| 2 | Effects of applying lactic acid bacteria to the fermentation on a mixture of corn steep liquor and air-dried rice straw显示文摘This study was to determine the fermentation quality of a mixture of corn steep liquor(CSL)(178 g/kg wet basis) and air-dried rice straw(356 g/kg wet basis) after being treated with inoculants of different types of lactic acid bacteria(LAB). The treatments included the addition of no LAB additive(control),which was deionized water; homo-fermentative LAB alone(^(ho)LAB), which was Lactobacillus plantarum alone), and a mixture of homo-fermentative and hetero-fermentative LAB(^(he+ho)LAB), which were L. plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, and Lactobacillus buchneri. The results showed that the inoculation of the mixture of CSL and air-dried rice straw with ^(he+ho)LAB significantly increased the concentration of acetic acid and lactic acid compared with the control(P < 0.05). The addition of ^(he+ho)LAB effectively inhibited the growth of yeast in the silage. The concentration of total lactic acid bacteria in the ^(he+ho)LAB-treated silage was significant higher than those obtained in other groups(P < 0.05). The duration of the aerobic stability of the silages increased from 56 h to >372 h. The control group was the first to spoil, whereas the silage treated with ^(he+ho)LAB remained stable throughout the 372 h period of monitoring. | 3 | Effect of different levels of corn steep liquor addition on fermentation characteristics and aerobic stability of fresh rice straw silage显示文摘The object of this study was to determine the proper mixing ratio of fresh rice straw to corn steep liquor(CSL) to obtain a high protein content silage feed. The following experimental silages were generated: the control(C1), composed of fresh rice straw without CSL additive, mixed with CSL in the ratios of 4:1(C4),3:1(C3) and 2:1(C2). Lactic acid bacteria(LAB) inoculant was applied at the rate of 50 mL/kg(fresh basis)of forage to achieve a final application rate of 1 x 10~6 cfu/g of fresh matter(FM). Duplicate silos for each treatment were opened after 0,3, 7,10,20,30,45 and 60 d for microbiological and chemical analysis. The results showed that the addition of CSL significantly increased crude protein(CP) contents, and decreased neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) contents of treatments after 60 d of ensiling(P < 0.05). The lactic acid contents in C4 and C3 were significantly higher than that in C1(P <0.05). In summary, mixing fresh rice straw with CSL at addition levels of 4:1(C4) and 3:1(C3) can improve the fermentation quality and nutrient composition of fresh rice straw silage. | 4 | Tribological Behavior of Al CoCrFeNi(Ti_(0.5))High Entropy Alloys under Oil and MACs Lubrication显示文摘The tribological properties of AlCoCrFeNi and AlCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5) high entropy alloys under gear oil and multiply alkylated cyclopentanes(MACs)lubrication condition have been studied.The equiaxed crystal structure of AlCoCrFeNi alloy is obtained after heat-treatment.The AlCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5) alloy keeps dendrite structure.Under the gear oil with good lubrication action,AlCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5) alloy preserves better tribological properties than AlCoCrFeNi alloy.The delamination and crack behaviors tend to occur in the grain boundary of AlCoCrFeNi alloy and along the interdendrite region of AlCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5) alloy.Under the MACs with relatively poor lubrication action,the applied load slightly influences the wear behavior of AlCoCrFeNi alloy,but seriously impacts the wear mechanism of AlCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5) alloy.Compared with AlCoCrFeNi alloy,AlCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5) alloy keeps better wear-resistance at low applied load of 100 N,but preserves less wearresistance at high applied load of 200 N. | Yuan Yu Jun Wang Jinshan Li Jun Yang Hongchao Kou Weimin Liu | 2016 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,5: | 6 |

| 6 | Node2vec Representation for Clustering Journals and as A Possible Measure of Diversity显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the effectiveness of using node2 vec on journal citation networks to represent journals as vectors for tasks such as clustering, science mapping, and journal diversity measure.Design/methodology/approach: Node2 vec is used in a journal citation network to generate journal vector representations. Findings: 1. Journals are clustered based on the node2 vec trained vectors to form a science map. 2. The norm of the vector can be seen as an indicator of the diversity of journals. 3. Using node2 vec trained journal vectors to determine the Rao-Stirling diversity measure leads to a better measure of diversity than that of direct citation vectors.Research limitations: All analyses use citation data and only focus on the journal level.Practical implications: Node2 vec trained journal vectors embed rich information about journals, can be used to form a science map and may generate better values of journal diversity measures.Originality/value: The effectiveness of node2 vec in scientometric analysis is tested. | 7 | Are Contributions from Chinese Physicists Undercited?显示文摘Purpose:In this work,we want to examine whether or not there are some scientific fields to which contributions from Chinese scholars have been un der or over cited.Design/methodology/approach:We do so by comparing the number of received citations and the IOF of publications in each scientific field from each country.The IOF is calculated from applying the modified closed system input–output analysis(MCSIOA)to the citation network.MCSIOA is a PageRank-like algorithm which means here that citations from the more influential subfields are weighted more towards the IOF.Findings:About 40% of subfields in physics in China are undercited,meaning that their net influence ranks are higher(better)than the direct rank,while about 75% of subfields in the USA and German are undercited.Research limitations:Only APS data is analyzed in this work.The expected citation influence is assumed to be represented by the IOF,and this can be wrong.Practical implications:MCSIOA provides a measure of net influences and according to that measure.Overall,Chinese physicists’publications are more likely overcited rather than being undercited.Originality/value:The issue of under or over cited has been analyzed in this work using MCSIOA. | Jinzhong Guo Xiaoling Liu Liying Yang Jinshan Wu | 2019 | Journal of Data and Information Science2019,4,4: | 3 |

| 9 | Effects of Ti and Cu on the Microstructure Evolution of AlCoCrFeNi High-Entropy Alloy During Heat Treatment显示文摘The microstructure evolution of AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy and AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy during heat treatment was systematically studied,to reveal the influence rules of chemical activity of adding element on the microstructure evolution of AlCoCrFeNi system.Owing to the negative mixing enthalpy with the constituent elements,Ti element was mainly dissolved in the Al-Nirich phases,and aggravated the lattice distortion of B2 phase.The structure variation of BCC phase by adding Ti inhibited the formation of FCC phase and enhanced the precipitation ofσphase during heat treatment.Owing to the positive mixing enthalpy with constituent elements,Cu element tended to be repelled to the ID region and formed metastable Cu-rich FCC1 phase which would transform into Cu-Al-Ni-rich FCC2 phase with increasing temperature.The addition of Cu inhibited the precipitation ofσphase during heat treatment.Adding Ti maintained the stable dendritic morphology,while adding Cu reduced the thermal stability of microstructure.Two dramatic morphology changes occurred at 1000℃and 1100℃in the AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy.The lattice distortion of phase in AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy was aggravated with increasing temperature up to 800℃,then relaxed together with the dissolution ofσphase when temperature was above 900℃.The variation in lattice distortion dominated the hardness of AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy.With increasing heating temperature,the increasing volume fraction of region with FCC structure due to the transformation between FCC phases,and the pronounced coarsening in microstructure due to the reduced thermal stability,resulted in the mainly decreasing trend in the hardness of AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy. | Yuan Yu Peiying Shi Kai Feng Jiongjie Liu Jun Cheng Zhuhui Qiao Jun Yang Jinshan Li Weimin Liu | 2020 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,8: | 2 |
| 10 | Phenylpropanoid Derivatives Are Essential Components of Sporopollenin in Vascular Plants显示文摘The outer wall of pollen and spores,namely the exine,is composed of sporopollenin,which is highly resistant to chemical reagents and enzymes.In this study,we demonstrated that phenylpropanoid pathway derivatives are essential components of sporopollenin in seed plants.Spectral analyses showed that the autofluorescence of Lilium and Arabidopsis sporopollenin is similar to that of lignin.Thioacidolysis and NMR analyses of pollen from Lilium and Cryptomeria further revealed that the sporopollenin of seed plants contains phenylpropanoid derivatives,including p-hydroxybenzoate(p-BA),p-coumarate(p-CA),ferulate(FA),and lignin guaiacyl(G)units.The phenylpropanoid pathway is expressed in the tapetum in Arabidopsis,consistent with the fact that the sporopollenin precursor originates from the tapetum.Further germination and comet assays showed that this pathway plays an important role in protection of pollen against UV radiation.In the pteridophyte plant species Ophioglossum vulgatum and Lycopodium clavata,phenylpropanoid derivatives including p-BA and p-CA were also detected,but G units were not.Taken together,our results indicate that phenylpropanoid derivatives are essential for sporopollenin synthesis in vascular plants.In addition,sporopollenin autofluorescence spectra of bryophytes,such as Physcomitrella and Haplocladium,exhibit distinct characteristics compared with those of vascular plants,indicating the diversity of sporopollenin among land plants. | Jinp-Shi Xue Baocai Zhang HuaDong Zhan Yong-Lin Lv Xin-Lei Jia TianHua Wang Nai-Ying Yang Yu-Xia Lou Zai-Bao Zhang Wen-Jing Hu Jinshan Gui Jianguo Cao Ping Xu Yihua Zhou Jin-Feng Hu Laigeng Li Zhong-Nan Yang | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,11: | 2 |
