1Design study for the cascaded HGHG experiment based on the SDUV-FEL显示文摘Cascading stages of high-gain harmonic generation(HGHG) free electron laser(FEL) is a promising way to produce fully coherent X-ray radiation.As a test facility for modern FEL R&D,the Shanghai deep ultraviolet FEL(SDUV-FEL) is now under upgrading for the cascading two stages of HGHG experiment.Since the energy of the electron beam is as low as about 185 MeV after upgrade,the total harmonic number of this two stages HGHG is only 2×2,and the wavelength of the final radiation is 196.5 nm which is the 4th harmonic of the 786 nm seed laser.With help of three-dimensional simulation codes,design studies on the FEL physics for the cascaded HGHG experiment are present based on the parameters of the upgraded SDUV-FEL facility.It is found from the simulation results that the part of the electron beam which has been used in the first stage can still generate powerful radiation in the radiator of the second stage,and this radiation will be difficult to be separated from the radiation generated by the fresh part of the electron beam.To overcome this problem,a novel method based on the energy spectrum of the electron beam is proposed in this paper to demonstrate the 'fresh bunch' technique.FENG Chao ZHANG Meng LIN GuoQiang GU Qiang DENG HaiXiao CHEN JianHui WANG Dong ZHAO ZhenTang 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,26:2
2Risk factors associated with hemorrhagic cystitis after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation显示文摘Hemorrhagic cystitis(HC)is a common complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).The incidence is about 7%to 68%,and some patients have to suffer a long period of frequent,urgent,and painful urination,which brings great pain.This study aimed to analyze risk factors of HC and its effect on patient survival.We collected the medical records of 859 patients who underwent HSCT at our hospital between August 2016 and August 2020.Patients with and without HC were matched using propensity score matching at a 1:1 ratio based on sex,age,and diagnosis,and logistic regression analyses were used to identify factors associated with HC.We used Kaplan–Meier curves to analyze the survival rates of patients in the HC and non-HC groups.We also analyzed the relationship between BK viral load and the occurrence of HC using receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis.After propensity score matching,there were 131 patients each in the HC and non-HC groups.In the HC group,89 patients(67.9%)had mild HC(stage II°)and 43(32.1%)had severe HC(stage III–IV).The median interval between stem cell transplantation and HC development was 31(3–244)days.Univariate analysis indicated that donor age,hematopoietic stem cell source,HLA,acute graft-versus-host disease,busulfan,anti-thymocyte globulin(ATG),total body irradiation,cytomegalovirus(CMV)(urine),and BK polyomavirus(BKV)(urine)were significantly associated with HC.ATG,CMV(urine),and BKV(urine)were independent risk factors for HC based on the multivariate analysis.The Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed no significant difference between the HC and non-HC groups(P=0.14).The 1-and 2-year survival rates in the HC group were 78.4%and 69.6%,respectively,and the corresponding rates in the non-HC group were 84.4%and 80.7%,respectively.ROC analysis indicated that a urine BKV load of 1×10^(7) copies/mL was able to stratify the risk of HC.In conclusion,when the BKV load is>1×10^(7),we needtobe aware of the potential for the development of HC.Biao Shen Yueshen Ma Haixiao Zhang Mingyang Wang Jia Liu Jiaxin Cao Wenwen Guo Dan Feng Donglin Yang Rongli Zhang Xin Chen Qiaoling Ma Weihua Zhai Sizhou Feng Mingzhe Han Aiming Pang Erlie Jiang 2022Blood Science2022,4,2:2
3Velocity bunching for the linac of Shanghai Deep UV FEL facility显示文摘High brightness electron beam is one of the main goals of the research and development effort in RF photo-injectors.Compared with the normally used magnetic chicane,an alternative scheme,commonly known as 'velocity bunching',has been proposed as a tool to compress electron beam pulses in modern high brightness photo-injector sources.This paper presents numerical optimization systematically and the first attempt to demonstrate the velocity bunching scheme on SDUV-FEL linac experimentally.The relationship between the degree of bunching and the off-crest phase of the accelerating structure is explored experimentally.Velocity bunching operating mode illustrates flexible performances with an intrinsic machine jitter,which agrees well with the theoretical prediction.ZHANG Meng GU Duan GU Qiang LIN Guoqiang LAN Taihe WANG Xingtao DENG Haixiao 2012Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,3:1

7Classification of dendrocola nematode-trapping fungi显示文摘Pine wilt disease,caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Bursaphelenchus mucnatus,is a serious quarantined disease.Arboreal nematode-trapping fungi of P inus spp.are effective predators on nematodes and have strong host adaptability.The development of these fungal resources may be an effective way to control pine wood nematodes.We collected 515 samples of pine wilt disease from the areas of Ninghai City(Zhejiang province),Shuangbai County(Yunnan province),and Daxing'anling(Heilongjiang province),China.Through isolation,culture and identification,6 species of nematode-trapping fungi(A rthrobotrys cladodesr,A.oligospora,A.musiformis,A.dendroides,Dactylellina ellipsospora,Monacrosporium thaumasium)were identified for predation against B.xylophilus,and 9 species(Arthrobotrys dactyloides,A.cladodes r A.oligospora A.dendroides,Dactylellina ellipsospora,Dactylella asthenopaga,D.leptospora,Arthrobotrys superba,Monacrosporium drechseri)were identified for predation against B.mucnatus.This study provides information in the classification of arboreal predator nematodes and provides an important basis for future biological control of pine wood nematodes.Haixiao Zhang Zhiyan Wei Jie Zhang Xuefeng Liu 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,3:1

10Preparation and optimization of freestanding GaN using low-temperature GaN layer显示文摘In this work,a method to acquire freestanding GaN by using low temperature(LT)-GaN layer was put forward.To obtain porous structure and increase the crystallinity,LT-GaN layers were annealed at high temperature.The morphology of LTGaN layers with different thickness and annealing temperature before and after annealing was analyzed.Comparison of GaN films using different LT-GaN layers was made to acquire optimal LT-GaN process.According to HRXRD and Raman results,GaN grown on 800 nm LT-GaN layer which was annealed at 1090℃ has good crystal quality and small stress.The GaN film was successfully separated from the substrate after cooling down.The self-separation mechanism of this method was discussed.Cross-sectional EBSD mapping measurements were carried out to investigate the effect of LT-buffer layer on improvement of crystal quality and stress relief.The optical property of the obtained freestanding GaN film was also determined by PL measurement.Yuan TIAN Yongliang SHAO Xiaopeng HAO Yongzhong WU Lei ZHANG Yuanbin DAI Qin HUO Baoguo ZHANG Haixiao HU 2019Frontiers of Materials Science2019,13,3:1
11Optical Molecular Imaging Frontiers in Oncology: The Pursuit of Accuracy and Sensitivity显示文摘Cutting-edge technologies in optical molecular imaging have ushered in new frontiers in cancer research, clinical translation, and medical practice, as evidenced by recent advances in optical multimodality imaging, Cerenkov luminescence imaging(CLI), and optical imageguided surgeries. New abilities allow in vivo cancer imaging with sensitivity and accuracy that are unprecedented in conventional imaging approaches. The visualization of cellular and molecular behaviors and events within tumors in living subjects is improving our deeper understanding of tumors at a systems level. These advances are being rapidly used to acquire tumor-to-tumor molecular heterogeneity, both dynamically and quantitatively, as well as to achieve more effective therapeutic interventions with the assistance of real-time imaging. 15Cobalt doped Fe-Mn@CNTs catalysts with highly stability for lowtemperature selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)显示文摘In this paper,we report the fabrication of cobalt-doped de-NO_(x)catalyst by pyrolyzing an analogous metal-organic framework-74(MOF-74)containing Fe&Mn.The resulted catalyst exhibits distinctive microstructures of manganese,cobalt,and iron immobilized on N-doped carbon nanotubes(CNTs).It is found through experiments that the trimetallic catalyst Fe_(2)Mn_(1)Co_(0.5)/CNTs-50 has the best NH_(3)-selective catalytic reduction(SCR)performance.The Fe_(2)Mn_(1)Co_(0.5)/CNTs-50 exhibited excellent water and sulfur resistance and good stability under the harsh gas environment of 250℃ and/or 170℃,NO=NH_(3)=1,000 ppm,8 vol.%O_(2),20 vol.%H2O,1,000 ppm SO_(2),and gas hourly space velocity(GHSV)=75,000 h^(-1).The de-NO_(x)conversion was maintained about 55%and 25%after 192 h.The water and sulfur resistance performance were much higher than commercial vanadium series catalyst.The highly water and sulfur resistance performance may be attributed to the unique core-shell microstructure and the synergistic effect of manganese,cobalt,and iron which helps reduce the formation for byproducts(NH_(4)HSO_(4)).This study may promote to explore the development of a high stability catalyst for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)with NH_(3).Pengfei Li Tiezhen Zhang Haixiao Sun Yufeng Gao Yanyuan Zhang Yuanyuan Liu Chengmin Ge Hao Chen Xiaoping Dai Xin Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:1
16Phosphorus-doping-tuned PtNi concave nanocubes with high-index facets for enhanced methanol oxidation reaction显示文摘Surface engineering has been found to be an efficient strategy to boost the catalytic performance of noble-metal-based nanocatalysts.In this work,a small amount of P was doped to the surface of PtNi concave cube(P-PtNi CNC).Interestingly,the P-PtNi CNC nanocatalyst shows an enhanced methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)performance with achieving 8.19 times of specific activity than that of comercial Pt/C.The electrochemical in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)results reveal that the surface P doping promotes the adsorption energy of OH,enhancing the resistance against CO poisoning.Therefore,the intermediate adsorbed CO(COads)reacted with adsorbed OH(OHads)through the Langmuir–Hinshelwood(LH)mechanism to generate CO_(2)and release surface active sites for further adsorption.This work provides a promising strategy via the incorporation of non-metallic elements into the PtNi alloys bounded with high-index facets(HIFs)as efficient fuel cell catalysts.Aixin Fan Congli Qin Ruxia Zhao Haixiao Sun Hui Sun Xiaoping Dai Jin-Yu Ye Shi-Gang Sun Yanhong Lu Xin Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:1
17Manipulation of invisible cloaking in PT-symmetric thermoacoustic dimer显示文摘Making the propagation of sound waves immune to interference from obstacles with high transmission efficiency is a long-term pursuit in acoustic science and engineering.Recent proposal pointed out that perfect transmission through obstacles can be achieved by deploying a bulky gain-loss distribution in parity-time(PT)symmetry.Here we demonstrate a modified methodology to achieve the extraordinary physical property of acoustic cloaking accompanied by perfect transmission at the exceptional points(EPs).Systematically probing reveals two complementary solutions of EPs corresponding to acoustic cloaking,in the system composed of an equivalent medium slab sandwiched by a pair of PT-symmetric admittance metasurfaces.To model the crucial acoustic gains that are not present in nature,we employ actively controlled ultra-thin carbon nanotube dimer films to mimic admittance metasurfaces perfectly via thermoacoustic effect,and manipulate acoustic cloaking over a wide frequency band in experiments.This divergent strategy releases restrictions on the operating frequency,shape and size of the obstacle,which can be applied to acoustic sensing,directional imaging,and other related wave disciplines.Haixiao Zhang Bolun Hu Wei Xiong Ying Cheng Xiaojun Liu 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,12:0
18Test and Correction of CUACE Model in Air Quality Forecast in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau:A Case Study of Xining City显示文摘Based on the data of national monitoring points of air pollution control in Xining from 2015 to 2017,the air quality prediction of CUACE model in Xining was tested by using the method of national environmental meteorological numerical model prediction quality inspection and evaluation.The results show that the prediction accuracy of the CAUCE model for the primary pollutants in Xining region during 2015-2017 was generally higher in the winter half year,and the maximum appeared in November 2016.The prediction accuracy in 24,48 and 72 h was more than 70%.The prediction accuracy of the model in the summer half year was low.The primary pollutants in Xining area were PM_(10),PM_(2.5),O_(3),NO_(2) and CO.The prediction accuracy of PM_(10) was the highest,followed by PM_(2.5),while that of O 3 was the lowest.TS score of 24-hour forecast of light pollution was greater than 0 in the winter half year,and it was the highest in December when the unreported rate was also the highest;the empty report rate existed all year round,and was the highest from May to June.Forecast deviation was greater than 0 in the winter half year,and the maximum appeared in January.The 48-hour and 72-hour model forecast were consistent with the 24-hour forecast.The forecast effect of the model on sudden pollution weather was poor,and moderate pollution,severe pollution,and serious pollution weather occurred less frequently in Xining region,so there was fewer model forecast of this kind of pollution.Besides,among the 24-,48-and 72-hour forecast values of the model,there were many empty reports of this kind of pollution,and the empty report rate was high.Xiaoning GUO Changrong TAN Haixiao ZHANG Yu WANG 2022Meteorological and Environmental Research2022,13,1:0
19Effects of Chrome Oxide Concentrate Powder on Properties of Magnesia Composite Materials显示文摘The magnesia composite materials were prepared using fused magnesia,used magnesia chrome bricks, magnesium aluminate spinel, alumina powder and chrome oxide powder as starting materials. In order to improve the performance of magnesia composite material,the influence of chrome oxide concentrate powder on the properties of magnesia composite material was researched. The apparent porosity,bulk density,cold crushing strength,linear expansion and thermal shock resistance of the specimens were determined. The results show that adding chrome oxide concentrate promotes the formation of the composite phases of three kinds of spinel,which is beneficial to the thermal shock resistance. The magnesia chrome spinel can not be formed at high temperatures theoretically,but can dissolve in the magnesia composite material. 20Interfacial synergistic effect in SnO_(2)/PtNi nanocrystals enclosed by high-index facets for high-efficiency ethylene glycol electrooxidation显示文摘Strengthening the oxide-metal interfacial synergistic interaction in nanocatalysts is identified as potential strategy to boost intrinsic activities and the availability of active sites by regulating the surface/interface environment of catalysts.Herein,the SnO_(2)/PtNi concave nanocubes(CNCs)enclosed by high-index facets(HIFs)with tunable SnO_(2)composition are successfully fabricated through combining the hydrothermal and self-assembly method.The interfacial interaction between ultrafine SnO_(2)nanoparticles and PtNi with HIFs surface structure is characterized by analytical techniques.The as-prepared 0.20%SnO_(2)/PtNi catalyst exhibits extraordinarily high catalytic performance for ethylene glycol electrooxidation(EGOR)in acidic conditions with specific activity of 3.06 mA/cm^(2),which represents 6.2-fold enhancement compared with the state-of-the-art Pt/C catalyst.Additionally,the kinetic study demonstrates that the strong interfacial interaction between SnO_(2)and PtNi not only degrades the activation energy barrier during the process of EGOR but also enhances the CO-resistance ability and long-term stability.This study provides a novel perspective to construct highly efficient and stable electrocatalysts for energy conversions.Shuna Li Haixiao Sun Jiaai Zhang Longjiao Zheng Yunrui Li Xu Fang Yujie Liu Qi Song Zhen Wang Yufeng Gao Xin Zhang Xiaoping Dai Yandi Cai Fei Gao 2022Nano Research2022,15,9:0
