2Air route network optimization in fragmented airspace based on cellular automata显示文摘Air route network optimization,one of the essential parts of the airspace planning,is an effective way to optimize airspace resources,increase airspace capacity,and alleviate air traffic congestion.However,little has been done on the optimization of air route network in the fragmented airspace caused by prohibited,restricted,and dangerous areas(PRDs).In this paper,an air route network optimization model is developed with the total operational cost as the objective function while airspace restriction,air route network capacity,and non-straight-line factors(NSLF) are taken as major constraints.A square grid cellular space,Moore neighbors,a fixed boundary,together with a set of rules for solving the route network optimization model are designed based on cellular automata.The empirical traffic of airports with the largest traffic volume in each of the 9 flight information regions in China's Mainland is collected as the origin-destination(OD) airport pair demands.Based on traffic patterns,the model generates 35 air routes which successfully avoids 144 PRDs.Compared with the current air route network structure,the number of nodes decreases by 41.67%,while the total length of flight segments and air routes drop by 32.03% and 5.82% respectively.The NSLF decreases by 5.82% with changes in the total length of the air route network.More importantly,the total operational cost of the whole network decreases by 6.22%.The computational results show the potential benefits of the model and the advantage of the algorithm.Optimization of air route network can significantly reduce operational cost while ensuring operation safety.Shijin WANG Xi CAO Haiyun LI Qingyun LI Xu HANG Yanjun WANG 2017Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,3:16
3Visual Fixation Assessment in Patients with Disorders of Consciousness Based on Brain-Computer Interface显示文摘Visual fixation is an item in the visual function subscale of the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised(CRS-R).Sometimes clinicians using the behavioral scales find it difficult to detect because of the motor impairment in patients with disorders of consciousness(DOCs). Braincomputer interface(BCI) can be used to improve clinical assessment because it directly detects the brain response to an external stimulus in the absence of behavioral expression. In this study, we designed a BCI system to assist the visual fixation assessment of DOC patients. The results from 15 patients indicated that three showed visual fixation in both CRS-R and BCI assessments and one did not show such behavior in the CRS-R assessment but achieved significant online accuracy in the BCI assessment. The results revealed that electroencephalography-based BCI can detect the brain response for visual fixation. 4Optimization of Air Route Network Nodes to Avoid ″Three Areas″ Based on An Adaptive Ant Colony Algorithm显示文摘Air route network(ARN)planning is an efficient way to alleviate civil aviation flight delays caused by increasing development and pressure for safe operation.Here,the ARN shortest path was taken as the objective function,and an air route network node(ARNN)optimization model was developed to circumvent the restrictions imposed by″three areas″,also known as prohibited areas,restricted areas,and dangerous areas(PRDs),by creating agrid environment.And finally the objective function was solved by means of an adaptive ant colony algorithm(AACA).The A593,A470,B221,and G204 air routes in the busy ZSHA flight information region,where the airspace includes areas with different levels of PRDs,were taken as an example.Based on current flight patterns,a layout optimization of the ARNN was computed using this model and algorithm and successfully avoided PRDs.The optimized result reduced the total length of routes by 2.14% and the total cost by 9.875%.Wang Shijin Li Qingyun Cao Xi Li Haiyun 2016Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2016,33,4:8
5The effect of aneurismal-wall mechanical properties on patient-specific hemodynamic simulations:two clinical case reports显示文摘Hemodynamic factors such as the wall shearstress play an important role in the pathogenesis and treatmentof cerebral aneurysms. In present study, we apply computationalfluid-structure interaction analyses on cerebralaneurysms with two different constitutive relations for aneur-ismalwall in order to investigate the effect of the aneur-ismal wall mechanical properties on the simulation results.We carry out these analyses by using two patient-specificmodels of cerebral aneurysms of different sizes located indifferent branches of the circle of Willis. The models areconstructed from 3D rotational angiography image data andblood flow dynamics is studied under physiologically representativewaveform of inflow. From the patient models analyzedin this investigation, we find that the deformations ofcerebral aneurysms are very small. But due to the nonlinearcharacter of the Navier-Stokes equations, these smalldeformations could have significant influences on the flowcharacteristics. In addition, we find that the aneurismal-wallmechanical properties have great effects on the deformationdistribution of the aneurysm, which also affects the wall shearstress distribution and flow patterns. 7Experimental Study on Metal Transfer and Welding Spatter Characteristics of Cellulose Electrode显示文摘Welding spatter cause many problems during the welding process and this issue is particularly important for cellulose electrode welding.The hot flying spatter balls often deteriorate the working environment,and decrease the welding efficiency.Many factors affect the welding spatter,and metal transfer behavior is one of the main factors.Many studies concerning the spatter mechanism in arc welding process were made;most of them focused on the solid wire welding and the study on cellulose electrode is rarely reported.In this paper the metal transfer behavior and the weld spatter characteristics of three commercial cellulose electrodes were studied experimentally by using a high speed camera for visually capturing the metal transfer.The relationship between the metal transfer and the welding spatter was analyzed experimentally by comparing the spatter loss coefficient,which is for quantitative evaluation of welding spatter,with the statistical analysis of the large droplet transfer mode.The results showed that short circuiting transfer,large droplet spray transfer,fine droplet spray transfer and explosive transfer govern the metal transfer modes in cellulose electrode welding.Weld spatter occurred mainly in the deflection of large droplet process,explosive transfer process and fine droplet spraying process.Different metal transfer modes lead to different spatter.The deflection of large droplet and explosive transfer are the main factors of the spatter formation.Minimizing the droplet size and reducing the deflection of large droplet and explosive transfer leads to the reduction the amount of spatter in cellulose electrode welding.LIU Haiyun LI Hui LI Zhuoxin SHI Yaowu 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,6:4
8Locomotor activity and anxiety status, but not spatial working memory,are affected in mice after brief exposure to cuprizone显示文摘Chronic long-term exposure to cuprizone causes severe brain demyelination in mice,which leads to changes in locomotion,working memory and anxiety.These findings suggest the importance of intact myelin for these behaviors.This study aimed to investigate the possible behavioral changes in mice with mild oligodendrocyte/myelin damage that parallels the white matter changes seen in the brains of patients with psychiatric disporders.We used the cuprizonetreated mouse model to test both tissue changes and behavioral functions(locomotor activity,anxiety status,and spatial working memory).The results showed that mice given cuprizone in their diet for 7 days had no significant myelin breakdown as evaluated by immunohistochemical staining for myelin basic protein,while the number of mature oligodendrocytes was reduced.The number and length of Caspr protein clusters,a structural marker of the node of Ranvier,did not change.The locomotor activity of the cuprizonetreated mice increased whereas their anxiety levels were lower than in normal controls;spatial working memory,however,did not change.These results,for the first time,link emotion-related behavior with mild white matter damage in cuprizone-treated mice.Handi Zhang Yanbo Zhang Haiyun Xu Lingyan Wang Jinsong Zhao Junhui Wang Zhijun Zhang Qingrong Tan Jiming Kong Qingjun Huang Xin-Min Li 2013Neuroscience Bulletin2013,29,5:4

11Expression of a cotton profilin gene GhPFN1 is associated with fiber cell elongation显示文摘Profilin is an important actin-binding protein involved in regulating the organization of actin filaments. A cotton profilin gene (GhPFN1) that shares 71% identity to profilin1 of Arabidopsis in its amino acid sequence was isolated. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR showed that GhPFN1 was expressed preferentially in the developing cotton fibers and reached the highest level at the fast elongation stage. 14Effect of photoionisation on initial discharge in air under nanosecond pulse voltage显示文摘Effects of photoionisation on the development and electron runaway of the initial discharge in atmospheric air under nanosecond pulse voltage were studied via twodimensional particle-in-cell/Monte Carlo collision simulations.It was found that photoionisation has little effect at the beginning of the initial discharge.However,as the discharge channel gradually develops towards the anode,photoionisation shows greater impacts on the morphology of discharge but has little influence on the velocity of discharge development.Photoionisation does not appear to have a decisive effect on the growth trend of the highest energy of runaway electrons,but it does affect the change rate of the highest energy and overall distribution of electron energy,resulting in a higher proportion of energetic electrons.The difference in the distributions of the electron energy between the two cases,with and without considering photoionisation,can be attributed to the impact of photoionisation on the discharge morphology,which in turn distorted the electric field.The spatial density distributions of the electrons produced by photoionisation further explained the differences.The authors’results explicitly demonstrate the influence of photoionisation on the development and the electron runaway of the initial discharge under nanosecond pulse voltage,which provides more comprehensive knowledge for the atmospheric air gap nanosecond pulse discharge physics.Yutai Li Yangyang Fu Zhigang Liu Handong Li Peng Wang Haiyun Luo Xiaobing Zou Xinxin Wang 2023High Voltage2023,8,2:2

17Simultaneous passivation of bulk and interface defects through synergistic effect of anion and cation toward efficient and stable planar perovskite solar cells显示文摘Bulk and interface carrier nonradiative recombination losses impede the further improvement of power conversion efficiency(PCE)and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).It is highly necessary to develop multifunctional strategy to minimize surface and interface nonradiative recombination losses.Herein,we report a bulk and interface defect passivation strategy via the synergistic effect of anions and cations,where multifunctional potassium sulphate(K_(2)SO_(4))is incorporated at SnO_(2)/perovskite interface.We find that K^(+)ions in K_(2)SO_(4)diffuse into perovskite layer and suppress the formation of bulk defects in perovskite films,and the SO_(4)^(2-)ions remain located at interface via the strong chemical interaction with SnO_(2)layer and perovskite layer,respectively.Through this synergistic modification strategy,effective defect passivation and improved energy band alignment are achieved simultaneously.These beneficial effects are translated into an efficiency increase from 19.45%to 21.18%with a low voltage deficit of0.53 V mainly as a result of boosted open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))after K_(2)SO_(4)modification.In addition,the K_(2)SO_(4)modification contributes to ameliorated stability.The present work provides a route to minimize bulk and interface nonradiative recombination losses for the simultaneous realization of PCE and stability enhancement by rational anion and cation synergistic engineering.Cong Zhang Huaxin Wang Haiyun Li Qixin Zhuang Cheng Gong Xiaofei Hu Wensi Cai Shuangyi Zhao Jiangzhao Chen Zhigang Zang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,12:2

19The effect of enzymes on release of trace elements in feedstuffs based on in vitro digestion model for monogastric livestock显示文摘Background: This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different feed enzymes(phytase,xylanase,β-glucanase) on release rate of trace elements(Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn) in 6 commonly used feedstuffs(corn,wheat,barley,soybean meal,wheat bran,wheat middlings) by using an in vitro model,simulating the digestive processes in stomach for 2 h and then in small intestine for 6 h at 39 °C.Results: Phytase raised(P < 0.05) the release rate of Cu and Zn in corn,Cu,Zn and Mn in wheat,Cu in barley,Cu,Zn and Mn in soybean meal,Zn,Fe in wheat bran and Zn,Fe,Mn in wheat middlings.The release rate of various trace elements in feedstuffs was increased after xylanase addition.Compared with the control group,the release rate of soluble Cu in corn,wheat,barley and soybean meal,soluble Zn in corn,wheat and wheat middlings and soluble of Mn in corn,wheat,barley and wheat bran increased(P < 0.05) after xylanase treatment.After the treatment of β-glucanase,the release rate of soluble Cu in corn,wheat and wheat bran,soluble Fe in barley,soybean meal and wheat bran and soluble Mn in corn and wheat bran all increased(P < 0.05) compared with the control group.In each feedstuff,after corresponding enzyme treatment,the contents of phytic acid,xylan and β-glucan were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Results showed that bound trace elements in feedstuffs can be released by feed enzymes.It may be necessary to take the trace elements in feedstuffs into account in the actual feed preparation including feed enzymes.Xiaonan Yu Jianan Han Haiyun Li Yiwei Zhang Jie Feng 2019Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2019,10,1:2
