1Multifunctional barium titanate ceramics via chemical modification tuning phase structure显示文摘Global environmental concerns on the toxicity of lead-based piezoelectrics impel the great mass fervor on investigations of lead-free alternatives.Barium titanate(BaTiO3,BT)ceramics,the first discovered perovskite ferroelectrics,were widely employed to fabricate dielectric capacitors from 1950s.Since a piezoelectric breakthrough was achieved via chemical modification,intensive researches have been performed embracing lead-free BT-based piezoelectrics and their extensional functionalities.In this review,we encompass the stateof-the-art progress on chemical modification tuning phase structure toward advanced electrical properties in BT-based ceramics.Generally,modulated regularity of cations substitution on phase transition is summarized and clarified.Then,we highlight the common methodologies of phase structure(phase boundary,relaxor phase,room-temperature phase transition,etc.)design for optimizing piezoelectricity,electrostrictive strain,electrocaloric,dielectric energy storage or permittivity performances,and cover the noticeable developments and relevant physical mechanisms.Finally,perspectives and challenges on future research issues are featured.This review proposes to exert the significant guidance and service for material design of BT-based and other lead-free perovskite materials with superior functionalities.Chunlin Zhao Yanli Huang Jiagang Wu 2020InfoMat2020,2,6:9
2A Survey on Emerging Computing Paradigms for Big Data显示文摘The explosive growth of data volume and the ever-increasing demands of data value extraction have driven us into the era of big data. The '5V'(Variety,Velocity, Volume, Value, and Veracity) characteristics of big data pose great challenges to traditional computing paradigms and motivate the emergence of new solutions.Cloud computing is one of the representative technologies that can perform massive-scale and complex data computing by taking advantages of virtualized resources, parallel processing and data service integration with scalable data storage. However, as we are also experiencing the revolution of Internet-of-things(IoT), the limitations of cloud computing on supporting lightweight end devices significantly impede the flourish of cloud computing at the intersection of big data and IoT era. It also promotes the urgency of proposing new computing paradigms. We provide an overview on the topic of big data, and a comprehensive survey on how cloud computing as well as its related technologies can address the challenges arisen by big data.Then, we analyze the disadvantages of cloud computing when big data encounters IoT, and introduce two promising computing paradigms, including fog computing and transparent computing, to support the big data services of IoT. 3Effects of rare-earth dopants on phase structure and electrical properties of lead-free bismuth sodium titanate-based ceramics显示文摘In this work,the effects of rare earth(RE)dopants on the phase structure,microstructure,and electrical properties of lead-free bismuth sodium titanate(BNT)-based ceramics were studied.Rare earth elements(i.e.,Sm,Gd,Ho,Pr,Y,and Yb)were selected as the dopants to replace the Bi site of Bi_(0.5)(Na_(0.8)K_(0.2))0.5TiO_(3) ceramics.It was found that the addition of moderate RE ions reduced the temperature of ferroelectricrelaxor transition(T_(f-r))and the dielectric maximum at lower temperature,while the slight influence on the dielectric maximum at higher temperature and microstructure were observed.Hereby,the threestage evolution of phase structure after introducing RE ions was confirmed.A high piezoelectric coefficient d_(33) of ~190 pC/N was achieved due to the improved dielectric constant in the state with stable electric field-induced ferroelectric phase.The high strain property and converse piezoelectric coefficient d_(33)* of ~340 pm/V were obtained in the state with the coexistence of nonergodic and ergodic relaxor phases when T_(f-r) approached room temperature.The degenerated overall electromechanical properties exhibited in the state with complete ergodic relaxor phase.This study affords a significant guidance for optimizing the piezoelectricity of BNT-based ceramics utilizing rare earth dopants.Anping Deng Jiagang Wu 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,2:7
4Runout prediction and dynamic characteristic analysis of a potential submarine landslide in Liwan 3-1 gas field显示文摘A large number of submarine landslides with different scales have been identified in the canyon area of the submarine pipeline route of Liwan 3-1 gas field. There is still much chance that submarine slope failures would happen, and the following mass movement would present great risk to the submarine pipeline. In view of this, a numerical prediction method based on Eulerian-Eulerian two-phase flow model is introduced to simulate the mass movement of potential submarine landslides. The sliding soil and ambient water are respectively simulated by Herschel-Bulkley rheology model and Newtonian fluid model. The turbulence is simulated using the k-e model. Compared with both the experiment data and Bing result, the two-phase flow model shows a good accuracy, and its result is more close to the actual situation; the dynamic coupling between soil and ambient water can be effectively simulated and the phenomena of hydroplaning and head detachment can be obtained.Finally, the soil movement of a potential submarine landslide is simulated as an example, according to the seismic profile in the canyon area. The result shows that the hydroplaning occurs during the movement process. The runout distance calculated by the two-phase flow model is 877 m, which is 27.1% larger than the Bing result.However, the peak front velocity of soil is relative small, with a maximum value of 8.32 m/s. 5Immature crude oils in the salt lake depositional environment are related to organic matter precipitated at stage of carbonate in salt lake sedimentation sequences显示文摘The present paper studies the mineralogy and geochemistry of a geological section in Jianghan basin. Widely distributed immature oils in this basin have been shown to relate to the carbonate depositional stage of salt lake sedimentation cycle. 6Mass movements in small canyons in the northeast of Baiyun deepwater area, north of the South China Sea显示文摘The process of mass movements and their consequent turbidity currents in large submarine canyons has been widely reported, however, little attention was paid to that in small canyons. In this paper, we document mass movements in small submarine canyons in the northeast of Baiyun deepwater area, north of the South China Sea(SCS), and their strong effects on the evolution of the canyons based on geophysical data. Submarine canyons in the study area arrange closely below the shelf break zone which was at the depth of –500 m. Within submarine canyons, seabed surface was covered with amounts of failure scars resulted from past small-sized landslides. A complex process of mass transportation in the canyons is indicated by three directions of mass movements.Recent mass movement deposits in the canyons exhibit translucent reflections or parallel reflections which represent the brittle deformation and the plastic deformation, respectively. The area of most landslides in the canyons is less than 3 km2. The trigger mechanisms for mass movements in the study area are gravitational overloading, slope angle and weak properties of soil. Geophysical data indicate that the genesis of submarine canyons is the erosion of mass movements and consequent turbidity currents. The significant effects of mass movements on canyon are incision and sediment transportation at the erosion phases and fillings supply at the fill phases. 8Potassium sodium niobate based lead-free ceramic for high-frequency ultrasound transducer applications显示文摘The BiAlO_(3)(BA)and(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))ZrO_(3)(BNZ)are selected to form a solid solution with(K_(0.48)Na_(0.52))NbO_(3) via traditional solid state technique to optimize the electrical performance and temperature stability of KNNbased lead-free ceramics,simultaneously.Here we show that doped BA has a great influence on phase structure,morphologies,and electrical properties.The XRD patterns and dielectric constant versus temperature curves reveal that an increase in the BA content results in a transform of phase structures from a coexistence state of rhombohedral,orthorhombic and tetragonal phases to pseudocubic phase.Owing to the construction of R-O-T phase boundary,optimized performances(T_(C)~336℃,d_(33)~306 pC/N,kp=0.48)are obtained in 0.962(K_(0.48)Na_(0.52))NbO_(3)-0.003BiAlO_(3)-0.035(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))ZrO_(3)(KNN-3)ceramics.Based on the sintered KNN-3 ceramic samples,high-frequency ultrasound imaging transducers are designed and fabricated,which exhibits a high center frequency of 24.5 MHz,a broad -6 dB bandwidth of 97% and a high-sensitivity.Finally,the imaging characteristic of the lead-free transducers is demonstrated via ex vivo imaging of biological tissue structure.As environment friendly materials,the excellent electrical and acoustic performance of developed KNN-based ceramics has great potential for practical applications.Jie Xing Laiming Jiang Chunlin Zhao Zhi Tan Qian Xu Jiagang Wu Qiang Chen Dingquan Xiao Jianguo Zhu 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,3:3
9A BRD4 PROTAC nanodrug for glioma therapy via the intervention of tumor cells proliferation,apoptosis and M2 macrophages polarization显示文摘Glioma is a primary aggressive brain tumor with high recurrence rate.The poor efficiency of chemotherapeutic drugs crossing the blood-brain barrier(BBB) is well-known as one of the main challenges for anti-glioma therapy.Moreover,massive infiltrated tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) in glioma further thwart the drug efficacy.Herein,a therapeutic nanosystem(SPP-ARV-825) is constructed by incorporating the BRD4-degrading proteolytic targeting chimera(PROTAC) ARV-825 into the complex micelle(SPP) composed of substance P(SP) peptide-modified poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(D,L-lactic acid)(SP-PEG-PDLL A) and methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(D,L-lac tic acid)(mPEG-PDLL A,PP),which could penetrate BBB and target brain tumor.Subsequently,released drug engenders antitumor effect via attenuating cells proliferation,inducing cells apoptosis and suppressing M2 macrophages polarization through the inhibition of IRF4 promoter transcription and phosphorylation of STAT6,STAT3 and AKT.Taken together,our work demonstrates the versatile role and therapeutic efficacy of SPP-ARV-825 micelle against glioma,which may provide a novel strategy for glioma therapy in future.Tingting Yang Yuzhu Hu Junming Miao Jing Chen Jiagang Liu Yongzhong Cheng Xiang Gao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,6:2
10Novel titanium dioxide ceramics containing bismuth and antimony显示文摘Here,we developed one kind of novel TiO_(2) ceramics with colossal dielectric constant by chemical modifications(Bi^(3+) and Sb^(5+)),and discussed the physical origin for giant dielectric constant.Effects of Bi and/or Sb on their microstructure,dielectric properties as well as its frequency and temperature stability were studied in detail.It was found that their dielectric properties are strongly sensitive to(Bi,Sb)contents,and colossal dielectric permittivity(CP)(10^(4)~10^(5))together with low dielectric loss(~5.7%)can be obtained in a wide composition range.In addition,all the ceramics possessed good frequency(10^(2)~10^(6)Hz)and temperature(-150-200℃)stability of dielectric properties.In addition,the defects caused by the Bi volatilization may be the reason for higher dielectric properties of(Bi_(0.5)Sb_(0.5))_(x)Ti_(1-x)O_(2) ceramics with respect to(A_(0.5)Sb_(0.5))_(x)Ti_(1-x)O_(2)(A=In,Pr,Dy,Sm,Gd,Yb,Ga,Al,Fe or Sc).According to the results of complex impedance and XPS,the electron-pinned defect-dipoles may be suitable to explain the CP phenomenon,and oxygen vacancies-induced by Bi^(3+)&Sb^(5+) substitution for Ti^(4+) should be responsible for conduction mechanism.We believe that this profound investigation can benefit the development of TiO_(2) ceramics as a CP material.Zhenwei Li Jiagang Wu 2017Journal of Materiomics2017,3,2:2
11Analysis on internal mechanism of zedoary turmeric in treatment of liver cancer based on pharmacodynamic substances and pharmacodynamic groups显示文摘Zedoary tumeric(Curcumae Rhizoma,Ezhu in Chinese)has a long history of application and has great potential in the treatment of liver cancer.The antiliver cancer effect of zedoary tumeric depends on the combined action of multiple pharmacodynamic substances.In order to clarify the specific mechanism of zedoary tumeric against liver cancer,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of its single pharmacodynamic substance against liver cancer,and then verifies the joint anti liver cancer mechanism of its“pharmacodynamic group”.By searching the research on the antihepatoma effect of active components of zedoary tumeric in recent years,we found that pharmacodynamic substances,including curcumol,zedoarondiol,curcumenol,curzerenone,curdione,curcumin,germacrone,β-elemene,can act on multi-target and multi-channel to play an antihepatoma role.For example,curcumin can regulate miR,GLO1,CD133,VEGF,YAP,LIN28B,GPR81,HCAR-1,P53 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR,HSP70/TLR4 and NF-κB.Wnt/TGF/EMT,Nrf2/Keap1,JAK/STAT and other pathways play an antihepatoma role.Network pharmacological analysis showed that the core targets of the“pharmacodynamic group”for anti-life cancer are AKT1,EGFR,MAPK8,etc,and the core pathways are neuroactive live receiver interaction,nitrogen metabolism,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the relationship between the specific mechanisms of pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”,it is found that they have great reference significance in target,pathway,biological function,determination of core pharmacodynamic components,formation of core target protein interaction,in-depth research of single pharmacodynamic substance,increasing curative effect and so on.By analyzing the internal mechanism of zedoary tumeric pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”in the treatment of liver cancer,this paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the deeper pharmacological research of zedoary tumeric and the relationship between pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”.Zeyu Li Erwei Hao Rui Cao Si Lin Linghui Zou Tianyan Huang Zhengcai Du Xiaotao Hou Jiagang Deng 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4:2
12Self-supporting Co_(0.85)Se nanosheets anchored on Co plate as highly efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction in both acidic and alkaline media显示文摘Electrocatalytic water splitting via hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)represents one of promising strategies to gain hydrogen energy.In current work,self-supporting Co_(0.85)Se nanosheets network anchored on Co plate(Co_(0.85)Se NSs@Co)is fabricated by employing easily tailorable Co metal plate as the source conductive substrate.The scalable dealloying and hydrothermal selenization strategy was employed to build one layer of three dimensional interlinking Co_(0.85)Se nanosheets network on the surface of Co plate.Benefiting from bulky integrated architecture and rich active sites,the as-made Co_(0.85)Se NSs@Co exhibits superior electrocatalytic activity and long-term catalytic durability toward HER.It only requires lower overpotentials of 121 and 162 mV to drive the current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2)for hydrogen evolution in 0.5 M H_(2)SO_(4)and 1 M KOH solution.Especially,no evident activity decay occurs upon 1,500 cycles or continuous test for 20 h at 10 mA·cm^(−2)in both acidic and alkaline electrolytes.With the merits of exceptional performances,scalable production,and low cost,the self-supporting Co0.85Se NSs@Co holds prospective application potential as stable and binder-free electrocatalysts for hydrogen generation in a wide range of electrolyte.Rong Qin Jiagang Hou Caixia Xu Hongxiao Yang Qiuxia Zhou Zizhong Chen Hong Liu 2020Nano Research2020,13,11:2
13Effect of La and Co-doping on microstructure and electrical properties of Bi FeO_3 thin films显示文摘Adding both La3+and Co3+was used to tune the microstructure and electrical properties of Bi Fe O3(BFO) thin films, and Bi1-xLaxFe0.90Co0.10O3 thin films were grown on the Sr Ru O3-buffered Pt-coated silicon substrates by a radio frequency sputtering. A polycrystalline structure with(110) orientation was shown in thin films, and their resistivity dramatically increases as the La3+content increases. Their dielectric constant increases,and dielectric loss decreases with increasing La3+content.In addition, their ferroelectric and fatigue properties were enhanced with rising La3+content. The thin films with x = 0.03 have optimum electrical properties(e.g., remanent polarization 2Pr* 175.6 l C/cm2, coercive field2Ec* 699.5 k V/mm, dielectric constant er* 257 and tan d * 0.038), together with a good fatigue behavior. The impendence analysis of the films was conducted to identify the defects type during conductivity, and both hopping electrons and single-charged oxygen vacancies are mainly responsible for the conduction of grain and grain boundaries regardless of La3+content. 14Screening and evaluation of antioxidants from lees by micro-injector systems combined with a fluorescent probe,N-borylbenzyloxycarbonyl-3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine,in living Drosophila显示文摘Over the past few decades, the determination of antioxidant activity by chemical probe has been widely reported, but in vivo evaluation via model organisms of Drosophila melanogaster and rapid discovery system has not been studied adequately. In this study, we determined the antioxidant activity of lees and demonstrated the ability of compounds in lees to scavenge H_2O_2 in vitro and in vivo by different chemical probes. Lees increased the ability of Drosophila against oxidative stress and antioxidant enzyme activity in vivo. Five ingredients of organic acids and flavones in lees extract that rapidly scavenged H_2O_2 were revealed by a post-column-derived HPLC-UV-FLD system based on 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(PHPAA)chemiluminescence. Additionally, another fluorescent probe,N-borylbenzyloxycarbonyl-3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine(NBCD), was selected to evaluate the reactive oxygen species(ROS) scavenging capacity of lees in living Drosophila melanogaster using a microfluidic injection test coupled with microscopic imaging analysis, and similar effects were observed in flies when they were treated with tartaric acid and caffeic acid.
