| 3 | Boosting photocatalytic hydrogen evolution of g-C_(3)N_(4) catalyst via lowering the Fermi level of co-catalyst显示文摘The photocatalytic performances are highly dependent on the charge separation and surface reaction kinetics of photocatalysts.Aiming at figuring out the effects of co-catalyst with the lower Fermi level on photocatalytic activity,we tuned the Fermi level of Pt nanoparticles on g-C_(3)N_(4)(GCN)by introducing Co atom.Experimental results show that lowering the Fermi level of co-catalyst does not alter light absorption of GCN due to the invariable structure.Besides,Pt_(3)Co with a lower Fermi level contributes less positive influence on charge separation in GCN due to an opposite effect from the stronger electron-trap ability of Pt_(3)Co and increased band bending in GCN-Pt_(3)Co.The density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicate that GCN-Pt_(3)Co has faster surface reaction kinetics than GCN-Pt,owing to easier dissociation of H_(2)O molecules and faster desorption of H^(*)on Pt_(3)Co.Consequently,GCN-Pt_(3)Co exhibits an excellent H_(2) evolution rate with 2.91 mmol g^(-1)·h^(-1),which 2.67 times that of GCN-Pt. | Hairui Cai Bin Wang Laifei Xiong Jinglei Bi Hanjing Hao Xiaojing Yu Chao Li Jiamei Liu Shengchun Yang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 2 |

| 7 | Histone demethylase JMJD3 downregulation protects against aberrant force-induced osteoarthritis through epigenetic control of NR4A1显示文摘Osteoarthritis(OA)is a prevalent joint disease with no effective treatment strategies.Aberrant mechanical stimuli was demonstrated to be an essential factor for OA pathogenesis.Although multiple studies have detected potential regulatory mechanisms underlying OA and have concentrated on developing novel treatment strategies,the epigenetic control of OA remains unclear.Histone demethylase JMJD3 has been reported to mediate multiple physiological and pathological processes,including cell differentiation,proliferation,autophagy,and apoptosis.However,the regulation of JMJD3 in aberrant force-related OA and its mediatory effect on disease progression are still unknown.In this work,we confirmed the upregulation of JMJD3 in aberrant forceinduced cartilage injury in vitro and in vivo.Functionally,inhibition of JMJD3 by its inhibitor,GSK-J4,or downregulation of JMJD3 by adenovirus infection of sh-JMJD3 could alleviate the aberrant force-induced chondrocyte injury.Mechanistic investigation illustrated that aberrant force induces JMJD3 expression and then demethylates H3K27me3 at the NR4A1 promoter to promote its expression.Further experiments indicated that NR4A1 can regulate chondrocyte apoptosis,cartilage degeneration,extracellular matrix degradation,and inflammatory responses.In vivo,anterior cruciate ligament transection(ACLT)was performed to construct an OA model,and the therapeutic effect of GSK-J4 was validated.More importantly,we adopted a peptide-si RNA nanoplatform to deliver si-JMJD3 into articular cartilage,and the severity of joint degeneration was remarkably mitigated.Taken together,our findings demonstrated that JMJD3 is flow-responsive and epigenetically regulates OA progression.Our work provides evidences for JMJD3 inhibition as an innovative epigenetic therapy approach for joint diseases by utilizing p5RHH-si RNA nanocomplexes. | Yu Jin Zhen Liu Zhenxia Li Hairui Li Cheng Zhu Ruomei Li Ting Zhou Bing Fang | 2022 | International Journal of Oral Science2022,14,3: | 1 |

| 9 | A straightforward spectral emissivity estimating method based on constructing random rough surfaces显示文摘Spectral emissivity is an essential and sensitive parameter to characterize the radiative capacity of the solid surface in scientific and engineering applications,which would be non-negligibly affected by surface morphology.However,there is a lack of assessment of the effect of roughness on emissivity and a straightforward method for estimating the emissivity of rough surfaces.This paper established an estimating method based on constructing random rough surfaces to predict rough surface(Geometric region)emissivity for metal solids.Based on this method,the emissivity of ideal gray and non-gray body surfaces was calculated and analyzed.The calculated and measured spectral emissivities of GH3044,K465,DD6,and TC4 alloys with different roughness were compared.The results show that the emissivity increases with the roughness degree,and the enhancement effect weakens with the increase of roughness or emissivity due to the existing limit(emissivityε=1.0).At the same time,the roughness would not change the overall spectral distribution characteristics but may attenuate the local features of the spectral emissivity.The estimated results are in good agreement with the experimental data for the above alloys'rough surfaces.This study provides a new reliable approach to obtaining the spectral emissivity of rough surfaces.This approach is especially beneficial for measuring objects in extreme environments where emissivity is difficult to obtain.Meanwhile,this study promotes an understanding of surface morphology's effect mechanism on emissivity. | Zezhan Zhang Mengchao Chen Lichuan Zhang Hongzu Li Hairui Huang Zilong Zhang Peifeng Yu Yi Niu Shan Gao Chao Wang Jing Jiang | 2023 | Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,12: | 0 |
| 10 | Combination of AAV-delivered tumor suppressor PTEN with anti-PD-1 loaded depot gel for enhanced antitumor immunity显示文摘Recent clinical studies have shown that mutation of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10(PTEN)gene in cancer cells may be associated with immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME)and poor response to immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)therapy.Therefore,efficiently restoring PTEN gene expression in cancer cells is critical to improving the responding rate to ICB therapy.Here,we screened an adeno-associated virus(AAV)capsid for efficient PTEN gene delivery into B16F10 tumor cells.We demonstrated that intratumorally injected AAV6-PTEN successfully restored the tumor cell PTEN gene expression and effectively inhibited tumor progression by inducing tumor cell immunogenic cell death(ICD)and increasing immune cell infiltration.Moreover,we developed an anti-PD-1 loaded phospholipid-based phase separation gel(PPSG),which formed an in situ depot and sustainably release anti-PD-1 drugs within 42 days in vivo.In order to effectively inhibit the recurrence of melanoma,we further applied a triple therapy based on AAV6-PTEN,PPSG^(@anti-PD-1)and CpG,and showed that this triple therapy strategy enhanced the synergistic antitumor immune effect and also induced robust immune memory,which completely rejected tumor recurrence.We anticipate that this triple therapy could be used as a new tumor combination therapy with stronger immune activation capacity and tumor inhibition efficacy. | Yongshun Zhang Lan Yang Yangsen Ou Rui Hu Guangsheng Du Shuang Luo Fuhua Wu Hairui Wang Zhiqiang Xie Yu Zhang Chunting He Cheng Ma Tao Gong Ling Zhang Zhirong Zhang Xun Sun | 2024 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,1: | 0 |
| 11 | The effect of substrate grain size on burrowing ability and distribution characteristics of Perinereis aibuhitensis显示文摘Perinereis aibuhitensis(Grube, 1878) lives in marine sediments of estuary or shoal areas, where substrate has some crucial environmental factors affecting its burrowing and distribution. In order to provide basic data for the habitat selection and suitability evaluations of the artificial aquaculture of P. aibuhitensis, this paper conducted a quantified analysis of its burrowing ability and explored its behavioral preferences in different substrates,including mud(<75 μm), fine sand(125–250 μm), medium sand(250–500 μm), coarse sand(500–2 000 μm), gravel(2 000–4 000 μm) and ceramsite(4 000–8 000 μm). The research results revealed that substrate grain size significantly affected the burrowing time, burrowing rate, burrowing depth and distribution rate(P<0.01).Moreover, P. aibuhitensis demonstrated preferential selections relating to substrate grain sizes, had higher burrowing ability in ceramsite, mud and fine sand compared with other substrates. The strongest burrowing ability and the highest distribution rate were observed in ceramsite. The study indicated that P. aibuhitensis was sensitive to substrate grain size, which also had an impact on its burrowing process and population distribution.In the natural sea, substrates mainly composed of mud and fine sand are fit for aquaculture and stock enhancement. | 12 | Multiple Music Sentiment Classification Model Based on Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘The network community is a platform for people to communicate. In order to accurately analyze the emotions displayed in music community, this paper proposes a convolutional neural network classification model based on multi-dimensional emotions. Firstly, to solve the problem of feature extraction of emotion words under similar sentence patterns, it proposed a multi-emotion classification method and emotion vector splicing method that conform to music community emotion characteristics. Secondly, aiming at the coexistence of multiple categories of emotions in music comment text, it applied an emotional value measurement method based on music characteristics. Finally, the classification model was constructed with combining methods of emotion vector splicing and emotion value measurement.
