| 1 | Exosome-functionalized magnesium-organic framework-based scaffoldswith osteogenic, angiogenic and anti-inflammatory properties foraccelerated bone regeneration显示文摘Exosomes derived from human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSCs-Exos) have shown potential as an effectivetherapeutic tool for repairing bone defects. Although metal-organic framework (MOF) scaffolds are promisingstrategies for bone tissue regeneration, their potential use for exosome loading remains unexplored. In this study,motivated by the potential advantages of hADSCs-Exos and Mg-GA MOF, we designed and synthesized anexosome-functionalized cell-free PLGA/Mg-GA MOF (PLGA/Exo-Mg-GA MOF) scaffold, taking using of thebenefits of hADSCs-Exos, Mg2+, and gallic acid (GA) to construct unique nanostructural interfaces to enhanceosteogenic, angiogenic and anti-inflammatory capabilities simultaneously. Our in vitro work demonstrated thebeneficial effects of PLGA/Exo-Mg-GA MOF composite scaffolds on the osteogenic effects in human bonemarrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) and angiogenic effects in human umbilical endothelial cells(HUVECs). Slowly released hADSCs-Exos from composite scaffolds were phagocytosed by co-cultured cells,stabilized the bone graft environment, ensured blood supply, promoted osteogenic differentiation, and acceleratedbone reconstruction. Furthermore, our in vivo experiments with rat calvarial defect model showed thatPLGA/Exo-Mg-GA MOF scaffolds promoted new bone formation and satisfactory osseointegration. | 2 | New progress of microbial prospecting of oil and gas in China:Taking the Satellite Oilfield in Daqing as an example显示文摘The Microbial Prospecting of Oil and Gas(MPOG) is applied to the matured development area in the Satellite Oilfield in Daqing for the first time. And with the MPOG,the hydrocarbon accumulation regulation controlled by faults is interpreted,and the matured development area is extended out to western part. At the same time,four microbial anomalies are discovered. The MPOG results were verified by the hydrocarbon-bearing conditions of the 10 drilled wells within the following half a year,and the consistent rate is up to 80%,which add about 300×104 t of the explored petroleum-in-place. Through study and successful application of MPOG to the Satellite Oilfield,the basis of the application from the exploration to development field is substantially established,and standard system of microbial anomaly is more precisely built for the Satellite Oilfield,which provided an effective explanatory item for the studied and adjacent region,even for the whole Songliao Basin,and also a new technique for complicated reservoirs,especially for the later stage development of litho-reservoirs in China. | 5 | Quantitative studies of hydrocarbon loss of the Silurian bitumen sandstone in the Tarim Basin显示文摘The evolution of Tarim Basin experienced several tectonic movements,of which Caledonian movement caused a serious damage to reservoirs of Silurian. The earlier reservoirs size and the later hydrocarbon loss are two key factors to exploration prospect of Silurian. On the basis of net thickness of bituminous sandstone and recovery coefficient of crude oil converting to bitumen,the scale of the hydrocarbon loss of palaeo-accumulation in bitumen sandstone of Silurian was calculated (86.30×108t). The deter-mination of net thickness of bitumen sandstone was completed mainly by several methods,such as physical property demarcation,observing lithology,grains with oil inclusion (GOI) technology,and quantitative grains fluorescence (QGF) technology. The samples of black sandstone and white sand-stone were collected and compared by means of the methods mentioned above. The results showed that there was little hydrocarbon,or none,in the white sandstone. The recovery coefficient was ob-tained by the analyses of plentiful physical parameters of crude oil and bitumen sandstone,based on the hypothesis that nonhydrocarbon compounds and bitumen were invariable in the process of bitu-men forming.
