| 1 | FLOOD DISCHARGE AND ENERGY DISSIPATION BY JETS FROM OUTLETS IN HIGH ARCH DAM显示文摘In this thesis, the scale effect by an aerated water jet diffusing in the water upon the hydrodynamic pressure, the local riverbed scour by multiple layered jets and by those colliding in the vertical and the transverse directions, and the stability of the apron slab both in the inverted arch cushion pool and the flat bottom one by the large discharge and the high water head with 300m level are detailedly researched by means of model test and numerical simulation. A mathematic model simulating the destabilization of the flat bottomed slab is established to open out the mechanism of its stability. | 2 | Effect of body mass index on adenocarcinoma of gastric cardia显示文摘AIM: Obesity has been proved as one of the main risk factors for gastric cardia adenocarcinoma (GCA) in the West.The objective of our research was to evaluate the relationship between obesity and the risk of GCA in people from North China.METHODS: A total of 300 patients who had been diagnosed as GCA and had accepted surgical operation at Beijing Cancer Hospital from 1995 to 2002 were enrolled. Data were collected from pathology materials and hospital records. Two hundred and fifty-eight healthy people who had accepted health examination at the same hospital during the same period were enrolled as controls. Height, weight and gender of them at the time of examination were also collected.Obesity was estimated by body mass index (BMI), computed as weight in kilograms per square surface area (Kg/m2).The degree of obesity was determined by using BMI≤ 18.5,24-27.9 and ≥28 (Kg/m2) as the cut-off points for underweight/normal, overweight and obesity, respectively.Associations with obesity were estimated by odds ratios (ORs) and 95 % confidence intervals (CIs). All ORs were adjusted for age and sex.RESULTS: The mean level of BMI was significantly lower in the patient group than that in the control group. The ORs for obesity in age groups 30-59 and 60-79 were 1.15 (95 %CI=0.37-3.65) and 0.16 (95 % CI=0.05-0.44) for males and 0.78 (95 % CI=0.26-2.36) and 0.28 (95 % CI=0.04-2.05)for females, respectively. The ORs for underweight were 2.42 (95 % CI=0.56-10.53) and 4.68 (95 % CI=1.13-19.40)for males in age subgroups 30-59 and 60-79 and 40.7 (95 %CI=9.32-177.92) for females older than 60 yrs. BMI was significantly associated with GCA (P<0.01). | 3 | Development status and trend of agricultural robot technology显示文摘In the face of the contradiction between the increasing demand for agricultural products and the sharp reduction of agricultural resources and labor force,agricultural robot technology is developing explosively on the basis of decades of technical and industrial exploration.In view of the complexity and particularity of the development of agricultural robot technology,it is of great value to summarize its development characteristics and make reasonable judgments on its development trend.In this paper,the type of agricultural robot systems was first discussed.From the classification of agricultural robot systems,the development of main types of monitoring robots,non-selective and selective working robots for crop farming,livestock and poultry farming and aquaculture were introduced in detail.Then the scientific research,core technology,and commercialization of different types of agricultural robots were summarized.It is believed that navigation in complex agricultural environments,damage-free robot-crop interaction,and agronomy-robot fusion have high scientific value and significance to promote the revolutionary advances in agricultural robot technology.The characteristics of inter-discipline between agricultural robot technology and new materials,artificial intelligence,bionics,agronomy are research focus.The fast damage-free operation,autonomous navigation for complex environments,target detection for complex backgrounds,and special design for agricultural robots are considered to be the key technology of agricultural robot development,and the development path is given.Finally,robot-crop interaction simulation,big data support,and artificial intelligence are regarded as paths to realize the breakthrough of key agricultural robot technologies.The summary and prospect of this paper are of positive significance to promote the overall development of agricultural robot technology. | Yucheng Jin Jizhan Liu Zhujie Xu Shouqi Yuan Pingping Li Jizhang Wang | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,4: | 6 |
| 4 | Optimal flight parameters of unmanned helicopter for tea plantation frost protection显示文摘To determine proper flight parameters of an unmanned helicopter for tea plantation frost protection,field experiments were conducted to study the impact of flight height,speed and interval on airflow disturbance and temperature rise around tea canopies based on the analysis and simulation of frost protection with a certain helicopter.The relationship between temperature rise after flight and the above flight parameters was established through a regression orthogonal experiment,based on which the optimal combination of flight parameters was obtained through the single-factor golden section method.The results showed that wind speed around tea canopies decreased with the increase of flight height when flight speed was constant.There was a multivariate linear relationship between temperature rise and flight parameters,and the sequence of flight parameters’influence on frost protection effect was flight interval,flight height,flight speed.The optimal combination of flight parameters were flight height of 4.0 m,flight speed of 6.0 m/s and flight interval of 20 min.After the flight with the above parameters air temperature around tea canopies increased 1.6℃ when background thermal inversion strength was 3.8℃. | Hu Yongguang Liu Shengzhong Wu Wenye Wang Jizhang Shen Jianwen | 2015 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,5: | 4 |

| 8 | Optimizing the electrolyte salt of aqueous zinc-ion batteries based on a high-performance calcium vanadate hydrate cathode material显示文摘It is urgent to develop high-performance cathode materials for the emerging aqueous zinc-ion batteries with a facile strategy and optimize the related components.Herein,a Ca0.23V2O5·0.95 H2O nanobelt cathode material with a rather large interlayer spacing of 13.0 A is prepared via a one-step hydrothermal approach.The battery with this cathode material and 3 M Zn(CF3SO3)2 electrolyte displays high specific capacity(355.2 mAh g^(-1) at 0.2 A g^(-1)),great rate capability(240.8 mAh g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1)),and excellent cyclability(97.7% capacity retention over 2000 cycles).Such superior performances are ascribed to fast electrochemical kinetics,outstanding electrode/electrolyte interface stability,and nearly dendrite-free characteristic.Instead,when ZnSO4 or Zn(ClO4)2 is used to replace Zn(CF3SO3)2,the electrochemical performances become much inferior,due to the slow electrochemical kinetics,inhomogeneous Zn stripping/plating process,and the formation of large dendrites and byproducts.This work not only discloses a high-performance cathode material for aqueous zinc-ion batteries but also offers a reference for the choice of electrolyte salt. | Weijun Zhou Minfeng Chen Anran Wang Aixiang Huang Jizhang Chen Xinwu Xu Ching-Ping Wong | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1: | 2 |
| 9 | 6-Hydroxydopamine-induced glutathione alteration occurs via glutathione enzyme system in primary cultured astrocytes显示文摘Aim: To define the role of enzymes involved in glutathione metabolism in 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA)-induced glutathione alteration in primary cultured astrocytes. Methods: Total glutathione (GSx) levels were determined using the modified enzymatic microtiter plate assay. The mRNA levels of T-glutamylcyste inesynthetase (γGCS), T-glutamyltransferase (γGT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), GR (glutathione reductase), and glutathione transferases (GST) were determined using RT-PCR. γGT activity was determined using γGT assay kits. Results: In primary cultured astrocytes, 6-OHDA induced a significant elevation of cellular GSx levels after treatment for 24 h. However, the GSx levels decreased after 24 h and the values were even lower than the value in the control group without 6-OHDA at 48 h. RT-PCR data showed that the mRNA levels of γGCS, the ratelimiting enzyme of γ-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine (GSH) synthesis, were increased by 6-OHDA after treatment for 24 h and 48 h; the mRNA levels of GPx, GR, and GST did not alter in 6-OHDA-treated astrocytes after treatment for 24 h and 48 h; and 6-OHDA increased the mRNA levels and the activity of γGT after treatment for 48 h, which induced a decrease in GSx levels, despite the up-regulation of γGCS aftere xposure to 6-OHDA for 48 h. Conclusion: The change in γGCS correlated with the increase in GSH levels induced by 6-OHDA after treatment for 24 h. | 10 | Tensile mechanical properties of greenhouse cucumber cane显示文摘To obtain the mechanical properties of greenhouse cucumber cane,tensile and shear properties of the greenhouse cucumber cane were studied by using computer-controlled electronic universal testing machine and homemade cutting test bench,respectively.Firstly,the root,middle and head of cucumber cane were subjected for tensile tests.The tensile stress-strain curves showed that the root of cumber cane presented the characteristics of plastic material,while the middle and head showed the characteristics of brittle material.The average tensile strength of root,middle and head of fresh cucumber cane were 7.35 MPa,6.30 MPa and 4.68 MPa,respectively.The average elastic modulus of root of fresh cucumber cane was 280.58 MPa,which was much greater than the middle and head with average elastic modulus of 198.81 MPa and 137.22 MPa,respectively.A pendulum impact cutting test-rig and a cutting force measurement system composed of a cantilever weigh sensor,a high frequency DAQ card and motion control card were developed.The cutting mechanical property experiments of different parts of greenhouse cucumber cane were carried out,and the continuous curves of cutting force were measured.The single factor test for cross-sectional area,cutting speed,cutting tool type and manner were analyzed.The results indicated that the peak cutting force increased approximately linearly with the increasing of cutting sectional area,but decreased gradually with the increasing of cutting speed.In the same conditions,the cutting force could be reduced by using straight blade cutting tool and ramp cutting way.Through the multifactor interaction impact test of the cutting way,the blade type and the cutting speed,it was found that the corresponding F-value of the three factors were 21.316,49.141 and 0.222,which suggests that the blade type is the most significant factor for the cutting force. | Xu Yunfeng Zhang Xiliang Sun Xiaojia Wang Jizhang Liu Jizhan Li Zhiguo Guo Qian Li Pingping | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,5: | 2 |

| 13 | Ultrathin Zn-free anode based on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and nanocellulose enabling high-durability aqueous hybrid Zn-Na battery with Zn2+/Na+co-intercalation mechanism显示文摘With low cost and high safety,aqueous zinc-based batteries have received considerable interest.Nevertheless,the excess utilization of zinc metal in the anodes of these batteries reduces energy density and increases costs.Herein,an ultrathin electrode of approximately 6.2μm thick is constructed by coating Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/nanocellulose hybrid onto a stainless steel foil.This electrode is used as the Zn-free anode for aqueous hybrid Zn-Na battery,in which,a concentrated electrolyte is used to improve electrochemical reversibility.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/nanocellulose coating is found to improve the electrolyte wettability,facilitate desolvation process of hydrated Zn^(2+) ions,lower nucleation overpotential,improve zinc plating kinetics,guide horizontal zinc plating along the Zn(002)facet,and inhibit parasitic side reactions.It is also found that the Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) cathode material adopts a highly reversible Zn^(2+)/Na^(+)co-intercalation charge storage mechanism in this system.Thanks to these benefits,the assembled hybrid Zn-Na battery exhibits excellent rate capability,superior cyclability,and good anti-freezing ability.This work provides a new concept of electrode design for electrochemical energy storage. | Hao Chen Weijun Zhou Minfeng Chen Qinghua Tian Xiang Han Jizhang Chen | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 1 |
