1A distributed cooperative guidance law for salvo attack of multiple anti-ship missiles显示文摘The consensus problem of impact time is addressed for multiple anti-ship missiles. A new distributed cooperative guidance law with the form of biased proportional navigation guidance(BPNG) is presented. The proposed guidance law employs the available measurements of relative impact time error as the feedback information to achieve the consensus of impact time among missiles and, by exploiting the special structure of the biased cooperative control term, it can handle the seeker's field-of-view(FOV) constraint. The proposed scheme ensures convergence to consensus of impact time under either fixed or switching sensing/communication network, and the topological requirements are less restrictive than those in the existing results. 3Synthesis of CNT film on the surface of micro-pyramid array and its intense pulsed emission characteristics显示文摘We developed a new scheme to suppress the electric-field-screening effect in high growth density of a carbon nanotube(CNT) film during its intense pulsed emission.We synthesize the CNT film on a tridimensional surface(t-CNT film).The tridimensional surface includes wet etched silicon pyramids,and the Ni layer is electroless plated thereon.The intense pulsed emission characteristics of the t-CNT and planar-grown CNT(p-CNT) films were measured using a diode structure in single-pulse mode.The even turn-on field decreased from 5.5 V/μm for p-CNTs to 2.8 V/m for t-CNTs,and the peak emission current increased from 232 A for p-CNTs to 324 A for t-CNTs at a peak field intensity ~12.2 V/m.The peak current of the t-CNT film increased by ~39.7% over the p-CNT film.It is clear that the micro-pyramid array can effectively suppress the field screening effect to improve the electron-emission of CNT films.ZENG FanGuang LI Xin LIU WeiHua QIAO ShuZhen MA HuaLi ZHANG Rui XIA LianSheng CHEN Yi LIU XingGuang ZHANG Huang 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,14:10
4Rescued virus from infectious cDNA clone of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus is adapted to RK13 cells line显示文摘Based on the infectious full-length cDNA clone of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV), the in vitro transcripts are introduced into RK13 cells. 12 h later, CPE could be observed clearly, and virual antigen could also be detected by IFA. The titre of the recovered virus is 104.6/mL. Immune electron micro-scopic observation of the virus particles revealed that the particles were rotund with a diameter of about 30 nm. Besides, virus titre quantification obtained by qRT-PCR showed a correlation between time from infection and virus titre. 5Ni-Co/Mg-Al catalyst derived from hydrotalcite-like compound prepared by plasma for dry reforming of methane显示文摘Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts with different Ni/Co content were derived from cold plasma jet decomposition and reduction of hydrotalcite-like compounds containing Ni,Co,Mg and Al,and their catalytic performance was investigated with dry reforming of methane.Experimental results showed that the hydrotalcite-like precursors could be completely decomposed and partly reduced by cold plasma jet,and the Nicontained catalysts exhibited much higher activity than the catalyst without Ni.Especially,the catalyst with Ni/Co ratio of 8/2 achieved not only the highest conversions of 80.3%and 69.3%for CH4 and CO2,respectively,but also the best stability in 100 h testing.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS,TEM and N2 adsorption techniques,and the results showed that the better performance of the 8Ni2Co bimetallic catalyst was attributed to its higher metal dispersion,smaller metal particle size,as well as the interaction effect between Ni and Co,which were brought by the special catalyst preparation method.Huali Long Yan Xu Xiaoqing Zhang Shijing Hu Shuyong Shang Yongxiang Yin Xiaoyan Dai 2013Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,5:8
6Comparison of alternative extraction methods for secretome profiling in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells显示文摘Secreted proteins are important sources for early detection and diagnosis of disease, and as such have received considerable attention. The extraction of low concentration proteins from large volumes of culture media, which are rich in salts and other compounds that interfere with most proteomics techniques, presents a problem for secretome studies. Ultrafiltration, precipitation, and dialysis are three major extraction methods that can be used to overcome this problem. The present study for the first time, compared the merits and shortcomings of these three methods, without bias. Centrifugal ultrafiltration provided the best extraction efficiency, and precipitation provided the highest number of identifiable proteins. The three methods yielded closely related, but different, information on the secretome; thus, they should be considered complementary or, at least, supplementary methods. Three hundred and sixty unique proteins were identified, including 211 potential secreted proteins. Compared with previous studies, this study also identified 42 new secreted proteins. 7Improvement in the intense pulsed emission stability of grown CNT films via an electroless plated Ni layer显示文摘Carbon nanotube(CNT)films were grown on silicon wafers with and without a nickel layer(Si-CNT and Ni-CNT)via the pyrolysis of iron phthalocyanine.The nickel layer was prepared using the electroless plating method.To study the emission stability of Si-CNT and Ni-CNT cathodes during intense pulsed emission,emission characteristics were measured repeatedly with a diode structure using a Marx generator as a voltage source.For the peak values of the pulsed voltage,which were in the range between 1.62-1.66 MV(corresponding to electric field intensities between 11.57-11.85 V/μm),the first cycle emission current was 109.4 A for Si-CNT and 180.5 A for Ni-CNT.By comparing the normalized emission currents of the Si-CNT and Ni-CNT cathodes,the improvement in the emission stability can be easily quantified.The number of emission cycles necessary for the peak current to decay from 100%to 50%increased from^3 for Si-CNT to^11 for a Ni-CNT film.ZENG FanGuang LI Xin LIU WeiHua QIAO ShuZhen MA HuaLi ZHANG Rui XIA LianSheng CHEN Yi LIU XingGuang ZHANG Huang 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,22:7

9Gene Cloning and Expression of the Pyrroline-5-carboxylate Reductase Gene of Perennial Ryegrass(Lolium perenne)显示文摘Salt and drought limit the range of applications of perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.), which is one of the important turf and forage grasses. Previous studies have suggested that pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase(P5CR) might play a central role in proline accumulation in plants that are responsive to stresses. In the present study, the Lolium perenne L. pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase(LpP 5CR) gene was cloned from leaves of the cultivar ‘Derby' using the RACE technique. The full-length LpP 5CR gene was 1 047 bp in length, which comprised an open reading frame(ORF) of 840 bp in size. Sequence alignment revealed that the putative Lp P5 CR had a 94.3% similarity to Ta P5 CR. q RT-PCR displayed that the mR NA levels of the LpP 5CR gene were almost the same as that in the roots, stems, and leaves of perennial ryegrass seedlings subjected to normal condition or NaC l treatment for 1 h. Moreover, the transcription level of LpP 5CR was up- or down- regulated with Na Cl, polyethylene glycol(PEG), cold, or abscisic acid(ABA) treatment for 3 to 48 h. In addition, confocal microscopy localized the GFP-Lp P5 CR fusion protein to the cytoplasm of onion epidermal cells. 10The calcium-dependent protein kinase ZmCDPK7 functions in heat-stress tolerance in maize显示文摘Global warming poses a serious threat to crops.Calcium-dependent protein kinases(CDPKs)/CPKs play vital roles in plant stress responses,but their exact roles in plant thermotolerance remains elusive.Here,we explored the roles of heat-induced ZmCDPK7 in thermotolerance in maize.ZmCDPK7-overexpressing maize plants displayed higher thermotolerance,photosynthetic rates,and antioxidant enzyme activity but lower H2 O2 and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents than wild-type plants under heat stress.ZmCDPK7-knockdown plants displayed the opposite patterns.ZmCDPK7 is attached to the plasma membrane but can translocate to the cytosol under heat stress.ZmCDPK7 interacts with the small heat shock protein sHSP17.4,phosphorylates sHSP17.4 at Ser-44 and the respiratory burst oxidase homolog RBOHB at Ser-99,and up regulates their expression.Site-directed mutagenesis of sHSP17.4 to generate a Ser-44-Ala substitution reduced ZmCDPK7’s enhancement of catalase activity but enhanced ZmCDPK7’s suppression of MDA accumulation in heat-stressed maize protoplasts.sHSP17.4,ZmCDPK7,and RBOHB were less strongly upregulated in response to heat stress in the abscisic acid-deficient mutant vp5 versus the wild type.Pretreatment with an RBOH inhibitor suppressed sHSP17.4 and ZmCDPK7 expression.Therefore,abscisic acid-induced ZmCDPK7 functions both upstream and downstream of RBOH and participates in thermotolerance in maize by mediating the phosphorylation of sHSP17.4,which might be essential for its chaperone function.Yulong Zhao Hanwei Du Yankai Wang Huali Wang Shaoyu Yang Chaohai Li Ning Chen Hao Yang Yihao Zhang Yulin Zhu Luyao Yang Xiuli Hu 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,3:6

12Enhanced photocatalytic degradation of organic contaminants over CaFe_(2)O_(4) under visible LED light irradiation mediated by peroxymonosulfate显示文摘A simple sol-gel approach is proposed herein to fabricate CaFe_(2)O_(4)for the degradation of various organic pollutants(rhodamine B(RhB),tetracycline hydrochloride,humic acid,and methylene orange)under LED light irradiation mediated by peroxymonosulfate(PMS).The results indicate that the calcination temperature can significantly influence the performance of CaFe_(2)O_(4)for PMS activation,and the CaFe_(2)O_(4)sample obtained at 800℃(CaFe_(2)O_(4)-800)exhibits the best efficiency in degrading RhB,which is much higher than that of Fe_2o_(3)-800.This can be attributed to the efficient separation of photogenerated electrons(e^(-))and holes(h^(+))by PMS,which is validated by transient photocurrent response and photoluminescence measurements.Results from density functio nal theo ry calculations indicate that the valence band of CaFe_(2)O_(4)-800 exhibits a high concentration of carriers and weak localization of electrons,which are favorable for PMS activation.Radical scavenging results confirm that h^(+)and O_(2)^(·-)are the dominant reactive species.Moreover,CaFe_(2)O_(4)-800 not only demonstrated a stable performance during eight cycling runs with negligible iron leaching but also exhibited excellent degradation efficiency under natural water and sunlight.Finally,the mechanism and pathway of RhB degradation by the CaFe_(2)O_(4)-800/PMS/LED system are also proposed.This work presents the enormous prospect of CaFe_(2)O_(4)as an environmentally benign photocatalyst for PMS activation.Sheng Guo Zhixiong Yang Huali Zhang Wei Yang Jun Li Kun Zhou 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,3:3
13Characteristics and Driving Forces of Spatial Expansion of Oasis Cities and Towns in Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, China显示文摘This paper presents an integrated study of urban spatial expansion in the Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, China based on TM, ETM remote sensing data in 1987, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2006 and 2011. The study explores the characteristics of urban spatial expansion and dynamic mechanism by using expansion speed index, expansion intensity index, compact index, fractal dimension, and extended flexibility index. We built the index system of influencing factors of urban spatial expansion by using the grey incidence model. The results showed that urban spatial expansion rate in the Hexi Corridor has been on the upward trend since 1987. Expansion intensity showed an obvious upward trend, however, the upward trend varied in different urban areas. In addition, the urban structure was loose relatively, but the urban compactness was more obvious. The urban spatial form tended to be simple, and the urban land use tended to become more intensive. Urban spatial expansion experienced several stages: padding internally, external expansion and padding internally. 14Identification of human LDHC4 as a potential target for anticancer drug discovery显示文摘One of the distinct hallmarks of cancer cells is aerobic glycolysis(Warburg effect). Lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA) is thought to play a key role in aerobic glycolysis and has been extensively studied, while lactate dehydrogenase C(LDHC), an isoform of LDHA, has received much less attention.Here we showed that human LDHC was significantly expressed in lung cancer tissues, overexpression of Ldhc in mice could promote tumor growth, and knock-down of LDHC could inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer A549 cells. We solved the first crystal structure of human LDHC4 and found that the activesite loop of LDHC4 adopted a distinct conformation compared to LDHA4 and lactate dehydrogenase B4(LDHB4). Moreover, we found that(ethylamino)(oxo)acetic acid shows about 10 times selective inhibition against LDHC4 over LDHA4 and LDHB4. 15Identification and characterization of human neuronal voltage-gated calcium channel gamma 3 subunit gene显示文摘By homologous expressed sequence tag (EST) searching, one EST (GenBank: W29095) was obtained, which shows 75% identity in 435 bp overlap with the coding sequence of mouse Cacng2 gene. A 1 545 bp cDNA fragment was obtained from the nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and rapid applification of cDNA end (RACE) reaction in the human brain prefrontal cortex cDNA library and the human brain Ready cDNA with the primers designed on W29095. The fragment contained a 948-bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding 315 amino acids, and was named CACNG3. As it was identical to a BAC clone (GenBank: AC004125) from chromosome 16p12-p13.1, the CACNG3 gene was mapped to human chromosome 16p12-p13.1, and the coding region was composed of 4 exons. Reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) analysis showed that the CACNG3 gene expressed in human adult brain and fetal brain. 19STAT3 ameliorates truncated tau-induced cognitive deficits显示文摘Proteolytic cleavage of tau by asparagine endopeptidase(AEP)creates tau-N368 fragments,which may drive the pathophysiology associated with synaptic dysfunction and memory deterioration in the brain of Alzheimer’s disease patients.Nonetheless,the molecular mechanisms of truncated tau-induced cognitive deficits remain unclear.Evidence suggests that signal transduction and activator of transcription-3(STAT3)is associated with modulating synaptic plasticity,cell apoptosis,and cognitive function.Using luciferase reporter assays,electrophoretic mobility shift assays,western blotting,and immunofluorescence,we found that human tau-N368 accumulation inhibited STAT3 activity by suppressing STAT3 translocation into the nucleus.Overexpression of STAT3 improved tau-N368-induced synaptic deficits and reduced neuronal loss,thereby improving the cognitive deficits in tau-N368 mice.Moreover,in tau-N368 mice,activation of STAT3 increased N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor levels,decreased Bcl-2 levels,reversed synaptic damage and neuronal loss,and thereby alleviated cognitive deficits caused by tau-N368.Taken together,STAT3 plays a critical role in truncated tau-related neuropathological changes.This indicates a new mechanism behind the effect of tau-N368 on synapses and memory deficits.STAT3 can be used as a new molecular target to treat tau-N368-induced protein pathology.Bingge Zhang Huali Wan Maimaitijiang Maierwufu Qian Liu Ting Li Ye He Xin Wang Gongping Liu Xiaoyue Hong Qiong Feng 2024Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,4:1
20Context-Aware Recommendation System using Graph-based Behaviours Analysis显示文摘Recommendation systems have been extensively studied over the last decade in various domains. It has been considered a powerful tool for assisting business owners in promoting sales and helping users with decision-making when given numerous choices. In this paper, we propose a novel Graph-based Context-Aware Recommendation Systems with Knowledge Graph to analyse and predict users’ behaviours, i.e., making recommendations based on historical events and their implicit associations. The model incorporates contextual information extracted from both users’ historical behaviours and events relations, where the contexts have been modelled as knowledge graphs. By leveraging the advantages offered from the knowledge graph, events dependencies and their subtle relations can be established and have been introduced in the recommendation process.
