1Vertical Vibration of Moving Strip in Rolling Process Based on Beam Theory显示文摘The shape and thickness qualities of strip are influenced by the vibration of rolling mill.At present,the researches on the vibration of rolling mill are mainly the vertical vibration and torsional vibration of single stand mill,the study on the vibration of tandem rolling mill is rare.For the vibration of tandem rolling mill,the key problem is the vibration of the moving strip between stands.In this paper,considering the dynamic of moving strip and rolling theory,the vertical vibration of moving strip in the rolling process was proposed.Take the moving strip between the two mills of tandem rolling mill in the rolling process as subject investigated,according to the theory of moving beam,the vertical vibration model of moving strip in the rolling process was established.The partial differential equation was discretized by Galerkin truncation method.The natural frequency and stability of the moving strip were investigated and the numerical simulation in time domain was made.Simulation results show that,the natural frequency was strongly influenced by the rolling velocity and tension.With increasing of the rolling velocity,the first three natural frequencies decrease,the fourth natural frequency increases;with increasing of the unit tension,when the rolling velocity is high and low,respectively,the low order dimensionless natural frequency gradually decreases and increases,respectively.According to the stability of moving strip,the critical speed was determined,and the matching relationship of the tension and rolling velocity was also determined.This model can be used to study the stability of moving strip,improve the quality of strip and develop new rolling technology from the aspect of dynamics.SUN Jianliang PENG Yan LIU Hongmin JIANG Guangbiao 2009Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,5:23
2The determination of 52 elements in marine geological samples by an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry and an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with a high-pressure closed digestion method显示文摘An improved analytical method to determine the content of 52 major, minor and trace elements in marine geological samples, using a HF-HCl-HNO_3 acid system with a high-pressure closed digestion method(HPCD), is studied by an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) and an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The operating parameters of the instruments are optimized, and the optimal analytical parameters are determined. The influences of optical spectrum and mass spectrum interferences, digestion methods and acid systems on the analytical results are investigated. The optimal spectral lines and isotopes are chosen, and internal standard element of rhodium is selected to compensate for matrix effects and analytical signals drifting. Compared with the methods of an electric heating plate digestion and a microwave digestion, a high-pressure closed digestion method is optimized with less acid, complete digestion,less damage for digestion process. The marine geological samples are dissolved completely by a HF-HCl-HNO_3 system, the relative error(RE) for the analytical results are all less than 6.0%. The method detection limits are 2–40μg/g by the ICP-OES, and 6–80 ng/g by ICP-MS. The methods are used to determine the marine sediment reference materials(GBW07309, GBW07311, GBW07313), rock reference materials(GBW07103, GBW07104,GBW07105), and cobalt-rich crust reference materials(GBW07337, GBW07338, GBW07339), the obtained analytical results are in agreement with the certified values, and both of the relative standard deviation(RSD) and the relative error(RE) are less than 6.0%. 3Coupled Dynamic Modeling of Rolls Model and Metal Model for Four High Mill Based on Strip Crown Control显示文摘The crown is a key quality index of strip and plate,the rolling mill system is a complex nonlinear system,the strip qualities are directly affected by the dynamic characteristics of the rolling mil.At present,the studies about the dynamic modeling of the rolling mill system mainly focus on the dynamic simulation for the strip thickness control system,the dynamic characteristics of the strip along the width direction and that of the rolls along axial direction are not considered.In order to study the dynamic changes of strip crown in the rolling process,the dynamic simulation model based on strip crown control is established.The work roll and backup roll are considered as elastic continuous bodies and the work roll and backup roll are joined by a Winkler elastic layer.The rolls are considered as double freely supported beams.The change rate of roll gap is taken into consideration in the metal deformation,based on the principle of dynamic conservation of material flow,the two dimensional dynamic model of metal is established.The model of metal deformation provides exciting force for the rolls dynamic model,and the rolls dynamic model and metal deformation model couple together.Then,based on the two models,the dynamic model of rolling mill system based on strip crown control is established.The Newmark-β method is used to solve the problem,and the dynamic changes of these parameters are obtained as follows:(1) The bending of work roll and backup roll changes with time;(2) The strip crown changes with time;(3) The distribution of rolling force changes with time.Take some cold tandem rolling mill as subject investigated,simulation results and the comparisons with experimental results show that the dynamic model built is rational and correct.The proposed research provides effective theory for optimization of device and technological parameters and development of new technology,plays an important role to improve the strip control precision and strip shape quality.SUN Jianliang PENG Yan LIU Hongmin 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,1:10

5Development and Preliminary Evaluation of a Double-cell Ozonesonde显示文摘Ozonesondes are widely used to obtain ozone concentration profiles from the surface to the upper atmosphere. A kind of double-cell ozonesonde has been developed at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics(IAP), Chinese Academy of Sciences(named the 'IAP ozonesonde') based on previous experience over the past 20 years of developing the singlecell GPSO3 ozonesonde. The IAP ozonesonde is of the Electrochemical Concentration Cell(ECC) type. A detailed description of the IAP ozonesonde is firstly provided in the present paper, followed by a presentation of results from a series of launches carried out to evaluate its performance. The analysis involved comparing its observations with measurements from the GPSO3 and ECC ozonesondes(Model type ENSCI-Z) as well as a Brewer spectrophotometer. The results showed that the IAP ozonesonde is a vast improvement over the GPSO3 ozonesonde, able to capture vertical ozone structures very well and in good agreement with ECC ozonesonde measurements. The average difference in the ozone partial pressure between the IAP and ECC ozonesondes was 0.3 mPa from the surface to 2.5 km, close to zero from 2.5 to 9 km and generally less than 1 mPa for layers higher than 9 km. The apparent deviation is likely caused by a decreasing pump flow rate in the IAP ozonesonde which needs further improvement. The total ozone amounts measured by the IAP ozonesonde profiles were highly comparable with the Brewer data with a relative difference of 6%. 9Establishment Method of Shape Standard Curve Based on Stepwise Optimization and Its Compensation Models显示文摘There are very few researches on the shape standard curve currently,and they merely remain on the level of description of the general concept and production experiences,lacking of the in-depth theoretical analysis,and the concrete principle,method and steps for determining the shape standard curve are not put forward,therefore,they are not applicable in industrial production.This is the weakest spot in the research on the basic shape theory.In this paper,the basic shape standard curve and the transverse distribution curve of the exit thickness are attained with stepwise optimization,which is based on the theoretical calculation method of the shape standard curve of strip mills proposed by authors.By calculating the shape discrimination model and the shape forecast model separately,the simultaneous iterative calculation by the previous method is avoided,and the speed and stability of calculation are improved.The compensation models of the transverse temperature difference of the strip,the shape detection roller deflection and the shape of the strip coil are established,respectively,meantime,the basic shape standard curves are compensated,and the relatively perfect theoretical establishment method of the shape standard curve is formed.The simulation and calculation are done on a 1 220 mm five-stand cold strip tandem mill.The simulation and calculation result shows that the principle,method and steps for determining the shape standard curve are correct and feasible,and the correctness of theoretical analysis and calculation is verified.This paper proposes an idea and a method for the establishment of the shape standard curve in the rolling processes of cold strip mills,which develop the theory and model of the shape standard curve and improve the quality and efficiency of the shape control in the rolling processes of cold strip mills.SUN Yabo LIU Hongmin PENG Yan 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,1:1

18Characterization of YSZ Ceramic Nanopowders Synthesized at Different Temperatures via Polyacrylamide Gel Method显示文摘Tetragonal zirconia (T-ZrO2) ceramic nanopowders stabilized with 3 mol% Y2O3 were synthesized via polyacrylamide gel method, using ZrOCl2?8H2O and Y(NO3)3?6H2O as raw materials. The effect of temperature on phase composition and morphology of YSZ nanopowders and sintering behavior of YSZ ceramics was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Vickers hardness tester. The aging-resistance of YSZ ceramics was measured by means of aging experiments. The results demonstrated that the phase composition of YSZ ceramic nanopowders had no obvious change and it was composed of T-ZrO2. Particle size of well-dispersed YSZ ceramic nanopowders increased from 17 to 35 nm with increasing calcining temperature from 600 to 800 ℃. There was noticeable negative correlation between calcining temperature and the relative density of YSZ ceramic at the same sintering temperature. The aging experiments showed that water vapor facilitated tetragonal to monoclinic phase transformation, and the sample that had smaller grain size exhibited better aging-resistance. It can be concluded that when the calcining temperature is 600 ℃ and sintering temperature is 1550 ℃, the relative density and hardness of YSZ ceramic arrive at the peak of 96.64% and 11.135 GPa respectively, and it has less microcracks and excellent aging-resistance.刘婷 陈伟东 JU Hongmin YAN Shufang MA Wen 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,3:1
