Stable perovskite solar cells with efficiency of 22.6%via quinoxaline-based polymeric hole transport material显示文摘Poor stability of spiro-OMe TAD hole transport materials(HTMs)with dopant is a major obstacle for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells(pero-SCs).Herein,we demonstrate a series of quinoxaline-based D-A copolymers PBQ5,PBQ6 and PBQ10 as the dopant-free polymer HTMs for high performance pero-SCs.The D-A copolymers are composed of fluorothienyl benzodithiophene(BDTT)as D-unit,difluoroquinoxaline(DFQ)with different side chains as A-unit,and thiophene asπ-bridge,where the side chains on the DFQ unit are bi-alkyl for PBQ5,bi-alkyl-fluorothienyl for PBQ6,and alkoxyl for PBQ10.All the three copolymers are adopted as the dopant-free HTM in the pero-SCs.The planar n-i-p structured pero-SCs based on(FAPb I_(3))_(0.98)(MAPb Br_(3))_(0.02)with PBQ6 HTM demonstrated the high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 22.6%with Vocof1.13 V and FF of 80.8%,which is benefitted from the suitable energy level and high hole mobility of PBQ6.The PCE of 22.6%is the highest efficiency reported in the n-i-p structured pero-SCs based on dopant-free D-A copolymer HTM.In addition, the peroSCs show significantly enhanced ambient, thermal and light-soaking stability compared with the devices with traditional spiroOMe TAD HTM. | Chenxing Lu Can Zhu Lei Meng Chenkai Sun Wenbin Lai Shucheng Qin Jinyuan Zhang Wenchao Huang Jiaqi Du Yiyang Wang Yongfang Li | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,11: | 2
Magnetic properties and microstructure of nanocrystalline bulk Nd-Fe-B with Ce-Co addition显示文摘The influence of Ce-Co alloy addition and sintering holding time on permanent magnetic properties and micro structure of nanocrystalline Nd-Fe-B bulk alloy were investigated. The coercivity of Nd-Fe-B bulk alloy can be enhanced greatly by more than 100% after adding Ce-Co powders. However, when the concentration of Ce-Co is up to 30 wt%,the density of the magnet can reach the maximum value of 7.58 g/cm^(3),but the coercivity does not increase significantly. On the other hand, with the increase of holding time to 10 min,the density and coercivity of magnets increase gradually, reaching up to 7.55 g/cm^(3) and 1134.3 kA/m,respectively.After the addition of Ce-Co alloy,Ce-Co may easily diffuse into the Nd-Fe-B matrix during hot-pressing and under the high pressure and temperature, thus increasing the content of grain boundary phase and the pinning effect of grain boundary, which leads to the increase of coercivity. The extension of the hot-pressing holding time may be more conducive to the diffusion of CeCo into the Nd-Fe-B matrix. In addition, the effect of Ce-Co addition on the magnetic properties of Nd-FeB with different content of rare earth was also studied. The addition of Ce-Co can effectively increase the coercivity of nanocomposite Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B/α-Fe magnets. The addition of Nb to the parent alloy can further improve the coercivity. For Nd_(11)Fe_(81.5)Nb_(1)Ga_(0.5)B_(6) alloy with 10 wt% Ce-Co addition, the coercivity can increase from 740.28 to 1098.48 kA/m. | Yilong Ma Qiqi Yang Xiaoli Chen Ying He Wenbo Xiang Jiaqi Lai Bin Shao Donglin Guo Dengming Chen Kejian Li | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,6: | 1
Chlorinated polymerized small molecule acceptor enabling ternary all-polymer solar cells with over 16.6% efficiency显示文摘Recently,all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs) based on polymerized small molecule acceptors(PSMAs) have achieved significant progress.Ternary blending has proven to be an effective strategy to further boost the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of the all-PSCs.Herein,a new A-DA′D-A small-molecule acceptor-based PSMA(named as PYCl-T) was designed and synthesized, which possesses similar polymer backbone with the widely used PY-IT,but with chlorine substitution on the A-end groups in the A-DA′D-A structure.PYCl-T was then employed as the third component into the PM6:PY-IT system and the ternary all-PSCs based on PM6:PY-IT:PYCl-T demonstrated a high PCE of 16.62%(certified value of 16.3%).Moreover,the PCE of 15.52% was realized in the enlarged ternary all-PSCs with effective area of 1 cm^(2),indicating the great potential in large-scale applications. Moreover, the optimized ternary blend films of PM6:PY-IT:PYCl-T show excellent thermal stability at 150 ℃.This work demonstrates that the utilization of a ternary blend system involving two well-compatible PSMA polymer acceptors is an effective strategy to boost the performance of the all-PSCs. | Ke Hu Jiaqi Du Can Zhu Wenbin Lai Jing Li Jingming Xin Wei Ma Zhanjun Zhang Jinyuan Zhang Lei Meng Yongfang Li | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,5: | 1
Recent advances in high-β_(N) experiments and magnetohydrodynamic instabilities with hybrid scenarios in the HL-2A Tokamak显示文摘Over the past several years,high-β_(N) experiments have been carried out on HL-2A.The high-β_(N) is realized using double transport barriers(DTBs)with hybrid scenarios.A stationary high-β_(N) (>2)scenario was obtained by pure neutral-beam injection(NBI)heating.Transient high performance was also achieved, corresponding to β_(N)≥3,ne/ne_(G)∼0.6,H_(98)∼1.5,f_(bs)∼30%,q_(95)∼4.0,and∼0.4.The high-β_(N) scenario was successfully modeled using integrated simulation codes, that is,the one modeling framework for integrated tasks(OMFIT).In high-plasmas,magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)instabilities are abundant, including low-frequency global MHD oscilla-tion with n=1,high-frequency coherent mode(HCM)at the edge, and neoclassical tearing mode(NTM)and Alfvénic modes in the core.In some high-β_(N) discharges,it is observed that the NTMs with m/n=3/2 limit the growth of the plasma energy and decrease β_(N).The low-n global MHD oscillation is consistent with the coupling of destabilized internal(m/n=1/1)and external(m/n=3/1 or 4/1)modes,and plays a crucial role in triggering the onset of ELMs.Achieving high-β_(N) on HL-2A suggests that core-edge interplay is key to the plasma confinement enhancement mechanism.Experiments to enhance β_(N) will contribute to future plasma operation, such as international thermonuclear experimental reactor. | Wei Chen Liming Yu Min Xu Xiaoquan Ji Zhongbing Shi Xiaoxue He Zhengji Li Yonggao Li Tianbo Wang Min Jiang Shaobo Gong Jie Wen Peiwan Shi Zengchen Yang Kairui Fang Jia Li Lai Wei Wulv Zhong Aiping Sun Jianyong Cao Xingyu Bai Jiquan Li Xuantong Ding Jiaqi Dong Qingwei Yang Yi Liu Longwen Yan Zhengxiong Wang Xuanru Duan | 2022 | Fundamental Research2022,2,5: | 0
Tetrathiafulvalene esters with high redox potentials and improved solubilities for non-aqueous redox flow battery applications显示文摘The exploitation of high performance redox-active substances is critically important for the development of non-aqueous redoxflow batteries.Herein, three tetrathiofulvalene(TTF)derivatives with different substitution groups, namely TTF diethyl ester(TTFDE),TTF tetramethyl ester(TTFTM),and TTF tetraethyl ester(TTFTE),are prepared and their energy storage properties are evaluated. It has been found that the redox potential and solubility of these TTF derivatives in conventional carbonate electrolytes increases with the number of ester groups. The battery with a catholyte of 0.2 mol L^(-1) of TTFTE delivers a specific capacity of more than 10 Ah L^(-1) at the current density of 0.5 C with two discharge voltage platforms locating at as high as 3.85 and 3.60 V vs.Li/Liþ.Its capacity retention can be improved from 2.34 Ah L^(-1) to 3.60 Ah L^(-1) after 100 cycles by the use of an anion exchange membrane to block the crossover of TTF species. The excellent cycling stability of the TIF esters is supported by their well-delocalized electrons,as revealed by the density function theory calculations. Therefore, the introduction of more and larger electron-withdrawing groups is a promising strategy to simultaneously increase the redox-potential and solubility of redox-active ma-terials for non-aqueous redoxflow batteries. | Weikang Hu Jiaqi Xu Nanjie Chen Zongcai Deng Yuekun Lai Dongyang Chen | 2024 | Green Energy & Environment2024,9,5: | 0
1D-2D nanohybrid-based textile strain sensor to boost multiscale deformative motion sensing performance显示文摘The development of strain sensors with both superior sensitivity(gauge factor(GF)>100)and broad strain-sensing range(>50%strain)is still a grand challenge.Materials, which demonstrate significant structural deformation under microscale motion, are required to offer high sensitivity.Structural connection of materials upon large-scale motion is demanded to widen strainsensing range. However,it is hard to achieve both features simultaneously.Herein,we design a crepe roll structure-inspired textile yarn-based strain sensor with one-dimensional(1D)-two-dimensional(2D)nanohybrid strain-sensing sheath, which possesses superior stretchability. This ultrastretchable strain sensor exhibits a wide and stable strain-sensing range from microscale to large-scale(0.01%–125%),and superior sensitivity(GF of 139.6 and 198.8 at 0.01%and 125%,respectively)simultaneously.The strain sensor is structurally constructed by a superelastic 1D-structured core elastomer polyurethane yarn(PUY),a novel high conductive crepe roll-structured(CRS)1D-2D nanohybrid multilayer sheath which assembled by 1D nanomaterials silver nanowires(AgNWs)working as bridges to connect adjacent layers and 2D nanomaterials graphene nanoplates(GNPs)offering brittle lamellar structure, and a thin polydopamine(PDA)wrapping layer providing protection in exterior environment.During the stretching/deformation process, microcracks originate and propagate in the GNPs lamellar structure enable resistance to change significantly, while AgNWs bridge adjacent GNPs to accommodate applied stress partially and boost strain. The 1D crepe roll structure-inspired strain sensor demonstrates multifunctionality in multiscale deformative motion detection, such as respiratory motions of Sprague–Dawleyw rat, flexible digital display, and proprioception of multi-joint finger bending and antagonistic flexion/extension motions of its flexible continuum body. | Xiaoting Li Keng Huat Koh Jiaqi Xue Chun Ho So Na Xiao Chung Tin King Wai Chiu Lai | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,9: | 0
Positive feedback between retinoic acid and 2-phospho-L-ascorbic acid trisodium salt during somatic cell reprogramming显示文摘Retinoic acid(RA)and 2-phospho-L-ascorbic acid trisodium salt(AscPNa)promote the reprogramming of mouse embryonic fibroblasts to induced pluripotent stem cells. In the current studies, the lower abilities of RA and AscPNa to promote reprogramming in the presence of each other suggested that they may share downstream pathways at least partially. The hypothesis was further supported by the RNA-seq analysis which demonstrated a high-level overlap between RA-activated and AscPNa activated genes during reprogramming. In addition,RA upregulated Glut1/3,facilitated the membrane transportation of dehydroascorbic acid, the oxidized form of L-ascorbic acid, and subsequently maintained intracellular L-ascorbic acid at higher level and for longer time.On the other hand,AscPNa facilitated the mesenchymal-epithelial transition during reprogramming, downregulated key mesenchymal transcriptional factors like Zeb1 and Twist1,subsequently suppressed the expression of Cyp26a1/b1 which mediates the metabolism of RA,and sustained the intracellular level of RA.Furthermore, the different abilities of RA and AscPNa to induce mesenchymal-epithelial transition, pluripotency, and neuronal differentiation explain their complex contribution to reprogramming when used individually or in combination. Therefore, the current studies identified a positive feedback between RA and AscPNa,or possibility between vitamin A and C,and further explored their contributions to reprogramming. | Mengdan Zhang Qian Li Tingting Yang Fei Meng Xiaowei Lai Lining Liang Changpeng Li Hao Sun Jiaqi Sun Hui Zheng | 2020 | Cell Regeneration2020,9,1: | 0
Predicting the Incident Cases of Emerging Infectious Disease Using a Bayesian Probability Model--China,February 2020显示文摘What is already known about this topic? The exact number of incident cases of emerging infectious diseases on a daily basis is of great importance to the disease control and prevention, but it is not directly available from the current surveillance system in time. What is added by this report? In this study,a Bayesian statistical method was proposed to estimate the posterior parameters of the gamma probability distribution of the lag time between the onset date and the reporting time based on the surveillance data. And then the posterior parameters and corresponding cumulative gamma probability distribution were used to predict the actual number of new incident cases and the number of unreported cases per day.The proposed method was used for predicting COVID-19 incident cases from February 5 to February 26,2020.The final results show that Bayesian probability model predictions based on data reported by February 28,2020 are very close to those actually reported a month later. What are the implications for public health practice? This research provides a Bayesian statistical approach for early estimation of the actual number of cases of incidence based on surveillance data, which is of great value in the prevention and control practice of epidemics. | Yewu Zhang Xiaofeng Wang Yanfei Li Siyu Wu Ming Wan Xuemei Su Shigui Yang Hanjiang Lai Zhongwei Jia Jiaqi Ma | 2020 | China CDC weekly2020,2,52: | 0
Zero-Shot Medical Image Retrieval for Emerging Infectious Diseases Based on Meta-Transfer Learning--Worldwide,2020显示文摘Introduction:Due to the increasing number of medical images, image retrieval has become an important technique for medical image analytics.Although many content-based image retrieval methods have been proposed, the retrieval of images in datasets related to emerging/new infectious diseases still remain a challenge-mostly due to the lack of historical data.As a result, the current retrieval models have limited functionality in helping doctors make accurate diagnoses of new diseases. Methods:In this paper,we propose a zero-shot retrieval model based on meta-learning and ensemble learning, which can obtain a model with stronger generalizability without using any relevant training data, and thus performs well on new types of test data. Results:The experimental results showed that the proposed method is 3% to 5% higher than the traditional method, which means that our model can retrieve relevant medical images more accurately for newly emerging data types and provide doctors with more effective assistance.Discussion:When a new infectious disease occurs, doctors can use the proposed zero-shot retrieval model to retrieve all relevant cases, quickly find the common problems of patients, find the locations of the new infections, and determine its infectivity as soon as possible. The proposed method is a new computeraided decision support technology for emerging infectious diseases. | Yuying Zhao Hanjiang Lai Jian Yin Yewu Zhang Shigui Yang Zhongwei Jia Jiaqi Ma | 2020 | China CDC weekly2020,2,52: | 0
PRMT6 promotes tumorigenicity and cisplatin response of lung cancer through triggering 6PGD/ENO1 mediated cell metabolism显示文摘Metabolic reprogramming is a hallmark of cancer, including lung cancer. However, the exact underlying mechanism and therapeutic potential are largely unknown. Here we report that protein arginine methyltransferase 6(PRMT6)is highly expressed in lung cancer and is required for cell metabolism, tumorigenicity, and cisplatin response of lung cancer.PRMT6 regulated the oxidative pentose phosphate pathway(PPP)flux and glycolysis pathway in human lung cancer by increasing the activity of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase(6PGD)and a-enolase(ENO1).Furthermore,PRMT6 methylated R324 of 6PGD to enhancing its activity;while methylation at R9 and R372 of ENO1 promotes formation of active ENO1 dimers and 2-phosphoglycerate(2-PG)binding to ENO1,respectively.Lastly,targeting PRMT6 blocked the oxidative PPP flux, glycolysis pathway, and tumor growth,as well as enhanced the antitumor effects of cisplatin in lung cancer.Together, this study demonstrates that PRMT6 acts as a posttranslational modification(PTM)regulator of glucose metabolism, which leads to the pathogenesis of lung cancer. It was proven that the PRMT6-6PGD/ENO1 regulatory axis is an important determinant of carcinogenesis and may become a promising cancer therapeutic strategy. | Mingming Sun Leilei Li Yujia Niu Yingzhi Wang Qi Yan Fei Xie Yaya Qiao Jiaqi Song Huanran Sun Zhen Li Sizhen Lai Hongkai Chang Han Zhang Jiyan Wang Chenxin Yang Huifang Zhao Junzhen Tan Yanping Li Shuangping Liu Bin Lu Min Liu Guangyao Kong Yujun Zhao Chunze Zhang Shu-Hai Lin Cheng Luo Shuai Zhang Changliang Shan | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,1: | 0
Systematic review on the adverse reactions of oral administration of Indigo Naturalis and its preparations显示文摘Objective:This article systematically analyses the effects of adverse drug events/adverse drug reactions(ADEs/ADRs)of oral Indigo Naturalis(Qingdai)preparations in order to provide references for its rational clinical application. Methods:All clinical studies reporting ADE/ADR related to the oral administration of Qingdai preparations were searched through electronic databases, including PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biology Medicine disc(CBM),VIP Information Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),and Wanfang database, from inception to September 27,2020.Information were extracted from these literatures, including primary disease, type of adverse reactions, dose, treatment, outcomes and so on.Incidence of ADE/ADR was estimated,as well as distribution of primary diseases and victim organs and systems were analyzed. Results:A total of 682 articles were included, with 651 clinical population studies and 31 case reports.Among them,604 detailed ADR/AE involving 33459 patients using oral Qingdai preparations, and a total of 5061 cases were found to present adverse events, including 2827 cases of digestive system(abdominal pain,diarrhea,etc.),469 cases of blood system damage(thrombocytopenia,leukopenia,anemia,etc.),313 cases of liver damage(abnormal liver function, liver toxicity, elevated liver enzymes,etc.),327 cases of nervous system reactions(headache, dizziness, poor sleep, etc.)and 1186 cases of other systems and organs.Severe adverse events(SAEs)mainly were liver damage, and could be relived after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion:From the systematic information retrieval and analysis,it is found that oral Qingdai preparations application may clinically cause ADEs/ADRs in terms of gastrointestinal tract and liver damage. Therefore, when using oral Qingdai preparations, liver and stomach protection should be done.At the same time, pay close attention to various biochemical indicators and the patient's drug response during the treatment process, and,if necessary, deal with it in time so as not to deteriorate the condition. Moreover, active surveillance system should be conducted to monitor ADE/ADR,so as to establish a clearer causal relationship between the drug and the adverse event. | Xueyi Deng Rui Lan Qianwen Xie Jingmin Xiao Jiaqi Lai Jing Chen Yihan He Shaonan Liu Lihong Yang Xinfeng Guo | 2021 | TMR Modern Herbal Medicine2021,4,1: | 0
