongs to Category IV;the groundwater in the Aibi Lake System belongs to Category II,and the groundwater of other evaluation units belongs to Category III.The causes of water quality formation were concisely analyzed.The results can be useful for the evaluation and management of water resources in the Xinjiang Plain Area.Jinlong ZHOU Xinguang DONG Guomin LI Yiping WANG Xiaojing GUO 2010Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2010,4,2:8

4Gedunin Degrades Aggregates of Mutant Huntingtin Protein and Intranuclear Inclusions via the Proteasomal Pathway in Neurons and Fibroblasts from Patients with Huntington’s Disease显示文摘Huntington's disease(HD) is a deadly neurodegenerative disease with abnormal expansion of CAG repeats in the huntingtin gene. Mutant Huntingtin protein(m HTT) forms abnormal aggregates and intranuclear inclusions in specific neurons, resulting in cell death. Here,we tested the ability of a natural heat-shock protein 90 inhibitor, Gedunin, to degrade transfected m HTT in Neuro-2 a cells and endogenous m HTT aggregates and intranuclear inclusions in both fibroblasts from HD patients and neurons derived from induced pluripotent stem cells from patients. Our data showed that Gedunin treatment degraded transfected m HTT in Neuro-2 a cells, endogenous m HTT aggregates and intranuclear inclusions in fibroblasts from HD patients, and in neurons derived from induced pluripotent stem cells from patients in a dose-and time-dependent manner, and its activity depended on the proteasomal pathway rather than the autophagy route. 5Catalytic conversion of guaiacol to alcohols for bio-oil upgrading显示文摘Guaiacol was chosen to represent O-containing chemicals with lower effective hydrogen carbon ratio(H/Ceff factor) in bio-oil,and the hydrodeoxygenation of guaiacol was investigated over non-precious and nonsulfided catalysts. Effects of metal composition,reaction temperature,and hydrogen pressure on conversion and selectivity were investigated systematically. Among various compositions of catalysts,Ni Co/CNT exhibited best performance of guaiacol conversion with higher selectivity towards desired alcohols with higher H/Cefffactor. 8The decoupling between gas exchange and water potential of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings during drought recovery and its relation to ABA accumulation in leaves显示文摘气候变化将改变降雨格局,从而导致极端干旱事件增多。然而,树木如何协调生理和生化响应来应对干旱-恢复的机制仍不清楚。本研究探讨了干旱-恢复过程中树木生理与生化特征的耦联关系。我们首先将香樟(Cinnamomum camphora)盆栽幼苗种植在水分充足的条件下,然后通过停止浇水以达到干旱处理的目的。当幼苗胁迫至轻度干旱(气孔关闭)和中度干旱(ψxylem=−1.5 MPa)时,分别对其进行复水处理。在干旱及复水4天过程中,我们测定了香樟叶片水势、气体交换、脱落酸以及非结构性碳水化合物的变化规律。我们发现干旱强度在很大程度上决定了香樟的生理与生化响应,并影响其干旱后恢复。轻度干旱导致气孔关闭,并引起叶片脱落酸累积和水势下降,而中度干旱可进一步引起叶片脯氨酸累积和非结构性碳水化合物的变化。干旱强度的增加会导致气体交换恢复滞后,但对水势的恢复无显著影响。另外,干旱与复水过程中水势与气体交换之间的关系存在较大差异:即干旱过程中水势与气体交换存在很强的耦联关系,而这种耦联关系在复水过程中并不存在,其主要原因是由于叶片脱落酸累积,从而延缓了气孔导度的恢复。综上,本研究结果表明,脱落酸可能是导致香樟旱后气孔导度恢复滞后的主要影响因素。此外,干旱强度对树木生理和生化的恢复具有显著影响。Honglang Duan Defu Wang Xiaohua Wei Guomin Huang Houbao Fan Shuangxi Zhou Jianping Wu Wenfei Liu David TTissue Songze Wan 2020Journal of Plant Ecology2020,13,6:1

14Brpf1 regulates the function of MGE-derived GABAergic interneurons显示文摘Intellectual disability is a broad-spectrum neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by marked impairment of intelligence and adaptive function.Impaired GABA neurotransmission is associated with mental disorders such as epilepsy and mental retardation,and patients with BRPF1 mutations were mentally retarded and often accompanied by epilepsy.Our research is to investigate the role of Brpf1 in the development and function of GABAergic interneurons.We used mouse primary in vitro cultured GABAergic interneurons derived from medial ganglionic eminence(MGE)and utilized AAV-shBrpf1 virus to knockdown Brpf1.The results showed that Brpf1 knockdown led to increased threshold and decreased number of evoked action potentials,and a downward trend of the amplitude and frequency of mIPSC.However,Brpf1 knockdown had lttle effect on the differentiation of GABAergic interneurons as revealed by parvalbumin and somatostatin staining.Moreover,little influence on the morphology was observed as shown by MAP2 and Golgi stain.Finally,it was found that most of the up-regulated genes are involved in protein binding,ubiquitination,and inflammatory response by RNA Seq.Jingli Cao Weiwei Xian Guomin Zhou Linya You 2021解剖学杂志2021,44,S01:0

16Pomalidomide improves the function of CD133-or HER2-specific CAR T cells显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T-cell therapy is mostly limited to hematological malignancies and has a poor effect on solid tumors.CAR T cells as a kind of immune cell may be affected by some immunomodulatory drugs such as pomalidomide,so the use of pomalidomide may improve the effect of CAR T cells on solid tumors.In this study,CD133-or HER2-specific CAR T cells were chosen to investigate whether pomalidomide can regulate the function of CAR T cells in vitro.We found that pomalidomide can significantly enhance the ability of CD133-CAR T cells and HER2-CAR T cells to kill tumor cells and increase the cytokine secretion of CD133-CAR T cells and HER2-CAR T cells.Also,pomalidomide was shown to induce down-regulation of protein levels of IL-2 transcriptional repressors Aiolos and Ikaros in CAR T cells.This study suggests that the combination of pomalidomide and CAR T cells may be a new strategy for the treatment of solid tumors.ZHIXIONG WANG NA RISU JIAYU FU HUI LIU GUOMIN ZHOU QIAN LIU YAN ZOU JIAXING TANG LONG LI XUEKAI ZHU 2021BIOCELL2021,45,1:0
17Synthesis of glycerin triacetate over molding zirconia-loaded sulfuric acid catalyst显示文摘Zirconia-loaded sulfuric acid (SO24- /ZrO2) catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, molded by punch tablet machine and characterized by X-ray diffraction. SO42- /ZrO2 catalyst was used to obtain glycerol triacetate (GTA) directly from glycerin. The effect of some factors, such as different temperatures of calcination and catalysts molded or not, on the reusable times of catalysts and the yield of GTA were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were shown as follows: the reaction temperature was 403 K; the reaction time continued for 8 h; the amount of molded catalysts was 5 wt% of glycerin and the molar ratio of glycerin to acetic acid was 1 : 8.
